from your hands to your face. your eyes, your nose or into your mouth. there's a lot of talk about getting it through contact, hand do face, there's a small thought that it can be existing in the air. the thought at this time, you have to have very long sustained contact with someone. i'm talking about over 15 to 30 minutes, in an unprotected environment, and a very closed room without any time of mask for you to get it that way. to simply state the overwhelming majority of people are getting this by physically touching someone who has this disease or wealth development in the next one or two days then touching therapist. the thing that makes me smile a little bit is t that i know now

that i won't get this disease. i know how to protect myself. jesse: let's go over this again, get the virus on your hand, touch and infected person or infected surface and then you touch your hands to your face. don't do that. in some cases, if you're in a small sealed off space and room for 15 minutes or so with somebody else infected, you could probably get it that way. listen to these two tips. coming up on how to prevent yourselves from being affected by coronavirus. >> i want to give you a few very, very practical tips and how to protect yourself. become a hand. keep your hands clean. the second thing is, you have to start psychologically working on the connection between your hands and your face.
