6:00 pm
stake in so much is coming at you for a reason. they don't want you to think clearly. shake it off and see america as it really is. have a great night. speaking of great, the great sean hannity live from new york. >> sean: why am i stupid enough to be here? that is a great question. in fact, i don't have the lowest taxes are the best government representation either. anyway, great tucker, tucker. welcome to "hannity." we are tracking several breaking stories, one the media mob is totally, completely ignoring and that would be rod rosenstein's appalling eye-opening testimony from earlier today. we will show you a breaking report that shows how the group "black lives matter" is planning to trained domain train or a militia on holy spirit incredibly disturbing but first, once again cities all across the great country of ours bracing for yet another night of utter chaos.
6:01 pm
new york, new york city, almost all 650 looters and violent rioters to the police arrested last night because of the new male law, they are back on the streets to create more anarchy and havoc. unbelievable stupidity, recklessness that is putting people's lives, police lives, citizen's lives in danger and destroying what used to be the greatest city in the world. not anymore. now, we are about to see how the empire state is insane, nobel policy plays out in real time. we will have more on that in a moment. what we continue to see night after night and city after city is a disgrace. neighborhoods, we are seeing it. we are seeing block to block looting. we see business owners attacked. we see police attack, some shocked, some maimed, some critical, some dead. despite days of anarchy, liberal governors, liberal mayors, virginia, illinois mother
6:02 pm
states, other cities are shunning the president pleading and begging them to let him help them. they have to ask and refusing to activate the national guard appear that it's their decision. that is not the president's decision. they have to ask for the help. they are all cowards and they don't have the courage, the competency to protect the people in the states and the cities. i've never seen anything like this. and as a result, chaos, criminals ruling the streets. are we about to see another night of anarchy? will the president of the united states, well, he is begging them to let them help a. no we don't want your help in new york city and illinois and the commonwealth of virginia. they are saying they don't want any help, but they aren't doing the job either. by the way, as far as this insurrection act, you know what 18 oh seven, that is not for the president. that is one of the most dire circumstances, the more lower years i talked to in a more military members i talked to,
6:03 pm
they say no it is the governors, they have to ask for the help, and then they will get the national guard help. they refuse not wait to ask, they say don't send the help. they are refusing to help. when you really think about policy, taught us and we have discussed this over the years, we don't want our military confronting nor do they want that job. by the way more monologue in a moment. joining first on the ground in new york city or nothing good is being done is bryan llenas. another night of madness. >> yeah, sean we are on 50th and we are on the upper east side right now. this is what's going on. these are peaceful protesters and have been peaceful all day but the problem is it is past the 8:00 p.m. curfew. so now the nypd to the left, you see the line, they have moved in on the protesters. the protesters are putting their hands up and they are saying peaceful protest. now, they have been marching
6:04 pm
peacefully. i have to stress that. these are not people rioting or looting, this is a peaceful protest but the nypd are making arrests right now. they are starting to arrest people for violating the curfew. and if you listen in the background, they are now making mass arrests right now on the upper east side of peaceful protesters. they are saying go home. it is too late. it's past your curfew as they were marching. if you listen there is an audio message saying this is a citywide curfew. so again, this is the kind of scene that was all play out yesterday on the manhattan bridge. thousands of people in new york have been violating the curfew yesterday. we have sent saint though nypd cracked and the last few days. because the two days before that it was mayhem with looters, not
6:05 pm
protesters but looters taking advantage of the situation and causing mayhem so they are cracking down. so you can just show here. we will go on this side to show this is what we are seeing now. everybody has their hands up here they are making arrest, again, i will stress this because they are violating the curfew. this city and the mayor and the nypd has been under a lot of pressure. the business owners and residents asking and wondering why more was not done to protect storefronts, given the fact the stores have been struggling for months under the covid-19 strict lockdown for strictness in the country. why wasn't more done to protect the businesses and why was a curfew not in place? >> sean: we are watching, you are right, this is peaceful. to the credit of the people, they are getting on their knees. they are cooperating with the police. you are right, we have now had this to me you know, earlier curfew and plays. they are not listening. they are cooperative.
6:06 pm
but we all know from watching in past nights what happens when the first rock or the first break or the first molotov cocktail was thrown. maybe you want to talk to some of the people laying down and want to get arrested, ask them why. >> a look at them i can't stress enough, sean, the nypd, you are right have been under a lot of pressure. under these impossible situations come i have seen peaceful protests that have turned completely, excuse me volatile because of agitators who have thrown molotov cocktails. they have few but when they do damage, they are throwing water bowl or water bottles at police officers, molotov cocktails and water bottles. and at the same time, it is causing and injured many nypd officers so again, they are trying to clear the streets. on top of all of that, it is
6:07 pm
also a health risk and i will keep showing some of this. they have been asking to clear the streets because for and quite frankly because of the covid-19. they continue to make arrests here. okay, look over here. they are pushing people back, pushing back, pushing back. we have been following this through for a few hours now. there are thousands of protesters as well in brooklyn and manhattan. we can expect a similar stance, i think, with those protesters as well as they continue to make arrests on the upper eastside. >> sean: street specifically are you act, bryan? >> i'm at third avenue and 50th street. third avenue and 50th street right now. now the police have been trailing them as they have come allowing them, guiding them through this peaceful protest, but again we are within an hour past the curfew and it is now pouring down rain.
6:08 pm
yesterday, there were 2,000 protesters who were also violating the curfew, who are also violating the curfew and it is pouring right now. and they were trapped on the bridge. there was a peaceful negotiation with the protest with the nypd and they eventually were able to go back to brooklyn across the bridge. >> i told them to take me. take me and let them go. you see how they don't want to negotiate? they want to take everybody. >> the guys are peacefully protesting. >> are you willing to get arrested? for my brothers and sisters to be let go? yes, yes, yes, let them go. lelet them go. >> sean: all the officers in the case have been charged. >> we want to protest and peace! >> does that make a difference? >> look, i just have a question here, we saw that everybody has
6:09 pm
been charged in terms of the four police officers but does that make a difference? the four officers charged in the death of george floyd. >> sean: oh, boy. >> step back here. >> sean: the audio cut. >> sean. >> sean: don't get arrested, bryan. i hate to say it, but you need to get out of people's way. >> you can understand the frustration, sean for those who are frustrated and mad about what has happened and again, i stress this, you know. they are upset and they have every right to be upset. so i can't fault him for feeling the way he feels, sean. but a curfew is a curfew. and they are doing what they have to do to keep everybody safe. >> sean: nobody is against peaceful protest but good job on
6:10 pm
the ground, bryan. you might want to get shelter. the rain may disperse the crowd may be a blessing in disguise. all three officers, the other three officers have been charged with aiding and abetting. and not a big fan of his, but now second-degree murder with found intent. remember, if you overcharge sometimes, you don't get 12 people to say beyond a reasonable doubt. they are making the case they can make that case, and we will see over time. and a manslaughter charge on top of that. mike tobin is on the ground in minneapolis. additional charges were announced, as i mentioned the officers involved in the death of george floyd. things have been more peaceful the last few nights compared to the early nights, mike, what is the difference? >> well, let me take you a new direction because we have a new development with a final more extensive autopsy reports being released. and i will read from your one
6:11 pm
paragraph from that final autopsy report of george floyd. and it reads as follows, "the student was known to be positive for the coronavirus april 30. pcr, which stands for poly marist chain reaction and essentially an acronym speech for the antibodies. and so antibody positivity with coronavirus can persist for weeks after the onset and resolution of the clinical disease, the autopsy with asymptomatic but persistent coronavirus positive from previous infection. this on a day when we had the other big development that the charges were increased against derek chauvin. the other officers charged and booked into jail. thomas lane, jay alexander kin . alexander kueng, aiding and abetting heating and brown set. and speaking on the streets, still demonstrating and they say it's not enough and they are not satisfied.
6:12 pm
>> it's not enough they are not behind bars for what they did. >> i can't say when the right time to leave the streets is. people have to peel and this is a situation where they are expressing themselves, feeling united with the community. you can put a time limit on that. >> not sure how many things need to be done and how many officers need to be arrested, but i know today right now, we are celebrating but it still is not for us. >> and two demonstrations taking place in minneapolis, one downtown and one at this location where george floyd was killed. usually at this location they go past the curfew but as we have seen in past nights, there has not been trouble from the location but the please keep an eye on it and other places the curfew has been enforced for three nights in a row, four nights of enforcement and three nights of curfew, sean. >> sean: a great work, all of these reporters to get the best report putting themselves in harm's way. we will get back to bryan in midtown, the new york were
6:13 pm
numbers of people getting arrested appear there is a heavy, heavy rainfall now that has not only hit new york city but long island areas hopefully can disperse the crowd at least for one evening. but so far, peaceful protesting. but all it takes is one prick or one rock or the one molotov cocktail and we could be back where we were the last couple of nights. jacqui heinrich and billy assessing the damage of the looters and she joins us now. >> hey there sean, federal investigators looking into what they call a coordinated effort o steal cash. since saturday the police responded to 130 incidents around the city including 8:00 p.m. just like this one. they say the looters are sticking dynamite in the slot, lighting it, you can see the aftermath here. most of the incidents that happened were neighborhood convenience stores and gas stations, but there were also
6:14 pm
incidents entire atms were stolen. another incident a mile away where we are now, 24-year-old died yesterday when they tried to use dynamite to pry into a machine. the please say a majority were open within 102 and 150 illegal explosive devices and any device could range from m102 a quarter stick of dynamite are typically homemade and grounds for weapons of mass destruction charge. the atf has not determined whether homemade or purchased illegally, but they are investigating. they have one person in custody who was busted after the police say he tried to sell dynamite to undercover agents. this is also happening in pittsburgh in minneapolis, but it's happening in philly on a greater scale. and spread to the suburbs outside of the city limits. the police are asking businesses that host these atms to remove the cash in an attempt to discourage more attempts and has brought another day of peaceful protest but since the weekend,
6:15 pm
716 arrests including 494 curfew violation. so we are about three hours into curfew right now. so far tonight, it is quiet and hopefully we do not hear too many explosions racking the city really for the last few days, sean. >> sean: jacqui great work and we will check back throughout the night and bring it the scenes from chaos erupting around the country. this torrential downpour in new york could be a blessing for tonight anyway. without a doubt, violent writers, looters, arson is capitalizing on the horrific death of george floyd are sick and twisted individuals who should be locked up for a very long time. so while leaders on both sides of the aisles, this is not an issue and anybody that sees this video pretty much in agreement that may be the exception of a few keyboard warriors in their underwear, in their basements talking to themselves, but for the most part, unanimous agreement on this. that in other words, we all
6:16 pm
watch with our own eyes can happen in this country. people rightfully demand justice for george floyd. by the way, they see justice and a lot of other people now have been severely injured, some killed in these violent riots and the aftermath that we have been witnessing the last number of nights. and they will demand for example justice. look at the st. louis police captain davi david dorn and othr shot during a violent protest. will they demand for the vegas officer in critical condition shot in the back of a head by a rider or the three buffalo, new york officers who were intentionally ran over by a person in a car where the three police police officers in davenport, iowa, who were ambushed by a rider with a gun or the two officers in richmond, virginia, shot or the federal protective services officer who was shot and killed. we could go on and on.
6:17 pm
all violence is unacceptable. look at new york city, anarchy has been particularly bad and out of control. one nypd officer was mowed down by a writer in a car. another officer beaten by an angry mob. 30 officers by the nypd have been injured by rioters. some of those injuries very critical and serious. we cannot forget about widespread looting, destruction, arson, virus, fifth avenue looted, macy's, herald square, the flagship store, thanksgiving day parade, "miracle on 34th street" macy's, yeah, no business a from criminals. these are criminals, not part of a peaceful protest. according to reports organized crime may have some of the looting, comrade mayor bill de blasio has been pretending everything is fine and dandy. take a look at this side-by-side comparison. we call it de blasio versus reality. take a look.
6:18 pm
>> overall in a day where thousands of people were out expressing their views, expressing their frustration, they are pain, they are anger, their deep desire for change in locations all over the city, overall, what we saw was overwhelmingly peaceful demonstrations. we will definitely address some of the things we saw late in the evening that were not peaceful and not acceptable, but you talk about the reality of the full day. we saw more and more peaceful demonstrators coming to the floor. >> sean: he has to be among the dumbest politicians. and that's saying something in the entire world. even yesterday after days of riots, beats downs, looting, comrade de blasio reminiscing about his favorite song, john lennon's "imagine." take a look. >> i understand and i don't mean to make light of this but i'm
6:19 pm
reminded of the song "imagine" by john lennon. i played that at my inauguration. everyone who hears that song and fullness thinks about a world where people got along differently. think about a world we didn't live with a lot of the restrictions that we live with now. but we are not there yet. we are making a lot of progress. >> sean: he can reminisce all he wants. his police he still might police officers have been warning him for days on and are under attack. and thanks to new york absolute insane reform and andrew cuomo signs it. as soon as you get arrested, no bail whatsoever. so police are forced to deal with the same criminals night after night after night. in january there was a guy that robbed four different banks, released under jail under this policy just to go out and rob another one. arrested again, go rub another one. that is how insane that is.
6:20 pm
and likely we are seeing the same thing with the looters, rioters and the arsonists. however new york's attorney arrested for throwing that molotov cocktail into a police car, he was forced to force bail. lucky for her former intel official help host the bill for her. wow and meanwhile according to a brand-new foxnews.com reports, a "black lives matter" foundation apparently preparing for a "war on police." they are reporting training a bunch of armed individuals to protect their community from law enforcement. they are calling them self peace officers. keep in mind, okay, "black lives matter," they have a mission. eradicate white supremacy. no american, no good american is bigoted or racist. okay? you have to protect every americans rights. i agree with that too, to stand against racism and bigotry but apparently now they are willing to do what, armed militia?
6:21 pm
how do we interpret that? they want to push the police out of neighborhoods. the first line of defense, you have to replace with your armed militia? let's just say i don't have any confidence in that idea. joining us with reaction, the president of new york police sergeant's benevolent association at mullins and fox news contributor dan bongino and fox news correspondent at large geraldo rivera. you know i go in the beginning here and i'm looking at what is going on, and what i see as i look at all of this, tonight, guys and everybody involved in this and you know my see geraldo, nothing but a disaster. and yet they are saying it is okay? >> horrible. it's horrible. you know what my shawn, i'm glad it is raining. i wish it had been raining all week and over the weekend. i'm glad it's raining. that will cool things down somewhat. i am delighted and relieved that he is charged with murder two as
6:22 pm
we have discussed over the last program. murder two but not be meditated murder. i'm delighted that the three -- >> sean: geraldo, let me interrupt you, if i may bryan llenas is one of the lead police officers. he's been there with these people and they have been peaceful tonight. they are getting on their knees, cooperating and getting arrested as this perfume has been in effect for some time. but bryan llenas is on the scene and talking with the lead police officers, bryan. >> sean, talk to me about what just happened and how many people were arrested and why were they arrested. >> we have been walking around for a long time, in the streets, and at 8:00, that is the curfew. this is the area that we've had them in the last two nights. everybody knows what happens here.
6:23 pm
we gave them warnings. curfew was in effect. curfew was in effect. no one wanted to leave so we brought our teams and i made 60 arrests and able to disperse the rest of the crowd. >> can you talk to me a little bit about what is it that you guys have been facing from looters? >> from day one, thursday night, rocks, bottles, bricks, we've been shot at, run over by cars, but they are still out there as you can see in force keeping the city safe and being extremely effective, doing the job to make sure this city is our city. we are one with the protesters. we are out there for a justified cause, but not for the people that want to cause mayhem for the city. >> the nypd hasn't done its job and hasn't done enough. can you tell me what your responses to that. >> i don't want to go back and forth with the governor. the governor is the governor.
6:24 pm
for all i know there are men and women every day as you saw here, we are moving tactically and we take people out. we allow people to protest, but if they start violating the law, we are going to take action. and we are going to make sure we have the city under control. >> sean: bryan, please tell the officers thank you and keep them safe. it is not an easy job. great job, bryan llenas on the streets of new york tonight. we go back to the police sergeant benevolent sergeant nypd at mullins. i didn't mean to it interrupt you but i wanted to get that in -- interview end. pick up where we were. >> i wished she want to hand had been in charge instead of mayor de blasio holdback the greatest police force on earth. he holdback what could have been a huge concentration of men and women in blue that could have been beefed up and more aggressive initially.
6:25 pm
they held back for anything political reasons in the city paid the terrible price. the one point i want to make, you spoke of the lawyers arrested for attempting to throw molotov cocktails at the police cars. the two lawyers were bailed out. you know, bail is not supposed to be punishment, sean. but he was to make sure you show up for your trial command then you get punished if you are convicted. so i think, you know -- >> sean: you know what, sometimes the organizers are the worst of the worst. you know what you set the bail high and they can't get out. >> the cops in minneapolis with $1 million bail each. if you throw molotov cocktail you should have $1 million bail. the incentive to flee is that much more. it is different it curfew violators. i'm talking about the leaders. >> sean: let me go to ed
6:26 pm
mullins i heard something from the nypd can make you know, they were union. they said they are losing control of the city. those words came out of their mouth, losing control of new york city ed, can you hear me? >> sean, i can hear you. >> sean: pda said the police have lost control of new york city. >> that is a true statement. i did watch the interview with chief monahan but the truth of the matter, he wasn't in charge thursday night, friday night, saturday night, sunday night when molotov cocktails were being thrown. he is in charge. so to say it is the mayor, he was in charge. and at the end of the day, we have entered police officers. we have no leadership. we have no one offering solutions. i'm watching peaceful protest occur if we are striving for peaceful protest, then we go to
6:27 pm
enforce the curfew, protesters should stand with the police and defend the storefronts. the very same people that are throwing rocks at molotov cocktails at are the very same people that are the future of the nypd. there is no lawlessness in these protesters. >> sean: dan bongino, you worked with the nypd. rudy giuliani is explaining what they should be doing for days. tonight was the first night that i saw they were doing it, but again, these are the peaceful protesters. i will make a distinction between peaceful and the rioters and the looters and the arsonists but one rock is thrown, when brick is thrown, one molotov cocktail thrown and it's a whole new ball game that quick. >> that is the approach when i was a police officer in the rudy giuliani administration. sean from you have great leaders in a time of crisis, good leaders, bad leaders and then you have bill de blasio who has hacked a subbasement of rare
6:28 pm
leadership. rarely will you see a politician in the history of the country responsible for as much carnage and destruction as this failed human being. responding to a riot mixed in with a legitimate protest, no doubt, but a riot and keep antifa a terrorist and is absolutely zero doughnut goose g consolation to midtown manhattan who have their lives destroyed, who got their kicked and their businesses absolutely wrecked. there is a critical -- incredible -- it's what you said, we will respect and protect u.s. a protester. they are protecting the protesters too. the minute someone blocks traffic and breaks the law, i'm sorry but you are going to have to go to jail. you arrest the first person, your arrests the second person and sean i assure you there is no third lawbreaker. that is how you keep crowd control from turning into riot control three days too late like
6:29 pm
mayor de blasio did. >> sean: i have to thank all of you for being with us overnight. thank you, ed mullins, dan bongino, geraldo, in atlanta as we speak, w aga reporter janice you is there but what is the latest o on the ground ther? >> high, we are 30 minutes into curfew but let me tell you, this is the scene we have seen yet, the calmness, day six of the protest. i want to show you the scene of the line of national guard troops. tonight, they are very relaxed. right after curfew, they were able to find some of the people refusing to leave in atlanta police walked towards them and arrested them but we are not sure how many people arrested. but i also want to show you the scene may be different than what we saw the other night but the night played out exactly the same weight, a peaceful protest up until 15-20 minutes until curfew. that is when some kind of
6:30 pm
protesters get rowdy and throwing things like water bottles, firecrackers at the police. that is when the national guard, national guard members in atlanta please start to move. and i want to show you if we can zoom in here. we are at an intersection in downtown atlanta. the national guardsmen, what they do is box these protesters into this intersection. we have seen this night again and again, every single night. you can see a line of them here. and then move over this way as well, but again come a much quieter scene tonight. last night, things were little more intense and we saw people clear out at 11:00 so we are expecting to see the same tonight. back to you, live in atlanta, janice yu. >> sean: this would normally be the lead story if not for the mass of arrest that continues in the american cities. but today a bombshell that should shock the conscience of the nations.
6:31 pm
this is lindsey graham's hearing and i know a lot of people said lindsay, what is happening? it happened a lot of it, the first step of it blew up in washington, d.c. of course the mob and the media won't report it, but he testified before lindsay's senate judiciary committee. what we learn today should the soul of this nation. now, we were right all along. it was premeditated. it was fraud. it was committed on a fisa court. it is now admitted. the mueller witch hunt completely and utterly baseless, and they knew it and did it anyway. many of these people polite through their teeth. andrew mccabe apparently muslim according to rod rosenstein. a question for him as well. and we know james comey with obama administration absolutely tried to take down donald trumpa candidate. they have their insurance policy after he won collection. they spied on his candidacy,
6:32 pm
transition team, and of course the presidency, and they did it by illegally obtaining four separate fisa warrants taking away the constitutional rights, civil liberties of one carter page and thinking they can do better than you, we, the american people who should be elected appeared in the hundreds and hundreds of people that had to pay lawyers tens and hundreds and thousands of dollars, never. the biggest abuse of power scandal in american history and as for rod, he signed the last fisa warrant renewal. he is the one that sent the scope memo and pointed at robert mueller. he approved the scope and ted cruz pointed out, rosenstein may have been the deep states perfect useful idiot. well, i think it is worse. take a look. >> on may 17th, you appointed bob mueller as special counsel. june 29th you sign the third prize application, august 2nd, you signed the second scope application.
6:33 pm
you came in to a profoundly politicized world and yet all of this was allowed to go forward under your leadership that unfortunately leads to only two possible conclusions. either that you were complicit in the wrongdoing, which i don't believe was the case, or that your performance of your duties was grossly negligent. >> sean: it's senator ted cruz from texas joins us. senator, he signed the last warrant. we know that the sub source debunk the dossier. this deal did not stand by the dossier. warrants one, two, three, four on the court. and then he knew there was no need for mueller's appointment. they did it anyway, senator. >> this was from day one a politicized partisan targeting of the president of his campaign, of his team, general flynn come of carter page. it was wrong. it was abusive.
6:34 pm
take everything richard nixon did an office that was wrong abusing power and by any measure of what barack obama and joe biden did was much, much worse. we now know it went all the way to the top january 5th, 201 201d the oval office. barack obama and joe biden both there signing off on aware of the targeting of general flynn. the incoming national security advisor, and this was the day after january 4th, the fbi concluded internally there was no basis to investigate or prosecute general flynn because the evidence didn't back it up. but what rod rosenstein said today is essentially, did you ever watch hogan's heroes, sean? >> sean: yes, of course. >> sergeant come i see nothing come i hear nothing. that was ro rod rosenstein's dee
6:35 pm
and eventually he signed the pages in front of them here and he didn't read the pfizer application and he read it quickly but not every word. and he just took the fbi's word for it. so the fact that you had an fbi lawyer fraudulently altering documents, he didn't ask any questions in fact the steele dossier had been completed, repudiated by then. and the fact that peter strzok and lisa page were wildly partisan and he knew that. he didn't ask questions about that. the fact that the dnc paid for the ridiculous steele dossier, he didn't ask those questions at all. listen, the reason someone is put in a leadership position at the department of justice or the fbi is to lead to. and that means if it had been corrupted and turned into a partisan weapon, you have to ask the hard questions and sadly what his testimony today is that he did not. >> sean: senator come i don't have a lot of time. we will stay on this.
6:36 pm
people need to know the magnitude of what unfolded today. i talked to a lot of military, insurrection act, these governors will not call up. it is their job, you are an attorney, to call in the national guard and asked the president. we have something called the posse, caught us. no military guy wants to confront the american people. so we are forced to wait because i can't imagine they are saying no, we don't want any help, stay out. quickly, the law. >> the law is protect the people. the first line of defense the police, the second line of the defenses the national guard and finally if need be, the military. but every antifa, with murder to go wrong is grossly violating his obligation to the people. we need to keep people safe and end the rioters. >> sean: you did a phenomenal job with lindsey graham today. thank you for what you did, senator. up next new evidence, criminal evidence with violent

riots including the attacks on police officers, individual citizens and of course the looting and rioting and the chaos and burning of buildings. in the west coast, the chief correspondent trace gallagher. >> sean we broke the story about piles of rocks and bricks magically showing up at various protest sites around the country come even though there was no nearby construction. no federal law enforcement officials confirmed an investigation is underway to find out whether "criminal actors like antifa have been orchestrating the violence." we already know outside agitators have been infiltrating protests and breaking off and looting businesses and attacking the police. so far hundreds of police officers and 32 cities across the country have been injured. some seriously. new york police commissioner tweeted this video saying this is what are called syrups against organized looters strategically placing catches of bricks and rocks at locations

throughout new york city. the department of justice says leads and cases are being developed and officials are looking at ways to exploit phones and data communications that could offer more clues about the term cocoordinated command behind violence. you should note some federal charges have already been filed and more are coming, sean. >> sean: trace gallagher, way ahead of the curve as usual. new york city mayor rudy giuliani is with us. you know, mr. mayor, i've known you for many, many years. we watched you clean up new york city. you have been saying it for days what to do. we saw some of that being employed tonight. you have been saying all along that the police are allowed to do their job, they can do it and you don't need outside help, but then you watch this incompetent mayor and this idiot governor that this no bail reform that he signs. and i have to ask you, you love this city.
6:43 pm
