would. the message is going to be clear, something is going to be done. some form of penalty that does stick. >> bill: there is a court date on the 24th of february. what happens then? >> he will plead not guilty. you hurt his defense attorney saying this is politics. this is not about justice, it's about politics. let it go. he has paid his dues. he did the community service that has been reported. why are we continuing to do this? part of this is that the attorneys are saying, he is being sued. of course, they want to create all of this. they want to say that our client is guilty of something so they can get some money. >> bill: at the outset, as a defense attorney, you said this drives you crazy. >> it does. if you've got a great deal, stop. don't go out and continue to profess that your innocence. keep your mouth shut and move on. had he done that, he probably would not be here talking about this.
