who won't reactivize the women's act, all of the things that congress has worked hard for and has passed and die at mitch mcconnell's feet who is basically president trump lacy, so i think that this is where we are right now unfortunately we have this gridlock, we should be working on infrastructure and many other things and they just don't get passed because senate and the president are not really looking out for the interest of the american people. jillian: there are things that don't get passed for reasons on both side. we take a look at accomplishments of president trump and his administration so far, you really can't ignore, you're talking about record low unemployment, you're talking about tax cuts, portion offense the wall that some democrats argue they don't want that, still, a lot of this is stuff that you can't really debate that that's been done, right?

>> that's correct, and president trump should probably tell aoc to keep up the good work, so far she's managed to single handily make the democratic party into a socialist party and it's become the dominant force which is forced nancy pelosi to shift her positions to the left taking extremist position which is are not in step with the majority of americans, she's manage today force amazon out of new york city causing millions of dollars worth of lost revenue and lost jobs to citizens of new york, she's accused the israelis of a massacre in defending the gaza border, she has offended holocaust survivors by calling border patrol concentration camps. >> in fairness -- >> she's doing a lot to damage her positions within the democratic party. jillian: to play devil's

person behaves, an innocent person would let mick mulvaney, mike pompeo, perry, let them all speak and he's not letting them do that why would an innocent person keep them from talking? >> this is in the context of inquiry, the gop minority had no due process rights and that was just the schiff show, and when the house was putting sham and their circus, there was absolutely no due process and that was absolutely unfair to the president and unfair to the american people because we really didn't see anything that was fact, it was just a lot of speculation and it was a lot of things that ultimately amounted to nothing. rob: there are a lot of people that support the president that still kind of think he probably did this, but they also probably look at and think biden thinks too, do you think democrats regardless of whether or not he did anything here, did democrats take this too far by making this an impeachable offense regardless of whether or not he did it?

>> well, we know that he didn't do it, look at the transcript, where -- where is there -- rob: that's fine, a lot of perspectives that day different things, take that off the table for a second, let's just talk -- i need you to investigate biden because i want to win the election, is that an impeachable offense? >> there's nothing impeachable about this, for democrats to go after an impeachable offense that is simply fabricated just because they don't agree with his policy and because they simply hate trump that does not ride to the constitutional level of high crimes or misdemeanors, there's nothing there and we are also seeing that after the inquiry that support for impeachment among even independents has gone -- rob: right. we are pulling that up right here, let's show you some of the numbers here. you can see the change down 14%, down 14% on independents who support impeachment, that is not the way this should be move if democrats had made a solid case
