still important to know what th president knew, and why there i a disconnect between what is being reported and what is bein discussed within the intelligence committee d itself. kincaid the other really important question that lawmakers are now asking really both sides of the aisle from speaker pelosi to liz cheney is if this intelligence as real, i it is proven to be true, why wa president trump not briefed on it. we have democrats now talking about a major intelligence failure if ultimately we find that this stuff as true. >> absolutely. i've been following that side o the story as well and hopefully we can get some answers because the intelligence committee did knew something like this and even if one or too of them thought it was credible, and it didn't make it to the vice president or the president, we have a huge problem over there. i was told that could happen by 5:00 p.m. today. it will be interesting to know if there is an underlying reaction here that this is something related to vladimir putin who has always been a bit of a soft spot for president trump. we remember him standing up there and saying heat they didn't meddle in their elections
