11:00 pm
and i think it's perfect. >> thank you. great show. we love you america. happy fourth. jesse: welcome to t1 i am jesse waters. happy birthday, america. the great nation turning 244 years old today. instead of having the stories celebrated, the left is trying to re- write it. >> monuments and statues coming down around the country is america confronts its racist past. >> taking down confederate monuments isn't destroying history it is presenting the real history. >> what we are seeing is people are resonating with history. it's an important process in
11:01 pm
an active and aggressive steps to make things better. >> of course there is a danger with the passions of the moment but i would say confederate monuments for me is easy bad efficient. >> that with the indigenous people the symbolism of white supremacy and structural racism to systematically steal the land and then carve the faces of white colonizers for white man who contributed to the genocide of indigenous people. jesse: it's no longer the statues and monuments and confederate leaders now mount rushmore and those honoring the founding fathers. the man credited with discovering the new world, christopher columbus
11:02 pm
come in a man who led america's independence and the nation's first president george washington. the president who saved the union and freed the slaves, abraham lincoln. even teddy roosevelt, a pioneer and conservationist the first us president to win the nobel peace prize, one woman coming to his defense outside the museum of natural history in new york cit city. >> we will see to it that you will fall so hard. >> who are you talking to? you have something to say little boy? know you don't. do you. read your history. if you knew your history. jesse: part of the problem many americans don't know
11:03 pm
their history. something we can show you later in the show. but if they did even democrats tearing down statues is not the answer. even joe biden sees that. >> all those confederate monuments and confederate soldiers to belong in public places and in regards to those statues like the jefferson memorial there is an obligation that the government protect those monuments. >> in a complicated history for better or worse to see the vibrant nation we would not be what you are with warts and all we have a heritage history
11:04 pm
and if you don't understand your history then you will go back to it again. you have to learn. >> author of the new book americans are safe our next guest pete hegseth. pete, in my opinion this is a war on america and now since they were not stopped early on it's open season on everything. 250 years old you cannot judge 1820 by 2020 standards. look at the arc of the country it is always moving to more freedom and liberty and equality anybody that knows history knows the history of civilization is a clash of civilization. to clash with native americans to explain on - - expand the
11:05 pm
territory. it's not unique of every continent or every civilization. and slavery was commonplace in the 19th and 17th century. we abolished it in a very body and horrible civil war because it was so barbaric. now to say the whole country's past is evil, is insane to me because if you don't his on - - don't know history you cannot learn from it and repeat the same mistakes we have always made. >> i agree completely happy independence day. while we can still say it. [laughter] because that is exactly where they want to go. if you compare america to heaven america will always fail. here's a few facts we are the
11:06 pm
most free, most powered, most prospered most diverse, and most equal country in human history. do we have sin, have we made mistakes, do we have to overcome the barbarism of jim crow and women suffrage ? yes. but we did that by appealing to the founding ideals breathed into the declaration of independence and our constitution at the beginning of our republican people like abraham lincoln and mlk with the bible in their hand understanding of rights come from god appeal back to those principles and shamed american citizens to say it's time to live up to them. our educational institutions have been poisoned, trying to change 1619 instead of 1776. we raised a generation of kids that america is defined by her skin. therefore tear it down which is why when the president said a couple years ago where does it stop the naval go for jefferson and washington.
11:07 pm
he was precisely right politics is downstream a lagging indicator from culture and religion and media and education. we lost those and that's what i write about in the book. let's celebrate 244th birthday but that only matters if you are still alive. ronald reagan would be 110 in february. we lost them decades ago we could celebrate 250 years of americans six years but not even recognize the freedoms that we love. that is what is at stake. jesse: is started with a confederate statues and my opinion has been let's not tear statues down that build new ones. listen if you tear down a statue, maybe one day you can do something greater than that. they can build a statue out of you. right now if that is your biggest obstacle in life, then your life is pretty easy.
11:08 pm
to take down a confederate statue do it legally and safely with a vote at city council. if you tear it down in the dark of night illegally you have to be locked up and indicted and go to prison for that. doesn't stop at the confederates. they said the confederates but it wasn't. now mount rushmore. star-spangled banner. george washington. abraham lincoln. they will never stop until the country is completely destroyed. these people are insecure. the not intellectually sophisticated, they are not advancing any noble cause but trying to destroy recklessly and aimlessly and wait until the smoke clears until they have more power. >> it's much easier to tear down and easier to talk about the utopia of socialism and then building a business for yourself under capitalism and
11:09 pm
easy to talk about common humanity and coming together when the realities are simple individual individuals. when the movement rejects god and freedom and family and faith ultimately they destroy that and the hopes what comes on the other side includes their power. that's what they want to say we build monuments to remember something momentous happened and good or bad then the people of that time that we need to build a monument to build that that's where we were and here's why we got there so as you said let's build new monuments that shows how great america is.
11:10 pm
the problem is what is so complex it feels like that conversation is over for the leftist teaching and high schools and netflix and across institutions. politics is not where you win this. although you will see local legislation i would rather see them legislate those down. nobody should be allowed to tear them down. that's not how it works in america. >> half the time they whip it down and it hits them in the head. [laughter] >> there has been no exercise or sunlight for social interaction now they are rebellious. >> that's why they break such a sweat. happy independence day
11:11 pm

11:15 pm
jesse: jeffrey epstein closest confident and alleged madam are under arrest. taken into custody by the fbi and facing six federal charges and 35 years in prison including the most serious count enticement of a minor to engage in sexual acts. >> those young girls asking questions about their lives pretending to be taking an interest in them. >> they were taken to the movies and treat them to shopping trips to encourage the young girls to pay for
11:16 pm
travel and education making them feel indebted to jeffrey epstein. jesse: more than 20 victims detailing justice with relentless pursuit let's be blunt bradley. this woman was his pimp she traffics children across state lines. she engaged allegedly in sexual acts with the minors the jeffrey epstein sometimes holding them against her well. this indictment from a small stand in the nineties and then to go into the deep to thousands how wicked was this woman? >> i think people will now start realizing what i detailed in the book which is
11:17 pm
without maxwell there would not have been the monster jeffrey epstein he cannot exist without. >> she kept his books, she engaged in the payments to the women allegedly and ran his entire affairs and at this point how can she be protected? we know what happened to jeffrey the most famous person in custody at the time he dies mysteriously in jail. somebody like prince andrew who has exposure, up politicians with exposure to billionaire billionaires, she knows everything. will she make bail or flee the country? or do you think she will sing to the feds to save herself? >> whatever she knows she will
11:18 pm
turn over i just don't know if it will be enough to save her. whatever she has on anybody it doesn't put somebody else above her and the organization that's the problem she will have in the fact she has to deal with. i expect as this investigation continues and the indictment expands in substance and that's what we will see and as the puppet master of all of the logistics sex trafficking no matter what she tells the fed she will do serious time. >> and to seize the video evidence and then in manhattan
11:19 pm
and new mexico. where is that evidence will bad ever come out? and then to have more indictments? >> to talk about at this time but the last part of this statement is that evidence could lead to other and died on - - indictments but that is also the fact. >> in terms of what it is and where it entails and the role it plays. >> i will assume from that answer that you are aware of the things that are developing in your not at liberty to say. i totally understand that some who should be nervous right now?
11:20 pm
>> and with an offer a to couple different weeks ago daniel said he had evidence are he had heard from a source bill clinton was romantically involved he was in the plane with him and that his wedding to chelsea i am not indicting the president but who do you think would be nervous right now in your professional opinion? >> the person that should be the most nervous is the fact that many people have been invited to provide that information that they know like bill clinton and prince andrew and have not yet provided that information is troubling to me but if there has ever been a time he would think the time is right now. again i think it's for me to do to say this person is
11:21 pm
coming up next but the investigation is it over its continuing so from my standpoint and the prosecutors in new york. jesse: okay on the front lines from a legal perspective and you can't say enough to bring justice to these victims. as you mention in the boo book, probably a couple of hundred of minors with those alleged victims not only epstein but also mention the last time that you came on you asked bill clinton to cooperate it was not voluntary and prince andrew has not voluntarily. right now it would behoove everybody and everything going on this little sick access and
11:22 pm
to provide as much information as possible so people can get justice thank you for everything you have done for the book bradley and all the legal action you have taken to expose a lot of this. we will have you back on. >> i appreciate it. it's not over. jesse: you're right. eric trump on the left mission to take down his dad at any cost. first these - - "watters' world" looks the real reason to keep biden hiding. >> the rapidly raising with the, the, i know,
11:23 pm
11:24 pm
11:25 pm
11:26 pm
11:27 pm
the george floyd now back to t11 for all headlines go to foxnews.com. jesse: now just moments away from election day and while president trump wasted no time to put his campaign back in high gear in oklahoma joe biden emerged from headquarters this week to say this. >> this is the most unusual campaign i think in modern history and that, i started with the premise, that i will
11:28 pm
follow the doctor's orders. that means i will not be holding rallies. jesse: and doctors orders he could not draw a crowd anyway her maybe he can't go that long without a gaffe. >> my name is joe biden the democratic candidate for the united states senate. >> president of the united states. [laughter] >> on that are created equal. all you know the things. >> thank you very much. >> it's chris. >> just as white kids if you have a problem figured out from trump and you ain't black. >> we truth choose truth over fact. >> no man has a right to raise the hand to a woman in that
11:29 pm
really ever occurs we have to change the culture. >> the rapidly rising, and with, i know,. jesse: even some of his biggest cheerleaders and closest advisers say he should stay off the public stage. >> allied democrats. >> he can stay in the basement and just talk to us but he will have to step up. >> to say we have to get the vice president in the basement. [laughter] to people see in the day that's too many. let trump keep doing what trump is doing is harder for the vice president to break through. >> one think of the 19 did is keep joe biden inside. seriously. i campaign is a marathon. you know that. i don't think he was that for a marathon. he would have been worn down already by this time if he had
11:30 pm
to be out there every day. they on - - be honest he is a gaffe machine. >> currently leading in psalm paul's and a lot can change beating on --dash when hillary was beating trump when biden does come out of hiding sure have a lot to say and not all coherent and the left may be making excuses but even they were asking the same question we are now is biden fit to be president? >> can he be with this grueling campaign and you just wonder. >> almost no reporters object.
11:31 pm
>> i am 65 i don't have the word recollection that i used to have i forget my train of thought you have 12 years on me. have you been tested specifically for cognitive decline. >> i constantly tested. look. just watch me and i can hardly wait to compare my cognizant capabilities compared to the man i'm running. thank you so much. jesse: senior advisor to trump 2020 campaign. i can't believe he admitted he is constantly being tested by doctors. [laughter] i don't know joe. you know what happened last time when they candidate didn't go out to the swing states and visit them hillary and now biden does the same thing.
11:32 pm
he will not run the show if he gets elected it will be policy and aoc. he has no bright ideas. he will take the economy and the enthusiasm is a mile wide it's better to vote for someone. >> look at the campaign as our whole come it is quite clear and no stone unturned to prevent president trump from being elected and they will continue to politicize every single crisis and all of the chaos president trump is the only one who can renew and rebuild and restore our country and as economic numbers show it they want joe biden to stay in the basement. >> i would agree with some
11:33 pm
great way and add his back with the economic numbers july t it went into effect with manufacturing jobs created through this pandemic the worst in 100 years he will be rewarded and to take action and stick with the guy who brought you through this catastrophe. he is down on the economy that's the number one issue the economy and the president right now to be in that position. >> when you look at the four.8 million jobs with over two.5,256,000 manufacturing jobs as far ahead of those projections that shatter the economist expectations.
11:34 pm
people are looking at these numbers to see the process it doesn't matter black or white or hispanic or asian the unemployment rate fell across the board and that is tangible the real effort on the other side joe biden said they were xenophobic so imagine with the country would look like. >> to take an earlier approach and with that base election there never was are there never will be. and to be sprinkled on the top. november 3rd. thank you.
11:35 pm
>> eric trump on 2020 and the desperate attempt to bend the rules this election. how much do americans know about our founding. not much. >> minded we declare our independence?

'til everyone can enjoy a professional clean feel... at home. jesse: the democrats new push for the election is voter fraud using the pandemic as an excuse to have the entire country vote by mail. they send out ballots based on for the roles that are filled with dad and drifters with millions of extra ballots floating around. than they are filled out fraudulently the name bundle
11:40 pm
them and flip them they tried to intimidate people recently in patterson for people were buste busted. >> and with allegations of ballot stuffing 800 ballot set aside and now those signed mailed in votes from residents but they tell us they never voted. jesse: they were charged with election fraud, mail and voting fraud and illegal possession of mail-in ballots. not just new jersey but alabama secretary of state. >> we have had six convictions on mail fraud and to overturned. five out of six have been convicted were convicted for fraudulent activity. i know that for a fact. jesse: even the new york times said "voting by mail increases potential for fraud.
11:41 pm
and votes cast by mail are less likely to be counted more likely to be compromised and less likely to be contested than in the voting booth fraud and voting by mail is more prevalent than in person voting fraud. democrats a few years ago came out against it. >> my experience in new york paper ballots are extremely susceptible to fraud. i can show you experience on - - those that would make your head spin. >> the supreme court has decided to stay out of the dispute in texas after they want to expand it because of coronavirus. this is generally limited to a physical condition with ten person voting the fear of
11:42 pm
getting the virus doesn't qualify as a disability under the law. the president recently spoke about mail in voting with sean hannity. >> that the absentee ballot if you're absentee that's okay but people go through a process the mail and balance they mail them to anybody send them out by the millions i think i read over 30 million ballots will be sent out in california. where are they going? nobody standing here watching you vote. >> just the mailman ballot scam that the president is also facing heat from social media companies like twitter and twitch live streams content temporarily banned the president for hateful conduct and from his speeches when he announced the run for the presidency and recently listen to what they called hateful.
11:43 pm
>> when mexico sends its people they are not sending their best they are sending people that have lots of problems. drugs, crime, rapist and some are good people i assume. it's 1:00 o'clock in the morning. and it is very tough. a very tough hombre breaking in the window of a young woman whose husband is away and you comment on when they say i'm sorry this number is no longer working. jesse: i talked about this with eric trump. >> 100 percent right. and in response to coveted
11:44 pm
$3 trillion and the he rose act would actually go to first responders as the name report on - - implies that in the heroes act to eliminate all voters by nancy pelosi and all absentee ballots are not even trying to be secretive. they are exposing is for the whole world to see them so glad you showed that clip of nadler in new york that i can show you examples of voter fraud after voter fraud they want you to believe it doesn't exist. so cartoons ballots with those judicial races in west virginia and pennsylvania people have admitted to fraud. voter friday is real and it is absolutely happening every single day and the democrats don't care and the media wants to ignore it. >> it's funny because the local media will report all the ballots that they found in
11:45 pm
the mailboxes but then the national media they will ignore their sister networks on the ground and lied to the american people they are on the same side. and during the recounts i just found sex hunt on - - 600 votes in the swing state. now you have twitter people on board with a scam. how dangerous do you think it i is? >> is very interesting. with twitter you and i and every other conservative know what has been happening the whole time. and is just no question. for three years the only people that would suggest twitter was saying i should follow is hillary clinton and elizabeth warren. that's odd that they would pop up at the top of my screen every time.
11:46 pm
and then these post that comes back with views and has half the amount of use. we knew this was a game twitter was playing and they came out publicly admitted it. and with the full transparency of the world. it will cost them the election because the one thing republicans and americans don't want to have happen is to have their free speech is silenced may have that for a reason it is ingrained in their dna to have free speech do not take that ability away from americans no more surefire way to get americans out to the polls and to vote for donald trump to stifle their free speech. jesse: you are exactly right will both in their faces and
11:47 pm
they have to go back to the drawing board. executive vice president of trump organization. have a great weekend. eric trump. let's look back to see how much americans know about the history of the holiday. >> what country did we declare our independence from? >> virgininininini
