back-and-forth, hundreds of flights, grounded at nations airports. >> wherever they are. rob: 55 million people travel this weekend a lot getting stuck in places all over the country. here in new york city, big concern, the 93rd annual macy's thanksgiving day parade because of all this wind. jillian: all the giant balloons could be grounded for the first time since 1971. adam klotz is live at the start of the parade route. how is it feeling out there? >> reporter: the wind hasn't felt too horribly bad but we getting close to 25, 30 miles an

hour which will be close to the threshold you want to fly these things. it is the macy's day parade and everyone wants to see those balloons up, 3 million people will be in new york city, 50 million people watching around the country, 8000 marchers and 16 giant character balloons, 90 carry each of these and it all comes down to the wind, 20 mile an hour consistent winds are gusting winds up to 34 miles an hour. let's get a look at the forecast. these are the winds across the northeast. we have been getting to that threshold but i thought recent gusts in central park getting to 26, 28 miles an hour. you can hear that a little bit. we will be cutting it close to that level. not too bad but temperatures climbing to 50 °. we will see that winter weather, heavy snow for them.

>> american troops serving overseas. >> now break from politics as we get a glimpse at what could be included in the inspector general's fisa report, much-anticipated. allison barber with what will be included in the findings in that report. >> reporter: the inspector general is expected to say the fbi never tried to place undercover agents or informants inside the trump 2016 campaign according to a report in the new york times. the finding, the times rights, is one of several by michael horowitz that undercuts conservative claims the fbi acted improperly in investigating several trump associates starting in 2016. fbi obtained a fisa warrant to survey a carter page, former trump campaign advisor, because of alleged ties to the russian government. the times as inspector general horwitz found fbi leaders did not take politically motivated action pursuing the wiretap on mister page.

there are reports the ig found fbi lawyer altered an email to ask the court to renew the page wiretap. the ig report released december 9th expected to criticize efforts like that as sloppy and unprofessional. was the report comes out mark meadows tells us jillian turner, republicans, intend to call for the resignation of house intelligence chairman adam schiff. to sources republicans think the evidence in this report is so damning it makes clear that adam schiff is failing and oversight duties of intelligence agencies. it could be a tough argument to make because republicans, not democrats, were in the majority at the time of the alleged offenses suggesting republicans will try to argue that adam schiff has subsequent insight into the process that was managed by officials in the obama administration. jillian: happy thanksgiving. a fox news alert.

protesters continue to clash with police. rob: 60,000 people forced out of their homes this thanksgiving after a massive chemical plant exploded in texas at the tpc plant, still burning 24 hours later. what a mess. flames causing the plants to completely collapse and set off a giant fireball. this is really ugly, doorbell camera footage shows the effect but with the giant explosions flew doors open, shattered windows in the vicinity. three employees were hurt in the blast. now they are all okay. look at the black smoke. ousted navy secretary richard spencer speaking out for the first time since his firing. spencer says the president's intervention was shocking and

that is former president barack obama privately revealing he doesn't believe his former vice president joe biden can win in 2020. jillian: is this the end for joe biden? rod meyer joins us with his take, happy thanksgiving and thanks for joining us. are you surprised? is this the beginning of the end? >> definitely the beginning of the end. talking about joe biden's chances in iowa, not only is he losing in iowa but also losing in new hampshire and the crazy thing is he is in fourth place in both states, not second-place, not third-place, fourth-place. he is losing to a mayor of the city that barely has 100,000 people. before president obama said that we knew it was the beginning of the end because he hasn't done well in his debates, poling has gone consistently down. i think this is basically the nail in the coffin. if i'm joe biden i'm thinking about just staying home now that he is home for thanksgiving and being home for the holidays and giving this thing up because i don't think -- rob: you leading in national polls and is a strong contender

but the name component came from political magazine, president obama on joe biden, pointed out during his own 2008 campaign he had an intimate bond with the electorate especially in iowa that he no longer has and he added you know who really doesn't have it, joe biden. that definitely hurt. when biden answered a few times that he asked obama not to endorse them, he wanted to earn it on his own did you buy that? >> i don't really buy it. it is possible but i think at this point joe biden knows he needed to win. he has been floundering and he is leading a couple national polls but how many candidates can you name who lost iowa and new hampshire and gone on to win the nomination? very few in the history of the modern primary process. biden has an uphill climb. he's doing well in south carolina, doing okay in national polls but people are looking to

pete buttigieg over him and elizabeth warren instead of him even though she has been trailing donald trump in many swing state polls it makes you wonder. i think this democratic nomination is up in the air, two new candidates jumping in the last couple weeks and frankly a fireman democrat looking at how to beat donald trump in 2020 i'm scratching my head and wondering if it can be done. rob: let's switch gears, talk about the impeachment hearing and senator graham is comparing what democrats have done so far with this inquiry to the salem witch trials. what do you make of that comparison? let me see if i have this right, jerry nadler inviting donald trump to participate in the judiciary committee hearings after all the facts were gathered in schiff's intel committee where the president's team was shut out, sailor which is got a better deal than this. real quick democrats point out this is the way it went with clinton and nixon as well, pretty much consistent with the

way those impeachments were handled as well. >> except for the fact in those two cases you actually got facts pointing to the president is doing something impeachable. the fact haven't been laid out to the point of directly pointing to trump as doing the acts. we have people saying he didn't quid pro quo for the white house meeting but we don't have them linked to the 400 million in aid to ukraine and so you need to gather more facts from rudy giuliani or the president himself or they shouldn't be having the judiciary meetings because judiciary hearings will go into why these acts are impeachable but we don't know the acts exist, those fact haven't been laid out. most independent-minded americans are wondering what is impeachable so far. some of it doesn't look very good, not necessarily a -- these things were great but were they impeachable? probably not at this point so if
