evidence, hindering prosecution. what is the significance of the murder and felony murder charges? >> we love felony murder because it doesn't mean you have the intention to commit murder at a particular time but there was a predicate felon, robbery or kidnapping and during the course of that even though you may not have wanted the person to die the person died so if you were in the course of one of those felonies and the person dies it is just as severe as if you murdered them. >> you were talking that you never tried a case without a body but it has happened before. there have been a number of prominent cases. >> we covered a lot of cases so it is not an impossible thing. defense attorneys will be happy about that because a lot of forensic evidence will be lost but there is so much evidence circumstantially, prosecutors do one more, her phone records, financial records and did, she
