where does america go from here? joining me is liz peek. your overall comment about yesterday? watching from home, can't imagine what people are thinking. >> i think people are repulsed by nancy pelosi. i am a trump supporter so i think what has happened to donald trump in the last two years is unfair but nancy pelosi is doubling down on stupid in my view. this entire impeachment thing was a bad idea putting adam schiff in charge of it was a bad idea and polling is pretty clear american voters are not happy with nancy pelosi and the impeachment effort and the democratic party. polling from gallup shows a huge surgeon approval for the republican party. that is what has driven nancy pelosi to lose her mind here. all these personal attacks, ripping up the speech, utter embarrassment and doubling down on this.

i think she is not composed. shannon: do you think she should step down? there are calls for her to step down. >> he will step down when the last glacier melts. that is not going to happen. of democrats don't do well in 2020 she is out. heather: in terms of who this has benefited you went through some of those polling numbers do you think it is -- when she looks at those polling numbers? and take a look the polling numbers for the democratic candidates for president? >> let's think about the polling. the polling says people don't like what is happening in our country and they blame the divisiveness, more on democrats than nancy pelosi put on donald trump. has the coarsened the discourse? he has. has she double down and made it worse, without a doubt. this is a political act. i think she is in trouble. heather: you think they will

bring this topic up? >> the debate tonight will be more about joe biden making the case if he is still a viable candidate. heather: will the other candidates go after joe biden? >> i think they will go after pete buttigieg. his victory lap before we had information about iowa was an embarrassment to his candidacy. he looked like a rookie and he is and they will go after sanders. those are the front runners. sanders according to a monopole is a four points. who of those two can go to new hampshire, south carolina and do well? the answer is probably neither of them. democrats would love a concentrated field moving forward but i don't think they will get one. heather: we have dueling press conferences today. thank you so much. 20 minutes after the top of the

bill: branding and andrea buzzkirk's lives changed when their daughter emerson was diagnosed with congestive heart failure but then a miracle happens. a heart became available and a successful transplant saved their baby's life and they are bringing awareness to america's heart health month with emerson avenue story of bravery and hope. joining us to sharon brad and andrea emerson. thank you for joining us, appreciate it. >> thank you for having us. heather: emerson is tweeting away letting everyone knows -- >> live tweeting as we speak. heather: this was one year ago she had to have the surgery. what happened? >> emerson was diagnosed in september of 2018. we took her to the hospital, she was not being herself, lethargic, dehydrated. we took her in thinking she

would need antibiotics and when the doctor came back and told us she was in congestive heart failure our world stopped. that was not the news we were expecting to hear. heather: i can't imagine how scary that must have been as a dad looking at your little girl knowing did you know she was going to need a new heart? >> pretty early on. we haven't had a history of family medical so this hit us like a ton of bricks. we were not expecting this at all. we transferred hospitals. they expedited things. they knew on the spot she was going to need a new heart. that first week was touch and go. we didn't know which way she was going to go. heather: she is so cute with her halloween costume.

you found out about the heart, this is moving very quickly. tell us what happened during the surgery and afterwards. >> we found out on january 27, 2019, that are hard had become available. brandon was in california with me when we got the call so we received that call together as we got the call at 5:46 at night and they said she would be taken to surgery at midnight. we got to the hospital to prepare her and give her a special bath and get her sheets change so she was fresh and ready to go down and the hospital but that is no how surgery was progressing. the text message updates, we stayed awake until 2:00 in the morning. okay, she is in surgery, we decided to get a few hours of sleep as we needed to. we woke back up at 6:00 and at

6:30 we received a message that she was done, surgery was over and she was coming up to recovery. heather: such wonderful news that it went well and playing with you and watching frozen or whatever she is doing, tell us what your shirt means. >> heart kids are known as heart warriors. one of our friends early on changed the eye in warrior to an e for emerson and that, from the beginning she is a warrior and exemplifies every meaning of it. heather: so many people across the country, and others, need organ transplants, specifically hearts. american heart month and today we are talking about the problems women have with heart health. the final word as we wrap up to express to people the importance
