tv   Justice With Judge Jeanine  FOX News  November 30, 2019 9:00pm-10:00pm PST

9:00 pm
next. and remember i'm watters and this is my world. judge jeanine: welcome to "justice" i'm judge jeanine pirro. thanks for being with us tonight. i hope you had a nice thanksgiving, and thanks for making last week's "justice" number one again all weekend long. we have an all-star lineup for you this thanksgiving weekend. devin nunes, sara and dears, dan bongino, charlie kirk, and greg gutfeld, and i will introduce you to an american hero at the end of the show. you can always count on the democrats to keep their word. they mean what they say and they say what they mean.
9:01 pm
but don't be impressed. the only thing they kept their word on is they want to throw donald trump out of the white house. but you already know this. you already know that in 2017 within months of president trump taking office, a congressman actually stood up and formally called for impeachment. >> i rise today, mr. speaker, to call for the impeachment of the president of the united states of america. judge jeanine: then of course good ole reliable maxine waters wasn't far behind and rashida tlaib, and on and on and on. so the attempt to frame the president and the russia collusion delusion was their first shot across the bow. when that didn't work it was racism and recession and obstruction. but none of it was gaining any traction for them.
9:02 pm
so their frustration level was at an all-time high. they had to find something, anything to throw him out. so in early august, before anyone knew anything about a whistleblower. judiciary committee chair, jerry nadler, a long-time trump later, said this. >> this is formal impeachment proceedings. we are investigating all the evidence, we are gathering the evidence and we'll at the conclusion of this hopefully by the end of the year vote to articles of impeachment to the house floor or we won't. judge jeanine: it's closing in on the end of the year and here we are. they certainly keep their word when it's about grabbing raw power. you don't think any of this is about real justice, do you? you don't think these democrats respect real elections. and if the democrats continue to
9:03 pm
keep their word, then god help them when the trial begins in the senate. and please, majority leader mitch mcconnell forced a trial if it gets to you. i can't wait for the american public when they are focused on the presidential election again and refreshed in january after the holidays to hear the president present a case. call witnesses. do rebuttals. cross-examination. all those legal requirements that he was not allowed to do in adam schiff's congressional circus. now, normally i would be home with stella and sir lancelot with popcorn and junior mints. but for this one i would give anything to be a fly on the wall in that hallowed senate chambers as schiff, hunter biden, joe biden, the whistle blower and
9:04 pm
all the democratic operatives start sweating bullets under cross-examination. then we'll see real justice for the looney leftist democrats who don't really believe in justice, who don't believe in elections, who don't believe we should decide who the president is, but instead believe everybody that they are shoveling. and that's my open. let me know what you think on my facebook and twitter. if you want my open, you should get my book, "radicals, resistance and revenge." the left's plot to remake america. here with reaction to my opening and more, a deep trenched warrior in congress, house intelligence committee ranking member, congressman devin nunes who joins me now. good evening, congressman. >> great to be with you, judge.
9:05 pm
judge jeanine: we heard what we all thought was the end of this impeachment inquiry or whatever they call it, and it was concise, it was forceful and fact you'll. then adam -- it was factual. then adam schiff gets to do his thing. but did they give you any indication of what's coming next? >> jerry nadler is going start phase two of the circus. jerry nadler has been in the witness protection program for several months after he botched the mueller probe. supposedly we'll talk about the constitutionality of impeachment. and look, during the nixon impeachment hearings you had an actual breakin. you knew what the crime was. during clinton's impeachment you
9:06 pm
knew he lied to a grand jury. in the last two weeks we were able to expose not only did they not have a quid pro quo, they had to change to it bribery until john ratcliffe pointed out the only person accused of bribery in adam schiff's star chamber in the basement of the capitol was joe and hunter biden. judge jeanine: apparently there was a guy named mark sandy who worked in the office of management and budget. he said the hold-up of the money which was released september 11, he said that hold-up had to do with the contributions by other countries. we have some tweets from lee zeldin. it says the transcript for mark sandy, the only reason he was ever given about the hold on'
9:07 pm
aid to ukraine was the president's concern about other countries not contributing more to ukraine. he says the definitive answer from omb was entirely about the president's desire to make sure other countries were contributing as well. the democrats will try to turn this into something other than that. what do you hear? >> if you were really super bored the last two weeks and watched every single minute of the impeachment i am question significance held in the house intelligence committee, we actually raised this. this was somebody who actually -- this is the top civil servant that controls the money. if you want a one-stop shop, somebody who had to make this call, this was a very important witness which is why adam schiff and the democrats brought them into the star chamber on a
9:08 pm
saturday and decided to not release the transcript. i actually brought this up so my colleagues. we said why don't you release the transcript so the american people can see from the top civil service bureaucrat what he actually said. and it's not a secret. donald trump wants more countries to pay their fair share. judge jeanine: they have been saying that from the beginning. i want to talk about december 9. the inspector general report on the fisa is coming out december 9. last weekend i had carter page on the show. carter page is the subject of the warrant who was essentially used as some kind of a view into the trump campaign. he said he never had the opportunity to see the fisa report when people like andrew mccabe who is referred for criminal prosecution a near year nafd ago.
9:09 pm
why is carter page not allowed to see that report? >> well, partly the whole idea of the inspector general, the inspector general only looks at the department of justice and fbi and how they handle the fisa. that's it. the inspector general can't go out and get people to come in and testify. he's very limited in his powers. he can't prosecute anyone, he can only make criminal referrals. so the idea that some of the people who went out and the were part of this, that were interviewed. that's who you are hearing from. you are hearing from the people who did bad things. that's why what you are seeing in the news media leaking now, it's the version that the dirty cops have, not probably what the real version is. judge jeanine: i want to talk about clinesmith who is
9:10 pm
mentioned in reports. they are saying he's a low-level agent who make changes to the report. he called republicans, the crazies have finally won. he called president trump side and tweeted virks v sarks resistance. he's being aused of some wrongdoing. >> also, this guy is not just some little french guy. number one, he's not french. he's the lead lawyer on the clinton investigation and on the trump investigation during the campaign. the idea that anybody would be calling him some low-level lawyer is idiotic. i hope -- i'm actually shocked. if he really did actually change evidence -- that's what he's being accused of -- we have to
9:11 pm
wait to see if it's true. if he doctored evidence, that's far worse than using the democrats dirty dossier and using fake news story. this guy would be strung up. judge jeanine: thank you so much for being with us. we have a lot to look forward to when you guys all come back. thank you. as the impeachment battle rages on in washington, i think it's very fitting to took you my next guest who was on the front lines with the press corps on a daily basis defending this administration. former white house press secretary, sarah huckabee sanders. i want to talk about impeachment with you. right now there is a poll showing independent voters are souring on impeachment in recent weeks. you can see in october, those
9:12 pm
supporting impeachment of the independent voters, 48%. november 34. that's a huge drop in the group that's so essentialn that everybody is fighting for. >> to me it's not surprising. we knew all along there was no scandal here. it was a complete sham dredged up by adam schiff. he failed with the russia hoax and he came up with this to distract america from the good things the president is doing. it's not a surprise after two weeks of hearing their star witnesses admit to not witnessing anything, this thing has tanked. and people are sick and tired of watching it. they want congress to get things done. they would love to have usmc sarks passed, and talk about
9:13 pm
infrastructure or drug pricing. you can see these democrats have no plan, no vision, no solution, and all they dock is attack this president. people -- all they can do is attack this president and people aren't paying attention to it. jean very when they are finished doing what they are doing, when it go does jerry nadler who hates donald trump and has for decades. now they will have the articles of impeachment. if they send it to the senate the question is what does mitch mcconnell do. i'm a fighter. i want a full-blown trial. as far as i am concerned the president can present witnesses and do all the things they can let him do in this circus in congress. what do you think should if it proceeds. jerry nadler said by the end of
9:14 pm
the year, we are doing it. >> i would love to think after all of this and after they have seen all of the people come forward and talk about the fact that nothing really took place, i would love it if democrats somehow came to the realization that this was a waste of time. but i think i'm living in lala-land if i think that's going to happen. i am pretty sure it will go forward. however, i don't want to see them do one of those extended trials, and here is why. it takes people like elizabeth warren and other senators, bernie sanders, off of the campaign trail, and i want them out and about around this country as much as possible. the american people need to see the cleared contrast they have in the ideas, the craziness coming out of bernie sanders and elizabeth warren versus the president of prosperity we are on under this president. they have come up with more
9:15 pm
lunatic plans in the last couple months. and i want voters to know what they are going to do if they were ever elected to be president. they should know. judge jeanine: that's a great argument. but there is a part of me as a trial lawyer who just wants to see adam schiff get cross-examined. characteristics a. you know. i'm dying to hear that. but i think the significant part is, when i think -- tell me if i'm wrong. but i think that usmca, i think infrastructure, i think drug pricing. they are so busy hating this president and grabbing for raw unbridled power that the american people have to see through it. these people we sent to congress are not working for us. >> absolutely. the american people are much smarter than the democrats are giving them credit for. which is why you are seeing the numbers tank and the president
9:16 pm
is doing -- delivering day after day. this week we hit record highs again. the 100th record under this president in the stock market. the country is doing extremely well. that's after three years with this president. imagine how well we'll do after he gets re-elected in november. i think the president will keep delivering and the democrats will keep losing. for some reason they can't figure out why attacking the president is never going to work. one, he's tougher than they are, and smarter than they are. he will always end up beating them. you would think they would start trying to work with him. judge jeanine: some people are so clouded by hate. when you have a political party so clouded by hatred they refuse to do the job they were hired to do, it's a sad day for america.
9:17 pm
did you cook some of your famous pies for thanksgiving? >> i did. i made quite a few and we don't have anything left. i thought about sending some back to my sold friend in the press corps. but i didn't want them to go to waste so i decided to keep them here with friend and family. judge jeanine: you can send a cherry pie to me any day of the week. thanks for being here. >> thank you. judge jeanine: greg gutfeld is sheer tonight and joins me in a few moments. what we know about the upcoming fisa report that could be devastating for the democrats. dan bongino, charlie kirk and me next. i like chillaxin'. the united explorer card makes things easy. traveling lighter. taking a shortcut. woooo!

9:21 pm
president trump: the radical left democrats are trying to rip our nation apart. first it was the russia hoax. terrible hoax. it was a failed overthrow attempt and the biggest fraud in the history of our country. judge jeanine: that's president trump bashing the dems * witch hunt. but with the release of a fisa report set for december. we may be getting answers in the origin of the russia investigation. dan bongino joins me now along with turning points founder and president, charlie kirk. the president is consistent in
9:22 pm
his vindication that this is something that's been a fraud from the get-go. not appears that the impeachment agenda and enthusiasm is lessening certainly among the independents, the group that both the right and the left are trying to co-op. what say you, dan, where do you think this is going? >> let's use the democrats' own word. their strategy was a total failure. first they thought they had an actual crime. quid pro quo he held up military aid. but then the military aid arrived. then wanted information in exchange for a white house meeting. but no that never happened. he wanted public zaiment by zelensky, that never happened. then they changed it, it was an attempted bribery until gordon
9:23 pm
sondland got in front of the congressional committee. the only person who is a firsthand fact witness and said what the president told him is he wanted absolutely nothing from the ukrainians. judge jeanine: charlie, it seems they would recognize, they are so close to an election that they have got to go back to their constituents, anything they have done for the constituents. >> it doesn't deliver any results to their constituents. the usmca is still waiting to be approved. the democrats ran on fixing healthcare. but they say they can walk and chew gum at the same time. they can't get anything done in congress. here is the other thing we have to realize. this is a premeditated impeachment. impeachment was floated out as early as spring of 2016. "the washington post" wrote 18 minutes after he was inaugurated
9:24 pm
the case for impeaching donald trump begins. but most importantly, why are they doing this? when you ask that question, it's because he's succeeding in the polls and the results for the american people. judge jeanine: there is no question the man is succeeding. but as you say, 18 minutes after he was elected, the case for impeachment. to me he hadn't done anything yet. he wasn't ebb in the oval yet. to me he's the outsider. where they keep their secrets about sexual harassment and where they cut the deals for each other. he is working for us. they are working for themselves and each other. >> that's right, judge. he's an outsider who also succeeded. that really terrifies them.
9:25 pm
someone who has put forward real solutions to complex problems both parties have presented. this horrifies them. they were never worried president trump was going to fail. they were horrified that he may succeed. and maybe the bipartisan establishment might mean less after president trump and this is why they are trying to impeach him. judge jeanine: i had sarah sanders on earlier and we were talking about the fact once jerry nadler, once they come back from their little vacation. and i love what i do. don't get me wrong. but i say, look. i want that trial in the senate. i want them under oath. i want them to swear they are telling the truth and watch them sweat. sarah sanders said something interesting. she said you know what? i would rather have the dems out there talking to the public to prove how crazy they are anyway.
9:26 pm
what do you think? >> i think a senate trial would go poorly for them. this was the best case they made in the adam schiff show, the hysterical fiasco of an impeachment hearing. those were their best witnesses. imagine when mitch mcconnell is running the show and the republicans get to put up their witnesses. that would be great getting hunter biden up there. charlie said, trump is an existential threat to the swamp. but the democrats are in a rush to get rid of them and have been from day one. they understand what they did in the spy-gate operation. they can't have this go public. it's devastating. judge jeanine: it's terrible. i wrote about it in my book. last word from you. >> i think the fisa -- the
9:27 pm
origins of the fisa investigation. i'm trying to tell people to get their expectations managed. it's durham who will cop out with the real revelations. no other president should have to go through this ever again. judge jeanine: i'm starting to get worried myself. because you know, andrew mccabe was supposed to be referred for criminal prosecution and the deputy attorney general approved it and that was months and months ago. i don't know what's going on. it's about time. i don't want to have to wait for durham. but let's do something soon because i'm losing faith. >> i have seen you nail he congressman on this show. judge jeanine: don't say that, they won't come on anymore. thanks so much. david avella is on deck.

>> thousands demanding the newly elected the representatives not forget their promise to be stronger against mainland china's influence. but police have been ready with tear gas and riot gear in case the protests turn violent. with thanksgiving over many are turning their atechs to christmas. many gathered in bethlehem to
9:32 pm
celebrate the tree lighting ceremony on the site where they believe jesus what born. >> the public support for impeachment has grown fairly dramatically in the last two months. it's now at a plateau or whether it will continue to grow or shrink i don't think is the question we should be asking. judge jeanine: the dems desperately holding on to their impeachment delusion. but the schiff show has been quite a plot so far. the host of "the greg gutfeld show" joins me. the reason this is important is because every saturday night when i say good night i introduce him. so he's here now. he will fly through the air to be on the show saturday.
9:33 pm
greg: i came here to make you happy. judge jeanine: you know that song happy, we can do a happy dance. greg: i don't know if we dock that. that's tom shillue. it's a serious show. greg: is it really? judge jeanine: yeah. we have adam schiff saying impeachment is strong but we shouldn't look to the public on whether we are doing the right thing poan potentially. greg: imagine if three or four years ago you were going around town saying you are going to lock me up, you are going to destroy greg gutfeld. judge jeanine: it wouldn't take you three years. three years later, no one would take you seriously. because they would understand you were planning on doing this all along. that's why it's hard for so many americans watching saying i
9:34 pm
can't take this guy seriously. but i would hire a better lawyer to defend me. judge jeanine: i'm not going to go there because it wouldn't matter. let's keep moving. i have to tell you, i get a chuckle. when the president does some of his presserser in somewhat entertaining. he put something on twitter. there is the president with his boxing gloves. and his rocky belt. greg: i want everybody to know that's not his real body. the media run like firefighters to telephone everybody it's doctored. i don't think he put it together. somebody in his staffed probably found it and put it together. there are people on twitter who have blue checks next to his
9:35 pm
name who say he's not that fifth. thank you so much. the never trumpers have to understand if they stop getting so mad about this stuffed he wouldn't be doing it. this is actually his way of having fun at the expense of their emotional turmoil because it's too easy. you know when you can really -- somebody off. you can't resist it. it's great to hear. we laugh and we cry. judge jeanine: it's my show. greg: is it really? judge jeanine: the president enjoys it. he enjoys fighting. every day we are stressed out out here. the president of the united states is having a good time. he loves to fight greg require' behind the myth of the polarization. everybody is staying we are all pole ashized.
9:36 pm
what they are saying is there are now two poles. now you have somebody doing it and they are saying it's polarizing. know another pole just showed up. judge jeanine: they want to blame donald trump for polarizing the country. are you kidding? greg: i'm very young, but i can remember reagan. greg: i'm in the mid 30s. i remember what they did with reagan. there were people comparing him to hitler. they do this to every republican. people forget how they portrayed romney with the dog or cutting the kid's mayor. what they said about mccain as a war monger. they always hit republicans. judge jeanine: jerry nadler says i want to impeach trump. he wanted to impeach bush, too.
9:37 pm
he wants you gone. he wants the power. >> when you are out of power -- when you are out of power, this is what you do. there are people who wanted obama impeached. judge jeanine: who? greg: i couldn't think of a name but it will come to me. judge jeanine: we have 30 seconds. greg: you wanted to know how great my show is. the "the greg gutfeld show"? judge jeanine: i have to fly through the air on my broom to get to your show. greg: you don't have a broom. you never swept anything in your life. judge jeanine: i have. i worked in a dairy when i was a kid. greg: what did you do. judge jeanine: i was a soda jerk. have you ever seen a calf being
9:38 pm
born? >> a goat. let's do another segment. you are the expert. judge jeanine: this is a serious show. greg gutfeld. i love having you on. how is the impeachment process affecting local and state elections. david avella is next.
9:39 pm
9:40 pm
9:41 pm
judge jeanine: as the democrats charge forward on impeachment, some are worried about state and local elections as well.
9:42 pm
david avella joins me next. let's talk about your go pack. you are the state and local elections around the country. talk about congress. we realize how important congress is and how important local elections are. the number that determines whether the house can literally take a president and impeach him. what do you think? >> there are 20 districts president trump won that are currently held by democrats. this impeachment puts the house in play. if the republicans pick up 18 seats we take it majority back. we saw it in 2016. a president -- incumbent president is high 90% approval rating amongst the party base even sures rum cans go out and vote. and in races in 2016, those are
9:43 pm
razor thin races. and certainly the presidential race had an impact. just as the president is going to have an impact on 2020 for his own reelection, he will help in a lot of congressional races as well. judge jeanine: when he has the 90% positive in his own base, they aren't going to stay home and say he's going to win. with what they have seen the last three years they would be raisey to stay home. >> we are seeing start to percolate, the president talked about it, that is, the democrats are trying to fit the 2016 election. trying to redo the 2016 elections. and that is a message that resonates well with independent, particularly with the second point that resonates the most with them. they use it as a distraction to not get things done in congress
9:44 pm
on the priorities that they care about. independent cast their votes on did you get results for me. and in that case the u.s. house led by nancy pelosi can't answer that, and judge there is no way nancy pelosi can allow adapt schiff to remain the judiciary chairman after what he has done with first mueller and now the impeachment. >> once jerry nadler started the impeachment inquiries, i mean corey lewandowski, it was like she just took it away from him. i'm curious to see what she does with adam schiff. but i wonder if there won't be a lot of back and forth because they don't want to deal with what they may have to deal with come the senate. what is the impact of the local races on the presidential race? the president has to look at certain areas and say i need these areas, too. the reverse of what we first
9:45 pm
thought. >> absolutely. strong candidates are equally important. many voters won't have the opportunity to meet a president of the united states, but they do get to meet their local state senator and state representative. and they come to the polls to support their local officials. as republicans we are all in this together just as the team that starts with president trump and mike pence and goes down to the state and local offices. one last key point or one additional depoint is the fact that there is going to be not on the impact it has on the republican side, but also on the democratic side. democrats who voted the two have voted against impeachment. van drew already has an opponent against him in the democratic primary. if pelosi requires the swing
9:46 pm
state democrats to vote, you will see more progressives challenging democrats who vote against impeachment, causing more chaos in the democratic party. judge jeanine: they haven't been this whacko before. they are over their clown shoes on this one. >> when it comes to the democratic primary, far be it from me to get in the way. judge jeanine: i don't think there is anyone who has the energy the president has. i thought elizabeth warren had a lot of energy. but she seems to have gotten beat down by wall street and he one * else. we are seeing joe biden, then barack obama cops out and deep 60ss the guy. does d deep sixes the guy. >> they are having their flavor
9:47 pm
of the month as republicans did in the early stages. it's interesting. the democratic process. this party says let's get rid of the electoral college. let's have one person, one vote. yet they are not having a national primary to nominate their nominee. they are still going state by state. judge jeanine: thanks so much for being with us. last week i introduced you to john solomon reporting on ukraine. now john has retracted it on twitter but because he says it here we wanted to address it as well. that. the deals keep coming at petsmart

9:51 pm
judge jeanine: my next guest believes most americans don't want to be governed by the deep state and they don't want to be spied on by them. devin nunes uncovered the biggest political scandal in u.s. history. lee smith on why this is such a critical time in our country. judge jeanine: i read your book. i think it's phenomenal. what i would like my viewers to understand, when you talk about devin anyone's, and we have him on the show often. and how he uncovered the big jest scandal in u.s. history. i remember right in the beginning when they started gunning for him and started bringing all kind of complaints
9:52 pm
against him. i remember saying what is going on. can you tell us the short version of how they tried to take down devin nunes because he was on to something. >> they went after him in a whole bunch of different ways. they filed ethics complaints. they threatened him, they threatened his family. they had an enormous press campaign. judge jeanine: how did they threaten his family. >> they replicated his phone number and they had a phone number that looked like his that was going to family members. his mother and grandmother. when they picked up the phone, it looked like the congressman was calling, and when they picked up the phone, they were threats. the congressman is caulk walking through fire. the reason they targeted him is we started to uncover the didn't tough they were doing. he found out department
9:53 pm
things -- it's about obama operatives -- or rather clinton operatives and obama-era officials. he found out what they were doing and they went after him. judge jeanine: in my latest book, i talk about how if this all goes right to the white house, to the oval, am i right about this? >> i think so too. i point to a couple of different places in the book where the 44th president of the united states, barack obama, seems to be involved. the most important time is when he ordered john brennan, his cia director to produce that community intelligence assessment saying vladimir putin was responsible for electing thumb. the purpose was to delegitimize the trump presidency and the election. a former president interfered
9:54 pm
with the peaceful transition of power. one of the key features of our system. judge jeanine: watching president barack obama taking the week off and doing nothing but campaigning for hillary clinton. showing up with all these singers in hollywood and everything else. i just remember thinking that's- that's weird. that was full-on barack obama worried about trump and making fun of trump. he started the trump hate. >> i think so. if you look at what's happening now. it's more than curious the fact that the previous president is still living in washington, he's still living in washington, d.c., he is the de facto head of the democratic party still. the last president who remained in washington, d.c. was woodrow wilson and this was after he got
9:55 pm
a stroke and he couldn't move. people talk about the radicalism and the anti-truck operation. barack obama is right in the middle of this as are all of his intelligence officials from john brennan to james clapper. james comey and andrew mccabe. judge jeanine: this guy clinesmith who is a low-level fbi lawyer. he quotes, viva la resistance. what do you think is going to happen, do you think they will go through the impeachment? it seems like they will. will they pay a price for that? >> i certainly think so. i think they will pay a price at the polls. you know better than i do about up things. a lot of is is a defensive mechanism. they are worried about the horowitz report and the john durham investigation. judge jeanine: congratulations
9:56 pm
on the book. next, i'm going to introduce you to an american hero. one i got to meet personally this week. we'll be right back. i looove travel. italy! yaaaaass. with the united explorer card, i get rewarded wherever i go. going out for a bite. rewarded! going new places. rewarded! anytime. rewarded! getting more for getting away. rewarded! learn more at the explorer card dot com. and get... rewarded!
