the ever forgetful joe must be confused again because his day one was actually over 40 years ago. he now has a track record that does not match his rhetoric.he way back in 1973, he was first sworn in as a u.s. senator. so what did biden do to end racism his six terms and the u.s. senate, two terms as president of the united states. that is the subject of the "hannity" investigation into biden and race relations, 40 years of failure. we began let's start in 1973 with his speech, then senator joe biden praise him with the democrats and said the two-party system in the south was "good for philippe." around the same time biden working with desegregation's in order to slow and immigration. he opposed school busing and according to nbc news "he led a charge that kept black students

>> sean: gripping the city of seattle tonight after protesters actually seized an area by a

city police precinct. they have now declared it a "cop free zone." the latest live from seattle, fox news correspondent dan springer is out there. let me understand this but they have taken over an entire area of the city, including a police precinct, and i also read earlier tonight that "armed volunteers" might guard their cop free zone? is that true? >> that's absolutely true, sean peered we actually had to leave. we were at one of the barricades in our last live shot on tucker's show.w. it got a hot. we have here is the city of seattle surrendering a seven block area and from what we saw tonight it doesn't look like it's going be returned at any time soon. the protesters who took it over are calling it the capitol hill autonomous zone. another name is called "free capitol hill." right there in the middle in blue is the seattle police department east precinct.

today around 200 people just occupying the streets and listening to speakers but there is also food, making it look kind of like an urban commune. one-tenth had a sign saying "no cop co-op." we saw one labeled "public tent." there's also a militarized field. each of six entrances has barricades and guards, one guard we saw had several ammunition clips and the local station got video of a handful of man armed with assault rifles. there are reports they are frisking people, asking for i.d., even extorting some of the businesses for money if they want to stay open. this all happened after police and the national guard pulled p out monday afternoon. police say staying was just too volatile, leaving is a de-escalation move. police say they have plans to return but they aren't saying when and i can't see how with the entrenchment with the no police zone. >> sean: plans to return to

their own precinct. but you don't believe, dan, being on the ground how that's going to happen. listening to your report, i don't know -- i can't envision this and is well. this sounds extraordinarily dangerous. very sad developments tonight. we will go back to dan throughout the evening. earlier, our own dan bongino alongside our friend pastor darrell scott spoke on capitol hill during a hearing on police practices. let's take a look. speak of the law-abiding members of society will be threatened directly by the absence of police or the inability of police to respond to criminal activities. and in many cases would endeavor to take the law on their own hands to ensure their safety and well-being. >> removing these heroes from your communities and my community will do nothing but ensure chaos and destruction. police officers on the front line, putting themselves between the evildoers amongstey us and e honest hardworking americans yearning for some security and prosperity and the small slice

to be whipped prior to the civil war. they went to the city council, they wanted it w to be taken do. they said they would tsai july 28th. not good enough for the protesters. earlier today they painted black lives matter in front of the grounds in front of the monumenm and they started throwing buckets of paint on the monument and you can see the graffiti on the monument itself. still not good enough so they started getting bolt cutters and went inside. as you can see they are shooting down my pushing down the soldiers, a monument to the confederate dead, cutting off the fingers of the soldiers, pushing on the soldiers. then violently, sean, one of the monument statues fell on somebody and critically injured that person, that is apparently when this thing all thing all of a sudden got quiet again. the protesters came down and now they are milling around. the monument for all intents and
