[applause] cement breaking tonight the south carolina primaries and joe biden wins big. hello and welcome to justice. thank you for being with us tonight thank you for making as number one again last weekend all day and all night all last weekend. thank you. we have a pack to show on deck with the in-depth analysis with corey lewandowski and my exclusive interview to discuss the first death of the corona virus here in the united states.
10:01 pm
we have the highlights you don't want to miss. first, peter joins us live with the latest from biden campaign in south carolina. [cheering] >> south carolina is the state that joe biden decided to come to before new hampshire and he put all of his eggs in this basket and for the first time, joe biden giving a victory speech for presidential primary. the democratic congressman here arguably the most influential one in south carolina. at the very beginning tonight, they high-fived and said you pulled me across the finish line. we have a little bit more of that right here. [cheering] a man of enormous integrity.
10:02 pm
you've been knocked down, counted out, left behind, it's your campaign. >> we did not name drop any of them but he did specifically, he talked all about bernie sanders. saint he does not think it's a revolution and said they had results. the delegates leader going into super tuesday, joe biden was appealing directly to democrats watching at home and looking for something else. other than bernie sanders. that's what we had here on the south carolina home, volleyball course and it's on super tuesday. judge jeanine. judge jeanine: thank you so much. a loss for bernie sanders tonight but will he dominate on super tuesday? mark meredith has the latest on what to expect for the virginia

primary. bernie is campaigning tonight. mark. >> good evening. right here behind me i virginia, speaking to a fired up crowd but the campaign is already looking ahead in south carolina. ernie sanders one in northern virginia but what peter was talking about, it was moments ago. >> you cannot win them all. [cheering] a lot at stake out there and tonight, we did not win in south carolina. nobody wins them all. >> joe biden is going to make his way for himself and virginia tomorrow, holding an event and deny the biden campaign celebrating after winning. they also got the endorsement in
10:04 pm
the senator of virginia. hillary clinton's running mate four years ago. as for bernie sanders, he's not going to stick around much longer. he's heading to california, he's got two events tomorrow. back to his home state of vermont on tuesday for super tuesday. supporters out here are very fired up ahead of this contest coming up in a couple of days from now. judge jeanine: thank you. joining me now with reaction to bidens went in cap south carolina, and what it all means for super tuesday and beyond. trump 2020 campaign national and former trump campaign manager, good evening. so biden a big winner tonight with more than 51% of the vote but he hasn't had the greatest campaign. his his went out of fear of the bernie candidacy? >> a couple of important things
10:05 pm
about tonight, number one, bernie sanders looks like he's going to qualify, he has three delegates out of south carolina. not a complete victory for joe biden. it's the first time joe biden has one estate in three presidential races and if you look at what has transpired here, congressman endorsement, when you look at the polls, 40% of the african-americans voted for joe biden and said it was a determining factor in voting for him. that's a huge factor so joe biden's campaign is still on life support. there's no question about it but the person who had the worst night tonight as many michael bloomberg. no question about that and bernie sanders is going on another day and i predict he's going to win in california super tuesday. judge jeanine: in three days, super tuesday, 38% of adecco it with 1357 of the 1990 delegates needed to secure the nomination. you got massachusetts where elizabeth warren is from and then you've got klobuchar from
10:06 pm
minnesota, those two states are in back. alabama is the only state, that has the same african-american majority in the democratic primary. the question, does joe biden hang on? or was tonight just an unusual night because of clyburn? >> i think sleepy joe hangs on other but. we are heading into what will be the most chaotic day for the democrat party, this is a field of complete disarray. joe biden walking like what 29th delegates most likely, you have bernie sanders doing quite well, crazy bernie, the socialist, he said today many mike put a lot of money in and klobuchar could do well in minnesota. one in massachusetts.
10:07 pm
we are likely heading to a brokered convention, for the superdelegates come in and from bernie. it's a field of chaos. president trump on the highest economy in modern history. judge jeanine: cory, the first time we will see michael bloomberg and the result of his campaign and hundreds of millions of dollars he spent show any kind of result tuesday in the super tuesday primary. how do you think he's going to do? >> i think bloomberg had a tough night to be honest. he spent hundreds of millions of dollars already, he's trying to position himself as the alternative to bernie sanders is a moderate invention but tonight when into the biden sales is going to put a hamper on bloomberg's ability to be successful. when nobody is talking about this, look at the trump rally that the president did down there just yesterday. the numbers say 38.6% of people who were there were democrats or independent 16% of the people
10:08 pm
who showed up were african-american. that's a huge number in the state we know is going to turn out to be a republican stronghold in november. judge jeanine: if there is this problem with bernie sanders, it almost seems as though the democrats have a choice between bloomberg and biden, who they choose? >> it appears tonight biden is the guy. bloomberg fizzled away, he spent so much money nearly half a billion dollars for nothing. you have probably the highest delegate to dollar count because he spent so much money and is going to walk away. the guy is not likable. you can't buy likability or photos. buying food and booze at his event to attract people, it's so pathetic. mini mike is done, sleepy joe is on the rise. it's utter and pure chaos. i'm still trying to figure out whether biden knows he won the
10:09 pm
south carolina nominating contest or whether he still thinks he's one for north carolina primary. judge jeanine: obviously he certainly at it. i suspect there will be more as we go along. how much pressure do you think will be on the other candidate to drop out? in the hopes of supporting a candidate the democrats establishment wants to be a candidate. specifically, buttigieg did pretty bad, steyer did better than he did. with 11 present. now we are going to see elizabeth warren and amy klobuchar, the women unfortunately, were not doing well at all. how much pressure will be put on them? >> there's a lot of pressure on them come tuesday. pete buttigieg dollars are going
10:10 pm
to drive quickly if he doesn't start winning in some places, as you have expanded the map. when he in iowa is great and winning new hampshire is great but you have to run a national campaign and buttigieg in wine and klobuchar clearly don't have it to do that. mini mike has a financial resource but doesn't have supporters. this is coming down to a two-person race between crazy bernie and sleepy joe. we see is a bernie's people are clearly fired up, as a fundraising base, a wherewithal to stay in this and i think he will seal it from him. people will revolt and make sure donald trump victory come november. judge jeanine: it seems to me, bloomberg is out and i made it clear, last saturday night, if bloomberg took this waste of money unless you get the personality change or get new people running in his campaign but the truth is, we don't know how he's going to be doing. super tuesday will tell us. there are going to be people who look at biden and say he read a good speech tonight and bernie the democrat socialist, who's really a socialist so who do they vote for?
10:11 pm
>> trump. judge jeanine: >> they are left with one option. president trump. as who ultimately is going to win. neither of them are good candidates. look around the field and they are socialist. joe biden and sleepy joe as trump pointed out today, he will have a team of socialist behind him running the government because he's asleep at the wheel, he could never be president. he couldn't govern so the idea today that what socialism, 55% in a poll support government takeover and healthcare. this is a field where we know the ideology that's going to win and we know it will loose at the hands of president trump. judge jeanine: cory, you know the president well. the president tweeted today, actually tonight, joe biden's victory democrat party should be the end of mini mike campaign. mini mike now has biden split up and very few voters taking them away. what is he mean?
10:12 pm
>> exactly what we talked about. when mini mike is trying to position himself as the alternative to crazy bernie amongst the democrats, someone who's an adult who's rational, joe biden winning in south carolina, echoes right at the heart of mini mike. mini mike had to terrible debate where he literally said he bought the congressional seats to take congress back. mike thinks throwing money at the problem is the solution. it doesn't work, he has no personality. can't went and it will be evident come tuesday when bernie has a big day on tuesday because bernie will win in california in the front runner against joe biden. judge jeanine: what's interesting about it, joe biden tonight talked about the obama biden team is back. yet, obama is nowhere to be found he continues to be quiet during this primary. not even in south carolina.
10:13 pm
what you think of all of this? >> it's very telling that president obama won't endorse president biden. he criticized biden as well, biden tweeted a picture, best friend bracelet between him and obama but it appears president obama lost his friendship bracelet because he's not endorsed joe. he knows joe isn't cut out for the job and he's got to be sitting back knowing his legacy is being decimated by his vice president who just doesn't have the wherewithal on the skin on the debate stage to win an election and there's simply no denying that obama is nowhere to be found. he's trying to make it seemed like he's fair and honest. judge jeanine: cory, if it does go to a brokerage convention,
10:14 pm
what happens there? >> what happens is in the first round, if you don't have 1991 delegates, which is a requisite number, it goes to a second round of delegates and find the superdelegates comment. the senators and congress and governors who get to vote in the delegate who vote in the first round get half the votes. two votes of the super delegates, after a vote for the regular delegates. they will steal it from bernie sanders and i think they are going to give it to michael bloomberg because he promised them money and support and a pledge he can take his financial resources and beat donald trump, he can't buy personality thank you can't run from your record from new york city. judge jeanine: reminds me of the fact that new york city mayor was to turn, a two-term division. he made three terms, michael bloomberg. that's the dictator. >> but judge, you member said that wasn't me, thousand city council. i had nothing to do with it. everything this guy has done, enoch backed away from it, he's apologized for it, he's a liar and we know it and he'll never be president. judge jeanine: thank you so much
