minneapolis with smoke, tear gas among others looming over the scene of one direct -- across the street from the police station which would torch. and the last 30 minutes or so the city of minneapolis with a twitter page tweeting about unconfirmed reports of a gas line being cut and other explosive materials in the third precinct and the police station i was just tweeting about, the lines might have been cut. they are asking if you or anyone you know is around the area to leave in the event that that building explodes. again, that was the city of minneapolis whose official twitter page about 30 minutes ago. as we mentioned earlier, this was triggered by the death monday of george floyd. since then the minneapolis police officers have been fired. video from bystander and showed floyd lying on the ground and said he could not breathe. a white officer knelt on his

neck. he also kept his knee there several minutes after the man stopped moving. the firing was the right call. fbi and state authorities are investigating the matter, but the leaders of many black communities across the country would like to see the arresting officer charged immediately. many are comparing george floyd's death to the case of a black man who died in 2014 in new york city. this was after being placed in a police choke hold. we will continue to monitor the situation in minneapolis throughout the morning. for now, we will send you back to "hannity" in already in progress. i am ashley stroman in new york. >> you can see the officers and if you look at the videos,

struggling enough. we don't need more hate andus hysteria and at this time of turmoil. president trump to his credit acted immediately. he ordered the fbi and the justice of civil rights division to fully investigate the case. he said it is under way and he has ordered them to expedite this investigation. it is now "a top priority for the doj, were investigators and prosecutors.it here's a president from earlier today. take a look. >> president trump: i feel very, very badly. it was a very shocking site, and bill and i were talking about it before, that's one of the reason right now because as you know we are very much involved. i've asked the attorney general and the fbi to take a very strong look and to see what went on because that was a very bad thing that i saw. i saw it last night and i didn't like it. >> sean: unfortunately that swift decisive action is not stopping those who politicize everything. far left democrats, the media

there are some people out here who are mourning the death of george floyd. the people out here are calling for change and other people who are looting stores and burning cars. you can see they are piling more stuff on it right now, to see if they canu get the fire accelerated more. just a short distance from here there was tear gas and that occurred when the paramedics showed up to work on a couple injured t people on the ground d the cops just needed to get the paramedics some space to work. these people know that the hennepin county attorney mike freeman is investigating. the u.s. attorney erica mcdonald, she is investigating as well, with the backing of the u.s. president, with the backing of the u.s. attorney general. these people out there don't think it's fast enough and don't think it's working. and they don't trust the process. >> sean: mike tobin, thank you tonight.

we turn now to have another big breaking story. another executive order fighting back against silicon valley and a censorship of conservatives. by the way i thought the left, the media didn't like interference in the elections. now they interpret the communications decency act as not providing special protections for silicon valley titans like twitter and facebook thatid are engaged in censorshi, not just offering an opportunity for people to post but political conduct often against conservatives. there is a distinction. so what does that mean? that means that if they in fact make changes, that would make them liable. they are not liable for defamatory that appears on their platform, but because they might now be engaged in publishing decisions and deciding and editing, the president is making it very clear, that liability should not apply to them any longer going forward. here is the president and attorney general barr earlier this evening.

there is no police presence and we are kind of wondering when the demonstrators will come past the fence and tried to get inside the thirdrd precinct her. that's what's going on right now. >> sean: don't destroy the city and the process. that's what i fear. in new york, governor cuomo's mishandling of the coronavirus response keeps looking worse and worse. we now have a bombshell report that literally points the finger at andrew cuomo for signing that executive order but also signing legislation. in a budget bill shielding nursing home executives from lawsuits. this after he received millions in campaign donations from major health care companies and that of course includes nursing homes. of course the infamous march 25th nursing home mandate, a complete disaster. cuomo himself said, people die, recently set himself he would not put his own mother in a nursing home.

find that horrendous. >> when did you find out about the governor's executive order saying that covid patients can be returned back to the facility? >> i told my mother would be back in two weeks, and my mother wanted to know what date that was an ice of the 25th. my mother was looking toward that date. when i heard the executive order, i couldn't believe it. because that was the day we all thought we were going back in, they told us two weeks. so in two weeks, they open the doors for covid, not family. and it just took out the entire way my mother was in. i put a lot of blame for the nursing homes on cuomo because he himself said, we have to protect the older people. and then he made them -- he had
