rich liberal with unusual personal taste. but either way, warren was happy to play along. barty seen the clips are ready but this is one ofhose exchanges worth replaying again and again and again. elizabeth warren just him like that bad little billionaire he is buried vigorously. watch. >> i'd like to talk about who we are running against. a billionaire who calls women fat broad's and horse faced lesbians, and no i'm not talking about donald trump, i'm talking about mayor bloomberg. democrats are not going to win if we have a nominee who has a history of hiding his tax returns, of harassing women, and of supporting racist policies. democrats take a huge risk if we just substitute one arrogant billionaire for another. >> tucker: you wonder how often bloomberg pays to get yelled at like that. pretty expensive role-playing.

at one point, elizabeth even for schoolwork to admit he wouldn't allow a strange female employee to speak honestly about the time working for him. watch. >> he has gotten some number of women, dozens, who knows, to sign nondisclosure agreements both for sexual harassment and for gender discrimination in the workplace. so, mr. mayor, are you willing to release all of those women from those nondisclosure agreements so we can hear their side of the story? completely, bloomberg could barely function. couldn't explain his own candidacy, he made apologies for his record. at one point, bloomberg bragged about cutting new york city's crime rate in half and then almost instantly disavowed the policy that made it possible. >> well, if i go back and look at my time in office, the one thing that i'm really worried about, embarrassed about, was how it turned out with stop and frisk. >> tucker: how bad was it? well, even on the most obvious question, the one he had to know was coming, how can someone as rich as you relate to normal voters? bloomberg whiffed it. apparently the army ofri consultancy wrote to hired to write his lines -- got sick of being self deprecating and decided to revert to his real personality, which is grating and pompous. by the way come his answers sound suspiciously like boasting, because when you're a spectacular successful as

but bloomberg's chinese masters are not pleased by the lie he told them that we have. by the end of the net bloomberg had failed so completely, nomination dropped by a third on the betting side predicted. even the analysts on cable newse day had to admit his performance was world historic awful. it really a new low in the history of spoken english. >> what's the big headline? >> bloomberg was awful. >> this was a disaster for bloomberg. yesterday. last night in las vegas. >> i thought it was a very bad night for him. he's probably doubling the salaries of his staff who want to go into the spinner because i wouldn't want to go in there to defend him after the night he had buried >> it was a devastating introduction to mike glover for mike bloomberg. >> bloomberg went in as the titanic. billion-dollar machine titanic.

titanic, meet iceberg elizabeth warren. >> there's no question she could go toe-to-toe with tom. she left bloomberg in a puddle on the debate stage. >> tucker: all true for once. bloomberg ate it last night, but here's the question, doesn't actually matter? that's what was worth thinking about. an answer as it doesn't really matter. bloomberg hurt him, but she didn't help herselff much. not a single person watching wants to listen to her for the next four years, gosh. meanwhile, bloomberg is still the norm rich and still blanketing daytime television with his ads. far more americans will see his commercials then watched last night's debate, that's just the truth of it. so for all the highly entertaining moments, the debate didn't really change the race. bernie sanders is still the front runner this morning, as hard as that is to believe. sanders is becoming less impressive as he rises in the polls. last night, for example, sanders lamely triedht to claim that is famously aggressive on the supporters, the ones were supportively harassing opponents on twitter might actually be

secret russian agents trying to sow discord in the democratic party. sanders said that onon stage. people running the debate were too dumb to notice it so nobody asked a follow-up question, we are all the poor and for that meanwhile, the various democratic also rans spent the evening savaging each other. a boy. amy klobuchar, who was supposed to be midwestern and nice, took a ball peen hammer into lego candidate pete buttigieg. watch this. >> you are sticking your candidacy on your washingtonou experience. you are on the committee that oversees border security. you're on the committee that does trade, you're literally part of the committee that's overseeinghe these things and we are not able to speak to little leo the first thing of the politics of the country -- speak are you trying to say that i'm dumb, or are you mocking me here, pete? i wish everyone was as perfect as you, pete, but let me tell you what it's like to be in the arena. i'm actually so proud of the work i've done on immigration reform and, you know what, you have not been in the arena doing

that work. you've memorized a bunch of talking points and a bunch of things. >> tucker: wow! so that was real. she clearly hates him. and good for her, by the way. he's awful. he is the thickest guy in the race. not that it matters. neither one of them is going anywhere in the end. by the end of the night, things got so fractious on stage they couldn't even agree to unite behind a candidate who got the most votes. think about that for a minute. t these are the same people who are always lecturing you about how the electoral college is and all that matters is the popular vote. but of coursete they never meant that. the only person who means it is bernie sanders and the only reason he means it is because in this case is the only one that can benefit from that t standar. in this point it's hard to see how anybody gets thed majority f democratic primary votes, but sanders is still likely to have the most at the end. so when a typical year that would make sanders the democratic nominee. but that's not the case this year. so who wins?

who was the nominee? that's something our friends of the democratic party are going to have to figure out at their convention in milwaukee for months from now. and good luck with that. author and columnist mark steyn joins us. mark, you watched last night. there are so many levels of awfulness, but how would you assess what you saw? >> well, i think the best explanationes for bloomberg is that he is, in fact, a russian asset who has been planted into the democrat race to make joe biden look forceful and vigorous. you said he spent $460 million to wind up on stage talking about nondisclosure agreements. i understand, by the way, that since the debate, he's asked everyone who watched the debate to sign a nondisclosure agreement. >> tucker: [laughs] >> so hopefully none of it will leak, and that's just another 460 brazilian

that the chinese general gave him. bloomberg is the biggest disaster -- is the biggest disaster on this -- it is billionaire to billionaire. sensible people. great novelists lionel shriver wrote to the british spectator, american novelist, best-selling novelist and said people will welcome bloomberg as a respite from trump. no theywo won't. if it's billionaire to billionaire, nobody -- people are going to go with the billionaire who isn't like the sky. the one thing you say about trump, when he came up with that rosie o'donnell line, he wasn't the creature of minders. he wasn't the creature of courtiers who don't dare tell the sultan that he's going to have to come up with an explanation as to why so many of the girls in the had to signed nondisclosure agreements. it was pathetic.

the debate stage. >> and donald trump, who nobody laid a glove on him. they were too busy carrying each other to shreds. in an intramural ping-pong game. >> tucker: don peeples is a democratic donor, founder of the people's corporation. happy to have him on tonight.de thanks so much for coming on. you are a long time democrat appeared very familiar with the party, you watched last night. you assessed. what do you think the chances are someone will emerge from this group to beat the incumbe incumbent? >> minimal unfortunately. i think that the challenges that we really don't have any new ideas. there's a focus on vilifyinges president trump without offering some innovative ideas about how to move the country forward and how democrats would do something different in terms of moving tht country forward and making america a better country. and that's what's missing.

>> tucker: at that as such -- that's a foundational point, it's a very smart point, you almost never hear it, but it's obvious, voters vote for the person who they think will improve their lives. people andart democratic party, why aren't they doing that? >> i think that they are struggling. at one, the economy is doing very well. we are near full employment. african-american unemployment is the lowest it's been since statistics have been capped. unemployment itself is lower than any time in the nation's history since they have been keeping track of it, and so what do you want on? and i think this idea and a decision was made very early to vilify the president no matter what he does, donald trump can never do anything good as far as they're concerned. and that's been the message. and so as a result of that, they've lost any ideas about where they want to bring this country, and they don't have a plan other than health care for everybody where most americans are already insured and we should be focusing on how to effectively -- cost-effectively ensure the remaining americans who don't have it. but they are at a loss for an

agenda of how they would change things other than they think donald trump is a bad person. >> tucker: so bottom line -- and i think that is the only unifying idea, if you can call it that, in the party right now. you don't think that you can beat trump by hating from, is that what you're saying? >> you can't. because the vilification of donald trump has been going on for three plus years and people are tuning it out. they want to hear what these candidates are going to do to make their lives better. how do we move america forward? in fact, if we want to talk about the racial divide that they are embracing in the now, howc party right do we provide access to economic opportunities for all americans? audio level the playing field? that's what americans want to hear from. and in fact if you look -- i mean, there's no two new generation of ideas at their other than pete buttigieg, who unqualified to be president of the united states. >> tucker: yeah. y it's hard to disagree with

>> tucker: as we told you repeatedly, in congress now democrats are pushing revolutionary -- that's not an overstatement -- piece of legislation called the new way ayforward act. the actual block block deportations for criminals. some serious criminals. and then allow judges to intervene to protect them even more. even more demented, it would spend your money, taxpayer dollars to fly deported criminalsin back into the united states where they could live off your tax dollars. it's a lunatic. but it exists because the entire democratic party is lunatic on the subject of immigration and that was on display last night when the so-called moderate pete buttigieg joint so-called moderate joe biden and calling illegal aliens every bit as american as you are and if not more. >> in south bend, it was not always easy to stand up in a conservative place like indiana on immigration, but we delivered. we created a municipal i.d. program so that dreamers and others who were undocumented were able to navigate everyday life. we stood up for those rights and stood with members of our

illegal aliens, undocumented immigrants, are more american than you are, mr. and mrs. american, what you make of that? >> is really disturbing, tucker, and it also echoes the new way forward bill, which you have laid out very clearly for viewers to see because the new way o forward bill have -- alies have a "right to come home. home. if they are as american as we are and they have a right to come home, this is a disturbing view of what they think it is to be an american. they think that america is just a place on the map and if you stand on american soil ever so briefly, suddenly you're an american. but ofsu course that's contraryo centuries of american history. they reject assimilation, they reject an american creed that all immigrants come to adopt. and they want to break that down, because the parts of the american creed, things like capitalism and the rule of law are things that the democrats no longerge accept. so i found it really, really shocking how they have adopted

this mantra that illegal aliens are as american as we are. >> tucker: it sins are pretty clear message. if i said to my children, the kid down the street, the one who's always breaking into houses and never goes to school and gives us the finger when we drive to church, he's every bit as much my child as you are. in fact maybe even a little more. the message to the kids would be really clear, i hate you, wouldn't it be? >> yeah, exactly. and the message sent by the new way forward bill, you mentioned many of the problems and it, on top of what you mention, there's another problem. it would turn every city in america into a sanctuary city. local police would be forbidden from helping ice in any way. and so just imagine thousands of americans would lose their lives, would be injured and if you're one of those victims of someone who's been brought back into the united states, you've been injured by the illegal alien and you've betrayed by your country, in the name of what? it's insane. >> tucker: yeah. in the name of watch. can theyth get elected on this? is their popular support for these ideas?

>> tucker: for years now ilhan omar has studiously ignored credible allegations that she is legally married her own brother a decade ago in a case of immigration fraud, but now she's facing more credible accusations. chief breaking news correspondent trace gallagher is on the case. hey, trace. >> when the accusation was first made a few years ago, congressman ilhan omar tried to knock it down by calling it absurd. then when the media turned up a certificate, omar went silent, refusing to make any comments at all saying she does not talk about her family or h personal life. well now, others are talking, a prominent member of the minneapolis somali community, who is now on the record telling the daily mail that in 2009 ilhan omar married her biological brother so that he could legally remain in the u.s. and attend college. at the time, omar was married.

but it was a religious marriage, meaning there was no minnesota state record stating that she and her -- that they were husband and wife and so marrying her brother would allow her sibling to get his legal immigration documents but he's not just saying that omar married her biological brother. he also gave the daily mail the name of the christian minister who married them. that minister reportedly says she does not want to be involved or interviewed about congresswoman omar. >> tucker: trace gallagher, thanks for that. roger stone received 40 months in prison today. if you surf that sentence will be over 70 years old when he gets out. for perspective, that's more than many murderers in this country serve in jail. but stone's crime wasn't murder. the official chart was lying about the existence of emails themselves completely legal. but his actual crime was spending 40 years giving political advice to donald trump and then gleefully mocking the

people in charge. they hate him for that. so to cnn. jeff zucker's hyena spent today salivating over over stone's's destruction and is always running interference for the corrupt power structure. >> in the end, you saw a judge standing up for the rule of law, standing up for the justice system, standing up for prosecutors who have all come under attack by the president. she herself threatened by roger stone, and also in the end defending prosecutors. standing up for this rule of law. talking about how this was all about a cover-up for the president, how roger stone did this, committed these crimes of lying and obstruction and intimidating a witness all in an effort to help the president. >> tucker: sohn's sentence was delivered by an obama appointed judge. we often hear complete tell my people complain that our b juste system has been infected by politics. amy is living proof that it has

been. she's an open partisan who is so flagrantly violated the bounds of constitutional law and fairness that it's shocking she's still on the bench. if there's anyone in washington who deserves to be impeached, it's her. during the mueller investigation she placed both rick gates and paul manafort under house arrest pending their trials. both are middle-aged men with no criminal history. neither was a flight risk. meanwhile, at this very moment tonight, countless violent predators in new york and california walk free without even posting bail. but jackson wanted to punish gates and manna for it. before they'd even been convicted of anything. and she did. ultimately she revoke his bail and placed him in jail in solitary confinement. but jackson has reserved a real fury for roger stone. at sentencing today she declared that stone "was prosecuted for covering up for the president." cnn let the claimed class without comment. but anyone who had been watching was baffled because that's totally untrue.

nobody connected to the president has ever been charged with a crime related to spying for russia or colluding with russia. much less convicted of one. stone wasn't prosecuted for covering up anything. that was not the charge. that is not what he was sentenced for. amy jacksonge knows that. she lied about it. in other words, here you have ad federal judge lying about the case before her. scary? yes, it is scary. roger stone's entire journey into kafka, partisan prosecutors, partisan jury foreman, partisan judge, could not have been more fraudulent or dishonest. it's hard to believe it happened in america or that a ruling class is applauding it, and they are. that ought to worry everyone who cares about equal justice on bothon sides. if they can do this to roger stone and win accolades from cnn as they do, they can certainly do it to you. maybe someday they will. stone hasn't reported to present had. he would be on the show right now to respond but he can no longer speak in public.

amy berman jackson has revoked his first amendment rights. the entire democratic party and their servants in the press can defame stone at will, and they are, relentlessly, but if stone dares to express his own opinion, amy berman jackson sent them to jail immediately. she saidn that. she has banned him from speaking publicly about the case in any way. he can't tweet or right on facebook, no t social media. he came to television, he can't speak to reporters. he cannot even express himself indirectly. if roger stone has to friend or family member to deliver a statement on his behalf he would be violating judge jackson's order. notice we won't say violating the law, because it's not the law. no judge can abolish the freedom of speech. it is inherent. instead, what you're watching is the capricious authoritarianism of a democratic activist wearing robes. it's terrifying. and it's being done purely for political ends. already today cnn t has made it clap demographic explain hows
