defending or caring about or loving, we are in deep trouble. it is worth fighting against that. that is it for us. tune in every night 8:00 p.m. the show that is the sworn enemy of lying, pomposity, smugness and group think. and with that, we turn it over to sean hannity. >> sean: tucker, changing and dangerous new york. welcome to "hannity." moments away from a special "hannity" investigation into new york city's rapid, dangerous decline, homelessness, drug use, violent crime wreaking havoc on the entire city. you want to see what $1 billion cut to the police budget looks like and the dismantling of new york's prestigious street crime police unit? you want to see what that looks like? we have that exclusive date. comrade de blasio, you might want to take note of this. this is all happening under your pathetic watch. this is your number one responsibility, and this is a spectacular epic fail.
6:01 pm
also tonight, we will have the latest chaos from biden's basement bunker campaign. many of the radical base are refusing to endorse the presumptive democratic nominee after he even embraced the green new deal, bolshevik bernie agenda and bite and struggles don't end there appear this week he had trouble remembering where he was come up what decade we ae living in, and we will have all of that tonight. dan bongino senator kennedy, congressman gaetz, ric grenell joining us plus, he just tested positive for covid-19. we will talk about that and more. but first we began tonight with new york city. it is deteriorating before our very eyes all because of what is the pathetic leadership of the mayor, de blasio and the governor cuomo. just take a look from america. this is just the beginning of what defunding the police looks like and a preview of what joe biden's america will be

like. these two lunatics led violent crime out of prison and using coronavirus as an excuse. felony offenders to get out of jail scot-free within hours after their arrest because of the idiotic new york law, $0 bail law. you get arrested, you get released. it's like that. to top it off, comrade de blasio the mayor has slashed the nypd's budget by $1 billion. the tragic results they speak for themselves. shootings are up 73% over last year. murder is up 29%. there have been over 11,000 felony assaults so far this ye year. cuomo, de blasio they should be ashamed, but the safety and security is the number one job of any elected official and they are failing. that is only the tip of the iceberg. now the police are a constant target of violent attacks. hundreds of new york city police officers have now been injured in recent weeks, many seriously.
6:03 pm
the police have been bashed in the head with the sticks and canes and bricks and rocks and fire extinguishers and bottles and molotov cocktails. they have been run over by cars. they have been stabbed. they have been shot. one man tried to take down eight nypd helicopter using a laser. you know the one that pointed three officers out west. over 300 nypd vehicles have been damaged since the start of the "peaceful protest" costing the taxpayers of new york city and new york state a fortune. look at your screen. just this week officers surrounded by angry mob pelted with rocks and bottles during an arrest they were involved in. officers were attempting to serve a warrant on an individual who is wanted for destroying nypd cameras. but as the police attempted to put the suspect into an unmarked police van from a crowd tried to physically prevent the police from doing their job. they made the arrest violent, as you can see.
6:04 pm
in a statement the nypd said "the warrant squad uses unmarked vehicle to effectively locate wanted suspects. of course despite this official policy of comrade de blasio never misses the opportunity to trap's stomach trash the police and the mayor scolded the officers. he accused them of making an arrest at the wrong place and the wrong time. mr. mayor, just when is the right time and the right place to make an arrest? especially after the perpetrator commits tens of thousands of dollars more in damage? meanwhile this morning 2:30 a.m. another angry mob showed up at the home of the new york police department commissioners, his name is commissioner schade, the loudspeakers and sirens chanting "if we don't get justice you don't get sleep. new york city is in a state of crisis and to top it off homelessness, drug use spiraling out of control in public view. it has become so bad one four

>> the covid. you have to put them somewhere. you have to put them in individual rooms. and i think it is well formatted and supervised. >> i have seen so many drug deals go down. i don't want those days to come back. >> sean, as you can see in the video, the local businesses have to hire security to protect the patrons from the homeless people that are strung out on drugs. the people want to make it clear, they are not anti-getting homeless help here they want to be consulted and the four-star hotel really the place to put them? back to you, sean. >> sean: and use all people literally shooting up. we are not talking what we know more crime-ridden areas in new york, we saw midtown, the full extensive upper east side of new york?

in order to appease the most radical, socialist part of his party, which is the democratic socialist party, biden has adopted all of their insane policies. he's co-opt them all. police are becoming the enemy. and yesterday he acted like violent protests were not actually happening. he said just part of a 2020 campaigning thing. used to scare people. really? videos, well they are scary. it is the truth. take a look. >> some of the ads. you see cities burning, call 911, biden, they had my picture in the background, you know. if it is rape dial 911. it will take seven days. i mean, come on, that is all about trying to come up with a bizarre law and order 2020 campaign thing. >> sean: all right come out of touch biden. tell that to the downtown business seattle, portland,
