about being alive. so enjoy them if you can. that's it for us tonight. have a healthy and happy night. we will be back tomorrow. in the meantime, the great sean hannity takes over. >> sean: and tucker, great comments. thank you anyway. great show as always. welcome to "hannity." buckle up. we have a lot of issues. we need to address urgently. we will lead the charge against a blue state bailout that is nothing but waste fraud and abuse. and it is corruption. by the way, as always, we will lead the charge to hold the deep state accountable. we have a lot of updates tonight. we begin with this fox news alert. judge emmet sullivan has now postponed any case about michael flynn. this is a outrage.
6:01 pm
all they need us judge sullivan to sign off. judge sullivan wants to drag this out. why question mikey is inviting outside proof. judges giving time for anybody to make a case against his exoneration. how much more evidence, your honor, do you need question mike you have arti already treated fn unfairly in your court room. and you know what we are talking about. they said that no further delay should be tolerated. at this point, we have watched this judge attack general flynn and his attorney unfairly and wrongly ruled that there is no material withheld when there was. and the judge saw the need for liberal groups and deep state people supportive of all things obama.
6:02 pm
and their attorneys, to justify all the injustices and his court room. it is now time for a new and impartial judge in this case. flynn was subjected to misconduct, he went bankrupt from legal bills, he lost his family home, his reputation was destroyed. nearly four years of his life, now gone. an opportunity to smear flynn some more. this is not grace, this is not just us. this a travesty of justice. we are going to have a lot more on this breaking news later. later tonight, nancy pelosi has no shame whatsoever. exploiting again, this is now the fifth time she is going back for money. remember, she withheld money and the national endowment for the

humanities. well, that should make you sick. we are going to review the democrats. they want another $3 trillion socialist wish list. we will show you how far left politicians are literally trying to steal from fiscally responsible red states in order to fund all of their waste, all of their fraud, all of their abuse. those are states like new york, new jersey, illinois, and california. by the way, i say this to my own detriment. the truth is truth. later we will check on sleep beat joe biden, still campaigning in his basement. not very well. the person that represents everything wrong in the washington swamp, nancy pelosi. they have been totally completely missing, sheltering and multimillion dollar communities. turns out, they were busy behind closed doors completing this.
6:04 pm
a 347,000 word wishlist filled with $3 trillion and more spending. the 4 trillion in loan guarantees from the feds. despite calling it a covert relief bill, well, the proposal is absolutely zero to do with ongoing pandemic. in other words, they are treating the coronavirus look it's christmas morning. it just like they did when they kept hospital workers and businesses waiting for the first stimulus bill. a member that, a week and a half. this one, they want $20 million for arts and humanities foundation. 50,000 for college and universities. 4.6 million for the voting fee. $25 billion for the post office. $1 trillion blank check. $1 trillion to bail out fiscally responsible states and governments. other words, your hard-earned

estimated $7.5 billion on the illegal immigrants annually. new york city just passed a hundred million dollar bill to cover the medical costs of all of its illegal immigrant residents. in the sanctuary state of california, they pay out a whopping $23 billion each year to illegal immigrants. is that what you want to be your tax dollars spent bailing out? because that's where it will go. fiscally responsible states, they should demand that their congressmen and women and their senators reject this. it is literally robbing future generations. thankfully, pelosi's money grab doesn't have a snowball's chance in. least as of now. of becoming law. another political stunt. even pelosi herself, she can't even sell her own bad bill. take a look. >> minority leader called it a liberal wish list of a bunch of items that you wanted to have passed. even before the coronavirus pandemic.
6:07 pm
happened. >> i know that's what he said. i can't be bothered about whether -- what i'm proud of is what we are doing. our costs have agreed that everything is coronavirus centric and also a way that relates to the virus. to our lives, to our livelihood, to our democracy. >> sean: keep in mind, this calls for a trillion dollars just for state government. and $10 billion for small business grants. she has no shame, the democratic socialist party has no shame. never let a crisis go to waste. because you will get things done you never dreamed it could have happened. instead of seriously working to make this country a better place, opening up the country safely, being productive, just like they have for three plus years, nope. all they want to do is become obstacles. all they want to do -- they are
6:08 pm
not helping people recover from the pandemic. she's exploiting a crisis while missing in action pretty much the whole time. here now with a full report, chad who is sheltering in place somewhere tonight. >> sean, good evening. they are going to put this bill on the floor on friday. as you said, $3 trillion. about a $900 billion will go to the states. also money in here for the u.s. postal service. direct payment, and even money for domestic violence. mitch mcconnell does not like this bill. he called it a liberal wish list. this in to mccarthy, he blasted the bill. he said democrats would fund planned parenthood and sanctuary cities. modern democrats said the measure was too expensive and an oma's to the liberal wing of the party. still, some democrats wanted more. nancy pelosi said to spending as much money would never be cheaper because of historically low interest rates.
6:09 pm
the bill will likely pass on friday, pelosi doesn't send bills to the floor which lack the votes. the house majority leader said a few days ago he didn't want the house to vote on what he termed a message bill that democrats didn't associate this with the administration. and that is to the liberal wing of the party. now as they say they are going to passes, probably on friday, it's going to be a very late tonight in the house of representatives. about six votes spread out over the course of the day. practicing social distancing. they are only bringing 80-90 members at time into the chamber to vote. so it takes about an hour and a half each, it's going to be a long, long day. and what does that mean? once the house finishes voting on friday night, that's probably the last time you will see house members in the house chamber for at least a couple of months. sean. >> sean: a right chad, thanks for the details.
6:10 pm
america's dying to get back to work. we have already invested $3 trillion, unprecedented amounts of money. none of this spending, none of this bailouts and blue states because they are physically irresponsible, no infrastructure, let's open the country. by the way, the left is waging a campaign of fear, hysteria despite declining covid-19 infectious rates. well, democrats, the mob, the media, they seem to want to keep this country locked down indefinitely. dr. anthony also seems to favor with the democrats want. and that is massive restrictions with no end in sight. and today, he was even pessimistic that schools could reopen in the fall. senator rand paul, he wasn't pleased. i agree with rand paul. take a look. >> when we look back, this will be wrong prediction after wrong prediction starting with ferguson in england. i think we have to have a little
6:11 pm
bit of humility in our belief that we know what's best for the economy. and as much as i respect you, i don't think you are the end-all. i don't think you're the one person to make this decision. we can listen to your advice, but there are people on the other side saying there's not going to be a surge and that we can safely open the economy. >> i believe he is a good man. he has dedicated his life. he deserves a lot of credit. but there is no secret that he, like so many others, have been wrong a lot. january 26 he said the coronavirus is a very, very low risk to the u.s. novembemarch 8th, no reason to a mask. find to get on a cruise ship as long as you are young and healthy. now he wants us locked up indefinitely. china manipulated the data from day one. they lied to the world. every single model that we have looked at has been consistently
6:12 pm
drastically wrong. they once predicted millions of americans will die from coronavirus. to date, under 100,000 have passed away. one death is too much. we all understand that. there is no denying that covid-19 is serious. it is a deadly pandemic. but for the prediction, the models have been dead wrong every step of the way. we never got close to the scenario, thank god. and now it's time to reopen our country and our economy safely. americans are a free people. it is up to all of us to calculate the risk and make her own decisions. we can learn from things that were done right in this crisis. businesses that never closed. i'm right here in the middle of new york and long island. grocery stores, they never close. farms, they didn't close. factories, that made all of the equipment, they never closed. truckers, the supply line for all the food and medical supplies, they never stopped talking. and without the kids that i know
6:13 pm
working in my local grocery store, every single week i see them, we wouldn't have survived in new york or long island. they are and were heroes. i know we west to must learn from them. learning from the guys stocking the shelves in grocery stores that those masks kept them from getting and contracting coronavirus. sports venues, we talked about okay, they have turnstiles. you can check people's temperatures. every employee in the stadium gets a real test. and that means ticket handlers and food handlers and coaches and sports athletes and trainers alike. we learned from florida but if you focus on those people that are elderly and high risk, they, if you put them at the forefront of being protected, are going to do a hell of a lot better than they did in new york. where they put covid-19 in nursing homes. almost 30% of new york touts a result of that stupid decision on march 25th. the entire country does not need
6:14 pm
to be locked down. if you look at depths in new jersey, california, georgia, texas, it is most of the coveted deaths in the country. the economy can't an can and mu. but we can do it safely. i suggest everybody, for the short term, everybody wear a mask for example. it's proven to be working, especially when i go to the grocery store and all those workers i see week after week. they see a lot of the public, they didn't contract covid-19. americans across the country, we see they are defying these lockdown orders. a restaurant in colorado opened its doors. they were packed with customers that made the decision that they think for them it's safe. a judge in michigan sided with the barbershop who continued to operate during the state lockdown. a sheriff in michigan has vowed not to enforce the stay at home orders. she didn't even say you can't cut the lawn. a sheriff from wisconsin
6:15 pm
refusing to enforce his restrictions. elon musk it, he is bree opened his tesla factory out in california. and tonight clearly, the well not 3 trillion more dollars for their socialist wish list. and sadly, that would be exploiting the crisis. they want to take advantage, they want to use this pandemic and national emergency to turn our country into their socialist utopia. don't let a crisis go to waste. here is with reaction, louisiana senator john kennedy. senator, i don't want anyone else to die. nobody does. this was particularly rough. but we did learn from the workers in the grocery stores where i am, they didn't get sick, they were masks. they were gloves. they stopped at the shelves. they fed the people in new york and long island. we learned if it wasn't for the manufacturers, the medical equipment but new york was done.
6:16 pm
we would've lost many more lives. we learned from florida, if you focus on older people and sick people, that you do a lot better than new york that sends covid-19 patience into nursing homes. that was dumb. >> well, none of us, sean, wants anyone to die. i don't think any of us, not those of us in good faith, want to see permanent damage done to our economy. that's why i am so disappointed in speaker pelosi's bed. i think it will set us back. in my opinion, the speaker has moved from fall eat to fars and when i saw it, it reminded me of that old jack nicholson line. go so crazy somewhere else. we are all stocked up here.
6:17 pm
it's not a serious or effort to legislate. it's debt is fried chicken. everybody knows that. it's just political pageantry. and i'm just very disappointed. it's going to set us back. >> sean: why would you be disappointed? i expect nothing less from her. the president is putting in place travel bands and quarantines and subsequent travel ban's. the president, if it wasn't for him new york would be dead. they got all the equipment and barely gets a thank you. >> her bill would require us to borrow $3 trillion.
6:18 pm
that's $3 trillion. that our kids have got to pay back. her bill would rewrite our immigration laws. it would release many federal prisoners. her bill represents a federal takeover of our state election systems. her bill would turn over all of our public safety decisions. or most of them. to osha. which would probably probably require all of us to abide by osha rules. i don't want to have to wear a face mask in the shower. that's the sort of stuff that osha propagates every day. i was hoping for a serious mature, honest effort. but that's not what this represents. this is just as i said, political pageantry. now, certain members of her constituency, the pronoun police, the nature clocks.
6:19 pm
certain members of the media, they will suck it up. but once the american people find out what's in this bill, they are not going to like it. they are not going to like it. they are going to say what does this have to do with getting back to work and making people safe? >> sean: it is repulsive, senator. she did it with the first bill, this is now the fifth bill. she wants one truly impact 11 tr dollars. i just gave you a small snippet of wasteful spending in new york, new jersey. illinois, california. with their open borders, sanctuary status is. i don't think you are responsible citizen who should pay for it. >> no, we should not. louisiana should not have to pay
6:20 pm
for the pension system in illinois. it does shouldn't have to pay for the sanctuary cities in california. >> sean: all right, senator, good to see you as always. joining us now, how do we open the country? expeditiously and safely. economic advisor, larry caught well. i know you are going to answer this. help workers, small businesses, big businesses, the president did it all. we can't afford it. anymore money has to stop. but what can we learn from the guys who stocked the grocery stores in new york? florida, where they targeted the elderly and the sick. what could we learn from the mistakes in new york where they put covid-19 patience in nursing
6:21 pm
homes? >> well, look, i think the president's mitigation has succeeded in large measure. and he is -- you know, and a short period of time, he has completely built a safe infrastructure with ppe and masks and testing. and the tracing and so forth. i think now, we should be focusing on how to safely reopen who the economy. that should be number one. there is a lot of hardship, a lot of heartbreak. so now as the virus numbers are flattening out, let's reopen the economy. let's get folks back to work. it's so interesting to me. you are talking to senator kennedy about the pelosi bill. i doubt president trump is going to go for another $3 trillion in spending. before we see what the total impact has been of the prior
6:22 pm
$3 trillion in spending. that's points number one. so we are going to pause for a bit. we will price out speaker pelosi's proposal and take a look at it. but having said that, can trust her with president trump's pro-growth tax entity regulation program. he wants the payroll cuts for investors, capital gains foreign businesseforbusinesses. he wants to help restaurants open up. he wants to provide new deductions for meals. for tourism. things of that sort. he wants an infrastructure package. so that we can get a strong recovery in the second half of the year. and a big, big booming economy. we should provide growth incentives and not go through various wishlist.
6:23 pm
>> sean: it's of the second quarter, the numbers are shockingly horrific. because we shut the country do down. the third quarter begins in july. the president has been talking about a recovery fourth quarter and next year being the biggest year. why can't we open stadiums, outdoor facilities for concerts, if everybody is willing to go through a temperature turnstile. we tell the sick and older people, this year you have to stay home and a nice wood. not to be mean. and everybody wears a mask. with that i'll be safe? >> yeah, i think it's good guidance. we put out guide and a lot of states have followed our guidance. it has to be secure, it has to have best practices, there is no reason you can't put temperature on your forehead.
6:24 pm
we go through it every day eight going the white house. i agree with you. i have been on conference calls with the commissioners, that's exactly what they are aiming to do. instead of just putting out a lot of new money, let's figure out what works and what doesn't work. let's provide some good, low tax deregulation orders. president trump will do it once, he can rebuild it again by focusing on those incentives. let's not just jump into something before we figure out what the last three julian has produced. that's always same. i think it's going to work. >> sean: all right, thank you. when we come back, a federal judge has postponed a resolution influence case. it might be time for a new jud judge. they have now declassified the names of obama officials who illegally unmasked flynn. i believe illegally.

>> sean: new developments tonight. the department of justice has received a list of unmasking requests in the flynn case. now they would be classified by the acting dni director, that would be a wreck be a wreck right now. and although we are learning tonight that the doj is saying any release will come directly from the office of director of national intelligence. here to explain, sara carter. so, ric grenell handed it to the justice? but it's going to be the director that decides? >> well, what's happened here, sean, basically director of national intelligence rick grenell turned over the list. this is a list of obama officials that were unmasking americans. we reported this in 2017. this was after the november 2016 election. up until january when president trump took office. so there were a number of obama
6:30 pm
officials actually involved. now he has turned over that list to the department of justice. john durham is actually looking into this as well. because as we know, michael flynn's name was on mast. it was highly classified. and i was in "the washington post." his conversation with former russian ambassador at start of whole mess. so right now, the department of justice is looking over the documents that ric grenell has turned over. and what i've been told by senior republican lawmakers that they are going to take a setback, they believed that these documents will be made public. and they will be made public soon. but they are going to take a step back and allow the dni and the doj to work through this and decide who is best to release the documents. into that's where are at right now. >> there is a 300% increase in unmasking. >> read. >> sean: in her sworn testimony behind the house, 300 people? not done by me? then who did it.
6:31 pm
we need to know why the increase in unmasking, and how did obama know about that unmasking in that january for the meeting question >> absolutely. >> sean: right questions, thank you sarah. a breaking development tonight. something we have been reporting for some time. ric grenell, we now have evidence john brennan actually had intelligence that the russians wanted hillary to win. remember "the new york times" finally said oh, it was likely russian disinformation from the get-go. but that's in these newly released house intelligence committee investigations. and transcripts. we learned that he said he, hillary knew we were playing the russians. i bet it was coming up from russia. buckle up, much more to come. especially now as the committee is prepared to issue subpoenas to deep state bad actors if they refused to comply.
6:32 pm
and specifically the committee is now seeking more answers as it relates to that infamous january 5th 2017 discussion between yates and brennan and klapper and cal call. by the way, the judge's decision to postpone the ruling in the flynn case is also on the agen agenda. we have chairman, lindsey graham. at that february 5th meeting is important. the unmasking is important. i want to know why they were unmasking. i thought we were supposed to practice, senator? >> yeah, the question for us as a congress is did the obama administration use unmasking as a political weapon? that's the question that i want to answer. the january 5th meeting, i'm dying to know how exactly why sally yates did not know about
6:33 pm
the investigation. but president obama did. i would urge ric grenell, who has done a terrific job, to release the names of the people who made the request. let me go back to something you mentioned to sarah. trey gowdy asked some of the powers, did you make a request to unmasked citizens and he said "i made no where near this of requests." but the nsa and their files have 300, almost 300 request being made by at samantha powers. if she didn't do it, who did. >> what does it mean that sally yates and michae call expressed. >> it means that the obama administration intentionally unmasked a conversation with the incoming national security
6:34 pm
advisor to president trump. that is stunning. if i ever find that the intelligence community is unmasking my phone calls with foreign leaders, or i discuss foreign policies being done in the united states, heads will roll. i find it unbelievable that the outgoing administration is surveilling the incoming administration. that is incredibly wrong. at the minimum, unethical. >> sean: what about the realization now that hillary -- you have one guy that who has given the bills from fusion gps to pay for the russian disinformation. and to say that in fact yeah, hillary kind of knew. we all knew that we were paying for off research. and some of it was from russia. in the end, "the new york times" actually got something right. toilet paper times. and that is they figured out it was russian disinformation bid
6:35 pm
which means it came from the russians. the bad intel on trumpet and the research was designed to help hillary, not to trump. >> yeah, the document was used to get a warrant. paid for by the democratic par democratic party. this is not a distraction, this is undermining of the law. we are going to get to the bottom of it. >> sean: senator, we look forward to it. >> first week in june. unless the judge screws everything up by not issuing a ruling. i can't believe the judge is conflicted about what to do he here. dismiss the case. >> sean: dismissed the case. we have confirmed that the office of director of national intelligence, that in fact will release the issues of unmasking that we have been talking about. up next, well, if you ever confuse joe biden came out of
