"hannity" now. >> sean: happy anniversary to your staff and thank you, tucker. busy news night. we begin with a fox news alert. a u.s. district court judge just unsealed a trove of documents that completely and totally exonerate lieutenant general etelmichael flynn. now these records contain handwritten notes and emails from the fbi and they prove beyond any shadow of any doubt that general flynn was completely set up by corrupt agents who targeted him with ay clear perjury trap. they were after him. lieutenant general flynn has been and is an innocent man. senator lindsey graham will join

us e. we have an interview with general flynn's attorney, sidney powell. she will join us. also john solomon, gregg jarrett will weigh in.in and we'll also have an investigation in what is new york's epic failure, an elderly population in new york, they were not only not protected by their government, they were put in harm's way. new york state, new york city, what's a completely failed, those people completely failed to fail for anything. dead bodies stacked up d discovered inside of you halls, stacked up inside of funeral homes. we showed you t this woman. >> mayor de blasio, this doesn't make any sense. just come and get these bodies out here out of the home! people are dying at home at an alarming rate! how dare you make us have to
10:02 pm
deal with that! i've been living with the body for days! how dare you, mayor de blasio! >> sean: it's worse than anybody knew. we have aod full-fledged investigation tonight and will show youav more of that and more of that tape in detail beer but we begin with tonight's big breaking news. it's the moment we've now been anticipating for a long time on this show. equal justice, equal application of our laws. michael flynn served our country with distinction. 33 years of total service, he was unfairly and unjustly targeted by deep state bureaucrats that clearly, with all the evidence now to prove it, wanted to take them down. we have newly unsealed documents that prove that corrupt agents from jim comey's fbi were discussing strategies on how to set general flynn up on what we
10:03 pm
call "a perjury trap." according to one handwritten note, an unnamed agent asked, what's our goal here? is it truth from admission, or to get him to live?? to get him to live. is that our goal? so we can prosecute him or get him fired. isis that the fbi's role? at this. in an email, peter strzok and his fbi lover lisa page, they discussed how to slip in an admonition about lying under oath in order to set a stronger perjury trap. these agents were preparing for an interview that ultimately did take place on january the 24th, 2017. dave four of the trump administration. truth be told, it was an ambush, a ow legal dell make an illegal or abuse of power you don't need to have an attorney present for the interview. atthat would have been a miranda

rights violation. four days after president trump's inauguration, they visited the white house and were there to interrogate flynn. they were sent by jim comey himself. james comey bragging, he sent the agents to grill flynn just four days in the administration, he wanted to exploit the chaos inside the transitioning white house. something he would never do in the bush or obama administration's or get away with. ultimately that perjury trap was not p a success. agents saw no indication at all that the national security advisor was not lying there they said they didn't believe he was lying. comey's fbi turn the screws anyway. they attempted to lock flynn up forr years. eventually went bankrupt. had to sell his home. they threatened to prosecute his son. they ultimately forced him to plead guilty, get the guilty plea, making him a felon for the rest of his life, or they were
10:05 pm
going to prosecute his son. they didn't think he lied, but they forced him to lie, coerced to making statements.. why? to protect his son. frankly, what great father wouldn't do that? either you sign this or we are going towe put your son away for the rest of his life. where do i sign? flynn was set up. it was a perjury trap all along. comey's fbi, they knew it was a hoax and we have new information regarding that. they were heldd been punishing anyone and everyone inside the trump administration. by the way, mr. comey? i've been warning you. you had the right to remain silent. i suggest that you use it. you did not listen to me. jim. tick tock. keep in mind that we've been right every step of the way. the media mob, what have they been doing? they have lied to, they have advanced hoax after hoax, conspiracy theory after comparative

conspiracy theory. the paper propped of record in the united states, the new york toilet paper times. take a look. >> this is week one of these people administration ok the rule of law, does that sound like a virtuous public servant to you, or someone trying to trap lieutenant general flynn? from day one. >> sean: page after page after page of evidence. corrupt evidence like mccabe, and strozk and comey trying to setyn lieutenant general flynn p and ruin his life. this is exhibit a of a corrupt bureaucracy that is a threat to everything we hold dear. our republic is now, i'm not overstating this. we are facing a clear and present danger. america is at a tipping point.
10:07 pm
we have a very important election in 188 days. to the credit of the attorney general bill barr, attorney general has been leaving these little problems here and there and everywhere. if you listen to what he's saying, the president was spied on, candidate was spied on but he's made other statements. this is not about writing a paper, meaning the door from investigation, this is about justice. more sources tell me this is all happening becausein the attorney general believes in the rule of law. i have an fbi pin here and i have a cia pin here. why? for the 99% that do a great job and protect us every day. we must restore confidence in our premier law enforcement agencies, the premier agency in the world, the premier intelligence agency in the world for the sake of our constitution. for the sake of the 99% of people who bravely serve these institutions and protect us.
10:08 pm
and things to the president and his attorney general bill barr, this deep state reckoning is going on right before our eyes. it's sad to see, but at least people believe in the law. this is not how we should be treating a 33 year devoted veteran who loves his country and his son. this is not the last shoe to drop. here with thedr very latest of l these details, investigative reporter, contributor john solomon. we set it over and over again that this happened to general flynn. >> yeah. there is no doubt. d i remember in the fall of 2017, sarah connor and i were approached by senior fbi officials who said, i believe flynn was set up. these notes now show that a senior fbi official had misgivings about the way they were treating flynn that may be what they were really trying to do is lure him into a lie soo that they could either get him prosecuted or fired. he actually in his own notes
10:09 pm
says, we are playing games here. he has a concern that the fbi is playing games. that's all about politicalization, abuse of power. these are very chilling from a serious documents. >> sean: you have followed up, we have not taken our eye off the ball. there has been a lot of national news. we learned papadopoulos had exculpatory evidence with him as well. we learned for example roger stone's jury for foreperson was publicly trashing roger stone. why the judge did not throw that case out is unbelievable. i thought we had the right to impartial juries in this country. we also knew, that the very beginning, then you in fact steele getting information, the russians knew who they were giving it to. don't we know that now? and that he raised his emails and met with the nc officials and hillary clinton officials?
10:10 pm
>> even more importantly now, he just testified a story i broke yesterday, christopher steele testified that he was told both hillary clinton and susan rice, president obama's national security advisor, were read into his research. this mostly likely reach the highest levels of the clinton campaign and the obama white house. all sorts of new questions now that we need to ask of these officials were involved in this. the picture of evidence that we now have suggest a lot more people are involved and also the discovery of these notes today suggest that there may be for the first time a lot of corroborating witnesses assisting the justice department investigation. >> sean: john solomon, we will continue to follow it and will follow it until the end. i have to applaud those people who seek truth and justice and equal application of our laws in this country. thank you, john solomon. tonight we have the clearest most indisputable evidence yet that the fbi frames not only michael flynn. this goes way to the top. they weaponize horrible
10:11 pm
law enforcement resources. the powerful tools of intelligence using it for political purposes. they destroy the life of a 33 year veteran of this country. so now the question is do we have equal justice in equal application of our laws are not. are we going to have real countability for this biggest abuse of corruption scandal in the history or not? never thought michael flynn was an agent of russia. they didn't care about the logan act they referred toto here. in 1999, no one has ever been found guilty of logan act violations. agency even said they didn't find general flynn to be deceptive at all. but they didn't want to ruin his life anyway. and why? because he supported president trump and they had beenhe invested, let's see, spyg on trump and denying carter page's civil liberties since he was a candidatee all through the transition and deep into
10:12 pm
donald trump's presidency. they've got to be held accountable. then they made general flynn plea, they threaten his family. he fell on his sword for the ones he loves the most. all those who lied lack of candor. they committed premeditated fraud on the fisa court. comey, mccabe, brennan, clapper, the rest of them. comey bragging of taking advantage ofly general flynn? take a look. >> you look at this white house now trying to charge two fbi agents. how does that happen? >> i sent them. something i probably wouldn't have done or gotten away with in a more organized investigation, a more organized investigatio a. the george w. bush of
10:13 pm
administration or the obama administration. the protocol, two men we have increased appreciation of over the last carico years. 2 years. in both of those ministrations there was process. the fbi wanted to send agents into the white house itself to interview a senior official, you'd work through the white house counsel and there would be discussions and approvals of who would be there. i thought it's early enough. let's just send a couple of guys over. >> sean: let's just do it. jim, tick tock.ve i have a message for director ray tonight. d see the 99% here? you have a duty to the premier law enforcement agency in the world. you clean this up for the sake of every body. he did, comey, sent investigators to the white house to investigate general flynn in the first chaotic days of the administration. it's all on tape.pe but it was from the beginning a perjury trap before the election.
10:14 pm
andrew mccabe, you don't need a lawyer. you did. comey said on tape he will make something he'd never do with the bush and obama ministrations and never get awayay with. the author of "witch hunt," news contributor jeff gregg jarrett.sara carter. what do we expect? >> the instruction of justice statute says that if you interfere in due of obstructionu committed a crime. what do we have here? we have the fbi and mueller nine prosecutors hiding exculpatory evidence that under the law they are supposed to turn over. they also concealed from the court there in terms of theco pa deal, which was they will remove the threat of prosecuting michael flynn's son, which was unconscionable, and based on phony evidence anyway.
10:15 pm
so you've got those two things. but what happens when prosecutors and top fbi officials actually create a crime or invent a crime, the key phrase in the documents today are "get him to live so we can prosecute him or get him fired." that could be an abuse of power under the law. and so i agree with you. comey should invoke his right to remain silent and he ought to find a really good defense attorney because he's going to need it along the edge of andrew mccabe, peter strzok, and lisa page. they are the ones who set up and frames corruptly michael flynn. >> sean: what's coming next, sarah, you have not given the pure investigative work on this. on the news, it's been on top of mine, we know they spent a lot of time in europe, we know
10:16 pm
agencies. we follow the crimes that the attorney general keeps dropping, which are now beginning to bear fruit and we are beginning to understand more deeply. >> it's not exposed to a large extent, shone, seeing information coming up on george papadopoulos, lieutenant general michael flynn and how his life wasas turned upside down and prosecutors and fbi agents could care less about his family or violating the law or do what they needed to do because there was one goal in mindo and that was to break anybody around president trump to target president trump. but there was no crime. there was no evidence of a crime. just as gregg jarrett said, just as gregg jarrett said, they created and concocted a false crime that they spread across the globe to spread disinformation about the president of the united states of america. john durham and attorney general william barr have one duty and one duty only and that's according to fbi officials i've spoken with both former and current. it is tont clean up the system e
10:17 pm
the system can repair itself. and so americans can trust again in these great institutions, because if they don't indict anyone, we won't find that trust again. aithese institutions are weaponized. and we have to stop it. it never happens again to another president or another person. >> sean: i applaud the pattorney general. he's just following the law. that's all he's doing. he's applied it equally. that will save our great republic and g constitutional fm of government. it's that serious. >> i do say that the judge needs to step in here, vacate the guilty plea, and allow the department of justice to dismiss this case against michael flynn. that'll allow flynn redress to sue his persecutors -- >> sean: i've got to go. great point. i'm going to ask sidney powell in a second. thank you both. even more damning documents are expected to be released in
10:18 pm
coming days, even new text between disgraced fbi levers strozk and page but everything we've been telling you that thed mob and the media never told you, it's all confirm. massive law enforcement abuses have been exposed. we've been breaking that down day by day by 30 plus years. confirmation, set up by dirty cops as doge of dell major advantage just said with more, the coauthor of michaelflynn's attorney sidney . please send my warmest regards to general flynn. the judge, you know him well. you praised them in your previous book, judge sullivan. will he vacate this, which i believe he should? >> i think he's going to have to, sean. the documents i've seen so far in addition to the ones you have in your hands now are even more
10:19 pm
stunning. it's just absolutely appalling what these agents and then the special counsel operations did to general flynn. it's abuse of their authority at everyth turn. i can't thank attorney general barr and mr. jensen and mr. mr. durham enough to have the integrity and fortitude to get to the bottom of this, because that's what it takes. these documents weren't easily discovered. the emailsma have been in the fi the whole time, but the handwritten notes, they may not have been. we still don't know who the author of those is. but devastating evidence of the lengths they were willing to go priorthis regard all protocols, all prior rules, their standard practices in other cases to warn of 1,001 violations, none of that applied to general flynn. they had only special violations of every protocol known or him because they were determined to take him out.
10:20 pm
>> sean: sidney, when it says, what's our goal, truth, admission, or get him to lie so we can prosecute flynn or get him fired? you know my mom was a prison guard. my dad, i was a failure. the two guys who made it to the fbi, they were dating my family. they were the top. will we get the justice here, that those who did this will be held accountable and how do you interpret those notes? >> i interpret the notes as absolutely damning of their conduct and their plan. they rejected the advice of the apparent lawyer who wrote the handwritten note that they not play games with the white house and instead that's exactly what they did. the author even expresses regret about having agreed the previous

day that flynn not be shown any of the transcript they had of his call, the transcript is redacted but i'm sure that's what they are saying there. but they usually show the evidence that people when you are talking to them about it. but no. general flynn, blindside completely at every turn.he a scheme and planned ahead of the meeting to keep him relaxed and unguarded that i can'ti even tellyou how outraf this. >> sean: judge sullivan, you need to vacate this. director wray, you need to step up. our prayers are with general flynn and his family tonight. i admire him more. unbelievable. when we come back to melissa b graham reacts to the unsealed flynn documents. plus you'll hear the reporter who has been covering tara reade's allegations from the beginning and wait until you hear that woman, played a part

>> sean: joining us now with more reaction and a bombshell flynn document released, senate judiciary chairman lindsey graham. i don't know what else to say. is this the biggest set up ever seen? i'm told by my sources this is only the tip of the iceberg. there is so much more coming. >> yeah, i think there is more coming.tt it's pretty apparent to me that general flynn was a victim of an out-of-control department of justice. he basically got railroaded. it's pretty widely known that the obama administration didn't have use for general flynn. attorney general barr needs to be complement it. he's doing the right thing. he has three goals that i share. restored trust, hold people accountable who have engaged inn misconduct, and right wrongs like general flynn and i believe eventually papadopoulos. >> sean: what is our goal,
10:27 pm
truth, admission, or get him to lie so we can prosecute him or get him fired. senator, maybe i'm old school. maybe i'm old-fashioned. i don't know. but if somebody serves their country in war zones for 33 years, protecting our liberty and our freedom and our constitution and our way of life, you would think you would bend over backwards, not set him up, not say, oh, you don't need an attorney when he definitely needed one. not bragging, i sent my agents into take advantage of the chaos, something i'd never do or get away with in previous administrations. not the fbi director or deputy director, they didn't think he lied. that made him plea after he went bankrupt, sold his house, and said we are putting your son in jail if you don't sign. >> yeah, general flynn deserve better from his government. he was willing to die for his country. the people involved in this i hope will be held to account.
10:28 pm
attorney general barr is beginning to right wrongs. there is a lot more coming. i promise you that everybody who signed a fisa warrant againstig carter page will be asked to testify before the judiciary committee. whether they come or not will be up to them, but they will be asked to come. the goal is to make sure this never happens again to any american, much less a war hero. >> sean: so many people, we've been on peeling the layers of the onion for this deep state for such a long period of time. people always ask me, when are we going to get justice? i'm told we are very close now. a lot of moving parts here and it's very revealing some of ther things the attorney general has said. i'm paying attention. and some of the movements of the prosecutor durham in terms of hiring more staff. what do you think about these statements and these actions? >> well, these notes reek of criminal misconduct.
10:29 pm
i trust attorney general barr to be fair to everybody involved. those being investigated. but his goal, i know him very well, is to right the ship. it's too restored trust that's been lost. to hold people accountable. the worst thing that can happen in any democracy are for those who are in charge of the lot to get in their own hands for political purposes. ise think that's what's happenig here, time will tell. but i promise you that we are going to find out how the fbi operated when they were told by the russian some source in january 2017 the dossier is a bunch of garbage. i find it impossible to believe that did not work its way up to comey and mccabe. in january 2017, the person who prepared the dossier for christopher steele told the fbi that it was a bunch of bar talking hearsay. they obtain the two warrants after that. how could that possibly happen? >> sean: premeditated fraud
