this unfolded. one of your team members, african-american guy noticed the rope hanging down that looks like a noose, he contacts nascar and nascar contacts you and they want an fbion investigation, is that how it went down? >> yes. that's the gist of it. my team member there, i talked to him and he said before he overreacted, he did his research and walked up and down the garage to double check to make sure it wasn't just a simple throughout every grudge but it ended up being only hours he contacted the crew chief and they would do anything in their power to continue the investigation and figure out what's going on and tuesday afternoon, they called me again and said they included, they concluded it was found to be in

2019 and i was not the target of a hate crime which is a great thing. it was a noose, not a working news but it was a noose. it shows what i was talking about was factual. jesse: so none of the other garage is had one type like a noose not? it was only on your garage and anytime you see a not like this, a noose like this, you immediately think this is not good, obviously so your team member sought and reported it just as you would k see it that way and now we know it was not an intentional hate crime. is there any doubt i in your mid

that this isn't what ited was supposed to be? >> there's no doubt. i didn't necessarily think somebody in our community do that, i think the track worker possibly but getting to the bottom of it, somebody has tried this whether it was a bad joke, whatever they thought, whatever their intent may have been wasn't to attack me or scare me, it was just something that coincidently was in my garage for the next race. jesse: so you are saying that someone may s have tied this isa bad joke or they may have just tied this noose is a way to practically pull down the garage door, is that what you're
