10:00 pm
and yet stone to report to prison at the end of this month. if he goes to prison and is not pardoned, we are all in big trouble. if they can do this to roger stone, they can deftly do it to you. that is the point. we are out of time. the great sean hannity takes over from new york. >> sean: i want to add 2 29 guys contacted geer and frydman, predawn raid in the cnn camera is happy to be there. i don't believe it either. you are right, a process and we know the jury person had not spoken publicly. that is not a fair and impartial jury, tucker. he should not go to jail. enough said. thank you. welcome to "hannity" and there is so much to cover including these pictures of a statue coming down. we don't know exactly who it is. we do know where it is happening, minneapolis. we have a lot more. we will keep it up on the screen and have a lot more later.
10:01 pm
also updates on the david dorn probe breaking details and also a bizarre new proposal from the real housese speaker congresswon alexandria ocasio-cortez. pelosi speaker in name only and only moments away from a live report on the ground in seattle where one police precinct has now been totally abandoned as protesters set up a multiblock, what they call a police free zone inside of the city. we will show you how that is working out tonight for them. also we began tonight and turn to the presumptive nominee for the democratic party joe biden and never forget the one who is bowing to fight, his words, structural racism in america. he's doing this from the comfort and security of his basement bunker in today he tweeted "nothing about the fights we are facing will be easy. racism has been a fixture in our society for hundreds of years, but i'm ready to get to work on day one. we can't expect anything less from an american president."
10:02 pm
the ever forgetful joe must be confused again because his day one was actually over 40 years ago. he now has a track record that does not match his rhetoric.he way back in 1973, he was first sworn in as a u.s. senator. so what did biden do to end racism his six terms and the u.s. senate, two terms as president of the united states. that is the subject of the "hannity" investigation into biden and race relations, 40 years of failure. we began let's start in 1973 with his speech, then senator joe biden praise him with the democrats and said the two-party system in the south was "good for philippe." around the same time biden working with desegregation's in order to slow and immigration. he opposed school busing and according to nbc news "he led a charge that kept black students
10:03 pm
away from the classrooms of white students in 1977, biden worried his children would grow up in "racial jungle if immigration is not done in an orderly way" whatever that means. and in 1983 he referred to inner-city youth as "predators on their street" and coauthored a very aggressive crime bill which ramped up prison sentences for dozens of crimes. we got the video of it. we have the videotape. let's go to it. >> it does not matter if there is a victim to society. the end result is, shoot my sister, beat up my wife commit take on my sons. so i want to ask, what made them do this? they must be taken off of the streets. we should focus on them now, not out of a liberal instinct for love, brotherly humanity
10:04 pm
although i think that is a good instinct, but for simple, pragmatic reasons. if we don't, they will. a portion of them will become predators 15 years from now. madam president, we have predators on our streets. >> tucker: let's continue when the crime bill became law abiding, so proud of his accomplishment he bragged "the left wing of the democratic party is now 60 new death penalties, 70 enhanced penalties, 100,000 new cops, 125,000 new state prison cells." the same guy that pretended to be a civil rights leader for several years. after all in 1987, he lied about marching in the civil rights protest. m more recently, he lied about getting arrested by the apartheid south when seeing mandela and his political endorsements from the naacp. they don't endorse and they never endorsed him.
10:05 pm
by the way, what did he do to fix systemic racism? okay, it was under barack and does watch come up ferguson happened, baltimore happen, trayvon martin, george zimmerman, that is when he was vice president. what did he do to fix the system? in the 60s, 70s, '80s, '90s and '2000. a man who is particularly worried about racism to you? you decide, take a look. >> the largest growth in populations is indian american moving from and he appeared you cannot go to a 7-eleven or a dunkin' donuts dunkin' donuts. >> what kind of a chance with northeastern liberal like joe biden stand in the south? >> better than anybody else. my state was a state. my state is a border state. i mine is the eighth largest black population in the country.
10:06 pm
>> he is not the first fickle american who is articulately brave and clean and a nice guy. >> they will put you all back and chains. >> tucker>> sean: we can keep gg first mainstream african-american, articulate, bright and clean. this is a story book. but believe it or not his rhetoric actually got much wor worse. biden told radio host, charlemagne, the guy the following. you decide. >> a long wait until november and we have more questions. >> if you have a problem figuring out if you are for me or tom, then you ain't black. >> sean: pretty obvious why biden spends most of his days hiding in his basement. democrats are being caught on tape. they don't want anyone to see the real joe biden, the weird statements, the racial rhetoric,
10:07 pm
the constant confusion. a question america has to ask 146 days, is joe biden fit to serve as commander in chief and president of the united states? does he have the mental alertness, the stamina, the strength, to take on what is the hardest job in the world? is he up for the job? what is going to happen when he finally has to leave his basement bunker? long time hacked terry mcauliffe once biden to stay in the basement. let's keep them in the basement as long as possible. keep him there. a couple of calls a day, he is good. take a look. >> people say, we have to get the vice president out of the basement. two people see him. and let trump keep doing what trump is doing. it is hard for vice president to break through. >> sean: it is a whole new strategy for winning the office of the president. hiding your basement. quite a statement. some point before november, the
10:08 pm
forgetful joe biden will be forced to actually leave the basement. and campaign and debate and even biden's closest supporters are nervous. i can tell you democrats are telling me privately, they are scared to death. as soon as he opens his mouth and rightfully so. biden will have to keep track of decades ofs, ever evolving lies, political posturing. ask yourself this. if donald trump had this history, do you think the mainstream wadia -- media give him a pass? for example right now, he is pretending to be on the forefront of equality. he says he wants to "urgently root out systemic racism. and housing opportunities. his recent op-ed to come i wonder who wrote it, did you write it yourself, joe? painting with a broad brush the american police, and those bragging about hiring when he was talking about the crime bill and the predators on the street. and in doing so he's turning on the very police that he wants
10:09 pm
claim to support. that is the case, it is joe the forgetful one to say live that, he has armed security, secret service agents that risked their lives daily to keep him alive. rightly so in my mind. is he going to say that to them? now we have set on the show, there are bad apples in the police. we saw that. in all what has gone on with george floyd as majority of those people that serve their communities. they serve with honor and distinction. they protect and they serve. every police officer i know was shocked as the nation by what they saw in the case of mr. floyd. and the 18 disrespecting the decent men and women who do serve their communities day in and day out, the good cops protecting and serving, serving their communities. w he's disrespecting those who have fallen in the line of duty including those who bravely rushed in a burning building in new york. remember?
10:10 pm
everyone is trying to escape. nethis whole group of other peoe firemen, paramedics, policemen on their way up to save lives, 9/11, 2001 to save their fellow man. they were heroes to all of them. have we forgotten? according to the most recent data from the doj, over 750 state, local officers have been injured in last week's riots. that claim, by the way the lives of over 20 people in d.c., 22 police officers, they were hospitalized after getting pelted with let's see, bricks, bottles,oc molotov cocktails thrown at their heads. others charged with aiming a laser at law enforcement aircraft and throwing explosives into the police cars and so much more. the police officers were shot in the head last week. he might need now a ventilator for the rest of his life. we must never forget, retired
10:11 pm
st. louis police captain david dorn, 38 years he served his community with honor and distinction, he was murdered to protect ave store from looters. thieves, so many of them the overwhelming majority come i say the 99%, they are heroes not villains but in order to please these angry far left wing base, biden is using them as mere political pawns when it serves his interest, heroes. when it doesn't serve his interest, he turns on them in seconds. here with reaction, radio national syndicator larry elder and civil rights attorney leo terrel. all right, leo. i'm going to leo 2.0. i'm curious. you might have supportedhe joe biden in the past. serious question. i'm serious. now we have gone through his history. what he said about barack obama. this is the first time ever. we have an african-american who is clean, bright, and articulate. this is a storybook, man, wow. >> let me be as calm as i can.
10:12 pm
joe biden has not earned the vote of any black democrat in this country. the statement that you made and that you highlighted the, especially the one he made about obama come about being clean. mainstream. does that mean the senator from south carolina doesn't qualify? what gives biden the right to -- a black person. you point out every statement, i guarantee if that was in a court of law, joe biden would be guilty of racism. so he has not earned the black vote. he has insulted the black v vot. and one last point, every black democrat to hear this. joe biden was forced to say he supports the police funding. but i challenge any democratic strategists with joe biden to say they support law and order and they support full funding of the police. i guarantee if they identify themselves they will be removed from the joe biden campaign because it has been hijacked by the extremist.
10:13 pm
>> are you going to vote for joe biden, joe terrel? let me be very clear for the viewers.s. as of today, absolutely not! >> larry elder. >> wow, sean, first of all i tint to know if leo's knuckles have healed from last night? and the fact that joe biden said there is only one way to be black, sean, is why i made this documentary called "uncle tom" june 19 on uncle tom.com but the idea of they have to get black people thinking about democrats like pressed. that is how they get 95% of the black vote which they cannot win. so when joe biden says you are not black and you don't think a certain way, the democrats 101, they have always said that. i mentioned presently, we don't need any more black faces or black voices, brown faces want brown voices and so forth. that is how they roll. all joe biden is doing is giving
10:14 pm
the playbook 101. >> here is the point. all i am asking is joe biden come out of the basement and talk without a teleprompter to the black community. earned the vote. earned the vote, joe. come out. >> sean: i believe a lot of people has always talk, talk, talk and no action, action, action and every few years, you have heard me give this speech before leo, i won't go through it. i resent it because i find racism re-pendant. it is a repugnant, sexist, misogynist, dirty air water, xenophobic is llama, and so that happens every 2-4 years. now the criminal justice reform bill, that was donald trump. that was not barack or joe. opportunities, that was donald trump. if you look at the lowest record, record after record after record from minorities in this country in terms of low unemployment, that was
10:15 pm
donald trump. it was not barack obama and it was not joe. >> let me just simply say this. i'm sorry, go ahead, sorry. >> i'm going to say the music modernization was donald trump. donald trump did the first step act. pertinent the first heavyweight champion and even obama didn't do that. the man does not get credit whatsoever what he does. he can discover and can be sued for putting doctors to work. >> the bottom line is simply this. i'm asking every black voter every democrats, more the old talking point. and if you just ignore all sharpton talking point, the talking point where you are supposed to vote for us because we are democrats, no. forget those talking points. now, tell me what they are going to do for you now, not 40 years ago. leo. sooner or later you will join the team. switch parties. >> i'm right here. i'm very happy where i am right now with you and sean. you heard what i am saying right
10:16 pm
now. i'm right there waiting for joe biden to convince people to vote. right now, i'm happy where i am. >> and it >> sean: i think you need to go on a speaking tour. it'd be sold out everywhere. these are serious times. >> very serious. >> sean: we need to be one united america. one. that's it. one nation under god. that means everybody. i want to see that. thank you, both. leo terrel, larry elder. shifted gears, following this story here in virginia, we'll give you a lab report joining us now with a report on nancy pelosi and a plan to remove confederate statues, our hitchhikers guide to everything d.c. chad pergram is with us. this is happening in portsmouth as we speak. a similar issue. anything you can add?
10:17 pm
>> the issue at the capital are statues of confederate leaders. it's up to the state who they send to washington, d.c., but nancy pelosi has flagged these 11 converted statues. here is the letter she sent. she has written to the joint house-senate committee on the library asking the panel to remove the controversial statues immediately. she said, there is no room for delivering the violent bigotry from the man of the confederacy in the hallowed halls of the united states capital. in the old house chamber, there is a statue of jewelers wheeler from alabama in a confederate uniform, the letters csa emblazoned on his belt buckle, a virginia statue of robert e. lee, plus confederate statues of confederate
10:18 pm
president jefferson davis. when floyd's brother testified on the house who supported the kkk. confederate figures are not the only controversial statues in the u.s. capitol. there is a senator from nevada, a democrat, pat mccarran, who was known as a race better. thought in fact that the united states was going to be "contaminated by aliens." a lot of these figures are very calm belated. he was considered to be the father of the air force. if you plan to las vegas, you fly into mccarran international airport. >> sean: think he was always buried in the wake of the horrific death of george floyd, they held a hearing on police reform. among those who testified was a sister of a slain federal w protective officer. these are powerful remarks and i think something every one ears to hear.
10:19 pm
>> police brutality of every kind needs not to be condoned. it's blatantly wrong to create an excuse out of discrimination and disparity at salute and burn our trinities. to kill our officers of the law. and discrimination. because it's not a solution. it gets us nowhere as a nation and removes the safety net of protection that every citizen deserves. >> sean: angela underwood jacobs went on to say that this is bigger than white, black, or blue. it's, a humanity issue. she is right. that's a powerful testimony coming from an area of a lot of pain. now with more, house minority leader kevin mccarthy. i want you to respond with two different things. first the remarks we just played and secondly this history of joy joe biden.
10:20 pm
as for michael he can say that, i'm this position when he said everything opposite throughout ththe years. if it was donald trump are you running for office, you would be questioned about it daily. >> i would be questioned every single day. remember what joe biden also did but he gave the eulogy to robert byrd. the grand wizard, he was. i wonder if nancy pelosi is sending a letter to the dnc to not have him as a nominee for the democratic party, just as she wants to remove statues, she should remove him as well for what he honored in the grand wizard in that eulogy of a dinner, a funeral. saw powerful words and listen to him. the first black woman to ever be a councilwoman of lancaster, california. very proud of her brother. her brother was murdered while defending a courthouse in the
10:21 pm
riots in oakland less than two weeks ago. you did not hear the democrats talk about that. the underwood family and that the floyd both deserve justice. that's what this hearing was about. stood before the court. remember what the court stands for. a van pulled up, opened up, open gun fire at him and his partner. and killed him in cold blood. did not know him but targeted him based upon the uniform on what he wore. that's not the america we know and the america we should stand for. >> sean: i've got to tell you something. are they serious about defunding the police, we watch this with that impeachment, nancy pelosi, we can't impeach unless it reaches this high measure. but she caved in the end to the radical base of the democratic party. who is running this party?ee it seems like "defund the
10:22 pm
police," i don't hear enough people saying that is a horrific idea. and i see these broad sweeping generalizations against the men and women that protect and serve? i always say the 99%. i'm amazed that it gets thrown overboard like that used as political pawns. >> they are serious about defunding the police. already doing it in our largest cities in los angeles, new york, nancy pelosi said she would not support impeachment and she led impeachment creed said they were not for medicare for all and they lead it. they have gone so far, they are going after children's cartoons but they want to pull "paw patrol" so children do not see a police officer. >> sean: i've heard of it, but i don't know. my kids are little older. let me ask you this, 146 days until election day to the ultimatect jury.
quote
10:23 pm
>> we are in a fight for our lives. if they need more money, better training, better performance, what you needed to know is takethehouse.com. nancy pelosi will be speaker again but nancy pelosi will impeach president trump again but not only will they do what they are doing to the police now. what's happening in seattle, this autonomous zone where theyu are taking over blocks, that's going to go throughout this country. it's about time we stand up for the rule of law, the floyd family, and the underwood family. >> sean: you got to protect people, citizens, property, and i always ask, who are you going to call? thank you, minority leader mccarthy. thank you. speaking of seattle, total chaos on the streets of seattle tonight. protesters have forced the police to actually abandon a precinct. we have a live report on the ground. also, dan bongino and pastor darrell scott. by the way, they testified earlier today. congress and matt gaetz, all participated in today's police reform hearings.
10:27 pm
10:28 pm
city police precinct. they have now declared it a "cop free zone." the latest live from seattle, fox news correspondent dan springer is out there. let me understand this but they have taken over an entire area of the city, including a police precinct, and i also read earlier tonight that "armed volunteers" might guard their cop free zone? is that true? >> that's absolutely true, sean peered we actually had to leave. we were at one of the barricades in our last live shot on tucker's show.w. it got a hot. we have here is the city of seattle surrendering a seven block area and from what we saw tonight it doesn't look like it's going be returned at any time soon. the protesters who took it over are calling it the capitol hill autonomous zone. another name is called "free capitol hill." right there in the middle in blue is the seattle police department east precinct.
10:29 pm
today around 200 people just occupying the streets and listening to speakers but there is also food, making it look kind of like an urban commune. one-tenth had a sign saying "no cop co-op." we saw one labeled "public tent." there's also a militarized field. each of six entrances has barricades and guards, one guard we saw had several ammunition clips and the local station got video of a handful of man armed with assault rifles. there are reports they are frisking people, asking for i.d., even extorting some of the businesses for money if they want to stay open. this all happened after police and the national guard pulled p out monday afternoon. police say staying was just too volatile, leaving is a de-escalation move. police say they have plans to return but they aren't saying when and i can't see how with the entrenchment with the no police zone. >> sean: plans to return to
10:30 pm
their own precinct. but you don't believe, dan, being on the ground how that's going to happen. listening to your report, i don't know -- i can't envision this and is well. this sounds extraordinarily dangerous. very sad developments tonight. we will go back to dan throughout the evening. earlier, our own dan bongino alongside our friend pastor darrell scott spoke on capitol hill during a hearing on police practices. let's take a look. speak of the law-abiding members of society will be threatened directly by the absence of police or the inability of police to respond to criminal activities. and in many cases would endeavor to take the law on their own hands to ensure their safety and well-being. >> removing these heroes from your communities and my community will do nothing but ensure chaos and destruction. police officers on the front line, putting themselves between the evildoers amongstey us and e honest hardworking americans yearning for some security and prosperity and the small slice
10:31 pm
of americana. >> sean: joining us now for reaction, we do have pastor darrell scott, fox news contributor dan bongino. and congressman, republican, from the state of florida matt gaetz is with us. you were talking about and i watched, the passion, the heroes. did we forget while everybody was racing down the stairwells on 9/11/01. the first responders, they were racing up the save lives and a lot of them knew that the odds weren't good for them coming home that night and even left messages to loved ones. did we forget the 99%, dan bongino? looks like it. >> not the people on this panel, sean. i think a lot of people watching haven't either. sadly many have. no offense to the people in the media business.kn you know i love you, matt andda darrell, but the finest men and women i've ever met my life were in law enforcement. ever.
10:32 pm
>> sean: i agree with you because so many of my family and friends -- i agree with you! >> that's why i knew you would take offense to it for the finest men and women i've ever met. did we forget that truck seven, esu truck seven that lost so many members on 9/11. they turned up at the precinct i used to work at at the 7-5. do you know how often i think to myself how many of those guys walked by, i was a rookie and he didn't say much to me because i was next door, i casually walked by at the 7-5 that are dead, aren't there anymore question what i think about that all the time. we so casually move on. not to distract at all, listen, police reform sitting down in the unions getting rid of bad apples? that's a great idea. >> sean: you and i agree! stop the choke hold unless your life is in imminent danger. we do martial arts. that's all we talk about when you and i together.l
10:33 pm
>> it was just -- i felt some of the democrats, not all, really, really did a disservice yesterday by turning to attack the cops do it it really wasn't necessary. we need more bipartisan unity with this. >> sean: let me go with pastor scott. i am looking at seattle tonight. you have now talk about armed volunteers of antifa taking over a cop free zone and taking over the precinct where there was a television highlight called "cops." a show on the weekend called "live pd" with dan abrams. do you know what i like about those shows? we have cameras which i think every cop needs a body cam, every cruiser needs a camera. let's keep everybody honest. with protect citizens, let's protect the beliefs that do a good honest job every day protecting and serving. we learn about how hard these jobs are is.
10:34 pm
i love these shows, we learn what they have to deal with every day. the good people who do respond properly. how do you respond properly. it's all on videotape. frankly, that will help keep the abusive elements out of polici policing. >> you are absolutely right and what we are saying today as you demonstrated today with the latest round of riots, people are going to take the law in their own hands when it comes time to defend themselves simply because of the d stand-down ordr that some of these democratic politicians are issuing against the police. our president is a law and order president and every law-abiding citizen of this country stands behind him in saying that. you know, the thing about the police is this, there are bad apples, dan bongino said, if you put a bad apple in a barrel of good apples, the good apples don't turn the bad apple good, but one bad apple can turn the good apples bad.
10:35 pm
we want to get out the bad apples in a concerted effort to eliminate the bad apples, but we can't throw the baby out with the bathwater as i said earlier today in congress. the police force's job is to protect and serve and we rely on them to do that on a regular basis. >> sean: i'm watching this today and i'm watching you in particular and i'm watching the interactions here. look at what's happening in seattle and around the country. canceling "cops" and "live pd?" we need more cameras.ru our eyes didn't like it was with mr. floyd for example. >> disarming americans and surrender our series to the ante- up a mob this is the rulebook for the new world 'topia, count me out.
10:36 pm
and to antifa is calling seattle their capital. we need to be supporting the good police and isolating the bad police. i'm hopeful we can work across party lineshe on this but this shouldn't be a partisan issue. we should work on it together and thanks to the great work dan did represent an police and pastor scott repp resenting his community and so many around the country, i think we took a productive step today. >> sean: armed guards taking over an entire city block and the entire police precinct, the ellie teachers unions are calling for 400 members school police units to -- they are protect our kids at schools, matt! >> we went the opposite directions. we wear it with republicans and democrats because we thought if a young may be they help them get abandr

knee, that would actually build the type of community policing that could keep law enforcement and/or students save. >> sean: god forbid that there was a school shooting at your son or daughter 'school bid would like to know if they were there or not they are? i vote there. i want them there. they can help and they will. in most cases, they will saveos lives. thank you all. when we come back,y trace gallagher a live report. protesters attempting to destroy this monument which we've been following in the state of virginia, the commonwealth. plus john solomon, massive breaking news tonight. doj spokeswoman kerri kupec all straight ahead as we continue this busy news night. thank you for being with fox news.
10:41 pm
>> sean: joining us now from our west coast newsroom with an update on the situation in the commonwealth of virginia, trace gallagher. these are the images we've been showing you tonight. >> it started out quiet. it's quiet now. in between this thing got rowdy. talking about the confederate monument at portsmouth, virginia, pier just across the river from norfolk, virginia. this monument is 35 feet tall. black lives matter, the naacp believe it's the site where used
10:42 pm
to be whipped prior to the civil war. they went to the city council, they wanted it w to be taken do. they said they would tsai july 28th. not good enough for the protesters. earlier today they painted black lives matter in front of the grounds in front of the monumenm and they started throwing buckets of paint on the monument and you can see the graffiti on the monument itself. still not good enough so they started getting bolt cutters and went inside. as you can see they are shooting down my pushing down the soldiers, a monument to the confederate dead, cutting off the fingers of the soldiers, pushing on the soldiers. then violently, sean, one of the monument statues fell on somebody and critically injured that person, that is apparently when this thing all thing all of a sudden got quiet again. the protesters came down and now they are milling around. the monument for all intents and
10:43 pm
purposes still stand. many of the soldiers around that have been knocked down or the has been taken off and the city council says they will decide the fate of this confederate monument on july 28th. that of course is if the protesters decide they will wait until july 28th.h. more as this comes in. >> sean: now focuses in too what the forgetful joe biden hiding in his bunker basement doing nothing and being praised by former governor of the commonwealth terry mccullough because biden's history of comments now, i'd like to think we'd have an honest media that would actually ask real tough questions.s. breaking news tonight in our quest for equal justice. john solomon tonight reporting department of stemming from the russia hoax. he joins us now with the latest. if you could explain this through the contents and prism of the testimony, a blockbuster testimony of rod rosenstein,
10:44 pm
knowing what i know now? i wouldn't have signed those isa warneds. premeditated fraud on the fisa court. we have the testimonies we now get to go back and see. a lot of people did things like robert stone was accused of, michael cohen, george papadopoulos, right? >> exactly. what are you going to see is as many as ten referrals asking the justice department to investigate key figures in the russia case, leaking classified information, and engaging in misconduct both in the crossfire hurricane investigation and the mike flynn investigation. the reason these referrals are possible is becausebe attorney general barr and former director of national intelligence ric grenell made available evidence that calls in the question a lot of the earlier stories were given from fbi figures. >> sean: do you have an idea, do you suspect who you know?
10:45 pm
you always know more. >> i don't know more yet. here is the biggest thing to watch. the earliest tomorrow, sean, as early as tomorrow, there could be an annex to the original community assessment of russia. it'll show, my sources tell me, that all the intelligence community for this deal claiming they had verified that dossier. >> sean: the sub source debunk the dossier. unbelievable. and they still use that. that's premeditated fraud in fisa court. also on top of that, we have the circus being led by judge sullivan in the michael flynn case. that continues to get more bizarre as a retired clinton appointed judge, we knew he would do this for john gleason today submitted his brief mocking the doj from trying to drop the case which they have
10:46 pm
every right to do. this honest partisan arguments and reveals the extent that far left lawyers would go to destroy general flynn. the attorney general, reveals to brett bayer this week that the durham probe, names we are all familiar with. kerri kupec is with us. let's weigh in, the attorney general's talk in serious terms about what he now knows about all of this. add to that now the developing story of john solomon. we o knew it was debunked, they use all that information anyway. a humbled citizen that if i committed fraud in a court of law, if i submitted it, i probably would be hosting this show from a prison cell. >> what john durham and the team has been thoroughly and meticulously working on the investigation for many months now, the attorney general referenced earlier this week.
10:47 pm
