-- >> absolutely. the democrats are quite concerned that this would be exposed and we would certainly want to know to waextent ukrainian officials volunteered this or to waextent they were dragged in by the democrats. >> laura: finally, alexandra chalupa hired by the d.n.c. during the 2016 election who coordinated with the ukrainians to investigate president trump. according to the logs she visited the white house 27 times during that time. if she does testify what can republicans ask her? >> ask her about going to the ukrainian embassy and asking the ambassador and other ukrainian officials to help the clinton campaign in 2016. it's the same thing. both her and nellie ohr are d.n.c. operatives who were working with different ukrainian officials to gather dirt on the trump campaign. >> laura: what i find really disturbing looking down the road

case. do you buy that? >> deferred action is a prosecutorial. a judge can not tell a prosecutor he or she cannot bring a case than the judge can tell them to fly. it's just not something that's within the province of the judiciary. i don't even think this is a close case. >> laura: it isn't a close case if the court doesn't take any politics which is shouldn't. obama didn't have the authority to do dada, why doesn't trump have the authority to unwind it? >> that's the essential question. there are two questions in this case. one is whether or not the court has judicial review. they don't. this is something that's completely left to the executive branch's prosecutorial discretion. the other thing is whether they were right. whether the trump administration was right in winding it down and they absolutely were. it was an illegal policy about to be challenged by a number of

this? >> in regards to pete buttigieg i think there are a lot of things going on, mainly that the democrats have not upgraded their marketing strategy since 2016. they called everyone a racist and now pete buttigieg saying they're not coming to me because everyone is a homophobe. we have a tremendously successful president. they have to contend with the fact that donald trump is making black voters wake up to the fact that all the leftist warnings were untrue, black americans are doing great under this administration, there is no reason to vote for the left. >> laura: record low unemployment rate. record low poverty rate. created opportunity zones. more coming for criminal justice reform, new series of unemployment rate lows, 5.4%, fallen 2.6% since trump's
