jillian: the trump administration taking a victory lap after voting to acquit him on -- the republicans say this may not be the end of the so-called witchhunts. >> they need to go to take the house.com. if we do not win the majority, they will try to impeach this president again. they voted a year before that phone call. they work on the chairman who could work on impeachment. >> could they push for the president's removal? randy haig joins us to talk about that. what do you think. >> this and criminal. there is no such thing as double jeopardy with respect to impeachment. the democrats can impeach the president over and over as many times as they want.

jillian: you think they will? >> that is a great question. they seem to be headed in that direction. they will call bolton, mick mulvaney and start the subpoena fight with the president. i assume the president will assert executive privilege. i don't know if they will go back to voting on impeachment again or whether they will continue to hold hearings and call it an impeachment inquiry. rob: right after this ended two minute later jerry nadler gets press conference and starts to talk about the possibility of going through this all over again. >> it is likely your committee or a combination of committees will subpoena john bolton. >> the speaker signed off on it. i don't know.

rob: he doesn't sound like he wants to give up. >> i think if you look at what happened after the election in 2016 right before and after the president was inaugurated on 2017 there was talk about impeachment then. they wanted to impeachment, they don't like this president, they never understood how the american people could have voted for him over hillary clinton. i think impeachment is just a symptom of that. jillian: we are months away from the election, already into 2020. this already didn't go as they had hoped and all the candidates on the campaign trail and still talking about impeachment versus the messaging so how much will that heard them. >> this is just like captain ab. they are determined to try to hurt the president. they believe he is unfit for office, that he shouldn't have won in the first place. i don't think it is about removing him or that it ever was. it is really about trying to

jillian: a message for the thieves. thank you for joining us. what is your message? what did you think when you saw this happening? >> thank you for having me on tv. i felt violated. i serve our country, have two some to serve our country right now and i flew those flags in the beginning because there were people who were afraid to voice their support for donald trump. i raised those flags 9 months ago and after i did that, i felt since i owned that property which i do own the property and pay taxes on the property i have a right to express my opinion and that is what i did and my neighbors felt the same way. when the flag was stolen i felt absolutely violated. everything i had served and fought for and sacrifice for was basically trying to be deprived are taken from me. the word is truly violated.

intimidate me or my opinion, my personal opinion i served in operation southern watch and seen some strange things in a combat zone and i promise you they are not going to intimidate me. they are trying to intimidate me it is not going to happen. i will fight and when i say fight i will fight for my right to speak. i will stick out more flags and put them up and show my support for our president. i believe our president loves our military and our country and i will show support for that and i will not be intimidated or forced to stop doing that. rob: do you see the irony that a lot of on the far left talk about the president being a fascist while at the same time try to silence free-speech on the right. >> it is ironic, crazy to be honest with you especially the behavior i have seen in my local community.
