>> this is one of the very reasons the legal counsel has for tickets, under both administrations, says the president can be indicted while he's in office. they can bring the trial against him and indictment hanging over his head that he cannot vindicate himself and it would crumple the presidency of the office itself. when nancy pelosi is doing here is exactly the same thing. the parallel with the first article impeachment is that they are using the powers of their office to try to investigate the head of the opposing political party who happens to be done in 1600 pennsylvania avenue, what they are doing is the impeachment itself much less the holding out for the articles of impeachment and not sending for the senates. it's the utmost abuse of office. he really is a travesty and it shows you how blindly -- how much blind hate. they have for the president that they are willing to throw off

and we did the math right, $257,000 a day and they still -- they are losing ground in this fight. what should happen? which should there be doing? which of the leaders actually do? >> first thing to realize is how we got here. now a lot of people naively saying, oh, well, all these americans walking around without homes. the truth of the matter is that all these people are either drug addicts or their alcoholics. earlier decades in america, there were treatment programs and these people were confined to a given medical care and they were given drug treatments and then the supreme court and other courts and that '80s end '90s said you can't keep these people against their will even if it's for their own good. if you're violating their civil rights and you've got to let them go. and it's almost created it, you may say, by liberal prudence, so liberal jordans presents causes the problem in democratics turnt

into almost a contingency. it's almost asking what's should be done, because people have not been doing about it have not had any intention to go after it. if a homeless guy walks up to a guy eating in a restaurant and picks up the chicken like office plate and start eating it or hassling people in the neighborhood, virtually, nothing you can do and that's the way the democratic leadership wants it. >> jason: i think that's sad, they lose their jobs and they divorced, maybe have financial problems and that's a portion of a period of we see the rapid growth in the economy of coast-to-coast in the country that is looming ahead of all time record levels the point that you made that i hope everybody understands, this is not necessarily primarily driven by poverty.

it is driven in large part by these liberal policies that are allowing this and ultimately cultivating this. >> a very good experiments, if you walk up to a homeless guy who is hungry and you offer him an apple, i give you 50-50 odds that he will throw the apple at your face. if he offer him a job obscenities are going to calm yr way, and you're dealing with a different kind of problem that we might naively assume and it's not just these guys need a meal, is not that he needs a job, a part of what's going on is that these are people who are in some fundamental ways have become dysfunctional in the a society and the things that we need to do to reintegrate them to treat them, to train them, those are things that the political leadership has no interest in doing and in a way, almost would rather have them as a disappointed contingency that they can count on politically. >> jason: it is said, and a big part you want to be
