tv   Hannity  FOX News  April 8, 2020 10:00pm-11:00pm PDT

10:00 pm
with the ones you love, even if they are not in your immediate vicinity. we will be back tomorrow night. sean hannity takes over from new york in about seven seconds. hey, sean. >> sean: seven, six -- that was a great message with the cardinal. tucker, great show as always. welcome to "hannity." major progress in our fight against covid-19. facts without fear. if the current pattern holds, coronavirus could be leveling off as we speak. that means it would be followed by a dramatic decline, again that the models hold. one frequently cited model which predicted a death toll -- remember, without any travel bands, quarantines, any mitigation, would've been 2.2 million, as high as 2.2 million americans dying, and we have the big signs, 240,000, that was revised down to 81,002 days ago. then they revised downward again to 60,000.
10:01 pm
one question we do all need to ask tonight, how these numbers have been so far off the mark and how do we safely opened up this country as soon as possible? we have a lot of ideas, we'll also balance the medical side of this with dr. oz versus the economic side and get our lives back to normal. meanwhile the number of predicted hospitalizations, that fell from 140,000 to 90,000. that's a model is now reporting that the peak is just three days away. meanwhile a come, the epicenter where we are in new york state, the hospital new hospitalizations are roughly where they are where they were a week ago. keep in mind, the state predicted it would need 70,000 hospital beds, over 12,000 icu beds at this point. instead, new york has only needed 16,500 beds. and about a third of the predicted needs in the state of new jersey, only three of the
10:02 pm
states' 72 hospitals are at capacity. nowhere approaching the surge that was told and expected. the trump administration meanwhile has shipped out over 11 million n95 masks, over 8,000 ventilators, 10,000 additional ventilators are ready to be shipped out as needed. and 2,200 more will be available monday. while we continue to fight covid-19, this country must also harness its ingenuity, its brilliance, the free market system, and figure a way to get americans safely back to work as soon as possible where they want to be. you can allow american businesses to weather on the vine and die. there are parts of this country of very low incidence of covid-19. likely we can open those areas probably now. with 22 days away from may 1st, a geographical opening will be a no-brainer, but even in these areas, there will be some changes moving forward, especially to avoid a rebound.
10:03 pm
here is the key. we have to open up the economy in a way that prevents future outbreaks and immediately contains them, but also protects your civil liberties, your constitutional rights. one reality we must all understand and accept, rebounds of the virus will happen. not if they happen, it will happen. one thing that can't happen is we cannot shut down the country like this again. a competence of plan that balances both aspects of this needs to be implement it. we will be thinking of new ways, new paradigms as we have throughout the entire pandemic. for example, employers could utilize contactless digital thermometers. went to the digital hospital ship the comfort, they took my temperature, didn't touch me. they can check their employees' temperatures as are entering buildings. telecommuting could now become a temporary new normal to get businesses up and running peer
10:04 pm
and social distancing on some level as well. one huge challenge is going to be restaurants and bars. do we take temperatures when people enter a place to eat? do you limit the number of people that any one restaurant can have? that's going to be hard. testing though i believe will likely be the key solution to all of this. if we can have widespread distribution of these newly approved, not only the antibody test, but the five minute covid-19 test results, you have it or not have it, that could play a huge part in opening up the country all over the place more quickly. and more safely. contract tracing will also come into play. how quickly can these testing methods be available? for example, can avid mass-produce their testing, they have the capability, we are told. can they build out other manufacturing centers for the testing equipment and get them to big cities like new york because time is of the essence?
10:05 pm
another factor that comes into play is patient privacy. yeah, that matters. constitutional rights, civil liberties. we cannot violate this in any way period. it's not an option in the united states is america. there will be no database. people must be insured complete privacy and complete anonymity in all of this. also you would think the cooperation of people will factor in as well. if they shut goes for months on end, america will not be the america we grew up in. very specific challenges for very specific businesses, massive challenges were big cities like new york city. small, medium, large businesses will go belly up if we are not careful. no amount of government aid is going to solve that problem. lifelong dreams will be shattered, lives will be ruined. the hardship under those circumstances could go on for years. the tall, the misery will be like unlike anything we've ever seen in modern history. but for some reason, you've got
10:06 pm
many doomsday democrats, media mob people, and the completely and totally responsible for over whatever background, they want to shut down seemingly to continue indefinitely regardless of facts that are on the ground. for example, yesterday one of joe biden's top advisors zeke emanuel called for the shutdown to constitute, to continue for another 18 months. is he out of his mind? take a look. speaker realistically? covid-19 will be here for the next 18 months or more. we will not be able to return to normalcy until we find a vaccine or effective medications. i know that is dreadful news to hear. if we prematurely end that physical distancing and the other measures, keeping it at bay, that could skyrocket into the hundreds of thousands, if not a million. we cannot return to normal until there is a vaccine.
10:07 pm
>> sean: 15-18 months? really? that lunatic is advising the quid pro quo ever confuse joe biden campaign. what he's suggesting, yes, that would destroy the entire economy. ask yourself, how many businesses could survive with zero customers for 18 straight months? it's not that hard to figure o out. far from the only democrat seemingly rooting for what would be a long-term, economic catastrophe. new york governor, the ever incompetent, all talk, no action andrew cuomo just promising new york would not go back to normal anytime soon. there is an ambitious plan. does he think a months long shutdown for america's biggest cities would be a good thing? does he not have any more creative thinking than that? because that would forever alter the economy and the country. why is nobody in the media mob ever call that guy accountable ever! without a doubt, all 50 states
10:08 pm
have been impacted by covid-19, some worse than others. no state has had it worse than new york, where we are tonight. new york city is the most densely packed area of the united states. we know it's an international city that hosts travelers from all over the world. smallest geographical area, largest amount of people. it's obvious, they are more susceptible to pandemics. cuomo knew this. de blasio knew this. yet they both completely failed to prepare in any way. they can thank donald trump for bailing you out. can you report, the former cdc chief found that if new york had acted sooner with its stay-at-home order, the death toll could've been reduced by a whopping 50%-80%. in march, come right de blasio telling new york city residents to go out and enjoy the theater. cuomo reassuring his constituents that the risk was low. march 2nd -- wait till you see what he's saying -- look what they see on march
10:09 pm
fox news.i was saying a subjectt people highly contagious are dangerous. i was saying that in january. i was saying it before anyone else. this is cuomo march 2nd, a little over a month. >> excuse our arrogance as a new yorker. i speak for the mayor also on this one. we think we have the best health care system on the planet right here in new york. so when you are saying, what happens in other countries versus what happened here, we don't even think it's going to be as bad as it was in other countries. >> sean: that was a little over a month ago. right, andrew? we have that arrogance, you failed to prepare your state and your city. don't forget, cuomo was worn directly in november of 2015 that new york state would be 15,783 ventilators short during an influenza pandemic.
10:10 pm
cuomo purchased none of what the task force recommended. and they said this is going to happen. we have a duty and responsibility to do this. we have another report, by the way, of another warning from propublica which in 2006 they were also warned, new york city's pandemic plan called for the city to purchase 9,500 new ventilators at the time. i've got to give mayor bloomberg credit. he purchased 500. guess what happened to those? they didn't maintain them and somewhere between 2014 and 2016, no one really knows, the ventilators were auctioned off to some highest bidder, we don't know who. has anyone in the media mob held them accountable for their failure questioning any public official, will they ever be held accountable? if donald trump didn't build the biggest hospital in the country, if donald trump didn't send his navy hospital ship and five other hospitals in york, sandy masks, the respirators, the ventilators, they would've had nothing. he's also stopping the business
10:11 pm
hospital in the country at the javits center. they are taking covid-19 patients because new york was not prepared for anything. the mob and the media, they get a pass every single time. take a look. >> what are the risks, and does it work, those of the questions that need to be answered about hydroxychloroquine. and as this debate continue to wait in the white house with tension growing, president trump has asked, what do you have to lose? medical experts say, your life. governor cuomo saying one day, he's seen some promising results in york or hospitals are allowed to use between two in with azithromycin. >> trying to help people through the therapy part of this, the psychology of this experience. >> that's a display of fantastic crisis messaging. this administration has only acted in its old self interest which is laid bare by this crisis. governor cuomo no shows what a leader does when he's focused on
10:12 pm
the safety of the people. speak up i have to admit that i am a fan of andrew cuomo and wish very much that he were president of the united states now. >> sean: wait till america sees how we spent 170 million on a failed solar project and the $600 million debacle on some computer checked, $90 million on some other light bulb a deal in california. all wasted, all mothballed. do you think any of the people would be so forgiving for it president trump not buying 16,000 ventilators? during a worldwide pandemic, they cannot put aside their hatred for donald trump and that's why some are rooting for the country to stay in a constant state of lockdown, which means failure. economists, reagan advisor art laffer always rooted for this to succeed and he think the key to getting the country back on
10:13 pm
track is not another massive new big gummy government stimulus plan. arguing for the payroll tax cut which would immediately put real dollars into the american taxpayers. here with mark, fox business anchor melissa francis. melissa, we've got to .2 trillion. up to loan availability first 2.2 trillion didn't we learn that shovel-ready jobs are shovel ready? >> jean,he nail on your head down we can only do thatwith confidet involves what you mention, the antibody test. i know so many business owners who have applied for those loans and i have yet to meet one person in new york who is actually receive the money. it has to start with those tests
10:14 pm
and it has to start with volunteers like myself. people that are willing to get out there and take the antibody test. my husband was diagnosed positive two weeks ago. i've had no symptoms. i don't feel like i've had it. i'm a perfect candidate to go in there, have the antibody test. i would like to do that, sean. i would like to donate my plasma and i would like to go and lead the charge back to our headquarters where our brave skeleton crew has been there keeping the lights on. we need people to go first, to get a testament to do it safely, to do it right. because that is really important. otherwise there's no confidence and people aren't going to go back to the store because small business people out there know the government is doing the best they can to help, but it's about the customers coming back. you really can't fix this until people get out there and you can't do that until we have confidence. i want to go back to the barber come into the hair salon, to the
10:15 pm
restaurant, to the bar on the corner -- let me tell you, we bn here for a while. i want to do all these things but i want to do it safely and i want to raise my hand and i want to be part of the people -- you are right, civil liberties have to be protected but we also need volunteers who are willing to go out there and be tested and be public and go first. i want to be part of that charge commission on. what do you think? >> sean: taking temperatures of people, teleworking which will be the future. like it or not, in the big city like new york you are probably going to have to get used to the mask and gloves for a lot longer than you think, but it's to stay open for business. you can't shut down the country. americans, we are willing to do it. similarly contact tracing. companies, if they can buy the test, they can test a lot of people at their own company. anyway, melissa, thank you. this year, the u.s. is slated to send $122 million to the world health organization. last year, it was over
10:16 pm
$400 million, more than any other country in the world. for some reason, the w.h.o. has been doing china's bidding for months. they were actually involved in pushing chinese lies and propaganda, misinformation about coronavirus. they failed to alarm the world of the serious nature of the virus. they even suggest that president trump was racist for introducing the travel ban. thank god he did. hard to tell how many tens of thousands of americans would contract the virus and how worse it would be today. the president rightly threatened to cut aid offer the w.h.o., calling them a china centric organization. the general currently, essentially threaten the president. i don't think that's a good idea. let's take a look. >> please don't politicize this virus. it exploits the differences you have at the national level. if you want to be exploited, and if you want to have many more
10:17 pm
body bags, then you do it. if you don't want many more body bags, then you refrain from politicizing it. >> sean: if you didn't echo china's lies and propaganda and disinformation, we wouldn't need as many body bags, would we, as the great britain study showed, 95% of this could've been prevented. why in the world are we still finding that corrupt organization? here with the reaction, author of "with all due respect," former ambassador to the u.n. nikki haley. we look at the u.n., a lot of anti-american hostility. certainly anti-semitism. world health organization found on a spectacular level. we foot the bill. why? 450 million could be spent on american workers. >> the thing is, sean, first of all i think we have to look at the fact that the united states
10:18 pm
does fund a 22% of the world health organization. but this is even bigger than the well for. this is about the downlink china's world influence in multilateral organization. we fought this the entire time i was at the u.n. right now, they had to pay civil aviation organization. they had up and agricultural organization. they almost became the world of the world intellectual property organization until singapore came in and saved us from that. they are on the human rights council. now we are seeing their influence in the world health organization. this is what china does. they try to leverage and get influence and what we are seeing is the world health organization once again has fallen for it. i can't believe they are going to go so far as lecture the president. i mean, if anything, we deserve to hold them accountable. we have the right to answer, why was it when the time when he is told he will help organization
10:19 pm
on december 31st that they had evidence that there was human to human transmission, why did it take a whole month for the whole world health organization to respond. because china has kept taiwan from being a member of the world health organization. they are so many things -- we are so used to this, sean, at the united nations. >> sean: why are we funding this. why? why do we keep paying -- the good after the bad and getting nothing from this organization, either organization, to be fra frank? speak of the president's right to say i'm going to withhold money until i get answers prayer they owe us those answers. they can talk about the victimization. what about the victimization of americans who had to deal with this crisis? what about victimization of so many other people in other countries of the world? we are not the only country that is upset about this, sean. ask india, ask all of them. >> sean: if they are going to
10:20 pm
do china's bidding, let china fit the bill. >> absolutely. china pays only about 12%. this is about accountability. we deserve it. >> sean: thank you, so much ambassador. tonight, democrats trying to make good on their promise to never let a crisis go to waste. get this, after democrats cured -- remember the kennedy center, delayed aid to workers, hospitals, small business, big business, the recent rescue package? the center still laid off all their employees, prompting outrage over the course of lawmakers for joining us with reaction, house majority leader kim mccarthy. in the next round of they actuallywant to give that l immigrants. is that true? >> that is true. it's pelosi playing politics with a pandemic. it's not just to illegal immigrants. you have a democrat congress woman, illegal immigrant and
10:21 pm
prisoners, the inmates themselves. watch what nancy pelosi is doing right now. one of the elements is to help small businesses to keep people employed. small businesses more than any large business in america. it's becoming successful. more than $100 billion in less than a week, more than what three times the fda did in the entire last year. pelosi is saying no. she's continuing to play politics to set up. why? what she really wants, change the election law, century cities, green new deal. these are the reasons why she held up the cares act for more than a week, we saw the numbers of america a more unemployed because we weren't able to unleash that money ahead of ti time. >> sean: we haven't even got to .24 trillion. this is. the loans have not gotten out yet. they are working out the kinks, i'm sure that'll happen. that'll get fixed. why are we talking about more
10:22 pm
aid money now when it looks like it's far less severe than what they were predicting ten days ago? shouldn't that end up help us getting better on line and faster? >> do you know why the democrats are talking about this? listen to the number three in the democratic party, the majority whip. they believes this is an opportunity in a pandemic to restructure government in the philosophical beliefs. illegals, prisoners, inmates. instead of focusing on what america needs to. we should be focusing on him lamenting what we've already passed, more than $2 trillion. getting this economy back to work. >> sean: let me ask you this -- >> this economy is in a consumption economy. >> sean: couldn't we go to abbott laboratories. they now have, 5 minutes, you get your results. let's say in new york city for
10:23 pm
example, would we be able to mass manufacture those tests where every building in new york can buy ten of those test machines, hire people to run them, test all of their employees, safe environment, open for business, and a big city like new york? why couldn't we do that? >> we could do that across the country. i took that test with abbott. it's a few turns around your nostril and in less than 10 minutes, you know whether you are positive or negative. >> sean: after they take your nostril fluid, what do they do with it then? >> they take like a q-tip and they remit around your nostril three times. not deep, just on the inside, barely. and on i did that before i met with the president. >> sean: what do they do with a swab. do you know what they do with the swab?
10:24 pm
>> they didn't let me go back to the machine. the put it in the machine and it tells them. it worked well. this is the ingenuity of ameri america. the therapeutics we are going, the antibodies we are finding every day. the fda has been more advanced. this is a chinese communist cover up. they lied to the world, thousands of people have died because they had lied. they have taken over the world health organization. this is president trump what candidate trump warned us about. the world health organization, didn't transfer from person-to-person, has been leading the charge here, had it at the very witness economy in the world and we can do it again. what we really need to do is focus -- being one we did >> sean: we can mass-produce
10:25 pm
that. kevin mccarthy, thank you. when we come back, he's the head of the coronavirus task force, the vice president of the united states. later, how do we safely reopen the entire economy. and watch out for people's health. dr. oz will answer that question straight ahead. - these elderly jews have taken the bus from across the city to come to this fellowship distribution spot and get food that they can't afford. (sorrowful music)
10:28 pm
10:29 pm
>> sea >> sean: earlier i had a chance to speak with vice president mike pence about getting americans back to work, the w.h.o., and much more. take a look. vice president mike pence, thank you for joining us. you spoke to republicans and democrats today. what is the plan now. what is your main focus at this point? >> vice president pence: today, the focus as president from has made clear to continue
10:30 pm
to engage every american to do their part to slow the spread. it really is inspiring to see the way the american people have stepped up to put into practice these social distancing guidelines. everything from personal hygiene to staying home from work if you can, avoiding unnecessary travel. staying away of groups, using drive theories at restaurants. what we seen in terms of progress in washington where the numbers remain low and steady, we are just beginning to see in the greater new york city area and new jersey and connecticut and louisiana is evidence of the beginning of a stabilization, which is a great credit of all the states that i mentioned, but as we made clear to those members of congress in both parties today, we need every american to continue to do their part, and we will hasten the day
10:31 pm
that we put the coronavirus in the past. but it's going to take all of us to do it. the good news is, sean, all evidence suggests the american people are doing just that. they know our future is in our hands and we put the president's coronavirus guidelines into practice, we will get there. >> sean: tell us what you envision for may 1st. we have a $2.2 trillion relief packets, open up the fed for another $4 trillion in loans. i know conservatives are nervous for another 2.2 trillion in infrastructure, but what does may 1st look like in your mind in terms of opening up the country for businesses again. how does that work? >> vice president pence: we are 22 days away from when president trump asked the american people to work together to slow the spread. what i can tell your viewers is that we will follow the data very carefully. while it's just the beginning, we are seeing evidence that in
10:32 pm
the areas most challenged and we grieve the loss of life in new york city that was reported yesterday. we grieve all the families that have lost love ones. but while we grieve, we don't grieve like those who have no hope. and some of these, what we've seen in california and washington state, and what we are beginning to see in new york and new jersey and louisiana and elsewhere is evidence of stabilization. i think the american people can be encouraged. if we can all do our part, we can all be in a very different place by the end of april and we could be able to come to the president, to work with governors, to look for ways in weeks, not months, to begin as the president says to reopen america, to reopen in this economy. >> sean: the president talked about withholding monies for the w.h.o. where they basically
10:33 pm
unchecked to spread chinese propaganda, as it relates to the virus. if you don't want many more bags, you should refrain from politicizing it. there is no you need to use covid to score political points. that's how will we will defeat the virus. nice that they are on the attack, but the reality and truth is they didn't verify anything and they went forward with false information. as the one british study said going 95% of this could have been prevented had in fact china open themselves up to the world for help and assistance for early mitigation, and yet the w.h.o., which we fund the vast majority of, they didn't do their job on any level. >> vice president pence: you know this is a president who believes in account ability, and the american taxpayers provides
10:34 pm
tens of millions of dollars to the world health organization. that doesn't mean that at the right time in the future, we aren't going to ask the tough questions about how the wealth health organization could have been so wrong. literally when president trump stooset up the coronavirus task force in january and suspended all traves before that the world health organization was continuing to diminish the threat of coronavirus and its impact in china. we will get to the answers on that and we will create accountability just like the american people would want us to do. what i can assure you is what president trump has his team doing every day, getting up early, staying up late, is making sure that the american people know that what every single person in this country can do to slow the spread, go to
10:35 pm
coronavirus.gov to put those practices in your community, he has to make sure we have the broadest amount of testing available, new testing developed. and most importantly, or health care workers in america have the resources, protective equipment, the ventilator is to be able to provide the level of care, the people that are struggling with the coronavirus. >> sean: do you think the country will be up and running may 1st, 1, number two, $2.2 trillion made available by the fed, another talk of another $2 trillion. do you worry about the sheer amount of money we are talking about, unprecedented money? >> vice president pence: america is the most prosperous nation in the history of the world and we reflected in both parties today, president trump is truly grateful. has been three different pieces
10:36 pm
of legislation, we demonstrated we'll do whatever it takes to get american families, american small businesses, critical american industries through this challenging time. in terms of when we can reopen america, i would say to you i wouldn't speculate on a date, but i can assure you that's in the hands of the american people. if everyone of of us will continue to do and the clement the president's coronavirus guidelines for america, if everyone will continue to put into practice the things you've been talking about on your program, we'll continue to save lives and will reach the day much sooner than what we thought at the beginning of this outbreak. be when mr. vice president, thank you for taking time out of your busy day and these breastfeeding things taking on a lot of time, we appreciate you being with us. thank you, sir. >> politicizing even medicine and also how can the country
10:37 pm
open and open safely and securely from a health perspective. bernie sanders, he's out of the race, paving the way for the ever confused joe to secure the nomination. more on that coming up. who do you think takes more pride
10:38 pm
10:39 pm
in how they craft their orange juice? the corporate executives of coke and pepsi, or the farmers of florida's natural? only florida's natural is always made in florida by florida farmers. great taste. naturally.

10:41 pm
sick, and avoid sharing any objects used near the face. also avoid congregating in the break room. and the number of covid-19 patients is rising amongst undocumented immigrants being held here in the u.s., immigration department currently reports 32 confirmed cases, up by 19 inches 24 hours. the biggest concentration is at a detention center in san francisco. i am ashley strohmeyer. now back to "hannity." >> sean: the american economy needs to be safely reopened and as quickly as possible. how do you balance keeping people healthy and safe while getting the country back to work? here to answer that and much, much more is dr. oz. here we have the preeminent expert on hydroxychloroquine. this guy. lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, cedars-sinai, 400 peer-reviewed papers that he has written.
10:42 pm
he said, hydroxychloroquine is safe. at these doses, there is no risk. the question is how concerned when science becomes politicized obviously like now, that's a problem? >> it's dangerous. 30 years ago when i was going through medical training i was taught like most doctors to ask the brain questions because that's where we find the best answers. we treat patients independent of any political leader's belief. i get that pundits are motivated by definitions. when the attack with highest medicine, shows at the debate that doctors are supposed to have with each other and that's vital, doctors that we have with our patient, and it doesn't serve the public. they are confused, desperately need help. doesn't allow them the space to make decisions. i really do think we are perverting the process when media interferes with that sacred process. none of us really know what the
10:43 pm
best solution exist for covid- covid-19. i presented all the ideas. i'm not claiming that works for everybody. we don't know which patients if it does at all it'll help, don't know the dose, the combinations. >> but we do know it's safe? that's not in dispute. >> that part is clear, we know it's safe. we should not be asking the questions but not because you don't like the person because you don't like the comment. it's in consultation with your doctor, people have other conditions. >> sean: all right. geographically reopening the country, there are parts of the country, big parts that are not impacted by this. that seems like a no-brainer. now when you get to something as big as new york city, i would think testing is probably going to be the answer, like the abbott five-minute tests or taking people's temperatures, you don't even have to test their head.
10:44 pm
it's got to be done in a way, dr. oz, we have constitutional rights and civil liberties. how do you balance getting this economy up and going as quickly as possible in a city the size of new york, with all these people in a small geographical area, how do you balance that with safety concerns over rebound, which are inevitable. >> sean, i'm a heart surgeon. i don't discharge patients home from the operating room. now we've got to go to a plan for recovery. and it's a plan. just as aggressively pursued, it's a plan for treatment. i don't know what the process is but i'll tell you what needs to happen. you already mentioned testing. it's essential. without testing, we are blind, don't know what we are doing. no one's getting discharged anywhere if we don't know what your vital signs are. we can help you identify systems confusing to folks they should get tested, help you get tested at the right place, identifying

a spot where they test out for the next time. this is really critical, we have to help you both understand how to quarantine yourself and continue this infection by making sure you can talk, you personally all the information, but you can talk to the people you may come in contact with over the last couple of days. specifically, more than 10 minutes within 6 feet of somebody. you have to pull people out of the population in quarantine without losing their lives or likelihood. >> sean: so you take the swab, go around three times at the tip of somebody's nose, how quick can they do that and how quick and they have millions and millions of those test available because that'll help us open the country? >> we were told within the month we did have millions. you take the swab, the nature of the rna which is a strand of the virus, and you actually using technology to expanded rapidly so is large enough so you can measure what it is and you decide if it's really the virus, takes about 5 minutes to tell that. if it's not the virus, it takes a little longer to tell that, 1.

administration when this is a time when our country of all time should be coming together, should be supporting the president, supporting our governors, doctors, nurses, not looking ways to divide the country but looking for ways to bring us together and it's disappointing day after day, they continue to peddle these fake stories because they think it hurts the president when in reality the polls think about that. there's a reason that people want to see him reelected and think he would do a better job than joe biden. it's because he's been a strong leader doing a crisis. >> sean: sanders did a couple of interesting things. he said he's going to support joe biden but he's keeping his delegates and he says he wants to influence the platform. i'm sure there is some truth to that. but is he also saying if you try to replace him, i got the second highest vote count here. do you think that's in play or no mack element? >> i think it's something more sinister. people still want people to vote for him, he still wants

10:54 pm
on americans, already wants to give free health care to illegal immigrants. he wants to destroy the oil and gas industry and further depress our economy through that proce process. he has adopted these policies, he is moving to the left. the contract could not be more clear between donald trump and joe biden and i think it's joe biden people are looking for a real leader and they have that in donald trump. >> sean: very hard time getting up that video podcast. matt gaetz does a better one and he does all by himself. thank you both. disturbing video. a man using a medical mask to hide his identity, sucker punching an nypd officer. we have a full report straight ahead. the future. surprise! we renovated the guest room, so you can live with us. oooh, well... i'm good at my condo.
