9:00 pm
be sure to follow me on facebook, insta dwram and twitter. "justice with judge jeanine" is next. remember i'm watters and this is my world. judge jeanine: you have 100 days to save this country. as you watched the attempted destruction of this great nation, yes, i said great nation, you probably felt like you were watching violence lay out in a third world country. but this kind of thing doesn't happen in the united states. well, i have got news for you. elect the wrong person and it's coming to your city. as this plays out with 100 days left before the presidential election, the question is simple. do you want someone to fight for the peaceful america you lived in, one that respected law and
9:01 pm
order. or do you want to chart a didn't course for america and continue to descend into the depths of despair and darkness. a year ago the economy was soaring. you had a job if you wanted one. you could pack your kids in the suv and take a vacation. you could go to concerts and sports unhindered. on a lazy july like tonight you might have a barbeque, turn on some music. not anymore. the question now, is it safe? will my family be safe? will i be able to protect myself, my business, my property. will i get into trouble if i exercise my second amendment right to defend myself and my property? the man who wants to run this country who is watching the same
9:02 pm
videos that you are calls these rioters and looters peaceful protesters. asserting they have a first amendment right to assemble. let me tell you, most of them are anything but peaceful. they are violent anarchists, criminals, arsonists, athletes, haters. mayor ted wheeler of portland, the site of almost 60 consecutive nights of shocking unrest and violence stood proudly with the protesters -- surrounded by his five security guards saying federal law and the u.s. constitution doesn't apply in our city. he's all good with the nonstop effort to destroy ted rall property and the violence toward officers trying to protect it. nancy pelosi calls these federal agents storm troopers. a hateful remembers to nazi
9:03 pm
germany. he says the storm troopers are harassing the protesters. a primer, mr. mayor and madame speaker. 40 use the * code section 1315 requires the department of homeland security to protect buildings, grounds and property occupied or secured by the federal government. it requires they enforce federal laws, carry firearms and make arrests without warrants for any offense against the united states. the federal courthouse in portland has been targeted by arsonists and vandals literally trying to break into it to burn it down. assaulting federal officers in the process of doing that same thing. the department of homeland security sent several dozen agents who are not trying to be local police, simply to protect their property.
9:04 pm
the local police themselves are incredibly frustrated because their hands are tied by this leftist mayor. they tweet reports he day of incendiary and inflammatory materials being used about it anarchists and the attempted breaching of the fence as well as the throwing of projectiles by the protesters. the portland police have documented this but have not been permitted to make one arrest. if a federal agent identifies someone who has thrown a device and sees that person when the crowd starts to break up, they have the right to follow and the probable cause to arrest that pen for a federal crime. they are not doing local law enforcement's job, they are there to protect against vandal i am and destruction of a federal building. this is done throughout the
9:05 pm
nation and is unquestionably constitutional. it's an example of federal supremacy where the constitution and federal laws generally take precedence over state laws and state constitutions. and definitely precedence over ding bat mayors like wheeler. this operation is totally different from operation ledge end. named after 4-year-old ledge end talafaro, shot while he was sleeping in his own home, in his own bed. this is a surge of law enforcement officers already in american communities plagued by violent crime. in cities like chicago, 400 people were murdered so far this year. a 50% increase over last year. 2,000 people shot so far this year in one city. this operation is nothing new. there are joint task forces
9:06 pm
between local and federal agencies that have been in operation for decades and commonplace throughout the nation. as d.a., my office coordinated with the fbi, the atf, the dea, the joint terrorism task force to combat gangs, guns, terrorism and gun crimes. we didn't need anyone's permission to fight crime. chicago's mayor lori lightfoot resisted assistance for so long that people died proved that she's more interested in politics than people. this effort is not about the rioting operation legend. there doesn't need to be a formal education for the task forces to continue to work cooperatively. that's what mutual assistance
9:07 pm
is. what is the man running for president opposite donald trump doing during all of this? bunker joe is hunkered down in his basement, scared of his own shadow, afraid to come out, only willing to speak from a script, and not willing to answer any questions. hiding. leading a campaign of lies to promote his candidacy, but never allowing anyone to question him. no surprise. it doesn't appear the man has the capacity to even respond to questions. but worst of all, joe biden, the man who wants to be president of the united states remains silent as america burns. as police are attacked. as statues are tumbles and vandalized and businesses are burned, and three federal officers are likely left
9:08 pm
permanently blind as a result of this so-called peaceful protesters using lasers pointed at their eyes, they are so full of hate. biden says i don't want to defund the police. well, then, why did he say before that, yes, absolutely, when candidate if he would redirect funding away from police to other bun the areas? -- to other budget areas. haven't we been told that's defunding, taking money from the police to other budget areas. biden's campaign panicked and said he does not support defunding the police, but in the now this, social media focused news organization interview he said police forces don't need surplus military equipment saying that this is what leads
9:09 pm
them to become the enemy in a community. and when he's pressed further by the host, asking quote but do we agree that we can redirect some of the funding the police funding, bide be says yes, absolutely. joe biden is out of touch, folks. bunker joe things he can run for president, not answer any questions. not complete a full thought or sentence. it's an insult to the american people that this man thinks he can hide in his bunker and come out like a groundhog all the while doing the washington two-step of i didn't mean what i said and i really meant what i actually didn't say. we are in the most serious election of our lives. if you think that's an
9:10 pm
exaggeration, take a look at this. is this what you want to come to your city on a sweet summer night in america? peaceful protesters taking over parts of our cities or erase our history and throw the declaration of independence out and the constitution on its head? if not, get ready to fight for the america you love. because it's going to take a fight to keep it. and that's my open. let me know what you think on facebook page and twitter #judgejeanine. if you like my open, you will like my new book "don't lie to me." i am joined by house minority leader kevin mccarthy who is here for my open and much more.
9:11 pm
there is a lot of talk about the $600 ted rall money for unemployment that -- that apparently is coming to an end. is it going to be continued? >> anybody who is unemployed you will still get your state unemployment. it's the $600 extra per week the federal government put in was a one size fits all. we learned that did not work well. it hurt small businesses and others. i think we'll have an adjustment to that to reflect in the state you live so you can't make more on you be employment that you make working. we want to give you an incentive to work. judge jeanine: i want to move on to what's going on with china. we heard for several weeks that they have been trying to hack into the studies that we are
9:12 pm
doing as it relates to the vaccine for the virus. just this week i understand that there were two individuals, one or two who were arrested, and i would like to know what is congress going to do about this kind of activity by china. where are they on this? >> the democrats who control congress are doing the same thing they are degree in portland, chicago and new york. they are doing nothing. if you want to feel safe and secure, you want a change in congress and across this country. but what you are finding today, not only did china lie to the world about this virus. here we are as americans using the innovative spirit to solve this problem. the president has done an amazing job of this. they are finding china is trying to hack into the company. i produced a bill that would sanction anybody doing that.
9:13 pm
it slows the process down. it came to the floor. you know what happened? the democrats voted against it. the chairman of armed services said it's not china's fault with this virus. adam schiff said it's not china's fault. then you watched nancy pelosi hold bills up to hold china accountable to not bring them to the floor. the democrats have a china problem. i don't know what the china communist party has on the democrats. but they are holding back any authorities 0 china. and they are slowing down the bill that would punish china if they want to hack into it. judge jeanine: is it because they think donald trump the president is going after china that they don't want to do anything that would appear to be supportive of what the president is doing?
9:14 pm
>> exactly right. they are playing politics. with not only lives of americans. the lives of anybody across the world. it's america who will solve this problem. it's american companies on the forefront of having a vaccine. the people were right about this for years. how did we come to a vaccine so fast, faster in history. and the therapeutics. the investment he made early on. the ability we'll have to make people safe and secure. can you imagine who feels safe in portland or chicago? but who in america will feel safe if the democrats control the country. that's why we need donald trump to win reelection, but to be able to win the house. we need a renewed commitment to freedom and the constitution. we have to restore the american dream. and we have to retore the
9:15 pm
economy. judge jeanine:l let me ask you a question. i find it unfathomable. no one is saying anything about what's going on. another my question is, aren't there democrats in congress saying this is outrageous that all of this stuff is not peaceful and we have to stand up for law and order? does anyone mouth that kind of opinion? >> when one or two student and said that, they were attacked. they are attacked whenever they have a difference of opinion. you saw joe biden say he wanted to defund the police. you watched democrats say they want to dismantle this nation. you have congresswoman omar who was born in somalia and lived in a refugee camp. she was brought to this nation.
9:16 pm
she is now a congresswoman. and she thinks we should dismantle america instead of duplicate america around the world. that's the question we have before us this november. if you want to make sure nancy pelosi is gone, go to takethehouse.com so the democrats don't try to impeach the president one more time. judge jeanine: there is only 00 days to get on board. thanks so much for being with us tonight. still ahead. billions being spent in a race to find a covid vaccine. but is a vaccine the answer and will it be safe? we'll break it down for you with dr. robert hariri later in the show. our country is in flames as violence continues to spread and all the dems can do is attack president trump. charlie kirk and leo terrell

rights of o or gonans. we are not going to stand for it. judge jeanine: they are not going to stand for it? let's ask our next guests what they think. leo terrell and charlie kirk. charlie, what she just said ties into my open. they don't see what's going on with three federal agents this week intentionally laser pointed at them. likely lost their eyesight. one handed a pail with a nail. a kneecap broken. are these people on another planet? >> it's democrat deflection at its worst. they don't want to have a conversation about how democrats have controlled these cities for
9:22 pm
decades if not centuries. in chicago there hasn't been a republican mayor since 1931. the difficult buff necessary thing to solve problems they deflect towards donald trump. president trump is mobilizing federal resources to save lives and make the cities safe again. he knew the second he signed off on this he would get attacked for it. your open was brilliant and terrific. but everyone watching this has to realize the democrats own these cities and they can't deflect any longer. judge jeanine: leo, we are delighted to have you back. for all my viewers we have known lee or for many years. are they not seeing the bloodshed you and i are seeing? why is it okay? >> it's not okay.
9:23 pm
from one lawyer to a judge, our opening statement was perfect. spot-on. besides the democratic mayors and politicians lying about the severity of the lawlessness, you have two cable networks expanding the big lie and expanding the chaos in the big cities. these democratic cities are in the complete turmoil, and only president trump is trying to instill law and order. that's why this democrat, this civil rights attorney is voting for donald trump. basement joe has abandoned law enforcement. what else is so significant is the democratic party has been hijacked by extremist groups. black lives matter only carries concerns about a few black lives. not black officers and not a
9:24 pm
black trump supporter in milwaukee was shot in the head because he had a trump supporter sign. the next 100 days we have to make sure democrats, independents and republicans vote for donald trump. judge jeanine: i want to bring up charlie before i go to you. the gentleman was shot in the head in front of his own business. all these signs, pro trump. shot in the head. nobody is saying anything about it. but most people think it's politically motivated. how far does it go? this anarchy and resistance to law and order? >> problem that aren't confronted multiply. it ends when you restore law and order in the streets our country. there is a theory you have to let these arsonists blow off some steam.
9:25 pm
we are on the 57th night of arson in portland. i think they have a lot more steam to blow off. until we get tough with the people in the streets, this will never stop. if the president gets four more years, that will be the spent-up dissatisfaction across this country the way we are able to civilly express our disgust with what's been going on in american cities the last four weeks. >> i was about to say, judge. when the democratic mayors turn over the key to the criminals, look what happened in minneapolis, they burned down police departments. the mayor turned over the keys to the criminals. they are not protesters. they are athletes and robbers and criminals. they should go to jail immediately. the big problem is sometime think this. they are lying to the american
9:26 pm
public. they are looting, burning of democratic cities and this must stop immediately. judge jeanine: we don't even have to say they are lying. all you have to do is looking at what's on the screen in front of you. look at the fact that a couple in st. louis, they are indicted for trying to protect their home and property. the second amendment doesn't matter, the first amendment doesn't matter. the second amendment is going to not matter either. how far does this go, leo? >> same thing. the family who tried to defend their property, they get prosecuted and the people who broke down the gate, the criminals, they don't get prosecuted. it's been turned upside down, judge. joe biden wants to be president and he has not spoken out. have you ever seen joe biden with police officers or the
9:27 pm
families of victims? president trump has the endorsement of police unions. president trump has been with the families and victims of this crime. you have total devoid action of any type of response to law and order from the democrats and basement joe biden. judge jeanine: amazing. charlie, last word. >> i completely agree, the president is on the right side of this. joe biden will suffer politically because he allows crime and arson to run rampant. law and order will win. judge jeanine: joe biden has basically came out and said open the borders. don't worry about that. we have to make sure we have green energy and get rid of coal and get rid of the jobs. i don't know where this country is going if donald trump doesn't

9:33 pm
ridiculous. now back to "justice with judge jeanine." >> not all chinese students and employees are students and workers coming here to garner knowledge. too many of them come here to steam intellectual property and take it back to their country. judge jeanine: holding china accountable. you heard my open last week. now, you just heard secretary of state mike pompeo. darrell issa joins me now. i'll call you congressman because you were and you probably will be again. china. how do we make it accountable? and with the closure of the consulate in houston, it appears there is a lot more going on
9:34 pm
than most americans know. what can you tell us? >> there is a lot more going on. and it's been going on for decades. those 8 years china was allowed to expand its footprint in the united states. they were allowed to increase the trade defend certain by vast amounts. under the trump doctrine first we looked at trading partners who could make deals better like canada and mexico. then the president turned on to china and entered new agreements but said they would have to live up to standards the rest of the world appreciates. and one of them is not having state sponsored espionage of our commercial, industrial and military secrets. that's where china is not making it. and that's where the trump doctrine with secretary poll pave oh is engage in the kinds of activities china understands.
9:35 pm
if they won't play by the rules, we'll take their spies and shut them down. it's the next step in the trump doctrine he promised when he campaigned a. and he has been delivering for 3 1/2 years. you know what's amazing. speaking to kevin mccarthy earlier. they talked about legislation on issues relating to china and its obvious nal d obvious malfeasance. the president was on all of this before china unleashed the virus, before china lied about the virus. before they sent defective ppe equipment. before they insisted the people they sent the ppe to said thank you when it was defective. what else can we do in this fight? >> it's pretty clear. and i spent two decades legislating that it's not about legislation.
9:36 pm
the rule of law and the rule of international law is something the president already has the tools. the difference between this president and the last administration with vice president biden is this president has the will to engage. you see it with china. you saw it with canada and mexico. and quite frankly you see it where he's defending our federal assets around the country. he knows the law is on his side and he's using the power of the president in a way the last administration didn't. the next administration if it's biden won't. judge jeanine: if the short time we have left. i think the president had a good week this week. it appears he is fighting for law and order. foreign policies getting it on the right track. he's fighting for federal employees inside the facilities and sending help. and he's sticking to law and order.
9:37 pm
it's classic donald trump. >> the president had a great week because the president wasn't hunkered down. he was doing his job, expending a vast amount of energy. more than many i served with. that's where the president shines who hides in a bunker and reads from a teleprompter and doesn't even get that right sometimes. the president has the counsel to take any and all questions. and the willingness to realize he has to change sometimes what he's been doing when conditions and the science is appropriately changing. we are seeing a president reacting to the science as it is and showing the leadership president trump is now famous for. judge jeanine: darrell issa, thanks so much for being with us. >> my pleasure, judge. judge jeanine: is the vac seen the only answer to our pandemic

9:42 pm
judge jeanine: covid cases surpassed 4 million in the united states. is a vaccine the only answer? or is there a safer option? dr. robert hariri joins me this evening. doctor, thank you so much for being with us again this evening. this week the government sent close to $2 trillion to buy vaccines for 100 million people that they say will protect us against the covid virus. so my question is this. it seems a very -- it's warp speed. it's donald trump time. is a short time sufficient to know the long-term consequences
9:43 pm
of such a vaccine? >> let's face it. the efforts to find a long-term containment solution for this virus have focused mainly on the development of the vaccine and the efforts are meant to accelerate and expand the scalability of any product produced. there are many approaches being used. there are 27 human clinical trials with different vaccines with over 100 preclinical events. the reality is we are pushing very, very quickly, and normal vaccine development takes considerably more than we are predicting for this approach. because we have to look at long-term safety effects. the hope is we'll get enough safety data to justify putting this vaccine out and gather information so we are not introducing any harm to the
9:44 pm
population. judge jeanine: let's assume there are 100 million doses. they say they will be given out for free. who gets the doses? >> it appears the strategy is to produce as much of this vaccine necessary to broadly i a immunie the population. the reality is let's look at what we know about covid-19. ' covid-19 doesn't have very serious consequences in the majority of people who are exposed and infected. some estimates are 95% of people infected with covid-19 have either mild symptoms or minimal symptoms and they recover without any long term problems. what that suggests is there is an underlying difference between patients who get sick and those who don't that could give us the
9:45 pm
signal where they should be looking to create the most effective therapies. i'm a believer a therapeutic approach would serve us better. judge jeanine: what is the therapeutic approach? what does that mean? >> we know you can treat patients who are symptomatic with a variety of agents that either boost their immune response to the virus or protect them against the symptoms of the virus. i'll be honest with you. what we have learned, doctors who treat cancer, we learned using immuneo therapeutic tools. many of the side effects of those treatments are similar to the side effects we are seeing with covid-19.
9:46 pm
the problems with blood ohing a yocoagulation. approaches like neutralizing antibodies, and our approach that celularity. it can be delivered by a simple intravenous infusion, these things are very important to develop in parallel to the vaccines. i'm convinced the pun would be greatly served by the broad efforts to both vaccine development and therapy development so we can treat patients who are known to be infected and sick, as well as protect patients at risk of
9:47 pm
becoming sick. judge jeanine: all right. dr. robert hariri, thanks for being with us this evening. >> thank you. judge jeanine: a chilling story of a marine veteran amid violent whether it's bribes to roll over. ...or an overdue makeover. get all your pet essentials right when you need them, with curbside pickup at petsmart. just order online, drive up, check-in, and pick up. moms love that land o' frost premium sliced meats have no by-products. judge jeanine: a marine corps veteran followed by antifa. their answer, violence. host of the rubin report, dave rubin joins me with that and more. i understand this gentleman for more than 50 nights, gabriel yawn on, retired marine, 48 years of able. had been kept awake about it sounds of the riots and explosions. after two months of living in fear, he said he decided to go out. he said at that point i counted 82 explosions that night and thought somebody has to do something. so he decides he wants to go out and start talking to people.
9:52 pm
it didn't end well. what can you tell us about it? >> there is so much interesting stuff here. everyone can sort of feel this split we have in the country whether you want to call it democrat versus republicans, left, right, conservative whatever it is. but something that under lies that, people who are willing to talk and channel their beliefs and engage in conversation and people who just believe they are right because they believe it and that's good enough in and of itself, and damn the other people. i think we are seeing a lot of that. this is a perverse example of that. this poor guy was followed home. all he wanted to do was converse with these people. the more the progressive mayor, the more they just allow, we
9:53 pm
know they can attack federal building, you can attack police officers and light things on fire. the litany of things is endless. the more they allow that to happen, they are saying the line of what's acceptable will keep moving. so why not follow someone home or attack someone in a restaurant or attack their car or whatever else you want to do. what falls beneath that, if we are going to remain in a civil society, i know you would like to and all your viewers want to. we better start putting lines in the sand and saying this is not going to be tolerated anymore. i think trump is trying to do that and that's why he's bringing in the feds because these guys won't do anything in their own cities. judge jeanine: the feds. we are not talking about a whole lot of them. they are there to watch the
9:54 pm
federal courthouse. and all these joint task forces. since there is the so-called bail reform, they let these guys out as soon as police make the paperwork. that assuming the make an arrest. anarchy is here, dave. my concern is they are following this guy, a marine corps vet home. there is no police to enforce the law. what if they don't like what he said. what about this guy who was shot in the head because he had all of these pro trump signs in front of his business? they are thinking that murder may have been politically motivated. >> this was the danger i was warning about for five years on my show because if you call everybody a nazi, all of our political opponents are nazis and white supremacists and bigots within is aist and home
9:55 pm
oh -- racists and homophobes. of course, violence will be okay. the bizarre part is these same people who are for violence. they will tell you words are violence. certain words are too dangerous. but that is the danger of this entire movement. it's not based in something we can build the society around. if you want to talk about the issues they want to talk about with whatever they believe. all sorts of people across the political spectrum. but if your answer is we are going to burn everything down. judge jeanine: i have to cut you off, dave. we'll instead of trying to decide
9:56 pm
"should i invest in stocks or not?" meaning, "are stocks going to rise or not?", let's instead stop looking at the investments, which we can't control, and let's now look at our goals, which we can control. in other words, we only want to take as much risk as is necessary to achieve our goals. we need to protect the money that's there. and that says you should be investing in...
