democrats set this all up in secret. denied donald trump's lawyers for five months, to write to make their case, and hid a lot of evidence from the senate, even i heard new information today. and i thought i knew everything. so i'm going to summarize the case the white house made today and then tell you what it all means. read the transcript. there is no talk about delaying aid on the call. trump asked ukraine president to do us a favor. the american people -- that was to investigate election interference and to investigate corruption. the president of ukraine and his people said that call was a goods call a. and he felt no pressure. he said that after the call, and after this whole thing blew up that ukraine president and his people never knew the aid was delayed until the u.s. media reported it. the democrats accuse the president of leveraging security

assistance to supposedly force president zelensky to announce investigation but possibly be when ukrainian were not aware that security assistance was pause ad? there can't be a threat without the person knowing e he's being threatened. there can't be a quid pro quo without the quo. so that's knocked out. we with also found out that trump had delayed a bunch of other countries. ing nothing illegal about that. trump delayed aid to afghanistan and base cost issues. delayed aid to central is american countries because they weren't helping stop illegal immigration. delayed aid to package because of terrorism. witnesses called by the the democrats back trump up. they all testified that the top foreign policy goal in ukraine was fighting corruption. they testified that aid starts and stops all of the time. they testified that trump had

ordered a review of all foreign aid two years ago. and it wouldn't be business as usual. the focus would be on other countries paying their fair share and are we waste our money on corrupt countries who don't have their act together? and trump didn't like the fact that america helped ukraine out and european countries like germany didding nothing. and -- big point here. the javelin anti-tech missiles were sent to ukraine not a part of the delayed package ukraine got really good stuff. trump gave ukraine powerful lethal a aid to fight russians obama didn't and aid trump delayed for few weeks instead of under obama for years was released. under deadline without any investigations taking place. but the democrats hid all of these facts from the senate.

because the facts destroy their case also a very key moment today ambassador sunland remember him that smooth rich bald guy -- he said he assumed trump had a quid pro quo going on. in his public testimony ambassador used variation of the words assume, presume, guess, speculate and belief over 30 times. here's some examples. >> that was my presumption, my personal presumption that was my belief. that was my presumption. yeah. >> all all of the democrats have to support allege link between security assistance and investigations is ambassador assumptions and a presumptions. >> he said he was guessing that trump it was linking aid to investigations. he admitted he had no evidence for it. and he's a democrat star witness. and when he spoke to the president trump said no quid pro

quo. it's over. their whole case is based on someone's speculation that was wrong. the democrats have no witness who provides any evidence of a quid pro quo and never did because it never happened. the facts from the democrats own investigation showed this. but they covered them all up and then lied it be. then white house lawyers torched the one sided investigation led by adam schiff. trump are was denied due process right and that investigation. no right to cross exam witnesses no right to call witnesses, no right to present evidence. no right to counsel. and everything started in adam schiff little secret dark basement. whying rig an investigation like this? because they didn't care about the facts they only cared about getting trump impeached by christmas. adam schiff is keeping it locked in secret remember the

washington invoked executive privilege but trump is impeached for doing it. trump lawyerses are very shrewd here putting executive privilege aside for just a moment, the house subpoenas for witnesses and testimony were not valid. because the constitution and the supreme court clearly states that the full house must vote to authorize an impeachment committee to issue impeachment subpoenas. nancy pelosi never held a full house vote. she skipped it. remember. because she knew trump would ask courts to step in and it would slow her down. so bogus subpoenas, no obstruction. the federal court is ruled on this, no abuse of power, no obstruction, case closed. the american people agree. fresh new poll from abc news washington post came out on friday after week of schiff all over tv making his case. and public does not agree with

adam schiff. 51% say donald trump should not be removed just 45ing% say remove. now this is a trend if you look at the real clear politics average. if you see the second week in december there where it kind of crosses over and dips, after the american people had heard the democrats case in the house -- the people have been against removeing the president and it never flipped after that. now, more americans are against impeachment than are for it. more they listen to democrats, the more they disagreed. and now president trump seeing as bigst approval ratings yet. he's averaging 45%. abc has hill at 47 emerson has him at 47 and rasmussen 49 and not what democrats expected huge calculation force feeding impeachment down throats and impeachment is leading to downtown soaps look at the

ratings look at this. bold and beautiful -- [laughter] wow. so they're getting smoked. anyway -- look at the ratings for impeachment compared to other big political events. kavanaugh, comey, michael all of that stuff crushed adam schiff. crushed him. so it's driving americans crazy. check this out. the guy named lonny clark watching senate trial in a hotel room he got so crazy when his girlfriend wanted to change the channel. he allegedly punched and choked her out. each facing strangulation and assault charges. now, obviously, you can't really directly connect this. but according to the democrats logic, they makes a circumstantial case to adam schiff is tearing country apart. kidding but seriously when is this going to end? next week hopefully the white house closes hard, probably lays into the biden boys, and the

mainstream media i pointedly said and very hopefully said hey we're go doing share joint custody of the country now and should find a way to responsibly coparent and you see where we are but i guess to public question is very simple. what have all of the investigations and a insinuations that you've had just laid out so nicely what is that amount ad to for american people? how is it impacted their lives and very difficult question for the investigators to answer. as opposed to real people impact of the trump progress report that has been three years of his presidency. the gross numbers, the jobs numbers and job environment, national security two dead terrorist two supreme court justices, two new trade deals that sounds like two terms to me and so people see that split screen they see that contrast. but i think look -- i think people should know what this really is about and should be more honest about it be. number one, four hours of adam schiff on camera is about eight hours too much of the crime against humanity, and i know
