ronan farrow said he doesn't deserve any credit, "the new york times" reporters were there, but he also said the woman who came forward to tell the stories were quite courageous. they asked for a home detention for him because he had the back surgery that didn't go well? looks like it's not going to happen. he's going to have to go to rikers. he still faces indictments in california and even if he were to make a plea deal down on those, the jail time that he would do here come of that caliber you have would be in addition to. he's facing 5-29 years all these convictions. he was acquitted on the larger charges, which included the uncharged sexual abuse allegation. because i watched dana's show, these convictions are more likely to stand up under appeal because there are larger charges. he was acquitted -- i just want to point out one thing. i hope these reporters, everyone, keeps digging into the circle of people around harvey weinstein throughout hollywood,

bernie, one of the main differences is trump could win democrats. bernie is not going to win republicans. there is no middle ground bernie is going to win. trump was picking up union guys and independents. it's a bigger american first mission. bernie is an american last, that's not a unifying message. you have a core 30%-40% of the country that might vote for bernie here they might not even vote for him at all, they might set out. not a guy who's going to help the ticket on a senate seat or down ballot on a congressional seat. even people like chris matthews who put their rose-colored glasses on, what they been doing with trump the last three and a half years can see a mile away that this is going to be a train wreck and there is no way to spin in and that's why it's so cataclysmic. >> juan: i think chris matthews is going to have to readjust because i think msnbc is going to have to readjust. they cannot be neutral.
