alert, a desperate search for a kill canner after a federal judge's son is shot and killed and her husband left in critical condition after the shooting at their home in new jersey. police say the gunman was dressed as a fed ex driver when he visited the home of u.s. district court judge ester salas. they are looking for one shooter at this time. this comes days after salas was assigned to work a case linked to jeffrey epstein. the judge has received threats in the past which is not all too uncommon. police have not said if there is any evidence that this attack is related to any past threats. we'll continue to follow the story. jillian: a man has been charged in the deadly crash that killed three members of the thin blue line law enforcement motorcycle club. police say ivan robels was driving drunk when he crossed a texas highway and crashed into the group, killing three. nine others are in critical condition. he is charged with manslaughter

jillian: good morning, welcome back. a fox news alert a desperate search for a killer after a federal judge's son shot and killed and left in critical condition inside new jersey home. rob: very scary story. suspect dressed as the a fedex driver this happened yesterday afternoon. the son of u.s. district court judge was shot to death jed at their home in north brunswick, new jersey. investigators saying that the gunman was dressed as a fedex driver when he approached the home arranged 5:00 p.m. when he got to the front door, knocked to ring the door belle and then he shot and killed 20-year-old daniel and then also shot the judge's husband, mark, multiple times as both of them came to the door. the judge herself was not injured in the shooting. the fbi investigating the shooting tweeting out that they're looking for just one suspect at this time. right now nobody is in custody. the motive sun clear.
