referendum on donald trump. right now, trump is beating trump. if you look at big ticket items like, do we send our kids back to school in the fall? ask esi post has a pullout today and 70% of americans think that it's too risky to send our kids back to school and that includes like 79% of democrats and 53% of republicans. i'm talking about the election. as we aim towards energy and how you get the economy going for the high percentage of people, i think it's 11 or 12% now out of work and you think about the fact that we have arguments coming from this white house over extending unemployment benefits at the end of this month, i think again. donald trump is out of sync with the american people. it's like when the 54 million americans lose their health insurance, that's a big economic

murdered outside of his shop for daring to defend himself and he didn't have a gun. the idea is now that this couple who was obeying the law, following the rules and defending their lives and property from the model are now being politically persecuted. and it's obviously a miscarriage of justice, and they have no evidence to prove that they committed a crime they will drag them to the legal system anyway and make an example of them that, you better not stand up to the mob because this is what's going to happen to you. not on the side, we are hearing that the president will be speaking momentarily so we will take you to that when it begins. this is basic constitutional stuff. you are allowed to own a firearm, you are allowed to defend your land annual property and the government cannot go

what's going to come. i will stay say this, the statue and the law in missouri doesn't allow you to brandish a weapon in an intimidating matter and there was nobody attacking that couple. they were marching towards the gated development. when you look at that, you say well gartner will make a decision, but that's the decision that will be made. it can be provocative and we know that brandishing guns in front of people can lead -- now she clearly was. post-dispatch another editorial said, you know, this couple, you have to know some conduct. they are highly litigious and the people at the neighboring synagogue said that these people

made the children cry. i mean, you have to see the whole picture and if you choose to simply focus, these people are being victimized in terms of their second amendment writes, that's a distortion of this story. >> are you okay with seeing the whole picture and with every victim that we talk about? if somebody gets killed? >> juan: if you have something to say, i'm glad to hear you. you aren't, at any time you >> what are you talking about? what the statute of the law says in missouri, i would hope that

anybody who had a mob show up and break into the property would be entitled to their own self defense instead of ending up dead on their doorstep of their home or their business, and brandishing is a very different legal term. and it's not brandishing to go outside of their home, and wasn't told to leave multiple times and was refusing to do so. that's exactly what they were doing and they are alive today, instead of being burned it down like the church is that you've seen, the buildings in minneapolis, and people's lives are destroyed as a result of that.

the hong kong autonomy act which was signed this afternoon passed unanimously through congress. this law gives my administration powerful new tools to hold responsible to individuals and entities involved in extinguishing hong kong's freedom. we've all watched what happened, not a good situation. their freedom has been taken away and their rights have been taken away and with it goes hong kong, in my opinion. lots of people will be leaving hong kong i suspect and we will do a lot more business because of it, because we just lost one competitor. we lost a very, very serious competitor, a competitor that we incentivize to take a lot of business and to do well and gave them a lot of business by doing what we did. we gave them things that nobody else had the right to do and it gave them a big edge over other markets. they've done really historic

business, tremendous business and it was the gift of freedom. no special privileges, no special economic treatment and in no sensitive technologies. in addition to that we are placing massive tariffs and have placed very large tariffs on china, the first time that's ever happened china, billions of dollars have been paid to the united states and we've given quite a bit to the farmers and ranchers. that's been going on for three years. prior to the plague pouring in from china, they were having the

worst year as you know in 67 years and i don't want them to have a bad year, i want them to have a good year. and that is stopping. but then the virus came in and the world is a different place but we are now getting back, and one of the reasons the market is doing so, it's almost to the point it was that prior to the plague. we are getting very close. it's an amazing thing what people have done and what they have endured. no administration has been tougher on china in this administration. we stood up to china's intellectual property theft at a level that nobody has ever come close. we confronted a untrustworthy chinese technology and telecom providers. we convinced many countries, many countries, and i did this myself for the most part.

not to use while way. because we think it's an unsafe security risk, it's a big security risk. i talked many countries out of using it. just today i believe that the u.k. announced that they are not going to be using it. it was up in the air for a long time and they decided, but look at italy and we look at other countries, we withdrew from the chinese dominated w.h.o. and we fully rebuilt the united states military, the w.h.o. world health organization. we were paying close to $500 million per year, china was paying $39 million per year. and china had too much say. we worked it very hard which is a bad thing done by our past administrations but, we are

tough. they said why are we paying so much more than china? we have 325, probably 325 million approximately. nobody can give the exact count, and we have over the years many illegals that have come over into the country so depends on how you want to count it. that's 4 billion people and of the world trade -- the world trade is terrible, world health is a terrible deal and we've been very tough in the world. we have been my guess is as tough as you can get on world health. we withdrew our money and told him we are getting out but it doesn't mean that we will go back in. they made a lot of bad predictions and set a lot of bad things about what to do and how to do it and they turned out to be wrong. they were really a puppet of

china. make no mistake, we hold china fully responsible for concealing the virus and unleashing it up on the world. they could have stopped it, they should have stopped it and it would have been very easy to do with the source when it happens. in contrast, joe biden's entire career has been a gift to the chinese communist party and to the calamity of errors and it's been devastating for the countries. and we rebuilt china, give them all the credit in the world. they allowed this to happen where hundreds of billions of dollars were taken out of the united states treasury.

no country in the world has ever ripped off the united states like the incredible job that they did on this country and the people that ran it. that's one of the big reasons, trade. along with many other subjects. joe biden supported, one of the greatest economic disasters in world hist you look at china or look at the moment he joined the world trade, they were flatlining for years and years and years and decades, and all of a sudden they joined at the world trade organization and they want like a rocket ship. they were given all sorts of advantages and were considered a developing country.

as a developing country, and that's a country to have, a few countries to have it but the united states doesn't have it, never dead. probably never even asked for it. as vice president biden was a leading advocate of the paris climate accord which was unbelievably expensive to our country, we allow china to pollute the atmosphere with impunity. yet one more gift from biden to the chinese communist party, they took all of the advantage away from us and they took

everything away. we would have had it close up, tremendous amounts of our energy and we would have had to do things that would have been unbelievably destructive. and it would cause in the privilege of being involved, in paris and france, and people of france didn't want to take it and they didn't, they did a lot of writing. we would have had to raise our taxes, and it was a disaster. i've been given a lot of credit,

it sounds so nice. the paris climate accord but it wasn't good for us at all. america lost nearly 10,000 factories while joe biden was vice president. think of that, 10,000 factories. he wrote something today, and biden was here for 47 years. the last eight years, and 1 of s still in poor condition. what why didn't he fix them three years ago? tens of thousands of bridges are in disrepair and on the verge of collapse it's probably not the right number but we have bridges that should have been fixed. why didn't he fix them? he was there for eight years was

president obama, why didn't he fix them? tens of thousands of bridges and this is what he wrote. high-speed broadband. we went high-speed broadband, what why didn't he get it? three years is not a long time. he didn't do any of those things but now he says as president he's going to do all the things that he didn't do. he never did anything except make very bad decisions especially on foreign policy. so joe biden and president obama freely allow china to pillage our factories, plunder our communities and steal our most precious secrets. and i have stopped it largely but i've stopped it. and it wasn't easy. because you talk about a certain power of the telephone, but i did it, i did what has to be

and take a look at that kind of the numbers that devalued. think of that, defunding. when china is building a massive military. they are building a massive military, and we have the best fighter jets, we have the f-35, f-18, all of these assets are being built.

right. thousands of people additionally die if we let people come in from heavily infected china but he did a travel ban in january. nancy pelosi was dancing in the streets of chinatown and san francisco a month later, and even later than that, and others, too, they all thought what i did was a terrible mistake. they would have said we lost thousands of additional people if president trump had to do that. even experts didn't want to do that and they thought it was a mistake. we started seeing what was going on in italy, and i did a ban on people coming in from europe and that could've been disastrous for our country also. we saved tens of thousands of lives what we actually saved millions of lives by closing.

closing up, we saved potentially millions of lives. it could be two or 3 million lives so we are at 135,000 which is terrible. one is too much, but we would have had millions of people dead from this curse that came with us. but we did what we had to do, and now we will put out the flames as it happens. a lot of people don't want to do that for political reasons, not for other reasons. but if we had listened to joe biden, hundreds of thousands of additional lives would have been lost. if you look at the job he did on swine flu, they had big marks on the job they did for the swing through.

it was litter each 1n1. they got very pour marks at a gallop. frankly if we didn't test he wouldn't have all the headlines because we are showing cases and we have just about the lowest mortality rate. but if we did, just think of this. if we didn't do testing, instead of testing over 40 million people, the testing would have had half the cases. you cut that in half, the testing is a good thing but at the same time it's fodder for the fake news to report cases. so we are doing 40 million plus. it will be close to 45 million people and when i turned the at the news i seek cases.

we got that from one of the very respected media outlets. they talk about cases, and we now make ventilators for the world. one person, they needed a ventilator and didn't get it. that was because we mobilized to a level using the purchasing act in some cases and we mobilized to the level that nobody thought possible. nothing has happened like that since world war ii and the task force has done a great job. mike pence works so hard and gets a little credit, it's sad actually. they would all tell us what a

great job, and then they go to the media and say, they didn't do such a good job. while we did a great job and meet a lot of governors look fantastic. we did in new york was one of the most important and incredible things. and then we moved in a great hospital ship, and we could have used that for our senior citizens. they could have used it instead of sending our seniors back into nursing homes where you lost thousands of people. thousands of people in new york died because of poor management by the government. ot's a very sad thing to see and look at those statistics.

but they could have sent people there or they could have sent senior citizens there. after all of that work and getting it done, the army corps of engineers, the job they did was incredible. when it was all completed, and they brought in doctors, nurses and everything, we are all set. they could have sent them into the javits center, could have sent them into the hospital ship which was virtually unused. but we were there. by contrast, my administration acted very early to ban travel from china, and i want everyone to know and every citizen to

know that we are using the full power of the federal government to fight the china virus and keep our people safe. through operation warp speed act, will deliver a vaccine in record-breaking time. we have many, many vaccines being studied right now. many of which are looking really good and we are ready to distribute the vaccine we get it. we feel very certain it's going to be there, but logistically we have our military ready to go. we have generals that distribute things. we will have some very good news very, very quickly. we are also working with many other countries and using

scientific genius to kill the virus. joe biden didn't just side with china on the virus, he did. he called me again, xenophobic. that's what he said. you all heard it many times. he described the rise of china as "a very positive development, not a positive develop meant, not for us it's not. he said that the idea that china is our competition is really bizarre. he's really bizarre. he said, china is not a problem. no. nobody has ripped us off more than china over the last 25 or 30 years. he said china is not the problem. now he takes it all back and now he wants to be mr. tough guy but for years, 47 years he never came out against china and it never anything bad. they make hundreds of thousands of dollars in millions of dollars per year.

it's no fairy tale and yet blindly celebrates china same ce so far were so fast, he so proud of them. now joe biden is pushing a platform that would demolish the u.s. economy, totally demolish it. so we built the greatest economy and history of our country, and that was a few months ago. the best unemployment numbers ever, best for african-american and asian-american and hispanic-american. best for women, best for everybody. best for young people who didn't have a high school diploma, or a college diploma. they had a diploma and they were really good shape. they built the greatest ever stock market, we had all time

stock market highs in less than three and a half years. and we had to close it down because we did the right thing, we saved millions of lives. china is saying, this is incredible what's going on, china was for the first time respecting the united states. now they want to do something, it's much different, joe biden. i've watched lists and watch this with great interest. and our economy is coming back. we are close to record stock markets again and the nasdaq had

an all-time high for the 16th time. for the 16th time one of our markets already hit an all-time high. it's a hard left crusade against american energy. it was actually drawn in my opinion that it was drawn in the united states. just like others have done taking advantage of the fools running the united states but this would do nothing for the environment, but would cripple the american industry while greatly helping china. he wants to impose massive energy taxes and job crashing
