because you would think she would have a sound opinion on that at this point. what do you make a stances? >> this is the ultimate in politicizing the court. ruth bader ginsburg said don't go there. franklin roosevelt tried to expand the court, democrats pushed back and said this is politicizing the court to increase the numbers. you can fill it up with the guys you like, that is not how we do it in this country and i am concerned, saying things like chief justice roberts, if you don't vote the way we want we may have to take extreme measures like expanding the court, where the court turned into a political football. >> the president had a big focus on the court system. not just to supreme court justices, 189 federal judges, 51 circuit courts. are they more focused on this

than past administration? >> yesterday was the anniversary of justice scalia's death, trump came out naming names to be put on the court. his stance on the court was a major reason he was elected and he recognizes that. leader mcconnell see that is a key legacy. he is already in three years put on almost as many circuit justices as obama did. this is a long term impact, they are interpreting the constitution for a long time, liberals had a stranglehold on the courts and are using them, what the democratically elected representative has done to impose liberal policies that never would have passed, returning it to the people and that will have a long-lasting impact beyond trump's time in office.
