there are a number of businesses slated to open tomorrow in georgia then include bowling alleys, gyms and fitness centers, different hair salons, nail salons, tattoo parlors, do you think this is necessary to do all of that once this early? >> it is the governor's decision, not my decision but i suspect the governor who i know well made that decision based on information available to him, based on advice he was getting from his consultant and felt it was time to move forward. the key here is not how rapidly or how slowly we get back into the economy but if we do indeed continue to follow the advice of the task force, washing her hands, practicing social distancing this will take a combination, a combination of technology and intuitiveness. we have to have robust testing,

remember, georgia is a very diverse state. you say there two georgias, atlanta and everywhere else, atlanta is a different scenario than just a, georgia. what is good in just may not be good in atlanta. what i hope is initially as he did he followed the advice of local officials and let them make the decisions, i knew what was going on in my town more so than anybody in atlanta so that is why it is important the decisions made at the local level are the ones will be respected. >> people need to get back to work at this point because everybody in this country does, you need to be able to social distance, the guidelines that are still instilled throughout the country in different states. let's look at the minimum basic operations for businesses opening in georgia including

when you go out to do a little exercise and move around and enjoy yourself and allows you a chance to let your body calm down and blood pressure goes down, heart rate goes down and you will find you will be able to deal with all the things you have to deal with much better. >> i love that and there's a study on exercise, 30 minutes of it every day is recommended toward of mental impact of coronavirus which i've been trying to go for runs. you really recommend that to people, somehow figure out a way to get your blood flow and heart moving. >> right. definitely exercise is one of the best because it has affects but prevent those chronic diseases in itself but you don't necessarily have to do a full half hour all at once, one of the best things you can do is break up your day, get up and move around frequently as you can and especially when you notice you are feeling really anxious or stressed or can't concentrate.

rob: a new report is showing what appears to be a tremendous spike in anti-anxiety medicine, 31% increase from mid february to mid march. that is a very big increase in a short time. what do you make of that? >> people are really stressed out. exercise can often be as effective as medications so it is something everyone can try and if it doesn't get better, talk to your doctor and you may need medication. rob: try to figure it out on your own, work through it if you can and if you need medication, go that route. we appreciate it. >> my pleasure. jillian: 26 after the air, states struggle financially,

there are some options that could be the one, they just have to get to the testing hopefully sooner rather than later. is a new one, taking your pets heartworm medicine can treat coronavirus. >> that is fiction. i do not want you taking your pets heartworm medication. one of the medications were talking about is an antiparasitic medication we used to treat parasites in people but in animals, cats and dogs, it can be used to prevent and treat a rather prevent heartworm. there have been some in vitro antiviral activity but it has to be studied more. bottom line is do not take your dog's heartworm medication. that is not a treatment for covid-19 at this time. >> our antibiotics effective in preventing and treating the new coronavirus? factor fiction? >> that is fiction. antibiotics treat bacteria. we can use antibiotics against bacterial infection.
