money to get into their accounts. people suffered in that process. >> there is always a bureaucratic coldest back, a lot of the money went very fast, some people are waiting and i understand that. it has been a couple weeks, not from this luther but other stylists having to go into people's homes, got hair on the black market, that doesn't sound safe to me, better to have it on a regulated environment. where standards are met, and cleanliness and sanitation, it is a way to approach this. rob: thank you for your time. jillian: it is 18 after the hour, taking action to protect passengers from covid-19, the changes you could see across the country.

the city was completely a shock to me. i think most of us especially in manhattan and times square, transforming essentially the first big shot, going into the hospital i was working at, what i saw was a huge shock. i've never seen anything like that. i've been a nurse for five years, i have never seen anything like that. they were very sick and affected by coronavirus on pretty much all the levels of the hospital to patients everywhere. it is a huge shock for me. rob: i can imagine what that was like.
2:25 am
a packed hospital surrounded by sickness and death. at any point did you get to a breaking point? >> the whole experience was emotionally taxing, i had a very strong support, could not have done it on my own. also the people i worked alongside, the staff and other nurses, we leans on each other like we were fighting a war and we are still fighting a war with this virus. the support that i got helped pull me up and keep going. jillian: we have seen so many tributes to healthcare workers and front-line workers in the last few weeks while this is going on.
2:26 am

rob: back with a fox news alert. a father and son arrested and charged with the murder of amaud arbery. jillian: the moment they were taken into custody. >> reporter: these are the photos from the daily mail showing the arrest of that father and son duo by the georgia bureau of investigation charged with murder in the death of amaud arbery after video circulated showing the black teen in an altercation allegedly with the two men, gregory mcmichael, former police officer and his son, travis mcmichael told police they confronted amaud arbery because they thought he was a burglary suspect.
2:31 am

2:34 am
the checkpoint if the alarm goes off when you go through. expect other changes in the next few days. most airlines require facial coverings for their passengers, restrictions on travel from europe to the united states, a lot of questions when the will of travel restrictions in particular from europe to the united states but when will international travel get back up and running and that is a question for everyone. rob: and if they open it up. thank you, appreciate it. jillian: the fight for religious assembly in illinois after one passenger not only sued the state but defied orders about in person gatherings of 10 people after a federal judge ruled against him. >> they shouldn't have been having services at all except if they were in groups of 10 or less. we are not stopping you from praying or connecting with parishioners. what we are trying to stop is the spread of this invisible killer.

rob: joining us with his side of the story, the lead pastor of beloved church, stephen castle. appreciate it. you are putting lives at risk by doing this, what is your response? >> the government has a lot of accusations. i did not get into the ministry under any context, any problem or hurt or pain to any person ever. i literally made my life on the altar of the ministry so i could bring hope and help to people's lives. some of those accusations are just terrible to say that and insinuate that about a person's heart. jillian: here's a look at the map of states relaxing restrictions on churches and a number of them are in there including illinois. this is what judge lee said
2:36 am
about religious liberty, even the foundational right secured by the first amendment are not without limits, they are subject to restriction is necessary compelling government interest and certainly prevention of mass infections and disqualify. without life there can be no liberty or pursuit of happiness. your response to that in your community members? >> attorney general william barr said the first amendment, especially the first amendment is not suspended in times of crisis and our founding fathers deeply deeply believed in some of these core values. they were willing to lay their own lives, their own blood, their own fortunes at risk to protect some of these rights that are in alienable, given by god. it is criminal now for me to want to gather together with my church family, for me to want to come together to give hope to people, to give the gospel to people, think about just the context of the gospel, think
2:37 am
about this for a second. god was in heaven, personally isolated from all of mankind, totally safe, no sickness, no problems, god's solutions the problem was to send jesus into a pandemic world, a world filled with sickness, a world communicable by every single god's plan was to send all of that and rescue us and give us liberty. it was for freedom that christ came to set us free, liberty and freedom are some of the most important core values of all things gospel of all things church. for the government want to take those things away, it is breaking the backbone of what the gospel is about and that, i don't have a choice. i have got to fight this fight because generations to come are

2:50 am
intelligence transcripts cleared him. >> he was an innocent man targeted by the obama administration and targeted in order to take down the president, it is treason. i'm happy for general flynn. he was a great warrior. jillian: that is not all. now we know former president obama had knowledge of flynn's wiretapped phone calls. rob: dan bonkinoh, what is your initial reaction? >> you are not asking the question what did obama know and when did he know it, you're doing it wrong. people like me have written books on this and many others who researched this. and barack obama had a central role in it, we have infamous emails between fbi personnel
2:51 am
where they say notice wants to know everything we are doing, talk to you about obama, the white house is running this, another fbi text, if you're in the media you would have to be an idiot not to look into this, now we know based on the testimony of people in the room on january 5th, 2017, president obama is weeks from leaving office, knows about the phone call between general flynn, used as a pretext to frame it. how barack obama escaped me here is really stunning. you would think someone in the media regardless of partisan leanings would say this kind of sounds like a big scam. jillian: if you watch other channels you will hear a lot of critics saying michael flynn deeply guilty to lying to the fbi, you will hear that over and over and over. what is your responsibly critics
2:52 am
out there today? >> most of his critics never interviewed a bad guy like i did for 15 years in my life and federal law enforcement, the nypd, the liberal media folks, degrees in journalism, couldn't be cops if they hit them in the face. that's not how this works. what winds up happening in the federal system often especially in the case like michael flynn is you use leverage. even if they watch barney miller they can figure this out but they won't. you try to get something the person cares about, the bad guy, leverage it against them. in this case it is crystal clear they went after michael flynn junior, general flynn's son and told him if you don't plead we will go after your son and then hid that side deal with michael flynn's original attorney because they didn't want the court to know about it. some people in the media don't get that because they would let their kid probably go to jail rather than defend him like michael flynn did. rob: adam schiff is still
2:53 am
pointing to run stone -- roger stone, trying to get russia to hack the hillary emails, he still points to that is his defense for all of this. what do you say to that? >> it is fascinating because the russian lawyer who met with donald trump junior at trump tower was working with the team hired at hillary clinton so if they are interested in doing journalism which many of them aren't, you figure out that that russian lawyer was actually working with team hillary. i know facts are hard for people, i had a debate with a prominent left assess an event years ago who didn't even notice they were working with team hillary. your problem is donald trump junior met with the russian lawyer working with the hillary team, fusion gps, i want to be clear, if that is your defense you've got a real problem if that is the best you can do.
