in the state of maryland if i don't have a maryland license, i can see patients, if i'm part of the veteran administration system i have one license in all 50 states that allow that to happen. it is a difficult situation because experts in parts of the country the can't function in other parts because of the state license because there are board certified physicians, 49 and 50 states but they don't have that license to practice we have gaps in coverage. and load balance was valuable,

mucus membranes, eyes, nose and throat and you can develop symptoms of covid-19. it is not considered an airborne virus such as tuberculosis or measles or chickenpox but it can stay in the air up to a few hours so that is possible. rob: a good one from stephanie. can the virus live in the refrigerator? do we need to wash sealed packages when we get home from the store? >> typically now. a virus need a host to survive. he can survive a few hours in their fridge raider but it is a good idea to clean your refrigerator, wash it with disinfectant, cleaning supplies. i don't recommend cleaning all your packages but if you see obvious debris, wash it. it is more important to wash your hands after handling the packaging. jillian: if you have all the symptoms except they fever is it still considered the virus?

>> great question. typically most people have a fever, cough, chest pain, shortness of breath. you don't have to have a fever to be diagnosed with covid-19 but it is one of the typical symptoms that we see. if you have shortness of breath and low oxygen level we will swab you for covid-19 but before we do that we will swab you flu influenza, if you're positive for influenza we will not swab you for covid-19. these guidelines can change, they change daily. rob: items put back on store shelves. how long can they survive in plastic and would. anything, we touch doorhandles. >> good question. virus can live on in animate services from a few hours to a few days.

our house was in a panic. we have four children, three have autism and part of having autism is having high anxiety. my son has that. i was so busy dealing with coronavirus that i didn't pick up on it but i'm glad my daughters were paying attention to sunday school, she learned scripture and walked over to comfort and mother her brother in his time of need. jillian: beautiful to watch this in their embrace at the end. you were talking about the stress you and your husband were feeling and children understand more than we realize. you watch the news a lot but what is it about the coronavirus that was making him so anxious? >> we didn't realize we were watching too much news, in the morning, noon time, watching it in the evening before we went to bed, probably 6 to 7 hours of
