is my world. [♪] judge jeanine: hello and welcome to "justice." i'm "judge jeanine pirro. thank you for being with us and thank you for making justice pull one in viewers last weekend. pam bondi from the president's legal team is here. acting director u.s. citizenship and immigration services, ken cuccinelli. lisa boothe will join us as well as lara trump from the trump 2020 team. and the daytona 500 is tomorrow.
6:01 pm
i spent the day at legendary speedway hang out with fans, a few drivers, and taking a spin in the pace car. i'll show you the preparations for the race tomorrow. but first my open. as the democrat clown car literally packed with b-list candidates, bernie, biden, and buttigieg and bloomberg, the rest of us watch curiously to see who the winner will be. as these democrat primaries continue, understand that you are looking at the most extreme leftist agenda america has ever witnessed. so you need to start worrying. in fact, you need to be afraid.
6:02 pm
these people don't care about you or law and order. i will say it again neese people don't care about you, your safety, civil tranquility, innocent americans, or law and order. if they did, they would support the police, law enforcement, i.c.e., border patrol, the military and all the agencies designed to protect the safety of the american citizenry. but no, these leftists openly defy the law and protect those who are guilty of violating it. as a result, areas of crime are being created that endanger innocent americans in sanctuary cities and sanctuary states. we are beginning to see how the left's reliance on identity politics which focuses on race, gender, class and sexual

orientation. and seeks to protect the guilty and punish the innocent. just this week in new york, a 92-year-old grandmother was raped and murdered by an illegal immigrant set free by new york city officials who defied federal authorities, who soot custody and de -- who sought custody and detention of that's illegal individual. but it's nothing new. we have seen it across the country where governors and mayors decide illegals who are criminals should not be handed over to see is * for deportation, but instead thud be allowed to roam freely among us. but folks it will only get worse if a democrat debts elected into the white house. what does this have to do with the democrat primary?
6:04 pm
everything. those seeking to be commander-in-chief are part of this constructionist, ignore the law men talt. bernie sanders is an out-and-out socialist who calls america from a racist society from top to bottom. he believes everyone should be able to vote, even felons who are in prison. he does not care about law and order. pete buttigieg, a mayor of a town in indiana has proven over and over again he doesn't know or understand anything about law and order. michael bloomberg is somewherey for what he said when he talked about law and order and still can't figure out what he meant when i talked about law and order. joe biden, he still can't figure out whether law and order is a requirement or a television
6:05 pm
show. so these political clowns don't care that americans overwhelmingly support enforcement of the law. so why wouldn't they? their goal is simple, they get the power when illegals vote because they know they lost the vote of law abiding americans who support the constitution. the leftists prefer to subjugate the laws of the lands even if it means sacrificing the rest of us at the altar of identity politics. they know if they can give illegals driver's license that they can use to register to vote. but you may not need that, there are politicians interested in having illegals vote. and the latest leftist suicide
6:06 pm
fact with crime continues with bail reform. it may sounds great, but it's a nightmare with these radicals believe th the i am the i am -s a get out of jail free pass but they are wrong. the constitution recognizes the legality of the imposition of bail. but it's not bail reform. it's let them loose. if they victimize others while they are out, so be it. as you can see from just one day in new york city, the front pages of two major newspapers reflect what appears to be
6:07 pm
agrowing crime epidemic because of a liberal kumbaya b.s. a bank robber who robbed five banks was let out to rob two more banks. they should have been in jail pending trial. these were public safety emergencies. the purpose of bail is to insure someone returns to court. i know that. but no bail when someone is a danger to the community sends a message. go for it. if we give you no bail, we are telling you you are free to go out and reoffend. so should serial pedophiles who prefer to have sex with children
6:08 pm
be let out on bail to go out and reoffend? i don't think so and i don't think you do either. but this highlights the radical difference between the right and the left and how they view your safety. look at the tent cities with the highest violent crime rates in the country. they are all run by democrat mayors. coincidence? i think not. now take a lot at the next chart with the 10 cities with the highest numbers of homicides in the country. every one of those cities has a democrat as a mayor. the next time you watch for the outcome of the democrat primary ask yourselves if you want a country that reflects the policy on a national revel where the rights of the criminal are sacrosanct and the rights of the

victims are ignored. the criminals are coddled as if they are violated and not the violated. if that's what you want, by all means vote for the democrats. but keep wow eye on the democrats who don't care about the rules. but as i said, you need to be afraid. you need to be very, very afraid. that's my open. let me know what you think on my facebook and twitter trash tag judge jeanine. familiar with bail. is the concept of bail and the requirement someone stay in jail if they don't make bail is unconstitutional and unfair, and as a result people are being freed to reoffend. some of them aren't even coming back. what do you think should be done about this? was this something you had to deal with when you were attorney general? >> when i was a career prosecutor, thank goodness we had great judges like you who would look at the facts you are supposed to look at. if someone is arrested, you have to look at what you said. if they are a flight risk. someone with 138 prior arrests? they are a flight risk. you have to look at if there is a victim involved, if they could harm the victim. the number one thing is if they
6:11 pm
are a danger to our community. this isn't political. it should be about whether we can keep our citizens safe. our police officers safe on the streets, and whether someone will come back to court. judge jeanine: the purpose of bail is to reassure the return of the offender. dangerousness is not one of the criteria. should bail be readjusted? they are loosening it up. instead of saying if you are likely to kill someone as the opposed to giving them an order of protection like we witnessed in new york, ms-13 gang members. and the prosecutor had to testify against the defendants, he ends up dead. so it's all going against the
6:12 pm
law enforcement and the victim. i believe it's the criminal and it's the liberals who feel sorry for them who are pushing this agenda. >> they completely are. they are look out for the criminals instead of the victims and the citizens of our community who could be hurt. look at everything president trump has done, given everything to our military, our police officers, everything to strengthen our police and military. they are trying to undermine that by letting criminals, people charged with crimes out of jail without bond. it's to shiern they arife back in court. but it's also to protect our communities. that's why we have top have good judges in place and tough strict laws that have to be enforced.

judge jeanine: you know, i know you are a special advisor to the president within the office of white house counsel and you can't comment on prosecutorial decisions. but there was something that got a lot of people frustrated and that's the decision by the department of justice to not prosecute andrew mccabe who was found by the inspector general to have falsely testified or sworn under oath, and on the other side, and a decision made to not prosecute him. and on the other side, roger stone, that same department of justice made a decision to recommend the sensing of 7- -- the sentencing of 7-9 years. i know you can't comment on the prosecution side of it. but is there any question in your mind that 7-9 years for
6:14 pm
roger stone is too much. and not going add mccabe, is there still. >> deep state in the justice department. >> to start with with mccabe. what do we know from the horowitz report? he's a disgrace to the fbi. he gave numerous false statements under oath. he was part of the comey-mccabe with a fake steele dossier pushed it forward despite pushback from the cia. inspector horowitz was very clear. the man is a disgrace. he's not a good person. the fbi is very lucky to be rid of him and our country is lucky to be rid of him. but then you go to someone like roger stone. you remember when they raided roger stone's house? they treated him like he was a mass murderer in the middle of the night.
6:15 pm
they went into his house with guns drawn. that man was not a threat to lives, to society. but they arrest him that way. judge jeanine: isn't that proof of my theory that you have got a deep state trying to go after republicans in a way that's so unlike how they handled democrats? it's ridiculous. you are the expert here, pam. >> the justice department and bill barr stepped in and did the right thing. the justice department said roger stone does not need 7 7-years in prison. they were going above the guidelines on him. so the justice department did the right thing there. when you get disproportionate sentences especially with someone with roger stone's
