yeah, [bleep] donald trump. that we remember that we live in a city that is largely liberal white supremacist. >> jason: who will you call when they defund and dismantle police? we already know what c happens n police free zones. murder, rape, robbery, assault. we saw play out in the chop zone in seattle were two teenagers were killed. last night on the show, sean hannity was able to talk to the father of one of those victims, and he spoke out. watch this. >> when i went to the hospital, there was no detectives there. there was nobody there, no media there, there was nothing. he was no buddy. he was just like -- we was just there and we just sat there and i said man, why are we sitting here? there's nobody else here. it's like they didn't care. it didn't matter. i haven't heard from the mayor or the police department. i haven't heard from no city -- nobody. my son got killed up there.

a 19-year-old. that's horace lorenzo anderson, that's my son. and i loved him. >> jason: it was a powerful interview. mr. anderson is now spoken to president trump in the mayor of seattle also finally reached out. but what happened in mayor durkan's city was totally an acceptable, it was a tragedy, failure of leadership. all must be held accountable. joining us now is fox news contributor dan bongino, new york congressman lee zeldin, and los angeles county sheriff alex villanueva. gentlemen, thank you much for joining me here. dan, i want to start with you. you've been in law enforcement. you saw that interview. what happened in seattle? it didn't have to happen. this was a choice that some of the leaders in the state of washington made and they made a deadly decision. >> listen, that interview was devastating. there is not a sane person

anywhere in america who watched that and didn't grab a kleenex and put it near their eye. that interview was devastating to watch, and as i said last night and i will repeat again. anyone who has worn the uniform including the officer here with us tonight, sure can attest to this. if you've ever sat across the line from police tape at a murder scene where there's young man or young woman sadly who's lost their life, every single parent comes up and says the exact samet thing. they say, that's my baby. that's my son. or that's my daughter. before they collapse. listen to me, jason. people are dying. because of decisions made by radical leftists to put people in power who are subsequently making decisions that are getting people killed, killed. not figuratively killed. literally killed. we can lose fights about taxes. we can lose fights about regulations. we can lose those and fight another day. if you are killed or someone in.

your family is killed, there is no tomorrow. that tomorrow and all of your tomorrows are gone. this is an absolute disgrace. these are american citizens. they deserve better than this crap that's been shoved down their throat. >> jason: congressman zeldin, you're presenting part of long island. in new york city, a short drive from where you are, you have the worst mayors in the country and bill de blasio. it used to be a place that was family-friendly, business friendly, but not anymore. >> very recently too. t we have seen over the course of the last few months this deterioration going on in new york city where all sorts of crime rates are going up. this year started with the implementation off cashless bai. you can rob a bank in new york city, be detained, the release that same day, look up at the sky with a big smile on your face. you can't believe you're free and then go out and rob another bank. by the way, that's not some hypothetical. it actually happen. fast forward to an hour you have the mayor signing off on this

movement to defund the police, new york city council members signing off on this movement. the average person who lives in new york city wants safety and security. they want law and order. they want their city to be free and prosper and have opportunity. they want their kids to be moved to grow there. people who live in the area want to be able to go visit and enjoy the city. everything is going in the wrong direction. the mayor needs to resign. this city similarly to when david dinkins left and rudy giuliani came in the early '90s, you need someone else to come in and respect our cops, respect our law and order, and give the opportunity the city to flourish once again. >> jason: i am thrilled that we have the los angeles county sheriff. sheriff, i really dodo appreciae you being able to join us tonight. you're on the receiving end of the los angeles county supervisors slashing your budget some $145 million. you have this supervisor, kathryn barger, has the nerve to say that she loves law enforcement.su she supports law enforcement.

you go to her website and she's talking about the kids of los angeles county. but based on what she and the other supervisors have done, they have slashed your budget. what is going to happen in los angeles county? >> well, the 145 million, that was just the last shot that it that law enforcement and public safety. they cut 400 million from the budget. they gave us 3.5 billion to run the department. i was 3.3. the number keeps dropping. the need to provide public safety continues to rise. crime hasn't gone away because people don't like law enforcement. we still have -- the one thing they cannot say, they cannot mouth the words "victim of crime." law-abiding citizens. for some reason, it's unpopular to speak out on behalf of victims but i will. the hardworking men and women who are part of the city and we are not some outside occupying force.

we didn't wake up one day and all of a sudden we are racist and were not part of the community. we are part of the communityd working with the community, forf the community. >> jason: share of, what are you going to cut? you cutting out hundreds of millions of dollars, what are you going to have tot sacrifice. >> the board of supervisors to the ceo, they recommended cutting special victims bureau, the narcotics bureau, the major> crimes bureau that does organized crime, human trafficking. different entities. we are going toni have to curta. cases are not going to be investigated. they are going to have a bigger workload. they'll be out there victimizing other people. the cybercrime unit, they investigate abuse and it's a huge growing crime sector. they don't want to provide the funds to address it. so there's no easy cut. it's going to hurt the public in some way no matter how they slice and dice.

>> sean: they go out and they say that they want to cut i.c.e. they want to defund the police. i don't see joe biden pushing back on this and i see the d aocs of the world saying we haven't gone far enough. >> jason, the swamp democrats give up on america a long time ago. i'm really sorry that may hurt a lot of you out in the country to hear. i'm not talking about the voting democrats. there are a lot of good people out there who disagree with me but they vote democrat but they still of the country. that's not the people up on capitol hill.th they don't give a damn about our national security. they don't give a damn about your personal security or city security either.th the defund the police movement, i'll be fair, joe biden said he's not for it.t. i'm not sure i take a metas word but he said it. but aoc and the radical wing doesn't care and as the sheriff just said, can you imagine the

>> jason, i want to talk a moment about this group, antifa. as a green beret, i fought against terrorist groups all over the a world. we take an oath to defend this country against all enemies foreign and domestic and the president's right, this is a domestic terrorist group. the definition of terrorism ishi to try to achieve political objectives through violence and through destruction. i am glad to see these leaders brought to justice but i have and urged the attorney general through a letter to go a step further. i want to get to the bottom of the funding. i want to get to the bottom of who's behind these groups. i don't buy for a minute looking at their command and control, their communication, their standardized tactics, how they are operating all over the country, hijacking peaceful protests. i don't buy for a second that this is just some grassroots movement of starbucks baristas that are suddenly operating in this kind of fashion. i think we need to go a step further and begin dismantling this group.

i'm glad to see the fbi using its counterterrorism task force. we cannot stand as a country, as americans, not republicans and democrats, as americans, for this type of destruction and this type of violence and it has to stop. >> jason: i have a short amount of time but i want each of you starting with congressman collins, what do you say to the men and women who are actually serving and their families that are at home, knowing that they are going out into these destructive, violent types of situations. what do you say to those men and women and why would anybody actually joined law enforcement at this point? >> has this son of a state trooper, i know what it's like to set a family member out. i watched him and i was so proud when he came home after a tough day, he was saying people are still behind us.t' congressmen and women, people all over the country that stand behind law enforcement and they want to see a safe and they know that it stands with those were willing to go out and vote.

♪ >> jason: welcome back to the special edition of "hannity." jeffrey epstein's best friend and alleged procurer of underage girls, ghislaine maxwell, has finally been arrested by the fbi.

earlier this morning, agents took maxwell into custody at her luxury hideaway in bradford new hampshire. the well-connected socialite has been charged with four counts of sex crimes including minors and two counts of perjury. if convicted, she could spendas decades behind bars. joining us and with reaction is fox news legal analyst gregg jarrett along with attorney and host of "crimes that changed america" on fox nation, emily compagno. and former united states attorney brett tolman. thank you forca joining us tonight. gregg, i want to go to you first because this was a big win for law enforcement for the fbi to actually go in and nab this person. she was just outside of boston really, fairly close. but what are the political ramifications of what's potentially going to happen here? >> she's looking at three decades behind bars if convicted, and so her one bargaining chip is to strike ang

deal that would implicate other individuals that could be well-known figures.hi it could be some politicians. a lot of names have been bandied about. but you're right, jason, this is a major success for the feds. the fbi and u.s. attorney should be commended because they found her. she's been underground in hiding for the better part of a year.u. last seen at an in-n-out burger in los angeles in august of last year. she is largely been underground in hiding. they find her at this hideout called, aptly enough, tucked away, a solicitous description for her if we ever heard one. and it was through an llc paid in cash, a limited liability corporation. so the feds should be commended for piercing the veil and finding her, although they said at the news conference they'veio

been tracking her for a while now. but if you read this indictment, it's a chilling tale of how she allegedly lured, recruited, groomed, bribed, and literallyly taught under aged girls, one as young as 14, sex acts. if convicted, she is looking aty a lot of time behind bars. steven emily, unfortunately you've had to look at some of these cases in the past. another you're familiar with this type of law and the horrific things it does to these young victims. as you look at this case, and other they've finally nabbed her, with your read on the situation? prince andrew becomes sort of a sideshow. but also a fairly tricky legal situation for the u.s. government. >> that's exactly right, jason. if i may come everything gregg said is correct of course. i will just build on a few points that he stated. i think it's notable for viewer. that the three instances in question that were outlined in the indictment took place between 1994 and 1997. remember in epstein's

indictment, those alleged acts took place between 2002 and 2005. these are totally different acts that the fbi is alleging with the doj is alleging. i think it's significant because remember that there is no statute of limitations for the federal sex trafficking acts when they involve minors. clearly here there must've been evidence that prosecutors are going on that are ironclad in their eyes with those specific instances. gregg was right, they alleged that she groomed, recruited, groomed and ultimately abuse these girls. i will conclude by saying what's also notable to me as a female attorney is the fact that she normalized this behavior. she talked about sexual activities so that when time came for the abuse, not only was her presence there is sort of reassurance for these girls but it also had been normalized. this type oft grooming and culture is really particularly insidious. i hope it brings justice upon her head.

>> jason: it really is disgusting and vile and it went on for far too long if the allegations are accurate. i want to go to our u.s. attorney here in brett tolman. you prosecuted cases time and and time again. what sort of time is she looking at? will the wheels of justice actually put her behind bars for a long enough time or do you think she can actually plea her way out of it now that she's in custody? >> well, a lot of people don't realize in the federal system you get sentence for what you're convicted on.f but you alsohe get sentenced for relevant conduct. so that means this judge will be able to add to her sentence all the other, all the other victims that she was a part of. so gregg is right. on the charges themselves, you're looking at several decades. but given what's occurred and the allegations that we know about and the number of children that are at issue here, she will serve the rest of her life in

federal prison. >> jason: can she just plea her way out of that? >> she cannot. she can plead guilty, and even if she pleads guilty, the judge is still allowed to sentence on everything that occurred. the one way that she will be able to help yourself and this is important, there's only one way, and that is if she will assist the government in getting to others who victimized some of these children. i prosecuted the elizabeth smart case. i'll never forget how she described what wanda barzee did in allowing brian david mitchell to victimize her. we have the same scenario but on a grander scale with many, many more victims. in this defendant, she can help herself by helping the prosecutors track down those men who have allegedly had sex or relations or assaulted some of these young children. she's going to be looking at a long time in prison.

economy as a whole added nearly 5 million jobs which shattered just about every single record our country has ever hada for a single month. i think it speaks volumes of the trump economy because there's so much civil unrest in our country right now. we have these democrats who are calling for defunding the police. how lot of these blue check mark kind of reporters have been going out and doing a lot of heavy lifting trying to say when they say defund the police, what they really mean is that they just want to reinvest the money. but congresswoman ocasio-cortez blew that out of the water with her recent press release which blatantly said they want to defund the police, she really meant defund the police.t that would create anarchy and it will bring in just a federalize police force i believe and that's what the democrats wants. >> jason: matt, the democrats, you've got to believe what they say they want to do. they want to defund the police.

they don't believe in law and order, right? >> you're absolutely right, jason.n. >> jason: for matt. >> soon-to-be congressman, we are going to be listening to you a lot we are very excited that you're going to join the fight in d.c. but on the question of cops, it's a very serious question because they do want to defund the cops. t madison is exactly right. they want to have the federal police force but what they want to do is create instability and chaos in these inner cities were a lot of black people live. the sad thing is is that we have the originators of black lives matter and some of these other radicalized voices that are saying that this will help black people in cities. it won't. crime hurts the people who live in the cities, and the chaos makes people scared. if businesses get out of those cities and the economic downturn that will happen with this cultural chaos, it will hurt immigrants.

it will hurt people of color. i think those types of voters are looking at the radicalism of the democratic party and ofim joe biden. and i think the president is going to get historic levels of support because he has a common sense approach to restore security.si >> jason: madison, i've got 30 seconds or so but do young people get it? do they understand how radical the far left agenda has become? >> i don't think people really understand it. not joe biden and not nancy pelosi, they can't control this far left radical movement. i know matt and his wife, they have started pac to take care of this cultural warhead on. this radical movement is well-funded and it's what the democrats want.ov >> jason: congratulations to you. i wish you all the best in the election. madison and matt, thank thank you so much for joining us. when we come back, sean recently sat down with "dirty jobs" host mike rowe about how america can get back to work.

"deadliest catch" was another page out of that samety playboo. early on, 2002, 2003 we began to realize that reality tv could actually be used to do something a little more laudable than a

lot of what you see today. so these are very modest shows on the one hand but they're also extraordinarily honest. what you said before is probably the most interesting four-letter word in the countryar right now. i refer of course to risk. risk is always with us. in the age of coronavirus, we suddenly realizing that we havee to balance our willingness to assume risk with the business of living and with the business of being safe, but right, not at any cost. so the country is having a huge conversation around the reality of risk and into all of that, shows like "deadliest catch" and "dirty jobs" the profile people who are used to assuming unusual levels of risk, it's instructive and it's always fun when the

headlines catch up to the themes in a show. i have been r lucky in that way. that's been happening to me for the last 20 years. >> sean: you know, i think back. my audience is going to get mad because i'm going to repeat myself. i've said it. i've washed dishes. i was a cook in a restaurant. i washed dishes by hand. r i was a cook, busboy, waiter, bartender. that was all most a decade of my life and then i went to construction for almost a decade. and i painted houses and i hung wallpaper and i did framing and roofing. fell off a roof. busted and dislocated my arm. didn't have any health insurance but i got a job two weeks later. it is the best thing that ever happened to me and it keeps me grounded. this business of tv, i've got to be honest, it's not as hard as those jobs that i did. and nobody said great job. they would say here's your check.

and crews, i'm the biggest fan. i watch it on a loop i watch it so much.d >> i'll tell them. i see them all the time. i have to tell you i saw an interview on your show earlier in the week, a guy named mr. anderson, extraordinary interview. he said, i wrote it down. he said "i don't want to say things just for saying it." it was a remarkable interview but that really struck me. i think so many people in our country today are saying things just to hear the sound of their voice. just to win an argument or just to club somebody over the head with a new piece of data. i am doing the best i can to keep my mouth shut by and large. but shine the light of the people we feature on our programs because they're the most persuasive in the best case that i've seen for the undeniable truth that you can still prosper by learning a skill than mastering a trade. we have forgotten that. we forgot the fact that risk is not always the enemy.
