coverage straight ahead. first big breaking news, joe biden has finally emerged from his basement. well sort of end very quickly and write back to his basement, monday after two along months in hiding he appeared in public for the very first time. and later at the delaware war memorial and of course his brief appearance outdoors, biden headed right back to his basement where he is continuing to mumble his way through one virtual part-time campaign podcast after another. so what is now still officially day 72 of biden's basement run. and in all honesty commits more than he can seemingly handle. but joe biden thinks he's doing just fine. just listen to joe. >> i don't want to get down into nicknames, but this is a fella who looks like he's having trouble controlling his own emotions. what worries me is all of this

the question tonight with just 161 days until election day, you come at the american people, become the ultimate jury. does anyone actually believe that the 77-year-old lifelong politician, do you really believe he has the stamina to actively, the mental alertness, moral compass to serve the hardest job in the world well into his opposed 80s? today we asked 2020 correspondent to go out on the street of new york and what new york thought about crazy joe, forgetful joe's comments. lawrence. >> good evening, sean. the blacks have been the base of the democratic party but after years of inaction and joe biden's recent comments for black voters, don't cast their vote for them ain't black, now many are starting to take a second look. i talk to voters in harlem and this is what they have to say, watch. >> so how do you feel about

6:11 pm
>> everyone think because you are black you have to vote democratic. as if democrats do everything for black people. it is not about that bit about circumstances and what can be done. >> does he get to question any black? >> no, he doesn't, he doesn't come he doesn't at all. >> sean come as you know a lot of black officials didn't like what charlamagne did on msnbc saying the burden is always put on black voters to save the democratic party. i don't think it will be that way this year, sean, back to you. >> sean: it is interesting because we have biden/obama 13 million more americans on food stamps, 8 million on poverty, up until the coronavirus record low unemployment for african-americans, hispanic-americans, asian-americans, women and the youth placed youth unemployment, african-american -- american youth unemployment and historically black colleges, and criminal justice reform.
6:12 pm
none of that was done by obama or biden. none of it. >> none of it was done and shot the question is will the trump administration pound the pavement and present black america to change it up a little bit? if they can do that, i will see some changes but if they don't come it will be a race. >> lawrence jones we will be missing you, m.i.a., great to have you back in the game on tv. my good friend, glad you are with this. >> nice to see you brother. >> racial issue is not the only glaring issue. swirling around the campaign incredible allegation of sexual assault. against him is not being swept under the rug on sunday anything congressman telling the newspaper she believes tara reade's claims and that justice should never be denied. she also said she would vote for him. she said biden must answer for his role in the surveillance of unmasking of trump officials in the lead up and after the 2016 election like when he unmasked general plan before he left office eight days to be exact. why did biden know?
6:13 pm
what did barack know? when did they know it? in a coincidence almost too good to be true, mueller's pit bull andrew weissmann is headlining a fund-raiser for the biden campaign. it's almost as if the guy running the mueller witch hunt is a part of anti-trump democrat all along. we are not shocked come early. here are now executive producer of the upcoming documentary "uncle tom, larry elder civil rights attorney from a fox news contributor ari fleischer. by the way i've missed leo terrel. and i know if i mentioned the words o.j. simpson, i can't even mention this. welcome back. i will give you first crack, leo, good to have you back my friend. >> let me be clear because i will be consistent with all my colleagues. joe biden is hope dome i consult in america with his comments. what he said when he tried to somehow define blackness is ridiculous and i will not sit
