abortion is performed or induced. they are trying to get rid of that rule. what do you make of this? >> this is bringing abortion up to the same surgical standards as other outpatient surgeries in louisiana. in 2016 the court ruled on a similar law in texas, the chief justice said the law was constitutional. this will be stronger because in louisiana, even when closed down there is more access to women for abortion, they don't have to drive as far, the question is is the court going to stick with ruling the law or is politics of the question going to dominate? >> you mention the 2016 bill, we can bring of information who ruled against it and who ruled in favor of it. the big difference here this year was it looks a little different than it did in 2016. >> justice kennedy has been

replaced by brett kavanaugh but the other question is does the chief justice remain consistent? a pretty easy case, the law is if anything stronger than the texas law but we have seen him change his vote on different issues recently so i don't think we know what the answer will be. todd: rob: do conservatives have reason to be concerned after what they saw last week? >> that has become somewhat of a pattern with the chief justice. in the d aca casey reversed a decision he made in 2016 where he found the program was unconstitutional or unconstitutionally enacted but turned around and said you can't stop doing it even though it would be not lawfully enacted. it is going to be you have to wait to find out, could be the day the court fixes its term by

next monday but you may have to wait longer, the court has some delay because of covid-19. we might not know this for the next couple weeks. jillian: the president is close to securing his 200 federal judge this week. what is the impact going to be? what will this mean for his legacy as far as judges go? >> this is a huge milestone, the 50 third -- 53 appellate judge, resident obama only had 55 appellate judges, he's nipping at the heels of president obama's two term legacy on appeals court judges in these appeals court judges are the cream of the crop, brilliant, courageous, all have illustrated careers, willing to stand up for what they know is right, the legally correct answer even when it is clear they will get a lot of political pushback for it, that is the kind of men we want, those are the people trump is going to be drawing on as he is coming up with his supreme court

rob: thanks for coming on, rob smith, these are jobs that in the past and gone to foreign workers, skilled jobs for foreign workers, what do you make of this decision? >> it is a good decision. when donald trump was elected he was elected to enact border security, part of border security is making sure americans have jobs, this will protect 6000 jobs for americans. this is the most comprehensive action that has been taken on that particular visa in a generation so it's a very good thing particularly what younger voters are looking for this action particularly about jobs that need to be for americans, about to head into a workforce that is very up and down due to

this pandemic, it will be a very unofficial thing for voters. jillian: professional workers and immediate families and nonagricultural signal workers, exchange students and managers of a multi-natural -- multinational corporations and talking about the youth vote talking about college graduates unable to get jobs because of the pandemic, a lot of the youth out there having a hard time. how important is it for them in the youth vote come november. how important will they be in this election? >> the youth vote will be very important and i have seen a very rapid response to the president from the youth. i'm a spokesperson for turning point usa. i've been to many events were the president addressed young voters like in phoenix and i have seen young conservative

students sleeping, camping out, waiting for the president to speak, rush up to the front of the stage when he is about to speak, enraptured by his words. i think they are excited about him and we have to realize about the president, my colleague alex on the pop-culture president, we haven't had a president in a very long time if not ever who impacted the culture the way donald trump has for being on the apprentice to the impact on pop-culture before the presidency and we have a lot of conservative students who face a lot of battles making their voices heard on college campuses. when they look at the president they see somebody fighting for them every day whether fighting the press or to save american jobs and that is very inspiring, and amazing speech today, they will turn up in november.

jillian: veterans honoring veterans. after a war world 2 monument was vandalized a group got together to clean off the graffiti. rob: this act of sacrifice is going viral. here is messages of gratitude pouring in online. so hard to look at that monument be destroyed in that fashion. carley: i totally agree. it's hard to believe that a world war ii memorial in charlotte, north carolina to that contains the names of over 500 residents that made the ultimate sacrifice was defaced over the weekend. as you can see vandals covered it red and yellow paint. shortly after news broke a group of people were spotted scrubbing the paint off. check that out. air force veteran wayne wright says he helped gather up friends to clean the monument after seeing it on social media. he actually lives in south carolina. he took the day off work to drive to charlotte to do it. now a lookout of people are focusing more on his good deed
