rob: new york extending its day at home order for most of the coronavirus across the state. jillian: thousands of people going back to work as 11 states these restrictions today. rob: the latest action in the empire state. >> reporter: we talk about reopening, new york governor andrew cuomo extending his stay-at-home order until june 13th with only those regions that reach certain public health and safety numbers eligible to reopen. all this as cdc guidelines are released, one page document help schools, workplaces, camps, childcare programs, mass transit systems as they tried to reopen. alex a czar, whether guidelines are too simple. >> it doesn't help to provide a school with a 40 page singlespaced technical document

best innovators are right here in the united states. i always said that. with other competitors, even india, that is the option, to move it to other countries outside china. jillian: look at these numbers breakdown, china was america's important 2018, drop number 3 in february which was the lowest since 2004 and you can see the imports from china count for 21.2 with top categories being electoral machinery, toys and sports equipment. as rob mentioned, things might cost more here. how do you stop that from being a burden on the consumer. what is the planet how long will it take? >> it will take effort.

it is going to take effort on consumers to educate themselves and understand how important this is. we appeal to the patriotism, you need to be buying american products, making sure you are supporting those jobs that are here in america. i am still confident we can be competitive. it is not a given that just because it is made in china, just because it is made in india doesn't mean it has to be cheap. rob: can you enforce or incentivize in some way businesses to pull out of china? how can you say let's do this now and make you guys pull out and give a good reason to do it. >> that is a good question. i like incentivizing with i like force. we do need to incentivize, we need to encourage companies to come back here if it has to be through stimulus, do that. let's make it worth their while but the point is to appeal to

patriotism and appeal to these, make sure they understand and remember we need you in america. jillian: people are understanding what that means and it is a big deal. $3 trillion coronavirus stimulus bill heading for a vote in the house. a lot of people said this would be dead on arrival, tell me your thoughts. >> absolutely, the speaker knows that this doesn't have any chance to become law. all she is doing throwing blood against the wall to see what sticks, this is a wish list of what the democrats would want and it goes far beyond anything that can reasonably be considered in the senate and mitch mcconnell has said that and other senators said that. even the democratic senators understand this is never going to pass. what we have to do is study what we have done so far.

budget cuts by gavin newsom, 10% pay cut for state employs, $7 billion for education spending-12 and $1.7 billion for higher education. what do those numbers mean to you? >> this is all a façade. you heard from the governor, this is to put a strain on the worker so it is a plea to donald trump, makes donald trump look bad so gavin can get his blue state bailout. i have been saying for weeks, i knew exactly what was going to happen at the beginning of the coronavirus response, states like california and especially california will cover their tracks, years if not decades of mismanagement and pass off as coronavirus in the pandemic when really it has been a state that has been failing, a house of cards for years and he will try to cover his tracks with blue state bailouts. i hope the president holds firm on his promise not to bailout states like california. out to rob: how dealer states if anything even if they made mistakes in the past? that is politically very damning for the president.

>> it could be if you don't know anything about california but let's look at california, the governor's plan. he is going after state worker pay cuts at 10%, that is the thing he wants to cut from the budget to save this money. what about cutting healthcare for illegal immigrants? letter member that, we are spending, the state of california spending $100 million a year to fund healthcare for illegal immigrants not to mention coronavirus relief package became at $125 million and probably be increased $75 million of which is california taxpayer dollars going to fund relief for illegal immigrants. once again at least the governor is consistent by prioritizing illegal immigrants over americans who are hurting, especially hard right now, house of cards in california needs to be called out for what it is doing. >> let's look at the numbers you in some $125 million and really for illegal immigrants, $50 million from donors, $753 million to a chinese car company, 3 million supervisory early release and 14.3 million
