shows the shooter getting out of a stolen u-haul which had a working pipe bomb inside. the two walked toward the jewish supermarket while opening fire. david anderson and francine graham identified as the shooters, anderson reportedly made anti-police and anti-semitic posts online and has ties to the black hebrew israelites movement. they were both killed by police as three bystanders were killed inside the store, detective joseph steele, a father of 5, was gunned down earlier. his mother telling fox news everyone loved him adding, quote, i kept thinking it is not even real, saying why him, why him. thousands attended the funeral for two of the victims last night. the man suspected of hitting and

killing a texas police officer could be headed to louisiana, henderson is believed to be armed and dangerous, after police say he hit sergeant kayla sullivan with his car during a traffic stop. he was last seen in a red buick with a busted back window in nassau bay, texas. police believe he has one handcuff attached to his wrist. henderson who goes by the nickname killer dray has a long, history. he has posted mugshots any video from outside jail on his instagram account. in the meantime sergeant sullivan's community remembering the 16 year veteran at a vigil, she leaves behind the husband and a son. today lawyers from the boston marathon bomber will fight to overturn his conviction and death sentence. they will argue he wasn't given a fair trial in part since it was held in boston where jurors would be biased against him. three people were killed, 300
