those are the loudest voices on the front lines of this movement. the heart and soul of it. the true believers. listen to the hatred and disrespect. the officers are just standing there, getting spit on, getting things thrown on them. protecting public and private property. the media won't air foot and like this, it's too real. they have to hide the truth because if everybody knew the truth they would be disgusted by it. violence is spiking. 100 people shot the other weekend in chicago. at least 600 officers injured around the country. 15 dead in the riots. looting, arson, property crimes to the tune of a billion dollars in minneapolis alone. but it's most live peaceful, right? you know what's mostly peaceful?

the tea party. the women's march. the lockdown protests. those are mostly peaceful. the guy held a mean sign about obama, and that was a late crime they told you. elderly women walking down the street minding her only business, knocks her head into a fire hydrant. the guy had been arrested so many times and was out on bail. a guy bringing groceries to his car. jumped. a woman protecting her store from looters. this poor woman, it's just sad, no arrests there either. it seems like the mob, they are emboldened.

the reason they are emboldened is because the police have pulled back and politicians are letting them run wild. remember chats? -- remember chaz? >> this is like the summer of love. >> this is like an occupy wall street protest. the "new york times" calls it an experiment in alternative community. jesse: now somebody is dead. a guy was shot and the police couldn't respond and save him. a couple people shot, actually. police officers unable to respond to rape and robbery calls because of chaz or chop. whatever they call it. but remember it's trump's fault. the mayor says she wants to cleans things up now.

we'll keep you posted on the state of negotiations. while that's happening, seattle residents are sick of these punks barricading themselves in. you can't drive through the area. you can't walk through. it's your own city. as you guys always knows it ends well when people take things into their owned hands. republican senator tim scott took the lead and actually drafted a bill and mitch mcconnell dropped everything and was ready to rock. but the democrats blocked it. >> we could have given at the very minimum 70% of what they say would be important for the people. we say we serve. but instead of having a debate on that, getting an amendment. instead of going forward and getting a you want now, they

decided to punt this ball until the election. jesse: senator scott said if you don't like it, let's pass some amendments. but they said no. and they bottled it up. democrats don't want it to look like republicans are helping america. cities can reform their police departments themselves. democrat mayors can ban chokeholds. but democrat mayors need strong policing, because if police are weak, crime skyrockets. and then they won't get re-elected. and people move to the burbs. a million dollar company in seattle just left because the city is oh crazy. what happens if politicians doesn't give black lives matter what they want.

not the target of a hate crime. but in fact it was work. not a working noose as they say. but it was a noose. the photos are being released to the public for them to see, to show what i was talking about was factual and it's time to move on from it now. jesse: none of the other garage pulls were shaped or tied like a noose knot. and this was only on your garage. as an african-american when you see a noose like this you immediately think this is not good. so your african-american team member saw it and he reported it the same way you would see it that way. now we know it was not an intentional hate crime. is there any doubt in your mind

that this wasn't what it was supposed to be? >> there is no doubt. i didn't necessarily think that somebody in our community would do that. did i think a track worker possibly? yes. but, you know, kind of getting to the bottom of it. somebody has tied this, whether it was a bad joke, whatever their intent may have been, wasn't to attack me or scare me. it was simply something that happened to be in my garage for the next race. jesse: you are saying someone may have tied this as a bad joke or they may have just tied this knot, this noose, as a way to practically pull down the garage door? it could have been as innocent

as that. >> we don't know what their intent was. it was a garage pull in the shape of a noose. jesse: the good thing about this, the way your teammates and the entire nascar family rallied around you, you quot a lot of love from people in the sport. that must make you feel good. do you think this unfortunate incident helped your career as a race car drive or hurt your career as a race car driver. >> this wasn't a publicity stunt on my end. i don't need the fame and media hype to create my brand and my image. i am 100% raw and real. i just go out and give it my all on the racetrack. i'm the human being all the rest

went back and forth. that is a document i don't believe general flynn and his lawyers have it. we don't have it. i think the american public needs to see it. perhaps durham has it or the doj has it. hopefully they do and maybe that's the reason they are not producing that to congress which would be a legitimate reason. the one good thing we learned about this durham investigation is durham isn't talking, people object his team aren't talk -- people on his team aren't talking. i think that's a good sign this is a real legitimate investigation that's occurring. jesse: as opposed to the investigation object collusion. >> all the other investigations, jesse, they had it all wrong.
