book. "live free or die, america and the world on the brain." we will talk about america's founding principles, how they are at stake, how socialism always fails. we will never be the hate to trump media mob. laura, i'm in washington. i don't see you, where are you? >> laura: how sad. i will be watching tomorrow night, fantastic interview with senator scott and everybody. it was a fantastic show. >> sean: mark live and needs a little copied and i. >> laura: he was a little subdued, just a little bit subdued. it was fantastic. i'll be watching tomorrow night. >> sean: have a great show, laura. >> laura: i'm laura ingraham and this is "the ingraham angle." from washington tonight, don't reward the rioters, that's a focus of tonight's angle. since march we've been warning
7:01 pm
you about the democrats new normal lingo. we told you that they saw the coronavirus as a political opportunity to exploit, not a medical issue to manage. when vote by mail and the green new deal recovery proposal started to resurface it was obvious for all of this was going. what we didn't realize was how far they'd take things. welcome to the summer of love. look at this scene in madison, wisconsin, protesters tearing down a statue of a famed abolitionist? why not. if it was vandalism of a public property it will be bad enough. last night we saw with these for social justice frauds are really of. >> leave my phone alone. >> delete it. >> laura: that went on for a while. that man who was attacked was
7:02 pm
wisconsin state senator tim carpenter, an extremely liberal democrat. he described it this way. "i took this pick, it got me assaulted and beat up, assaulted and kicked in the head, sore neck and ribs. 8-10 people attacked me, innocent people are going to get killed, stop violence now, please." he was literally mugged by reality. they are committing acts of violence against fellow citizens and properties with impunity and they know it. a second point, though. where the heck is joe biden? why haven't they come out to condemn this violence against a member of their own party? why haven't they demanded swift action to protect taxpayer property on public land. why aren't reporters demanding
7:03 pm
that biden answer specific questions about what's happeni happening? vice president biden, do you support renaming the district of columbia since after all the protesters say, well, it was named after christopher columbus. what about washingon state? which after all is named after that slaveholder george washington. mr. vice president, is the jefferson memorial even worth preserving? when people try to create autonomous zone's, what should be done about that? what would you do about that? after all, we know loud and clear at this point what president trump believes about all these issues. >> i think many of the people knocking down these statues don't even have any idea what the statue isn't what it means, now they are looking at jesus christ, looking at george washington, looking at abraham lincoln, thomas jefferson. not going to happen, not as long as i'm here.
7:04 pm
as far as democrats are concerned i think they could care less whether or not it happens and i think the american people get it. >> laura: since biden won't hold a real campaign events or do any press conferences and since the media are not even trying to do its job covering him, americans are left to assume that biden will basically give the radical elements on the left almost everything they wa want. long before adam schiff met with a ukraine whistle-blower, aoc, ilhan omar and of the squad were basically running the show, they told nancy pelosi they want to trump in beach, remember? and soon enough they got their wish. and pelosi's old chum, congressman eliot engel was just beaten in his primary by an aoc endorsed challenger, that happened last night. bernie may not have won his primary nomination, his party's nomination buddies living on policy. lord knows that biden doesn't
7:05 pm
have the raw energy to run toe-to-toe with trump but why should he? he can just appear at virtual fund-raisers like he did last night and obama, well, let's watch. >> there is a great awakening going on around the country, particularly among younger people. who are saying not only are they fed up with the disorganized, mean-spirited approach to governance but more than that, are eager to take on some of the core challenges that have been facing this country for centuries. >> laura: is it just me or is he really rusty at this point? just standing there scratching his chin, nodding, he doesn't have to campaign but the fact of the matter is these protests
7:06 pm
have essentially become adjuncts of the biden campaign, proxies for a man incapable of winning this on the merits. and when things get really violent which they invariably will and do come of the biden people say nothing so as not to upset the radicals. whatever happened t to to "silee is violence?" everyone on the left is running a scam here, the media are perpetrating the ongoing fraud of blm and antifa, they knew george floyd's tragic death would be used for back trump and create unrest and today basically abandoned all pretext of objectivity in covering it. if cnn or cbs covered the protest the way they cover the anti-lockdown at the capitol, we'd see the crowds of people attacking the statues, that would thin significantly. in the activists themselves,
7:07 pm
what about them? they pretend to be all about more love, less hate yet they are some of the most hateful and vicious people you will ever meet. their organizers dispatch manned by an maoists to scream obscenities at good men and women in uniform to keep the peace and they posted on social media to recruit more skinny jeans wearing socialist trolls. here's the black lives matter new york leader with martha maccallum earlier. >> if this country doesn't give us what we want we will burn down the system and replace it. >> laura: burn down the system and replace it? business is small large are cowering in the face of all of these threats and rushing to establish new centers for sensitivity and inclusion creating jobs for thousands of
7:08 pm
new diversity monitors. it's all a protection racket and none of it will work. and answer the biden campaign, it's false promise which we exposed last night is to convince you that once elected, joe will calm everything down but i ask you, have other liberal leaders have been able to calm things down, take down the temperature? >> yes or no, will you commit to defunding the minneapolis police department? and the d.c. mayor's home, muriel bowser, that was surrounded after she painted that street and kicked to the national guard out of their hotels in defiance of president trump. that goofy mayor of seattle basically gave her cities radicals the run of the place
7:09 pm
and in return they just turned more violent. if tim scott reminded us today on the senate floor, they are not capable of doing much of anything even on the issues they care about. democrats aren't serious about these issues, they claim they are up for police reform, plea please. they won't even allow debate on the g.o.p. police reform bill that was drafted by scott, an african-american senator. >> detroit, atlanta, minneapolis, los angeles, philadelphia. all these cities could have banned a choke hold themselves, all these communities have been run by democrats. for decades. decades. >> when you were speaking yesterday you said republicans are "trying to get away with murder, the murder of george floyd." senate republicans are demanding an apology for that statement. will you apologize? >> absolutely, positively not.
7:10 pm
the fact is, i think frankly the press has given them far too much credit for a bill that does nothing. you have your bill, they have theirs. our bill does something, there is dozen. i'm sorry? >> laura: the follow-up was, that was tim scott and she just pretended she didn't hear. democrats don't really care about police reform, they don't care when dozens of their own constituents are gunned down over a single weekend. most probably don't even support defunding the police either but that doesn't matter. right now their clear message to voters is best. we won't to do a thing to speak against or stop the violence or the destruction of public property until trump is out of office. i'm going to put this very bluntly tonight, the rioters are intimidation squads bought and paid for by democrat interests.
7:11 pm
and electing biden is only going to empower them. it will reward and encourage them to keep issuing demands, upped the ante. in order to stop their rampages against traditional institutions, you need to first believe that the country is even worth saving, that we live in a great nation which is of course one that has a rich and complex history. many powerful people in the democrat party, they've given up on america. after all, america elected. until late may, their quest to destroy trump had already led them to subvert the fbi and our intelligence agencies, abuse the impeachment process, abuse emergency powers during a pandemic and now with no more cards left to play, they are in a de facto alliance with odious, vindictive anti-american radicals.
7:12 pm
and violation, these elements into our society, democrats have created a monster that escaped the left. >> it's alive, it's alive, it's alive! >> laura: if we reward them with a biden victory what have they learned? they learned that burning it down works. for what they've done to america and what they plan to do, democrats need to be beaten and beaten badly in november. because of the tacit approval of democrats and finding media coverage, the brick and crowbar crowd are feeling empowered, they are you hostage. and they will hold biden hostage if he's elected. it's time to liberate america all over again and that's the angle. joining me now is raheem t and host of the war room pandemic podcast.
7:13 pm
how long before these radicals get tired of statues and start coming after people? >> not very long at all, laura, there was an excellent monolog monologue, exactly what we are seeing out on the streets of washington, d.c., at the moment, you have protesters marching around residential neighborhoods in the middle of the night screaming "no justice, no sleep," long since been about statues, we are at the tail end of that argument, this is about as they say in their own words, burning down the institutions. if you listen very carefully you can hear joe biden squealing from his basement "i am their leader, i must follow them" and that's exactly what he intends to do. how more and more hard-line progressives all taking power are on the conveyor belt to
7:14 pm
being in congress, joe biden hit intends to hand them everything they want, you look at who they are and who they joined in this assault on american institutions. the chinese communist party is doing the same thing from the outside in, from the outside in. and the big tech companies are doing the same thing from the inside in a laura, there's no doubt about it, when you look at this from a historical context, america is at war with itself because the democratic party of america has decided to declare war on america and its institutions. it's time for conservatives in congress and across the country realize we've been at war for a long time. we know what you stand for and we are against >> laura: here's what one of blm's cofounders to set on cnn last weekend this all flew under the radar somehow. watch. >> trump not only needs to not be in office in november, but he should resign now. we are going to push forward as
7:15 pm
a move to get trump out while we are also going to continue to push and pressure vice president joe biden around his policies. >> laura: they want him out, period. i don't think they even want an election to take place or debates or anything like that, they want to push him out of office under threat of violence. final word? >> that's it. when the ukraine impeachment fails, when russiagate fails, all the intelligence institutions fail, we've seen all of that play out now. the left's last card is more violence and that's what were seeing right now. we don't want to see the reign of terror in this country so i am for the president, it's time to crack down, it's time -- law and order as a tweet is fine, let's do "law & order" in the streets. >> laura: it's time we have real action under republican's on capitol hill need to speak out as well and we are about to talk to one. thank you so much. thank you.
7:16 pm
democrats have been totally silent after the anarchists and other radicals have been attacking our historic monuments. so we want to know what they really think, why are they hiding? we reached out to all 47 democrats in the senate and to go independence as well as speaker nancy pelosi. here was her question. "do you support changing the names of any monuments, colleges, cities or states named after george washington, thomas jefferson or james madison? if not please explain why. guess how many responded? one. senator joe manchin and he didn't even answer the question. this isn't about confederate statues, and never was. it's about destroying our culture and our history and the democrat party is just happy to let it all happened if it defeating donald trump. he responds to the silence of his colleagues, missouri senator josh ali. it shouldn't be a hard question
7:17 pm
to answer. it's kind of a "yes" or "no" deal with the shortest nation. but they all cowed and decided to hide. reaction? >> i can't say i'm at all surprised because right now the united states senate, senate democrats watching the statues of washington and ulysses s. grant, now link and come down and at the same time they're trying to force renaming of all of our military bases and war memorials. taking those down behind closed doors without any public discussion, this is their agenda and it doesn't have anything to do with pursuing justice or unifying the country, this is all about political calculation and trying to satisfy the cancel culture that they are pushing forward and it's a mistake, it's dividing the country, it's the wrong thing to do. >> laura: my ankle legislate out, how the democrats are using these extremists as a proxy campaign for biden and that's why they are allowing them to do
7:18 pm
what they're doing and not commenting on it because they think for now at least it's helping them. do you see that in the future changing it all? >> i think americans are not going to want to see our history erased full sale. protesters in days d.c. say they are going to pull down statues of abraham lincoln, i don't think this is where the american people are. we can have a conversation as a country about for instance military bases, we ought to have that conversation in public together. like we would as a family, we ought to do it out in the open which is what i proposed, i've introduced legislation that would stop the democrats mandatory back door, back room renaming of all of these bases and taking down these memorials to fallen soldiers and say, let's have a conversation out in the open and involve everybody, let's be reasonable about this but that's not what they want
7:19 pm
and i think they're going to find that the american people are tired of the cancel culture, tired of the woke mob and they want to move hold onto who we are together and find common ground. >> laura: i think they want an end to this madness and so far a lot of your colleagues seem to be hiding as well, they will issue a twitter statement every now and then but i'm not seeing a lot of leadership for many republicans on the hill other than you on this and i know your offering your legislation to try to combat what senator warren is doing to rush the renaming of all these big pieces but senator, nancy pelosi, i've got to get to this because she accused republicans of trying to "get away with murder" with our policing reform bill and today nancy doubled down on that, i just play the sound bite chuck schumer has backed her, watch. >> do you think it was appropriate for speaker pelosi to say that republicans are "getting away with murder?"
7:20 pm
>> she's answer that question herself and what she said was fine with me. >> laura: what she said is "i'm not apologizing and that's what i believe" despite the fact that the legislation was offered by senator tim scott, african-american senator, they don't want to even debate on this. >> you know, when senator scott put forward his proposal the democrats took to the senate floor and called it her token which senator scott pointed out is a word that is sometimes used not in a very nice way, they know exactly what they're doing, they are fine playing the race baiting game when it's against republicans, find using that kind of language as it relates to senator scott which is absolutely abhorrent and ridiculous. this is again all about politics, they want what they think is an issue that they can take to i guess the people they think are a key part of their voting coalition which is this woke mob and the cancel culture which these democrats are pushing forward and embracing
7:21 pm
and i'd say again, laura, i think the american people are tired of this, i think they want to have a conversation together like adults and want to find common ground and that's what we should be trying to do. >> laura: this finally, very quickly, your reaction to the appeals court in d.c. reversing that lower court decision to put off dismissing the flynn case, big victory for general flynn today. is someone going to finally pay for what happened to general flynn? >> will tell you what, laura, congress, the united states senate has a job to do here in figuring out how in the world this case where you have the fbi, the career fbi folks say there's nothing here, we should move on and the obama white house gets involved in involved and all of a sudden they're going gangbusters after flynn, same thing with the fisa court, the fbi lying to get a
7:22 pm
warrant to tap the donald trump presidential campaign in the middle of an election, what is going on here? what is going on at the fbi, what was the obama white house's involvement, these are things we need to find out and people do need to be held accountable. >> laura: great to see you tonight, thanks so much. >> thank you. >> laura: the bubba wallace affair exposed to the usual characters who so racial division but also revealed a new vanguard of the left, identify them and issue a warning next. not even our competitor's best battery can match the power of energizer. because energizer ultimate lithium is the longest lasting aa battery in the world. [confetti cannon popping] energizer. backed by science. matched by no one.
7:26 pm
>> laura: yesterday we got really welcome news, the fbi concluded that the rope in nascar driver bubba wallace's garage was not a noose. he doubled down on the do debunked narrative, it was bizarre. he struck a much more conciliatory tone today saying in a statement that he was relieved this wasn't what he feared it was and he thanked the fbi. that's good. wallace seems to have more sense on the than the media grifters whose have staked their careers on stoking this tension like reverend al.
7:27 pm
>> why was the noose in the stall? it's clear what a noose represents, whether or not they knew that sooner or later the one black driver would use that stall really doesn't answer why it was in the stall at all and then did someone know that it was in the stall when they did belatedly assign bubba there. >> laura: how is he still taken seriously by anyone? the atlantics jemele hill who rejected reality to rate "it was a noose." a veteran of sports media, an industry that even after her departure is increasingly aligning itself with the left, going totally left. they pummeled the nfl into submission and are well on their way to doing the same with nascar.
7:28 pm
>> you had about four or five black drivers in nascar's history, for crying out loud. >> we still didn't see their practices indicate anything that was inclusionary whatsoever as far as i'm concerned. >> i prefer it when the roaches are in the walls, i don't want to see them crawling across the floor so that's how i feel when i see the solidarity in nascar at least publicly with bubba wallace. roaches, get back behind the wall. >> laura: here are some questions, when did the sports media become this way and why did they think they had to? we go to burgess owens, former nfl player and a candidate for utah's 4th congressional district and niger innis. this may seem trivial but sports are ingrained, a part of our culture, we all love sports, brings us together and the media and activists keep bending them to their well, what does that do to how open and frankly
7:29 pm
inclusive sports is to society? >> this is what the leftists do. we have to understand we've been at this for a long time, these are marxists and we understand and realize that we've been at war with these guys for quite a while. it's just that now that we've had these marxist people come out of college and are now running these organizations like the nfl, nascar and i'd just like to tell the folks at nascar, be very aware of the trojan horse, you should have someone who understands, represents years for and should be never be going with black lives matter, a bunch of marxists that hate our country and our culture and every thing you stand for so i would say, man up, number one and if you can't understand that you are a tool for the marxists, get ready to realize, understand what it will look like in the future for sure. >> laura: why do you think is america's first appearance was on with don lemon, unknown leftists, an interesting guy but
7:30 pm
he is unknown leftists, obviously he hates trump and pretty much sees america as a pretty racist place, was that an unusual choice for mr. wallace? >> it's entirely predictable because there is a currency in being a race or gender, sexual orientation victim these days and i'm glad that bubba wallace had the decency to turn around and say it was obviously mistaken situation, wasn't what he'd originally thought. i think this is a big silver lining in this situation, i think that the way that the nascar community for the most part overwhelmingly rallied behind bubba wallace is again a testament to how great our country is, how far our country has gone in terms of race relations, nascar is mostly, 98% white, disproportionately southern and when this incident
7:31 pm
came out it was uniformly condemned and they uniformly rallied around bubba wallace and that's a good thing for our country. >> laura: it is a good thing but the dash i think the drumbeat against nascar has been incredibly elitist and this has been going on for years a bunch of dumb, hayseed, right wing racist to go to the track and watch the cargo around. >> about the only group you can still stereotype, laura, our white men. >> laura: exactly. they've been slammed for years and this one espn analyst, this is why his take on the situation was. >> is not surprising at all, let's just remember that until the last two weeks, nascar endorsed and embraced this sort of performative racism week in and week out by embracing and wrapping itself in the
7:32 pm
confederate flag. >> laura: case in point. they are a bunch of racists and they need to be taken down. >> we have to remember this is an election year and we could have predicted this was going to happen, the american people get it. the silver lining is now we understand, the hypothetical socialist marxist idea we are now seeing in real time so we will get this at our country will come out of this, come out the other end much stronger nation because we realized that we've got to get that done for sure. >> laura: i hope so and cbs host gayle king asked bubba wallace this question even after everything was debunked. >> i know that the federal investigators are saying, what do you think happened here? >> i don't think i was. >> laura: despite the straightforward answer this was king's been minutes later.
7:33 pm
>> for anybody to question it and say it's not a noose, whatever it is -- to say it's not a hate crime, i still not really know what happened here. >> laura: what's confusing here? there was no hate crime, it was something that was in the garage for a year plus. >> all these instigators in the media that are desperate to promote racism in a country that has overwhelmingly evolved on the issue of race, they better read the book "the boy who cried wolf" because at some point the wolf comes calling and no one's going to listen because they've lost all their credibility. >> laura: you always go to the best analogy, okay? we don't want the wolf to come calling anytime soon. gentlemen, it's great to see you tonight, both of you. thanks so much for being with us and up next, this week's edition of joe down below with special guest barack obama.
7:38 pm
b1 it's time for our "seen and unseen" segment. there was a big reunion last night, barack and joe together again, pray tell what happened. >> they came together for a virtual fund-raiser. president obama wore black on black, he looked like he was dressed for a funeral and once joe biden showed up, obama's outfit made perfect sense and in between the occasional biotin nap, the democratic duo raised $7.4 million. biden's biggest fund-raiser yet all do to obama, really. when biden attempted to speak things went off the rails.
7:39 pm
>> disrupted impacts of technology strengthened global health security, stopped the cold war future that were talking about. we're talking about a peaceful cold war, what are we talking about? >> laura: what are we talking about? obama was asking the same question, laura. >> laura: i have to tell everybody. raymond had to have edited that, there is no way he said that, i don't believe it for a second, i don't believe it. >> that it is unedited footage and obama spent a lot of time on this fund-raiser talking about educational opportunities for poor kids and how trump had not done enough. trump told me the other day, he authorized $250 million for federal funds for traditional black colleges and universities, he's fought for school choice, call that the civil rights statement of the year last week so that argument i just don't think is going to work but biden clearly wants to stay where he
7:40 pm
has come of the democrats announced today they are going to have a virtual convention with joe biden excepting in milwaukee, i kid you not. but the delegates for the most part will be at home. >> laura: it all makes sense because if he wins there will be a virtual presidency as well. aoc and ilhan omar, what you need here, what you need next month? got it and send it in virtually. do you actually think he's going to debate trump if he is ten points up in the polls? no way. >> we will see, i like to be there. the first one is at notre dame, i hope we get to cover it. joe biden at one point took a prerecorded question during this fund-raiser talking back to prerecorded questioners really does to make usually does not work out well, watch. >> we have a question coming up now from someone else.
7:41 pm
is that true, am i correct? >> hi, president obama, vp bid biden. i am -- >> you are an icu nurse, is that what i was told? >> biden has been so reluctant to host any large rallies. >> none. >> but in barcelona they opened an opera house with an audience that the vp might feel very comfortable around, 2,300 potted plants. watch. ♪ laura, my question here is, did the ficus in the orchestra pay extra? that was a question i kept coming to my mind as i watch that. >> laura: i think those plans are about as excited as the
7:42 pm
democrat electorate is about biden, the same emotion. >> of the democrats decide to try something like this they could put marijuana plants and get the double messaging going. >> laura: when we were in california last week all i saw were pot plants everywhere. all right, raymond. you think were becoming what you like to call a p.m. nation? a plexiglas nation in the wake of the coronavirus? what is happening out there? we seem to be separated from one another. >> everywhere you turn there are plexiglas partitions, domes, separators popping up even on the streets of new york city. >> i have that hour going on. what's on the menu? it's on the menu over there? >> laura, yoga classes in canada
7:43 pm
are being conducted under plexiglas domes, restaurants are trying out all manner of plexiglas lampshades to protect the clients. everyone can feel as if they are working at a check cashing establishment. walls of bullet proof plexiglas between them and everyone else. it all reminds me of that old "get smart" show, do you remember this? >> i am deeply concerned about the conference room. >> laura, why are they putting the cone of silence around people outside when they are eating outside? we bought a new report, it takes 34 minutes in sunlight for covid to die, why are we all suddenly under these terrarium's, human terrarium's. when you're outside, maintain a little distance and enjoy your
7:44 pm
meal. >> laura: i don't like any of the headgear situation people are wearing. that headgear makes me nervous. i'd rather just roll the dice. >> i may get you a big face shield, laura. >> laura: i have two dogs, they have that cone of shame, i'm sure it would fit around my neck and probably a lot of people would love to see that. i'm just going to do it for charity. all the liberals will be happy, i will make them happy for once. this could have been in a hilarious "seen and unseen tonight." big win for justice and michael flynn this morning as an appeals court ordered a dismissal finally of flynn's case and it was noted that they contributed to that decision that may be the bigger story tonight, what contributed to it and in moments we will tell you what peter strzok's notation regarding biotin and susan rice reveals. stay there. so what's going on?

the time including obama, call james comey, sally eights and none other than susan rice, the woman who lied to us about benghazi and who 15 minutes after trump became president emailed a memo to herself about how obama wanted the flynn case handled "by the books." she's on the short-list by the way, naturally, to be biden's running mate and even if she doesn't get that job she will certainly get a top post in his administration. covering for corruption seems to really have its perks. rest assured, a biden win won't just unleash chaos and misery on the streets, it will mean bringing unsavory characters like rice back into power. it's retribution time, my friends. and just as this played out, the federal appeals court ordered district judge emmet sullivan to allow the doj to finally drop its case against flynn. sullivan will now have to end his despicable anti-trump

they get enough of them can ask for it to be re-heard. i don't think that's going to happen, i hope this is the end and it's an outstanding opinion. >> laura: one thing we noticed in the court filing from flynn's legal team is that they say peter strzok's notes were written on january 4th but that was a day before the white house meeting where obama brought up the flynn case and the doj says strzok's notes were taken between january 3rd and fifth od this confusion in the dates as well, what's going on here? >> i think she just got it wrong, this has to be notes of the january for the meeting because it is so similar in some respects and -- to the susan rice memo and the interview of sally yates so it's got the exact same number of people, this has got to be the january 5th meeting we've all talked about so often.
7:53 pm
what's interesting is that strzok wasn't at that meeting so unless he was hiding behind the curtain somebody had to have dictated this to him, somebody who was there and presumably that would be james comey or maybe he dictated it to mccabe. what's interesting is what it does and doesn't corroborate about what we know, it corroborates very important stuff. number one, that the president and vice president are talking about the logan act which is the ridiculous. it corroborates at the president is saying to comey, should we maybe not share national security information with the incoming team? that's very important. but something striking that it doesn't say, nowhere in the notes does it say that the president wanted it done by the book which as you know is mentioned four or five times in the susan rice email you talked about so very, very interesting. >> laura: three times, four times. if it was something that was
7:54 pm
mentioned three or four times, especially a line like that or a phrase like that, you'd think someone, with the attention to detail, strzok would've written that down. also comey saying that this seems to have been legit, what flynn did seems to have been legit, how significant is that? >> i think it's very significant because he says it but even after he says it, the president still says, you know, is there any reason that i shouldn't be sharing it? in these notes which obviously are not as detailed as the susan rice email, the notes just have comey saying, it appears to say yes, there are calls but it appears to be legit and it's not clear that comey has even raised this issue. in the susan rice version it makes it appear like comey is
7:55 pm
the one raising the possibility that maybe information shouldn't be shared and after the president says it, comey says well, they appear to be legitimate. this is in the susan rice version and the president inquires about whether it maybe shouldn't be shared, the information and comey says, he's talking about the whole crossfire hurricane and comey says potentially, we will have to monitor it. the whole tone of susan rice's it's really a concern of jim comey whereas these notes indicate it's more president obama. >> laura: thank you so much, this is fascinating and we will see if susan rice gets the nod from bought biden after all this. we have final thoughts after this.

topple a statue. it's not going to close the labor gap between what white workers are paid and what black workers are paid. and it's not going to take people off welfare or food stamps. >> laura: he's right about that but they do have an agenda. if that's robert johnson, the cofounder of bet, one of the most successful african-american businessman in the country. i hope folks are listening. shannon bream and the "fox news @ night" team take it all from here. shannon, i took ten seconds, i'm so sorry. spoon all right, it's okay, you are forgiven, all is forgiven. thank you. we begin tonight with a fox news alert. antipolice protesters taking a page out of an old playbook tonight buried there is now an occupy new york city call. protesters say they want part of the occupy wall street movement you'll remember nearly ten years ago. they are camping outside demanding massive cuts to the new york police department. we are monitoring the situation there and here in the nation's capital, the natioar
