david lee miller is following the story from a new york city newsroom. david? >> it's been two months since tessa majors was murdered, of 13 has been arrested in the stabbing death, the teenager was reportedly 14 years old, will be tried as an adult. his initial court appearance is expected very soon, the boy's attorney had no comment. an earlier point in this investigation, the teen was questioned and released by police. our second 14-year-old also slated to make a court appearance this afternoon, he is scheduled to be arraigned following a grand jury indictment. he was taken into custody on friday and charged in a criminal complaint second-degree murder and robbery. he is being held without bail. authorities say in december, weaver and two other teens tried to rob majors near her school's campus. according to documents, she resisted and that is when weaver allegedly stabbed majors in the
