6:00 pm
amazing. how nice is it to share a country with people like that? would you agree with what he's doing are not? what a great spirit that man has. have a great evening. sean hannity is live from new york next. >> sean: i want to pick up on your point, i go shopping every weekend, right in the epicenter of this and i've gotten to know this young kid who stocks the shelves at my local grocery store. he's they are in a mask every single weekend and gloves just like everyone else stocking the shelves which we needed, they were full the whole time. and he doesn't have to reopen because he never closed and if you close, we wouldn't have had any food in new york. you have to do it safely. good show as always. thank you. major breaking news on multiple fronts tonight. is kim jong un dead or alive? full report on the way. a bombshell new developments from the deep state tonight.
6:01 pm
are we getting closer to the truth? what will happen to those figures involved? just breaking literally moments ago, a report revealing that the dirty dossier author christopher steele not only did he erase everything apparently but he previously had undisclosed meetings with lawyers for the dnc and the clinton campaign. in "the daily caller" reporting those details coming up also. also according to sidney powell recently unearthed evidence now proves lieutenant general michael flynn was set up and framed by corrupt agents. she will join us with the background on that. also, some states are beginning to reopen. will go through a plan to do it and do it safely and things continue to improve. i'll explain why it's important and imperative that we get the country moving again and we wouldn't have survived had some people close down. how did they do it safely? will have a breaking report as more evidence emerges about china's rampant lying also a big announcement at the end of the
6:02 pm
show tonight but first, we need to address what are the serious and credible allegations of sexual assault against joe biden according to a former congressional staffer. her name is tara reid. in 1991, her boss then senator joe biden cornered her in a hallway, pressed her up against a wall forcibly sexually assaulted her under her skirt. she is describing what is a full on sexual assault more graphic than we can say on the show. in an interview that she shared the details of this horrific assault in 1991 with close friends and family shortly after the incident. now several of those people are coming forward and they are corroborating her story completely. her brother along with a close friend confirmed her account to the intercept. two other additional corroborating witnesses now were also speaking out including a former neighbor and a former colleague. and that's not all.
6:03 pm
taber read previously told the intercept that her mother called into "larry king live" on cnn to ask for advice which would fit right into the timeline in 1993. that call took place and she confirmed it, august 11th 1993. let's listen. >> hello. >> yes, hello. i'm wondering what staffer would go to the press in washington might. my daughter has just left there after a prominent senator and could not get there with her problems at all and the only thing she could have done was go to the press and she chose not to do it out of respect for him. >> she had a story to tell but out of respect for the person she worked for, she didn't tell it. >> sean: tara reid confirmed that was her mother who did pass away in 2016. tonight, denying these allegations but tara reid is
6:04 pm
making a credible claim, why are they taking it seriously? she is now corroborating witnesses. she is corroborating evidence. she filed a police report. her mother's call is haunting and it corroborates her timeline. keep in mind now we just went through a lot of this. remember professor christine blasey ford making serious allegations about then supreme court nominee brett kavanaugh. she did not have corroborating evidence or any corroborating witnesses. she never filed a police report. still, democrats and the media mob demanded that we believe every word she said. demanded that kavanaugh step down without any due process or presumption of innocence. some even demanding that we believe in insane and baseless allegation from another kavanaugh accuser who claimed without any evidence whatsoever that he participated in what would be an organized gang

6:05 pm
scheme almost every other weekend and then of course that story changed and changed dramatically. but now that we have a credible allegation backed up with corroborating evidence against joe biden, there are no believers to be found. what a shock. and then an extension of all things democratic party, they gave every one of biden's mentioned potential vp picks that were on television a free pass yet again. he didn't ask stacy abrams anything about the allegations. on nbc news, chuck todd failed to broach the subject with abrams. on abc, george stephanopoulos never brought it up with senator klobuchar. and after the allegations became public on march 25th, biden appeared on only ten so-called news programs, was never one time asked about the allegations, as 81 other
6:06 pm
questions but not one about tara reid. do you think any republican or president trump would ever be given this kind of a free pass from the media mob? no. more evidence they have an agenda. brett kavanaugh was bludgeoned. this does not prove the rampant bias from the agenda driven media, i don't know what will. even tara reid is now expressing concerns over the medias slanted reporting and their bias of omission. a lifelong democrat, by the way. voicing frustration and so-called leaders. some of the candidates, if you continue to silence me and continue to engage in protecting a powerful man without giving my case even a closer look, you are complicit. and since the media mob refuses to ask top democrats about the allegations, we will. earlier today, we reached out for comment from nearly a dozen
6:07 pm
potential vp picks including stacy abrams, kamala harris, and elizabeth warren. the silence - deafening. hypocrisy breathtaking. even biden himself has remained in hiding. but remember it was only a few months ago when the former vp told pbs women should be believed. take a look. >> do you think this time it's different, that we are seeing with the me too movement something that is truly going to lead to change for women? >> at the root, this is all about the abuse of power. whether it's harvey weinstein or the guy who -- the plumber who had a secretary he harasses. it's all about the abuse of power. number one. number two, women should be believed. >> sean: all right, the abuse of power, democrats, the media mob have been using the me too
6:08 pm
movement only when it's convenient as a political weapon for years. selective phony outrage. there is nothing they won't do to win power back. in the same group of people that used hillary clinton's dirty russian dossier filled with russian disinformation to bolster their chances in 2016. same group of people that spread the russia hoax were two plus years. they ignored quid pro quo joe, fire the prosecutor who was investigating zero experience on hunter being paid millions. the same people now accusing the president and even yours truly pretty much of murder, killing people who passed away from the coronavirus. in related news, sent a letter to "the new york times" demanding a retraction and apology. also a preservation letter over their fake news story that all but accused me of murder. full details hannity.com.
6:09 pm
what they wrote was false, it is provably false and rather than do the ethical, honest, journalistic thing which would be correct and then that's to retract and apologize, they secretly stealth edited their mistake. the stealth addition rendered their phony headline false. let's be clear, there is no lie the mob and the media won't tell, no slander they won't spread, no hopes to insane to pass off as actual news. when i said journalism is dead and buried in 2,007, i thought i was right. i had no idea how right i was. and tonight, the media is nothing more than an extension of the democratic party and radical extreme socialism. they are one people tied at the hip with one goal, their goal is to be donald trump anyway possible and 190 days at all costs. mark my words, the lying and the
6:10 pm
smears, the slander, the politicization of everything will only get worse. here with moore, judge jeanine pirro. people forget your background which is fascinating. he where the president of the national organization for women. you were a pioneer fighting for women's rights. and in many ways also. you were so outspoken during the kavanaugh hearings. how do you interpret this with the silence, the media silence that won't even asked the question? >> this is an extension of what happened to justice kavanaugh. that was a virtual assassination. and in doing it, the left as they're doing now by ignoring reade's acting as an abuser. who view women as something to be used and controlled and then to be effectively just mechanism as a means to an end. that's the problem.
6:11 pm
not looking at women as complete people beyond politics, beyond the color of their skin, beyond their socioeconomic status but as things to be used to get something you want and that is what the democratic party and the left is doing with justice kavanaugh. is what they are doing with tara reade by ignoring her. in a more serious dynamic as we saw with kavanaugh, the damage to every other woman is extraordinary because we've been arguing for years that women just want to be taken seriously. that i have experience matter. we want equal access to justice. we never asked for a due process to go out the window or t to be believed on the spot. we should be able to put through that scrutiny, but when you say women shouldn't have to go through that and then when you go and support some women but not others, it reinforces the suspicion that women have had to experience it and just kind of undergo because of the nature of
6:12 pm
our gender when we accuse someone of sexual harassment or sexual assault. so the democrats are i would agree they are enabling what's happening now, and they are acting as the abuser in the process both in the kavanaugh and in this situation as well. it's grotesque. >> sean: powerful statement. judge, i'd like everybody to answer in retrospect, was the travel ban the right call? to that likely save a lot of lives and fewer people from contracting that virus? was the biggest medical mobilization and a month, did donald trump do anything right or they'll never give him credit. more importantly in this case, there is more corroboration, more evidence a case was filed, you hear this haunting call from tara reid's mother in 1993 confirming the timeline. they won't ask a single question. no more believers. >> i come to this as a
6:13 pm
prosecutor having interviewed, having started in unit, interviewed hundreds of victims and tried many, many cases. what you have here is a recent outcry. recent outcry is a very powerful tool in a sex offense prosecution. lets credibility to the victim and is admissible evidence. we have had a recent outcry to the mother and it is now documented as part of that interview. we also have recent outcry to her brother, to a friend, to a neighbor. that neighbor likes joe biden, but that neighbor who corroborates that tara reade told her about that shortly after it happened said tara reade doesn't lie. number two, you have documentary evidence of the fact that she worked in the senate. didn't know what month, what day, what we, what address.
6:14 pm
we know where this happened. number three, the victim in this case was someone who supervised interns. all of them would tell you that she was abruptly pulled from that and they didn't know the reason, but she had made a complete divide and staff. number four, her description of what happened and how it happened is eerily familiar when she says not just that and it is not just sexual harassment. he says to her come on, man. you know you really want me. so what we have here is a woman who is -- we are being told not to even ask questions about her. where are all the democrat senators who said all women need to be believed? where are all the people who came out and said if you do this once you do it more than once, they are tone-deaf right now because it is not about women. it's not about fairness. it's not about justice and the court.
6:15 pm
this is pure unadulterated power, and the people in the so-called me too movement are not interested in this. they're only interested in power. >> sean: i want to thank you both, very powerful statements. joining is now with more, host of lower logan on foxnation.com. award-winning journalist, media reporter for the hill. we all know the horror that you lived through, and you've been bravely reporting in war zones a big portion of your career. here you have more corroboration, more evidence, more confirmation, a haunting call to larry king. they won't even astro biden a question and we do know what would happen if it was reversed. what does that say about the media? >> to me, it says something very disappointing. that people who claim moral high
6:16 pm
ground or claim some degree of moral authority don't really care about the principles at all because the principles should survive politics. they should survive ideology. they should survive everything. i know in my own case, it's hard in a way even listening to it. not because i haven't come to terms with it, but because i know when someone, i know all the people men and women over the years who have come to me with their own stories of what they've been through. and the one thing i was concerned about through the entire me too movement pen kavanaugh and everything else is that the real victims would be lost and everyone was rushing in a frenzy to use this moment for their own gain. we saw that during the kavanaugh hearing so to me it's not a political thing. i do believe in the principle of innocent until proven guilty. and i don't believe personally that every victim of sexual assault is served by this
6:17 pm
kind of frenzy, and then you see it now. i think about every person who's been through this. we all know the worst thing that can happen to you is to have to carry this burden on your own in silence and in shame. so this is a moment when every journalist out there, every news organization really has an opportunity to take a good look at themselves and take a good look at this woman and see if they have the moral courage to stand up and do the right thing regardless of their politics. that's my opinion. >> sean: it is breathtaking hypocrisy, you saw what they did, like michael avenatti and that story changed dramatically almost every other weekend, they would get punched, these girls, he wasn't lined up. remember how that story fell apart? where are the people just to ask
6:18 pm
the question? >> that is the mystery here even though it's not really a mystery. seems a take away here is that if you are republican or conservative that you will be basically given no due process and you are guilty until proven innocent based on the kavanaugh precedent. you are left-leaning or democrat, not only will you be given a pass but the allegations will not even be broached. you won't even be burdened with being asked even one question and joe biden even though he is sidelined in a basement, he still doing multiple interviews a day and i can't get my head around how there is not just one journalist out there that gets access to the vice president and will not ask him clearly, this is newsworthy. >> sean: remember what they did. they said quid pro quo is bad. joe is on tape. i demanded they fire the prosecutor, and lets you fire
6:19 pm
the prosecutor that is investigating my son, you've got six hours. that was on tape. they ignored it. >> i do want to give henry rogers of "the daily caller" credit in this case when we talk about good journalism. he talked about every sitting democratic senator for comment on the biden allegations and not one would comment. and the fact is, speaking of tape, you have on tape stacy abrams and elizabeth warren and kamala harris and gretchen whitmer, all women who are campaigning to be joe biden's vice presidential pick and why anybody won't do the interviewing strategy which is quite simple, play back their words for them and say here's what you said in 2,018 about believing all women and being guilty, how could you campaign to be joe biden's vice presidential pick given your previous comments? i want to see them try to answer that question because i don't think there's a way to answer that question honestly.
6:20 pm
>> sean: think you both. we turn to some other bombshell new information tonight on the deep state. as we speak, so much percolating under the surface, a lot of rumors tonight. one new report revealing christopher steele had previously undisclosed meetings with the lawyers for the dnc and the clinton campaign providing more evidence on how the dirty clinton bought and paid for russian my dossier was used to destroy donald trump on numerous occasions even after they knew. this coming after the investigation ramping up and while they won't be creating a lengthy report, we now know they're conducting a criminal investigation with more staff added that could result in charges soon. as this investigation continues, forget about the exculpatory material that was withheld, now we've discovered he went to jail for nothing. let's remember that the jury foreperson in roger stone's case had a political bias. she expressed publicly against
6:21 pm
him, tweeting about her hatred for trump supporter's, drum, and roger stone. this was before the trial and now we know premeditated fraud by the fisa court was even worse than we had been telling you. they knew all along it was russian information that was fed to christopher steele from russia knowing it was being paid for by hillary clinton. meanwhile, general flynn's attorney sidney powell now believes that new evidence proves what lieutenant general michael flynn was set up and framed by corrupt agents who withheld exculpatory material. now asking for this case to be thrown out based on misconduct. here with more, the coauthor of the "conviction machine, standing up to prosecutorial abuse." former federal prosecutor sidney powell. we saw with papadopoulos and roger stone, this is a miscarriage of justice. you've been talking about
6:22 pm
material and exculpatory evidence. now we are told we are on the verge of brood >> release of more documents that will show general flynn was innocent and was completely set up and framed by the upper echelon of the fbi. that small group of the highest ranking members of the fbi that deliberately set up that firm august 15th 2016 on to catch general flynn in something and either prosecute him or get him fired. that's what we have alleged for so long and it's proving true with every new document disclosed. >> sean: so you have the jury foreperson who has a direct bias, i thought we had a right to an impartial jury, i must have deluded myself. exculpatory evidence withheld in his case, looks like general flynn's case, looks like all of it, they knew all along it was russian disinformation everywhere. can we expect or read into the
6:23 pm
hiring of more staff and prosecutors by a sign that things are ratcheting up for justice? >> it certainly looks like he's on the right track and the disclosure of these documents on the advice that more are to come is going to help from all angles. it's a first step towards restoring incredibl credibilitye this information exposed. the u.s. attorney joyce lynn valentine assigned to the case has advised that since friday that they're working to unredacted certain parts of the documents that were filed under seal on friday so that they can be disclosed publicly either tomorrow or wednesday. can't happen soon enough from my perspective. >> sean: he is scheduled jail thursday. >> i have no idea. i would certainly hope not. i would think at the very least a court would grant him a stay pending his appeal because there
6:24 pm
are serious issues in his appeal. >> sean: my sources are telling me tonight that the attorney general has seen a lot of this and what i'm told is it was breathtaking, revelations, so please keep us up to speed. that man served his country for 33 years. 33 years. is this how we treat people that serve their country? >> he is absolutely innocent. his plea was coerced by lack of information and threat to invite his sound that shows on the public docket friday. >> sean: and by the way, he is bankrupt. sidney powell keeping us up to speed, thank you. we've not been wrong every step of the way, hopefully justice soon. up next breaking today, the texas governor greg abbott announcing the lockdown will be lifted and the lone star state. how do we open states and get back to business and do it safely? also the latest on china's disinformation campaign and is kim jong un dead or alive?
6:25 pm

6:29 pm
precautions. for example, the state of georgia has reopened restaurants along with jim's end salons. that might be a little early. that concerns me. texas governor abbott says he will let the stay-at-home order expire on thursday allowing restaurants, retail shops, theaters to operate at 25% capacity. to me, more reasonable. i think we can learn from grocers, farmers, businesses that have been open on how to safely get our economy going. including masks and gloves in social distancing, temperature checks, a lot of teleworking in big cities like new york with high density populations, may be new technology like these temperature tracking cameras where you just walk through like a turnstile and have one after another. you are a person at risk, you have to continue to isolate navy won't be able to go to a baseball game this year but hopefully soon. these are practical measures but we've got to open our country. here to explain more is texas governor greg abbott.
6:30 pm
if the manufacturers of all the medical equipment stop doing their jobs and are now reopening, new york wouldn't have had all that we needed. i go to my grocery store here in the epicenter, i see this kid was a great kid every week. he was there stocking shelves the whole time. when he told me everybody at his store, everybody was fine. >> it was stores like that that were a model about how to open stores out. the largest grocery store in the state as well as walmart, so they opened up a 25% capacity. when they were able to provide goods for their customers in ways that had distancing practices so people remain safe so while those stores were open, we reduce the spread of the coronavirus.
6:31 pm
we know all retail can open up. we need to get back to business and allow everyone to sell their goods. we know that's not good enough but if we can do this and prove that we can do it for two weeks, then we can take the next step and open up a 50% capacity. we can continue to contain the spread, we can open up all the way. making sure we put safety first. >> sean: i like the idea of outdoor stadiums. talked over the last week about what they could do is temperature checks, medical privacy if you have a hot temper, you can't go to this game, here's tickets for another game. this is what you need to do, go to your doctor, be safe at home, contact tracing. that would seem to work. everyone in the stadium -- i'm willing to wear a mask and drink under a straw. with that work? >> just like we learn how to adjust after 9/11, we can learn how to adjust after this with some slight modifications like what you're talking about. the good news is, i've been talking to the major league baseball teams here and in
6:32 pm
baseball is anxious to get going again. we sure would like to see that happen here in texas. >> sean: i hope it will. we have to get the mlb up, nba, nhl. i think masks make social distancing temperature checks come in later testing i think it will happen much faster if everyone is smart. be smart and think about other people ahead of yourself. that's why i wear a mask wherever i go. appreciate it. now also reopening a new cdc draft guidelines obtained by fox news outlined a reopening of child care, religious institutions. there was a reaction, trey gow trey gowdy. it's interesting because you have this battle. i was recommending the governor kemp in georgia, i'd say let's hold off on the tattoo places. let's start at the 30% of
6:33 pm
restaurants first, distance the tables out. i don't know if it's a good idea to open up salons yet but it is his state. do we want the big hand at the federal government telling states what to do? >> we probably don't. i've seen some tattoos that look like they were done from 6 feet away but i don't consider tattoos to be to be an essential part of our culture. the reopening is the therapy with the vaccine if you will for the economic calamity that our country is going through. it's a health care crisis but also an economic crisis. so just like with the medical vaccine, the mantra should be let's go as safely and quickly as we possibly can. that should also be true on the economic reopening because there is a risk even with the medical vaccine. you when i get a flu vaccine, a certain percentage of people have a negative outcome. so the standard for reopening can't be if anyone get sick if we have one bad result, we don't
6:34 pm
do that with any other kind of vaccine much less covid-19. so let's get reopen as quickly and safely as we can. >> sean: do you like the idea -- in new york, where the biggest challenges, 50% of the workforce still stay home. it's working for most companies and you have built in social distancing and temperature checks at the door and everyone wears a mask and gloves. does that sound reasonable to you? >> it does. data is what should drive this. he shouldn't be feelings, it should be data. should be testing. the testing is going to tell us a lot, both whether or not you've been exposed to it or whether you have the virus, maintain social distancing but i've been going to the grocery store since covid-19 started. we just do it differently. it's going to be a different world for the next six or 12 months. >> sean: i will tell you for the sake of others they were talking about 20% of people in new york having already contracted this.
6:35 pm
i'm willing to wear it to help others out. i'm a pretty healthy best shape of my life type of person but i would never want to infect another person and i'd be willing to wear it until we get past it and i think most people would do that because americans are inherently good. by the way, you don't have one of those crazy tattoos at 6 feet, do you? >> you can't see it from where you are. >> sean: you just ruined my whole life. why did i asked the dumbest question of my career? you won't believe how many people -- this is serious now. china may have infected with coronavirus. unbelievable numbers. president trump is asked about kim jong un and his health earlier today. is he alive? is he dead? later today. ay, for the freedoms that we have here in this country.
6:36 pm
so for us, at newday to help those people at this point in time. it's a labor of love, it's a noble service, and that's what we're all about. you can't always stop for a fingerstick.betes with the freestyle libre 14 day system, a continuous glucose monitor, you don't have to. with a painless, one-second scan you can check your glucose with a smart phone or reader so you can stay in the moment. no matter where you are or what you're doing. ask your doctor for a prescription for the freestyle libre 14 day system. you can do it without fingersticks. learn more at freestylelibre.us.

6:39 pm
>> sean: more developments tonight exposing china's massive virus cover-up because a trump administration official telling our own fox news tonight bret baier that beijing may have miscalculated its case totaled by a factor of safety emphasizing that there is so much we still don't know about the extent of the outbreak inside of china. also questions are mounting tonight about the status of
6:40 pm
north korean dictator kim jong un following reports of serious health complications. one south korean official downplaying the rumors about his impending death telling fox news that south korea and their intelligence and suggesting that the dictator is alive and well. earlier today, the president suggested that major news could be coming soon. let's listen. >> i can't tell you exactly. yes, i do have a very good idea but i can't talk about it now. i just wish him well. i've had a very good relationship with kim jong un. i weren't president, he would have been in war with korea. i hope he's fine. i do know how he's doing. relatively speaking, we will see you'll probably be hearing in the not-too-distant future. >> sean: the uncertainty is also sparking questions about his sister and if she would be the next successor if kim were incapacitated or dead. here with a reaction, author of
6:41 pm
american crusade, fox and friends we friends weekend cohost pete hegseth. fox news contributor dan hoffman. let's look at the china aspect first and does anybody have any idea if the guy is alive or is he dead? >> we don't know. i've got sources pretty close to it as far as kim jong un is concerned that say he is either dead or highly incapacitated. has sent their whole state apparatus and to panic because you have the shadow apparatus and everyone would be under control after that. the president has done everything they can to rein them in and stop their ambitions. ultimately it's all about his own survival. he is close to death, everything is up in the air and it could create an opportunity for a really bad situation or a breakthrough on the peninsula which has been static for generations. if this evil regime tries to get the advance of the worst weapons in the world. and so we shall see.
6:42 pm
>> sean: decades long involvement in intelligence agencies, and the insight your sources are giving you tonight and as it relates to china, they certainly hold a good number of our debt. should we stop paying them back? >> let me just start with i will remember when president trump met with kim jong un at the dmz last june and tucker carlson who was there said that kim was wheezing like an emphysema patient. that he was not a healthy guy. kim jong un is only 36 years old, but he reportedly suffers from diabetes. he is a heavy smoker, and he is obese. so it wouldn't be beyond the realm of possibility. pete is right. there is a terminal stability here because they have chemical and nuclear weapons, they are a known proliferator and if the security crumbles, you have a loose nuke scenario. as for china, they have
6:43 pm
concealed everything about the coronavirus which is caused such great harm to the world. we still don't know who the zero patient was, the first human infected with the virus and as far as paying a price for it, we should target their reputation with our media and state department and make them pay an economic price, remove the supply chain for technology and medical equipment among other things. >> sean: when you look at china, we could've prevented 95% of this worldwide. when we learned that they stopped travel from wuhan province to the rest of china and from the rest of china to wuhan but they allowed international travel in and out of wuhan province, they knew. then we learned that they were hoarding the medical equipment around the world. now they are profiteering off of it, but they hold a lot of our debt. why wouldn't we hold back that money? >> we need to. they are liars. this is what they do. it's an evil communist regime that is hyper ambitious.
6:44 pm
they covered this up because they don't want to take the blow to their image on the world stage. they try to co-op international organizations like the wuhan health organization which has effectively advance their propaganda. from hollywood to our corporations to our universities, china has been infiltrating america for decades and we have been blind to it. this is our moment. the communist chinese -- we cannot be dependent on them. they cannot be able to hold over us all the leverage from our food supply to our medical supply to our debt. we need to be exact a huge price from china, stare them down and say no longer. all that debt that they hold should be gone and that's a big part of that. >> sean: thank you both for being with us. when we come back, a lot more news. the left thinking to new lows. he won't believe, this is the worst of the worst.
6:45 pm
we will explain. also we have a big announcement, proud to share with you and 190 days, you are the ultimate jury and i'll explain the importance of that straight ahead. sure. sometimes i wish i had legs like you. yeah, like a regular person. no. still half bike/half man, just the opposite. oh, so the legs on the bottom and motorcycle on the top? yeah. yeah, i could see that. for those who were born to ride, there's progressive.
6:46 pm

6:48 pm
6:49 pm
6:50 pm
