5:40 pm
because there are jobs out there. it's an amazing time that were living in where at this time, don't be afraid, there's so many good ideas left on the shelf with people saying i have a great idea but i'm afraid. it's fear that blocks all back. it's a false fear. all the things that happened to me, you know you have deviations and i'll do a thing on deviations, in my company i have 16 employees come about 500 have my direct phone number. i don't get calls, i only get calls when there's a deviation, good or bad. put it out of my head, and that's amazing. if you're an entrepreneur, no matter how big or small you are, if you watch thoseon deviations and you learn from them you either get this on a good deviation or learn from the bad and that includes failure. i'm a friend of mine, one of

5:42 pm
when do you combine them it becomes a miracle. if you look back, most people you look back and can see their entrepreneurs, if something didn't happen here you wouldn't be here. when i got big and i turned five employees to 500, i took in tens of millions, a hundred million dollars in six months. at the end of it i owed 5 million. everything was done wrong, other people took advantage, but i learned from that. i learned much from that. another thing i l want to mention for the entrepreneurs out there or businesses, learn from someone that you trust in that business. you can learn a lot and say okay, what have you done so you don't have all this wasted time and you can save time on learning on what he's done for failures and successes. >> is there anything you would've done differently? >> i would not have done one thing different if i wasn't
