she's afraid if she send these week articles, she's going to find him not guilty and be done with it all. nancy is making demands. mcconnell will have to run the trial her way or else. sounds like nancy is the one demanding a quid pro quo. not how this works. the speaker doesn't get to set the terms. the house investigates and the senate judges. she doesn't have any leverage. the democrats have already denied due process and now they are denying our right to a speedy trial. par for the course. i thought trump was a dire threat to democracy. he had to be impeached before he could bring the next election. i guess there's no emergency anymore. that's how you know it was pure politics. this was never about the constitution. nancy only cares about the pr of impeachment. she wants trump to be impeached but not acquitted. mcconnell called a bluff.

trying to get political advantage. you are pointing it out. they are not coming after donald trump. they are coming after every single person who voted for trump. as is all about making sure 233 democrats -- excuse me, 232 democrats will give the will of the people. there's also one other thing you need to point act. nancy pelosi wants to control what happens in the senate. she wants to bring the witness witnesses. i thought the whole case was unbelievably ironclad and beyond anything we could ever imagine and yet, she wants more witnesses because there's a flaw in the case she's already made. >> she's exposed herself by playing these games and it looks partisan and political. mcconnell will not put up with any of this. i don't know what's going on in

the senate or how it will shake out but it's not going to shake out in nancy's favor. you walk around the halls of congress, you see your colleagues and nancy schiff another. what is the atmosphere right now in congress? >> a lot of the democrats were trying to put on this pr stuff. they are putting on black because for a lot of them, this is there political funeral. they are high-fiving in the hallways, it's a real democrat democratic, progressive district. the rest of them are very scared and they should be because the american people, the american people are seeing this. this is nothing more than a political stunt. mitch mcconnell is not going to listen to nancy pelosi and neither are the other 53 republicans over there. this is ultimately going to be decided by them in the american

people and i can tell you, the american people are not buying the argument that nancy and her colleagues have put forth. >> is pretty selfish that they are out there high-fiving, fist bumping, celebrating because i don't see how nancy keeps the gavel after this stub. do you? >> i don't. i can tell you what happens, some of those states you are talking about, the traditional states that no publican was ever supposed to win and yet, donald trump won them. what's happening is, many of those democrat members of congress will go home. this may be the only important vote they ever take because what's going to happen is when 2020 rolls around, they are going to find themselves on the losing side. >> were on the street, you are getting out of town. i don't know when but i hear you are getting out of town.

what you have planned? >> i'm going to continue to fight with this president. i don't care where i am. will continue to fight. we have a job to do and that's to make sure the american people seek this impeachment for what it is and when it continues. as we look at that, i can tell you, we will stay in the fights because the job of actually returning america to its rightful owner, it's not done. we are going to get donald trump reelected. i'm all in for that. >> so no cabinet position? >> nothing planned other than i will help the president and work with him and his team. >> thank you very much. let's bring in press secretary sean spicer. sammy crews and republican fox news contributor.

she goes i don't know if i will send it through the senate. what? she exposed herself. we need to rest. big news in the investigation, the origins of a pressure appropriate now looking into the role next cia director, john, he played this in the investigation. they requested all of his e-mails, his call walks in a bunch of other documents from intelligence agency. ag bill barr weighed in on this. >> is not just looking at the fbi, he's looking at other agencies and private departments and private actors. so it's a much broader investigation. and also, is not just looking at that aspect of it, he's looking at all conduct both before and after the election. >> you think he's a little

nervous? >> they should be. this is an admission i think in a hint from the attorney general but this goes far beyond just the fbi. the ig report starts with a friendly foreign government. why? why was a from the government meeting for the kids in his 20s with no background? the predicate is what they are looking at and most important me i think what they can do is issue subpoenas and look at the flow of money. you want to see the democrats they spent millions of dollars? who cost us millions of dollars? all of the money and i think that's where it's at. the investigation report was limited in the scope of where it could book, he had to stay within the department of justice. it was across everything. if a started summer but ended

>> jeffrey epstein intended it to be a baby farm in which he would impregnate as many as 20 young women, girls really at a time. was a relatively remote, fast compound. it was never used to produce babies but he did have some distinguished visitors reported, including the clintons. his old west section of that compound. the other part was the mansion he had. >> backup one second before we get into the clinton situation. how do we know? what evidence do we have that he's intending to of mass impregnation on this property? with her doctors, devices? how do we know? >> epstein, good question. epstein reached out to various scientists and specialists and

endowing the various universities and institutes and using some of the same techniques, at least advocating or planning on using the same techniques the nazis used in terms of racial purity. weeding out the defective, getting rid of anyone, any kind of medical malformation just reading the perfect blondes with epstein's own sperm. he figured he was a special person who should put his species around the world. >> psychologically, we don't even have time in the entire show to discuss what that actually means. you mentioned bill clinton. their work reports that bill clinton had been on this property but not specifically in

the baby making section? >> exactly right. but i'm not sure if those reports had ever been confirmed. i think we have to go cautiously. there was a report there were rumors that included the it guy who set up the security system but when i contacted him albuquerque, new mexico, he told me he'd never had any confirmation the clintons indeed had been there. of course, with epstein, this was a person who from president to prince's, many powerful men wanted dead. that's why nobody can believe he really committed suicide even though he attempted tooth times. there's still and will always be a conspiracy theory. there is and will always be suspicion that he took his own life. he was in jail, he was in when

he first tried to kill himself in prison. i don't know why they picked this particular roommate but he was in for the meatball, ex-cop 50-year-old guy, muscle type guy. he reportedly killed four associates, latino associates pain ring. buried him on property then. >> and alleged dirty cop, you can't say for sure but jesus, look at that guy. who knows what he could have been promised. i'm not a conspiracy got myself but if this all adds up, it adds up in every way. >> my favorite theory is that epstein wanted to kill himself and got someone to help him kill himself. for instance, the news, the news he fashioned out of sheets, a
