hampshire. what do you make of candidates claiming victory? >> these are all political losers. this is such a disaster, people trying to take over our lives, run our country, the economy, they can't run a simple apps that keeps tally of votes and it is so embarrassing and it is a bad day to be a democrat but it is part of a pattern. we saw democrats spend $1 billion on the obamacare website in 2013 and it failed. it seems to be a democratic party problem with technology. >> little gut reaction here from andrew yang. might be helpful to have a presence and government to understands technology so the sort of thing doesn't happen. amy klobuchar's campaign manager says the numbers were running even or ahead of joe biden and
