who knows ho how many we have so grateful you spent it with us. in the meantime, we introduce you to the great sean hannity, standing by new york to take it away. >> sean: i thought you were talking about somebody else, tucker. thank you for that warm introduction. great show as always. welcome to "hannity." a lot of ground to cover. more lawlessness shockingly in seattle but we do a video that will shock you from a gruesome assault in new york city and much more tonight. we begin with some good news, my heart not as troubled. how do you like that? good news, we need good news. it looks like tonight we can say that a robust, v-shaped economic recovery might come out looking good, be underway. brand-new numbers, look at this, retail sales in the month of may broke all expectations rising by nearly 18% and that's double the most recent forecast and it is the highest monthly gain in the
6:01 pm
history of the u.s. let me repeat that, that is the highest monthly gain in the history of our country. now it's very clear as more than ever that in 140 days, you, we the people face a pivotal mome moment, this is a crossroads election. capitalism, socialism, peace through strength, appeasement, open borders, sanctuary cities, sanctuary states, secure borde borders, government takeover of industry and confiscating, free market energy independence and constitutionalists on the bench, a lot at stake in 140 days. we're going to continue to also make economic progress with the president's pro-growth agenda and descend into the always predictable, always, always, always, my new book "live free or die," the failures of socialism. they want to repeat what we know
6:02 pm
will fail and do simple abacus or calculator would show them that but they don't care. how did obamacare work out for you? as we count down to election day, ask yourself this question. in biden's four plus decades as a senator, eight years as vice president, what did he ever do to help improve the lives of you, we the american people, all americans? what did they do to improve police, community relations when they held the highest offices in the land for eight years? did they improve relations after the riots in ferguson, missouri? ask yourself, did they improve them after the riots in baltimore, maryland, freddie gray, did they improve them by inflaming tensions, cambridge police and many other incidents? no, of course not, they fanned the flames, rush to judgment, vilified police officer standing case after case after case there rush to judgment was wrong. and as for solutions, what are
6:03 pm
they do? nothing. and by the way, you think about this, they do anything to improve the quality of life for americans especially minority americans who live in some of america's biggest cities run by democratic governors and mayors for decades and decades? did they improve the school system? at the end of the obama-biden administration? guess what, third highest per capita spending city in america. baltimore. in baltimore they had 13 public high schools that had zero students proficient in math. zero. meanwhile, in obama's hometown, we watched the violence all throughout the eight years he was president, violent crime exploded and he barely mentioned it, a few times, that's it. did he do anything? know. into as a 9-2016, 4,000 americans were murdered in his hometown city, the windy city. so many thousands of others injured. and virtually every major liberal city in the country we see a similar trend. not hard to figure out, violent
6:04 pm
crime way up in los angeles. new york, way up. minneapolis, way up. crime spiraling out of control in almost every major democratic-run city and state but finally we have a president that is willing to take action. we're going to compare and contrast the president's full record of compliment coming up tonight. we start with the president's brand-new order on policing. by the way, things that joe and barack never did. take a look. >> americans believe we must support the brave men and women in blue who believes our streets and keep us safe. invest more resources in police training, recruiting, and community engagement. today i'm signing an executive order encouraging police departments nationwide to adopt the highest professional standards to serve their

communities. they are great men and women. when others run away from danger, police run straight into harm's way, often putting their lives at stake to protect someone who they don't know or never even met. >> sean: with his executive order president trump is increasing police accountability with a nationwide database that documents excessive use of force claims, impactful in both the floyd situation and what happened in atlanta. both times, the order also set guidelines for police transparency, bans the use of choke holds unless an officer's life is at risk and you know, guess what? all holds barred to save your life. during the eight years in office, barack, joe, they didn't do one of these things, not a single one. and president trump is actually, he's talking to everyone, incorporating all sides into his policy decisions and earlier
6:06 pm
today even one former obama official actually had, shockingly, surprisingly it rightfully prays for the president. take a look. >> there were a number of families there who spoke directly with the president, attorney general barr and also with tim scott and all those law-enforcement people were listening and they basically just told their story which apparently according to people i talked to, there were tears and the president was kind and gracious to them. that did not turn into a big photo op or a big media moment. that was more of a process of trying to move this white house forward and i think those families feel good about having a chance to tell those stories to make a difference. i agree with the level of frustration, the pieces that are being put in place now are not adequate but they are in the
6:07 pm
right direction. >> sean: also more than barack and joe did. not everyone was happy with the president's executive order, democrats accused him of not going far enough. why didn't you say that a president barack obama and vice president forgetful joe biden? the media mob were upset that race did not play a more prominent role in the order. moments ago, let's take a look at what h he said. >> you can't really fix the heart of people but you can fix individual pieces that deal with the real problems which is access, opportunity, if you talk about the police force, it's about having police force that represents the community, access to education, access to capital, those are the things that we are really dealing with. >> sean: by the way, as the president says at the end of his rally, we have one glorious nation under god, we are one american family, all of our
6:08 pm
citizens, all of you, we are one family, we are all important. that's why president trump, that's why he passed prison reform. that wasn't barack and that wasn't joe, it was president trump who got nonviolent first offenders out of jail. again, not obama, not biden, it was president trump who offered a clemency. that was president trump who pardoned angela stanton king. not barack obama, joe biden. president trump massively increased funding to historically black colleges and universities. again, they had eight years. obama, biden did nothing. it was president trump who developed a special tax-free opportunity zone to low income neighborhoods. again, joe and barack, they did nothing. president trump oversaw what was the greatest economic surge for every american demographic. all americans, that did not
6:09 pm
happen, just the opposite happened under president obama and the forgetful vp joe biden. african-americans, hispanic-americans, asian-americans, women in the workplace, youth unemployment, african-american youth unemployment, record low unemployment after record low after record low. now, look at the early numbers, things are bouncing back quicker than i thought they ever would. as president trump is getting back on the campaign trail to connect with voters in person at rallies. not biden, i'm fine with him, he only sees two people a day, stay in the basement. he's terrified, apparently, to live in his house. some in the mob and the media and others don't want the president to have rally, they're going to go with a lawsuit. they claim that the president's
6:10 pm
upcoming rallies are putting lives at risk but they have zero problem with the mass protests all over the country the past two weeks, many democratic politicians even the ever, close down everything governor of michigan, maybe that president just called the valley of protest and everything's fine, the media won't criticize you. call it a protest against socialism or a protest against forgetful joe. as election nears, it's important to ask who you trust to get the economy back on track. they failed for eight years. let's see, 13 more million americans on food stamps. lowest homeownership rate in 50 years, worst recovery since the '40s and accumulated more debt than every president before them combined and disproportionately impacted, yeah, minority communities. who will you trust to fix
6:11 pm
america's cities, who do you trust to improve policing and end of the unrest and do you trust to the ever joe biden who has been in the washington swamp? what has he done in 40 years? he has little to show for it. do you trust president trump who moved at lightning speed to make the country a better place and kept his promises, that was refreshing. in 140 days, i'm beginning to feel the urgency. i can't decide this election but you can, you, the american people will be the ultimate jury. your decision will impact this country for decades to come. and i'm saying based on what they are saying and proposing that we all know has failed, this country will be unrecognizable, in my opinion, for our children and grandchildren if god forbid they win. i wrote a book, it's coming out august 4th, you can go to amazon.com, hannity.com. the reason i wrote it is because this is the tipping point, this is the moment, everything is at

stake here, this is not a game. you want the country, freedom and liberty? that's the country that will be existing under donald trump. you want the country of failed socialism? you will get that under forgetful joe. here with reaction, house minority leader kevin mccarthy. i guess i've always had this sense of urgency in me, i'm beginning to feel it more than ever because what they are proposing, a guaranteed failure and you don't need to be a mathematician to figure out that there are $94 trillion new green deal in ten years and their $52 trillion medicare for all loan, not spending a penny on anything else, so security or defense, we can't possibly ever afforded and all the promises of free, free, free, will never happen, congressman. >> you are correct. and what you just talked about, you saw the president today put people before politics, he works towards solutions, not towards more socialism.
6:13 pm
for him to take the action he did to bring more transparency and accountability at the speed, he believes in making a change. this president is rebuilding and restoring this country and the thing that america has to understand, you cannot save america if you do not believe in her. we are so much better than what is happening in seattle. that's the difference coming up in this election, here's a president that proved he can rebuild and put everybody back to work. he can get criminal justice reform even though barack obama tried but could not. it he could get opportunities to give the next generation hope and change that no generation before had and he will rebuild this economy stronger than we were before and we will no longer be tied to china with team at which obama-biden administration gave us. >> sean: and those manufacturing jobs that barack said were never coming back came back and more are coming back
6:14 pm
and everything he's warned about china was true and not only was he innocent of any collusion with russia about one party, hillary and her party in her dnc bought a dirty russian misinformation dossier that was used to allied to a fisa court to try and prevent him from getting elected and undo an election and i doubt to the american people know all the president's accomplishments because, well, the rest of the mob and the media 24/7, the entire time he's been running and president have been done nothing but trash this man. >> think about what he was able to achieve with one hand tied behind his back with all those lies that went on. the deep state working against him, think of what he could achieve it he gets a second term. think about what america could achieve if they had a congress that would work for this country instead of against this country.
6:15 pm
our ability to make a more perfect union hinges just as you always talk about, 140 more days. that's our people are serious about changing this direction and working and renewing and restoring america. you cannot have this with nancy pelosi as speaker, you cannot have this with more of what hillary clinton had been doing. joe biden hiding in a basement, basement biden could not do what president trump did today, bring the nation together, talk about one nation, talk about greater transparency. understanding what they are going through, believing that the floyd family deserves justice, these protests deserve the right to be heard but also believing the looting deserves consequences and that's not america and we cannot stand for it. >> sean: i've got to go but you said something about, yeah, the president needs a house that's not going to impeach him,
6:16 pm
let's see, for spitting on the sidewalk or dragging the country through three more years of this. the house under the senate, let's give him republicans so he can do a lot more. the last word? >> you've got to go to takethehouse.com and it lets rebuild and restore america, this is our opportunity to make a more perfect union and this is right, the tipping point and let's make sure we tip it so the next century is ours. >> sean: congressman kevin mccarthy of california. joining us with more as the host of "justice, judge jeanine pir jeanine pirro, dan bongino, giraldo rivera. before dan and geraldo rivera start fighting, i'll go to you first. there's a lot at stake here. i like the presidents reforms, i really do.

i want more training, dan and i talk about martial arts all the time, people say "shut up, hannity, about your stupid martial arts," i am a student. it's important, he also talked about alternative nonlethal options and he said money is no obstacle here. he will pay whatever it takes to keep people safe and secure and safe. your reaction? >> look, today when the president spoke he took a conciliatory tone with strong support for the police. and it was clear that he wanted to do something to make things better. he has proven that from day one as it relates to the african-american community paid for jobs to making sure that we have this first step back which really is a reaction to the omnibus crime bill that joe biden was involved in in 1994 when he called young african-americans predators. so what we've got to do now is allow the president to do what he has been doing and that is to continue on this mission of

making sure that we have accountability and that there are consequences. look, i am sick and tired of hearing that you've got an institution of police that his racism. the institution is not racist. there are some individuals who are about in this hundreds of millions or whatever the number is of interactions between police and citizens, we hear about two or three and i'm sick and tired of the police being trashed. we need to thank them and thank god that they take their lives and their hands every day when they go out on the streets never knowing if they've got a target on their back. >> sean: the 99%, geraldo, you've spent a lot of time and your incredible 50 year career out on the street with these cops putting their lives on the line every day. i am sick of it. i am sick and tired of trashing the good cops, they deserve better, they don't get paid a lot, number one.
6:19 pm
have we forgotten what they all did on 9/11? i have not forgotten and i've been clear as day, we all agree on the george floyd it's got to stop. job after beings going to want trashed, smeared, slandered daily. we want to the bad cops weeded out, the president was right to say all of that today. >> the brilliance of what the president did today, was they did it in a kinder and gentler way. he wants them to go around like a neanderthal dragging his knuckles every day, this is the president i know, the guy who can be so gracious, so inclusive, so warm and welcoming, the president that van jones described, that's my donald trump, the person i've known for 35 years. that's my frustration and watching the mainstream media

6:21 pm
i mention one last week on this show. >> well, there's a lot of confusion out there, sean, and i'm hoping geraldo doesn't interrupt me. we are losing our country, losing our culture, we have an area of a big city that's been taken over by a bunch of folks who decided they were just going to take everyone's due process rights, forgive me, i don't want the president to be a wuss bag, sorry about that. i'm giving them different advice. i'm still bitter about last night, i was at a disadvantage on the cell phone but there's a misunderstanding about use of force and geraldo set it last night. >> sean: what are you bitter about? >> ten seconds incoming you have to interrupt me every time. can you just stop talking for a second, please? you said something last night, you said listen, there's no scenario ever wear a police officer would shoot someone in
