iranian state tv is reporting at least 32 people are dead. trampled in that stampede at the funeral. the numbers of dead have been fluxiating throughout the hour. we will continue to keep an eye on developments there. crowds have been huge both today and yesterday at the funeral and the procession for general soleimani with estimates of a million or more people filling the streets there the mourning accompanied by angry rhetoric, including threats to set u.s. facilities on fire, chants of death to israel. and a vote by iran's parliament to officially designate the u.s. military a terrorist force after the targeted killing of the former leader of iran's revolutionary guard blamed by the u.s. for killing and maiming hundreds of u.s. troops and thousands of others. of course, president trump has promised a swift and overwhelming response if iran tries to retaliate and the hurt could be delivered in part by one of the u.s. military's newest weapons. you mentioned them lightning fighter jets, 52 of them.

like this before except every single year i have been alive and years before that since 1979. death to america is a thing. it's been a thing for quite a while and massive rallies where they burn american flags and talk about america as the great satan. that's nothing new. if you just discovered that the iranians don't like america, meaning the iranian government doesn't like america and they can get thousands of people out in the streets of tens of millions of people, shocker, it turns out they have been doing this for quite a while. pete: they sure have. the entire pressroom mills of the current iranian regime is islamic revolution and exportation of terrorism to advance their cause. these protests, do you know what they're? they are propaganda. they are hoping that american news outlets will splash across their pages how beloved this general was. if you actually look at the report. plenty of students and officials have been forced to attend these. there is a culture there if you don't support the ruling ayatollahs someone is looking out for you. just last november, thousands of iranians took
