fired because stone oppose them, he mock them. he can get away with it, others might try, and that's not allowed. that's it for us tonight. thank you for spending the hour with us. in the meantime, the great sean hannity takes over from new york. >> sean: busy news night tonight. violence once again a rafting and many of america's major cities tonight. decades of democratic rule has resulted in what is now predictable disaster, who was going to fix this? so called leaders, democratic party have no answers. think about this. joe biden, nancy pelosi, chuck schumer, they combined have been in public life in the swamp in washington, combined more than 125 years. ask yourself this, what have they ever done to make things better in american cities? it's going to be biden, schumer, and pelosi. donald trump hasn't been there four full years or have
6:01 pm
democrats actually made these cities worse, have their policies failed and is at a preview of coming attractions, should pelosi, schumer, and biden ever get elected in 127 days? look at your screen. the cities that ranked the highest and violent crime are almost exclusively run by democrats. the anarchy in seattle has led to yet another murder, two shot in the jazz, chop, summer of love spaghetti potluck zone, two teenagers were shot, one 16-year-old was killed, a 14-year-old left critically injured in several days ago a 19-year-old named lorenzo alexander also killed. by the way, has america heard these names before? did the media mob even bother to report the story? the governor of washington, you are the leaders elected, you've allowed the anarchy is to take over part of a major city in your state in your city. you own this. the president has offered to
6:02 pm
help you. you keep saying no. you own all of what has happened here. here is seattle's police chief from earlier today. >> it's very unfortunate that we have yet another murder in this area identified as the chop. two african-american men dead at a place where they claim to be working for black lives matter, but they are gone. they are dead now. and we have had multiple other incidents. robbery and shooting. two men are dead, and a child, a 14-year-old is hospitalized and we don't know what is going to happen to that kid. enough is enough here. >> sean: the weekend before, they wouldn't let the cops and emergency personnel in the chaz or chop autonomous free love zone to even take care of people that were shot. they had to fight their way and plead in bag their way into the zone. so far, two young people have been killed and many others have been brutally injured in seattle's lawless chop zone.
6:03 pm
their lives matter. all lives matter, yes, black lives matter, american lives and we are one american family, they matter, but their deaths are being largely ignored by the left. in fact, chaos and anarchy is spiraling out of control, the democrats in charge do absolutely nothing. the cops aren't even allowed him to do their job and they don't have the support by their mayors and governors to even do the job, got in sunday morning. new york city, look at this, an angry mob surrounded the police vehicle pelting that with bottles and other objects, have about 1,000 police officers around the country responding to a shooting. in st. louis, the group broke down a fence and stormed a gated neighborhood where two local residents took up arms in order to guard their home. and by the way, i spoke to people on the ground including that man with a gun there and he says there were no police to be found and they were warned of this was going to happen.
6:04 pm
where were the police? maybe they were afraid to do their jobs. where's the governor, where is the mayor, where all the other politicians? 99% of good cops that do their hard job every day, they are there to protect and serve. they risk their lives daily, the 99%, and minneapolis, two city council members, they have now spent $163,000 in tax money on private security and all the time vowing to dismantle the police force that protects everyone else. hollywood, pelosi, schumer guess what? they also have protection. what about you, me, the people. will you call? have been had stomach asking this question for a while. when they defund and eliminate police departments which is going on also around the country and in chicago according to the
6:05 pm
sun-times, 18 people were killed over this past weekend. last weekend, it was 14. 106 people shot in total. this weekend, included a 12-month-old baby. have you heard this name before? hit by a stray bullet during a drive-by shooting. three more kids were shot, two others were killed including a 10-year-old little girl. a 17-year-old boy named antoine douglas. that is our american family. when will these mayors and governors wake up and restore order? when will they protect the security and the lives of our fellow americans? when will they improve their community police relations, why did they keep saying no when the president offers all the help they can ever want or need. by the way, where is joe biden? will be actually emerged from his basement bunker and answer questions about any of these important issues in these tough times we are all going through?
6:06 pm
and why didn't barack and joe ever stop the violence in the city of chicago, barack's hometown for over eight years? we will have more on that in a moment. first joining us with a full report from the horrific violence in chicago alone is her very own mike tobin. >> you mentioned it, 18 people killed over the weekend and two of them were children. when you could say a baby. just 20 months old, he was strapped into a car seat and his mother's vehicle. reportedly, there was a gun battle down the street with two other vehicles in both the mother and the baby were hit by stray rounds, never stood a chance, that bullet went right through his chest. when chicago police officer handled this case posted on social media that he never handled anything this difficult and all of his time on the chicago pd. also, 10-year-old leah nunes in the second-floor apartment came right through the second-floor window and hurt her head.
6:07 pm
use the phrase to describe the gunmen and press the public to end this code of silence. he said someone in the neighborhood knows who the shooters are. the motivations for the gun violence and the bad parts of chicago is gang wars, drugs, money, turf battles, perceived slights over social media and the endless cycle of vendettas. over the weekend, a person was picked up for shooting two teenagers because they asked him how tall he was. an extra 1200 officers are expected to be on the street for the fourth of july holiday weekend because historically the gun violence has been pretty severe over the fourth of july. >> sean: thank you. the gates to the community, it literally was broken down and
6:08 pm
income protesters. by the way, when he emerged with a gun, there was tons of criticism all over social media. here is the one thing that he told me that should scare everybody. there were no cops. he says they threatened to kill them. kill their dog and burn their home down. here with a full report on all of this is jeff paul tonight, jeff? >> the protesters claim they walk through an open gate as they try to reach the home of st. louis as mayor, but the couple seen pointing guns and is now viral videos as they feared for their lives. mark and patricia mccloskey said it started when 300 protesters marched through the private community. while the videos don't show it, they say some of the demonstrators smashed through the gates and rushed towards their home. they called 911, armed themselves, and that's where the video picks up appearing to show mark with a rifle and patricia with a handgun where she at one moment appears to point at
6:09 pm
protesters. >> the storming of the bastille, the gate came down in a large crowd, very angry shouting aggressive people poured throu through. was terrified we be murdered in seconds, her house would be burned down, our pets would be killed. >> a couple's attorney released a statement they acted on their property and this had nothing to do with race. the couple supports the black lives matter moment and hopes this incident doesn't take away from its important message. >> sean: thank you, pretty terrifying. st. louis has already been ruled by democrats since 1953. chicago have been ruled by democrats since 1931. we will be the ultimate jury and i would argue that states like new york, new jersey, illinois emma washington, oregon, that
6:10 pm
would be a preview of coming attractions if it is pelosi and schumer and the ever forgetful joe biden. ask yourself, have they been successful in security and peace for the citizens in their states and cities >> melissa: have they created educational opportunities? look at your screen. look at all of that right on your screen. those are the lives of all of chicago citizens. have they been improved? know, those are homicide victims. chicago's most vulnerable have suffered the most and these are all of those that were shot and killed starting in the barack and joe biden years. this is something the mob and the media will never show you. is a nightmare. every one of those names are part of our american family and look at this on a national scale. do we want to do what they're doing in chicago for the rest of america? i don't think so, and nancy pelosi, chuck schumer, and the youth invisible ghost of a candidate hiding in his bunker
6:11 pm
basement, joe biden, the forgetful one have been in washington a combined donald trump has been there what has biden done to improve the lives of all americans. did biden pass criminal justice reform? no. did he pass police reform? no. after baltimore, after ferguson, what did they do? nothing. who changed it? president trump changed it. did barack and joe create opportunity zones and struggling neighborhoods? no, that would be president trump. president trump has been in office less than four years and during that time precoronavirus record after record low unemployment for african-americans, hispanic-americans, asian-americans and african-american youth unemployment. that is great for our collective
6:12 pm
american family. recently, the president took important steps to restore order in american cities including those tough measures against vandals, those who have been attempting to tear down any and every statue across the country by the way, where does joe stand on these issues? i know terry mccullough wants him handing in the basement and i'm fine with them there. only seems to people that day and he stepped out, what did he do? talked about 120 million americans that died from covid. wait until you see our montage later tonight. does he want to statues of these generals and lincoln and jefferson and washington torn down? where does joe stand on this? does he support princeton university stripping the name woodrow wilson from its international affairs school because of president wilson's races thinking? what about planned parenthood? we, you, the taxpayers spent hundreds of millions of dollars funding planned parenthood. in should that be renamed as
6:13 pm
well >> melissa: but founded plan hip parenthood in the earlier 20th century, was a well-known racist and eugenicist. guess what, arguing in favor of population control among poor people. also, those with mental and physical handicaps and others who struggled in society. she once wrote "we do not want the word to go out that we want to exterminate the [bleep] african-american population thing once took her message of population control and presented it guess where? at a ku klux klan rally. joe biden, where do you stand on planned parenthood and its founder? where do you stand on the american taxpayer funding such an organization? and by the way, building is named after her, we want to go there, where does joe stand there? american taxpayers gave around $600 million to planned parenthood. why would taxpayers give a dime to any such organization? what about the senate building
6:14 pm
named after a prominent democrat also a known segregationist? in their decades in the capital, why haven't biden, pelosi, and schumer, 125 years, why haven't they done any of these things. then there is the former klansman that was ahead of the democratic party for all of those years, robert byrd. biden praised and eulogized his former colleagues, biden said that he held him in incredible esteem. called him a great american patriot. also praise on senator byrd. without a doubt, cd hypocritical history of what is the democratic party that they would like america to forget. for example, biden once worked side-by-side with segregationists including the former klansman. during a speech in 1973, joe biden praised southern democrats and said that the two-party system in the south was "good for [bleep] and at the same time, biden was actively
6:15 pm
working to slow integration by opposing school busing. according to nbc news, "he led the charge on an issue that kept black students away from classrooms of white students. 1977, biden worried his children would grow up in his words a racial jungle if integration isn't done in an orderly way. 1993, referred to inner-city young people as predators on the streets. and wrapped up prison sentences for dozens of crimes, that's where a lot of sentencing came in the play and that's what donald trump fixed. that didn't stop in the 90s, 2,006, the one that said you have to have a slight indian accent if you want to work at a 7-eleven or dunkin' donuts. he also bracketed his state delaware was a state. he also said about barack obama this is the first, the first mainstream african-american who
6:16 pm
is actually articulate, bright, and clean. said it is storybook, his words. 2019, he bragged about his work with segregationists to get things done in the u.s. senate. last year, he said "poor kids can be just as bright as white kids." okay. weeks ago, biden told a radio host you ain't black and less you are supporting him over donald trump. pretty obvious why he spent all of that time in his basement bunker because every time he pops his head out, he can barely string two sentences together. he is constantly making weird statements, many of them racial in nature and it's only getting worse as biden ages. is he really fit to serve as a commander in chief? asking this question in 1984 about ronald reagan, but does joe biden have the mental alertness does he have the stamina, does he have the strength to take on what is the hardest job in the world and what is going to happen when he finally has to leave his
6:17 pm
basement bunker for good and when will the media after 88 days without a press conference start demanding that he do so? of poll just out shows 38% of all voters think that biden has some form of dementia and that includes 20% of democratic voters. will the mob and the media asked biden the same questions they asked reagan about age and mental acuity? don't hold your breath because don't expect biden to leave the basement, they're not even asking him to. you now, running out in utah, this is a second we start with you tonight. i'm just laying out facts here. in we are now living in a time where we have young children and kids and teenagers shot, murdered, and killed, and america doesn't know their names. we have thousands murdered when
6:18 pm
barack were in the white house after ferguson and baltimore, they did nothing. he hides in his bunker which seems like a very odd strategy of trying to convince people to run for president, but at some point, america needs answers. >> we are in a divided nation right now and the democrats are sitting on their hands. i'm asking every democrat, please, if you trust me, the democrats right now are doing nothing to stop the shooting and the murders in their democratic cities. do not give joe biden and any of these democratic mayors your vote. you know why? they are assuming and pandering to us simply because they are used to believing that african-american people of color were going to vote for them. i'm not voting for these guys and i'm telling you right now everything that has been laid out in the first 15 minutes, they don't talk about this because they are trying to prevent him from winning this race. you look at what trump has done for people of color, much more
6:19 pm
than pelosi, biden, and schumer. i'm asking every democrat to question why you are a democrat because it's been hijacked by the black lives movement and extremists. >> sean: 125 years is an awful lot of time for three people that want to actually rule washington, but they've had to make changes. maybe i missed it, went over just a small partial history of joe biden's record, not that impressive to me as a matter of fact, downright scary and i would argue that he has made the case he's pretty angry about it and now donald trump has only been there three and a half years and he's gotten more done with more record set than any president in this country. yet the media has given joe biden the pass. >> leo nailed it. in black america is now waking up. something they said is what the democrats have always done is worked on america's ignorance.
6:20 pm
purposely make sure that we don't know our history. we want to ever get past this whole thing of lynching, let's just say this in one word and get it done, lynching was done by kkk democrats, of that 1300 republicans, italians and were also alleged. they are bullies and cowards and i would say this, i don't think america, i am so confident in our country because we don't go that way. we are country of hopefulness, positivity and we want to move forward and these guys are tearing down our monuments and trying to divide us. to be going different directions so i feel very confident we will come together as a country across different lines and we are going to vote for america and pulled our country back from this evil marxist we are now seeing that has been under the cover all this time behind the curtains now seeing it looks like. >> sean: you have a primary tomorrow if i'm not mistaken.
6:21 pm
the great hose that i am. i think what is on the ballot in 127 days as law and order. i would look at chicago and illinois, looked at in new york city and new york state, look at new jersey, look at michigan, look at california and seattle and washington, and i would say trump wins on the economy. no one has broken more records for employment, no one kept more promises than donald trump. we will have 400 miles of the wall built. we know democrats want amnesty and open borders and i would argue donald trump will never put 150 billion in cash and other currency into carla plaintiff send to iran either. >> you are absolutely right. what's taking place with the violence in the chaos and democrat run cities is absolutely tragic. and just imagine we allow democrats pelosi, biden, aoc to run the entire country?
6:22 pm
that would be absolutely awful and disastrous of epic proportions. we cannot allow that to happen. the ballot is all about law and order. we have to reestablish our country as a country of law and order. in the best way to do that is to make sure that donald trump gets reelected in november because no one stands stronger for law and order than that president. >> sean: but leo, donald trump keeps offering help. the summer of love zone we have how many people shot? this happened all during the barack and joe years, this is our american family, these are our american children, they're not living in safety and security. you look at these big cities and their record on education has been more per capita than any country in the industrialized world. we have failed america's kids. they run the states and cities for decades. >> democrats have failed these cities. i want every democrat to lead that party and look at what
6:23 pm
trump has done, look at the facts. money to historical black colleges, he reversed what biden did to african-americans in 1994. he out with an executive order, he tried to push through the senate a justice reform bill, but would look at what the democrats have done. i don't need nancy pelosi to take a knee. i don't care about the monuments, stop burning down these cities, foresees democrats to do something. leave the party, join me. >> sean: by the way, as in utah's fourth district, a primary tomorrow, paying very close attention. sarah sanders is going to announce soon just looking into the hannity crystal ball that you might be running for governor of arkansas. she does, if it helps her come i will give her my support if it would help her for me to shut up, i will shut up. i will do whatever works for sarah sanders. >> any support from you would be helpful. >> sean: you, like your
6:24 pm
father, will be a great governor. coming up, you think seattle is bad? 11 people were shot in new york city and under 12 hours. comrade de blasio is cutting the nypd budget by a lot of money. dan bongino, geraldo rivera, also a definitive montage. everybody needs to see. might want to record. joe biden in his own words, it's not pretty straight ahead. 49... 50!

6:28 pm
>> sean: far left lawlessness continues to run rampant. let's look at new york city tonight, look at your screen. another video showing nypd cops now being attacked in harlem yesterday, cops say one bottle broken officers windshield and another broke the passenger window. the sad part is this is what we've now come to expect from the failure of leadership under comrade de blasio and the incompetent idiot andrew cuomo and it's only getting worse. just this weekend, 11 people were shot across the city in less than 12 hours including a basketball standout, 17-year-old young man who was fatally shot at a bronx, new york, barbecue yesterday, an american hero,
6:29 pm
talented, gifted athlete just days after high school graduation. has his entire life in the front of him and while this virus is spiraling out of control, what is comrade de blasio doing? he is pressing forward on plans to cut back drastically the nypd budget by $1 billion just like i've been saying. don't we all want to step back, take a moment, realize we as a country were at a tipping point. we will either go the way of law and order and safety and security in our cities and states the way peace and prosperity and capitalism, the way of safety and security or are we going to go down the road of liberal lawlessness in new york and chicago and seattle, that will be a preview of coming attractions for the rest of the country. the last leaders we need to be listening to right now are people like de blasio and cuomo. and remember, they completely botch the coronavirus response. they were downplaying it well into march and cuomo then
6:30 pm
putting his executive order out followed by new jersey, pennsylvania, and michigan and actually put six patients with covid-19 and nursing homes, and by the way, all these governors did this but despite the undeniable massive failure which is about 40% of all covid deaths in nursing homes. he never took any responsibility. he just gives lectures and power points that are given to him by his staff. take a look. >> in this situation, the facts defeat fear because the reality is reassuring. we have been helping them with more ppe, but again, it is not our job. you save everyone, you're going to lose people, that's life. what new york did was follow what the republican administration said to do. in new york, we just handled it
6:31 pm
totally differently, handled it on our own. >> sean: and then he said most people are going to die anyway. they didn't need to die, trump had built the hospitals, man the hospitals, gave all the ventilators you were screaming about because you didn't buy the ventilators your own task force told you to buy, the same with the city mayor of new york, and guess what? trump built the hospitals, diverted the hospitals to covid-19 preparedness and then also gave you everything that you needed for free. and you still left the beds empty that he belt and sent them into a nursing home saying people die anyway, it's not my responsibility to give you ppe. former secret service agent dan bongino, fox news correspondent at large, geraldo rivera. we can't allow this to go on anymore. the autonomous summer of love zone or shooting them up.
6:32 pm
that dopey governor and mayor out there are not saving lives, not giving in new york, not doing it in chicago. at the school system and all of these cities are the worst in the entire country. and now after decades of democratic failure, they're going to tell les to vote for joe biden, nancy pelosi, and chuck schumer? 125 years combined experience and failure at best mediocrity? what have they done? >> i think what's happening in new york is the bitter fruit of the utter lack of effective policing in the first couple of days of the rioting following the death of george floyd, but i think the bigger story is the one you started talking about when you mentioned the 18 dead this weekend in chicago including a 20-month-old. at what point do you say back lives don't matter, black lives only matter when they are killed by cops. i think this entire movement is
6:33 pm
so misguided. i feel for anyone who has been abused by a law enforcement officer or by anyone. >> sean: by the way, geraldo, dan agrees with you, but the 99% of cops protect, serve, don't get paid a lot of money and they risk dying every day. he was going to want that job? >> cops are shell-shocked, demoralized, facing an apocalypse in our society which ones embrace them, now rejecting them to the extent that with impunity throwing glass bottles at them after shots are fired in the neighborhood, this is something that is very troubling. what is happening in chicago is even more serious, it is a a civil war that is going on and we have been averting her eyes. 18 dead, 20 dead.
6:34 pm
it doesn't matter to me. >> sean: these are our american kids that are getting killed, 106 shot last weekend, 12 kids shot last weekend, 14 people died last weekend, 18 died this weekend. >> will even be mentioned in "the new york times"? >> sean: i am scrolling the names right now. homicide victim since barack obama and joe did nothing. a school names. >> listen, we can't lose this fight. we can lose a fight over regulation people don't like, we will live to fight another day. when an election, you scratch it, you win this fight over the cops, people are going to die. more people are going to die because people are dying right now. is not like there is no evidence for this. you lived in new york 20 or 30 years ago before broken windows policing, everyone knew someone that had their car broken into,
6:35 pm
that was mobbed on the subway. matter of fact, my wife and i were talking this morning before my show and i made a joke to her. i said it was so horrible back then. a lot of my friends when they got accosted on the subway never even called the cops and she laughed and said that happen to me. she got mugged on the subway and nobody even called the cops because it was just expected. people seem to think that new york was always like it's been in the past 20 years. wasn't. do you want this? what are you voting for? he want people selling drugs in front of your house and people mugging your kids, you want the subway to become a shooting gallery again? it was just a couple decades ago we were there iq said and i agree with you. these are american citizens, not everybody voted for these lunatics. they have rights too. it's our country. >> sean: let's go back to this incident now. i talked to this homeowner, they
6:36 pm
broke down the gate to get into the community, they were warned this was going to happen, no police showed up according to the lawyer and this gentleman i spoke to. is at a preview of coming attractions? >> it could very well be. could be every man and women for themselves. i think it's sad and tragic and i want this to be an issue. vice is not an issue except on the fox news? 18 dead in chicago. how does this sound of silence echoing throughout the democratic corridor is? i don't get it. >> sean: according to the lawyer and what they told me, they would be threatened directly with their lives and they were being threatened at their home would be burned down and that they would kill the dog is with the lawyer said. >> when you call 911 and the social worker answers. >> sean: they knew apparently, they were told that this was going to happen, not one single cop showed up. >> you're going to see more of
6:37 pm
this. you can throw all this politics out the window when people think their family and friends are in danger. there went all out the window. sadly, you will see more of it. >> sean: i just want everybody watching the show, every name, that could be your child. that could be your relative, that could be your neighbor. this is going on now for years, and joe did nothing. barack did nothing, pelosi did nothing, schumer did nothing, 125 years of failure. donald trump has been there three and a half years, everything is his fault? i don't think so. up next, you don't want to miss this. a definitive montage of joe biden trying to speak. it's not good. maybe this is why he hasn't held a press conference and 88 days and meanwhile the mob and the media's letting him get away with that. ari fleischer and matt schlapp next.
6:38 pm
we put our arm around the veterans. when i think of the veteran out there that needs to refi his home, he may want to purchase, we can help them and provide that financial solution for they and their families. it's a great rewarding feeling. everybody in the company, they have that deference and that respect and that love for the veteran that makes this company so unique.

>> sean: of the invisible ghost of a candidate, the ever weak joe biden hasn't done a press conference in over 80 days, 88 to be exact. the media is giving him a pass probably because he is a human gaffe machine. take a look.
6:42 pm
>> i don't know who is found that it is. the scale of the loss is staggering. it's been two months since congress gave that money. my on? good evening. thank you so much for tuning in. i want to thank you all. i am rushing ahead, aren't i? we hold these truths to be self-evident. all men and created, you know the thing. my name is joe biden, i'm a democratic candidate for the united states senate. >> if you agree with me, go to jail 303030. we choose truth over facts. play the radio, make sure you have a record player on at night, make sure the kids hear words. poor kids are just as bright and
6:43 pm
talented as white kids. donald trump does pose -- it is not hypothetical. what in gods name should someone who was clipping coupons in the stock market may pay a lower tax rate than someone who is like i said a schoolteacher and a firefighter? >> sean: now? that's only a small sample. we will have more every night for the next 127 nights. joining us with reaction, former white house press secretary ari fleischer, american conservative union matt schlapp. i would say that he is like the invisible ghost week, let's be charitable, forgetful candidate, but americans now including democrats are beginning to see problems with him cognitively. how real is this? >> it's real. here's the deal. joe biden on his first day in office if he wins will be older than ronald reagan was on his
6:44 pm
last day in office. never would america have elected a president anywhere close to the age of joe biden and he and be into his 80s in his first term. when you look at joe biden and how he is performing and what he stands for and you see how weak he is, what he really is as a trojan horse without a spine. he is the trojan horse the democrats want to put into the white house, nancy pelosi, chuck schumer, aoc, and all of the other liberal leaders getting him to abandon all the positions he used to take because he's just that week. and he may be too weak for the presidential campaign let alone the white house. >> sean: it eight days, the guy holds no press conferences, the media gives him a pass, it will be alexandria ocasio-cortez, that's 125 years combined of washington

failure. trump has been there three and a half years setting record after record. >> so here's the deal, the reason why there is such a push to stop the presidential campaign is because the left nose, and their allies in the media know that the only time the american people actually start to like joe biden as they never hear them or see them. the more you see of this man and hear him talk, the more he turns you off. he's had 30 or 40 years in public office and at the acu, we have gone through his votes. i disagree a little bit, he is actually a very bad guy, his votes are terrible. he's been wrong on a race come around on the military bill to take on the soviet union come around on china, he is tough on everything we should be better about. the more people know about joe biden, they're going to turn away. >> sean: what advice do you give the president considering he is battling an invisible ghost that can put two sentences

together? >> i've said it before and i'll say it again, it is not sleepy joe biden. sleep connotes calm and quiet and some people think that is the antidote to donald trump. he is weak joe biden the mets with the president and everybody should call him because that's what he is coming across as and that job is brutal and if you never see biden during the campaign. >> sean: one hour of airtime free, commercial free on the shelf, i'll give five hours, give you 15 hours of my radio show. the best radio station. that's true. let's see how well -- free airtime, joe. come on the show. come out of hiding, joe. i'll even let you do it from your bunker, how is that? think you both. when we come back, the left pushing a national mask mandate. they didn't say anything during the protests.

face. meanwhile, speaker pelosi also pushing a federal mask mandate. i've been saying forever, anecdotally, i was in the epicenter of this. i went to my grocery store every week, they wore masks. nobody at my grocery store thank god got coronavirus. i think they work and if it opens up baseball, concerts, nfl football, i'd rather wear a mask to go to the game to protect grandma and grandpa. joined by congressman matt gaetz from the great state of florida, host of the rubin report -- jason chaffetz is now with us. thought it was matt gaetz tonight. all right. we will start with you. the important thing about this is i live in a free society, i would choose to wear it for the protection of others. and my parents and grandparents have long past but i don't want to get somebody sick if i get

and if it opens up football and baseball stadiums, i'm in. i'll wear the mask, i want to go to the game, it's a short period of time. >> i think it makes good common sense but what's different about what nancy pelosi on the democrats want to do with as they want to get this to be a federal mandate and i don't know how they're going to enforce it, going to get social workers to come give you tickets or arrest you? the problem is, they are always picking on the law-abiding citizens. never mind the people that are rioting and looting and tearing down and burning things and defacing monuments and stuff like that. no, they want another law, another mandate and the arm of the federal government to be placed on the people that are law-abiding citizens. that is their default, they go to it every time, and it's wrong. >> sean: the things are, americans are wearing it, and you can mandate you can't get in the baseball stadium where the football stadium if you don't
6:54 pm
wear it, that's fair. they can make the rules come but at the end of the day, when are we going to have -- why were they talking about this when the protesting was going on and anarchy was going on? >> they are kind of into the protesting and into the anarchy. the anarchy not so much. but what i think nancy pelosi is forgetting when she's talking about a federal mandate as we still have something although i'll have to check what time it is, still have something called a constitution and also something called the bill of rights and the tenth amendment basically says that the states are supposed to do some stuff in the federal government. there was no reason to think. that's the point. there was no reason to think that they should be living under the same regulations as people in new york and california but this is system what we've seen out of the left and progressives on the democrats which is they want one rule for all.
6:55 pm
that is the reverse of the federal system and the reverse of what our founders wanted and every freedom loving person has to fight that. he moved to a place that is in line with your leaves and that's what you do in america. >> sean: i'm a libertarian. i advise people to wear it. will work in the short term. more hannity next.
