>> that's right so this rescue fly didn't go exactly as planned at least 14 of those americans evacuated now have the corona virus, and it wasn't discovered until the passengers were already on their way to the airport. the first plane landed at travis air force base in california about three hours ago, the other plane just laded momentsing ago at joint base san antonio. now we don't know which plane perhaps both of them have those newly infected patients but all 300 passengers will be under quarantine for the next two weeks. as for the passengers with the virus now, the state department explains that these individuals were moved in the most expeditious and safe manner to a specialized contain. area on the evacuation aircraft. now this whole they think is exactly why some americans did not want to leave the cruise ship in the first place. about 400 of them have been quarantined upon the diamond prin sises cruise ship off coast of japan since february 5th.

46 americans already infected onboards and american lawyer and his wife refused to evacuate explaining to our neil cavuto that they felt safer onboard ship. understand they're getting off ship about to be in another state but under this circumstance the offer is -- we're going to put you ons buses with other people who haven't completed their quarantine. and have not been tested for the virus. we are going to then put you on a plane with all of these people, and take you back to the united states. now it is geng to be that wait and see game to see what happens to rest of the passengers meantime pressure mounting on china, as some of their own scientists now believe that deadly virus may have originated from a wuhan research lab. there are now about 71,000 confirm cases worldwide. more than 1700 people have died from this disease. rob and jillian. thanks for that update aishah.

this weather pattern that is conducive for flooding and we have flood warningses all along the mississippi river valley and, of course, east of that. where we're going to see more the potential for rain in the forecast there's future ray or dare as you can see another crop of moisture moving up towards mississippi to tennessee and ohio river valley, and then it is gong to be rinse and repeat as we go through next couple of day here's today's forecast across the central u.s. 56 in kansas city you can sew that moisture again building across those areas that don't need to see anymore rain. and a little bit snow across billings montana and west coastal quest is beginning to dry out for next, you know -- 12 to 24 hours and another batch of rain moves in but you can see the model through next couple of days -- noting looking good for the south with more rain in the forecast . we've got snow across rockies and then coastal west e will will get soft again. some of the same areas getting more and more rain and snow, here in new york city -- it's going to remain mild and it

we appreciate it. >> thanks for having he. >> we're going to start with george washington the first president and let's go back to grade school here. the u.s. the victory in the revolutionary war, of course, secure the independence from england and ensure early transfer of executive power. talk a little bit about george washington. >> you know george washington is one of our most beloved presidents he's my personal favorite. and a it is not so much -- it's what he did, of course, that orderly transfer of power but it's how he did it, abigail wife of his vice president said that modesty marked every line of his face, and what that means is he put others first life was not all about george washington. it really was about the people and serving about and leading by example that's really what made washington so great and really so beloved by the people. >> now let's talk about abraham lincoln and we can pull up this graphic here and you'll see that he issued emancipation

proclamation led to civil war and through reconstruction era. talk about about him. >> well you know abraham lincoln put the word united in united states. he kept it in there. he could have easily let the union break apart but he fought in the union won a civil war, and we came back to the as a nation. and then he eradicated great injustice of slavery i love the color blue in thing flag because it literally means justice. and that was abraham lincoln a justice president. >> let's talk about i think aing big surprise for a lot of people was the presidency of ronald reagan former actor, come along and ends up being a fantastic president of the united states. a key role in ending the cold war that soviet union collapsing under his presidency that was a remarkable thing. reagan, of course, everybody remembers 80s and money in the country, and modern iosing and upgrading our military forces as well. talk about president reagan. >> you know president reagan was

called great communicator and a lot of people thought it was his style but really his ideas, the idea of limited government which is what drove that cutting taxes giving money back to the people. and also his -- opposition to commune sm and we saw that it was dominoes that he put in place that led to the fall of the soviet union and end of the cold war which was hugely important. you know he was the one that wanted to tear down this wall and, of course, that happened shortly after he left office. >> and now to current day, and president trump and some of his accomplishments including unemployment at a 50-year low 6.7 million jobs have been created he signed phase one of the u.s. china trade deal and invested 2.2 trillion in the u.s. military. talk about the job he's done so far. sm you know, there's a lot of reagan in president trump in terms of his economic policy deregulation cutting taxes. but he's taking it a step further with trade and we haven't had a president do this

in recent history. so it will be really interesting to see how all of these trade deals play out. and how they might boost and change the economy and a way in years to come. >> this president, though, i mean is much more polarizing i think than at least ronald reagan was in a lot of ways how will history remember that? >> you know it is hard to say. he's definitely polarizing and his president is city has been characterized that way. but -- but you also see tens of thousands attending his rallying people staying up all night in the rain and sleet in the heat. and i think that's really interesting aspect of this presidency this populous president really does attract a lot of people and you know, people who were attracted to george washington, it was the top of people's bucket list to see george washington as newspaper described people they could once they have seen washington, and so this populism
