questioning but in -- congressionally it would be difficult to do and congress shouldn't be in the business of telling a company that becomes successful especially american companies that all of a sudden because you are too big and have too much market share we will break you up. i wouldn't support that, there democrats on the committee that would but i don't see that in the house. >> we have been reporting at length over the years how donald trump junior has different things, tweets removed or things like that, groups in portland, rioting groups go largely unchecked it appears. with pool of these examples so people at home can determine this. all my people who support the portland protest, water balloons and oil-based paint make it hard to see through riot shield and

gas masks. that is one example. what do you think of this? >> that is what i asked facebook and google ceos, you have youtube videos of violence and rioters but are not banning that for violating community policy guidelines you two doctors who are physicians in their doctor coates talking how children can safely return to school and there are treatment options they have used for their patients violates their policies. america needs to wake up and know this is going on. years ago it was rumored and consumers are like this happening but we have no proof of it, we have absolute proof this is happening all across america and conservatives are being shut down and there's bias in tech companies. todd: is congress stepping in or is it too from a first amendment perspective? who controls the house perspective?

last night bringing heavy rain and wind across puerto rico, flash flooding will be a concern, winds in excess of 40 miles an hour in some of these areas, you see where they are getting pummeled with heavy rainfall for several hours. here is the track for the route, doesn't become a hurricane but gets closest it comes to the coast of florida, miami and then sort of hugs the coastline perhaps making multiple land falls. we have to watch it go towards the outer banks and eventually towards new england on tuesday. many days to watch this. the east coast needs to be particularly concerned further out in time. there are tropical models, there's a chance it doesn't make landfall but we have to see what happens as it gets over hispaniola because the center of circulation could really be torn apart.

used to gain control of a process that has become non-peaceful. todd: a statement from the dnc, in coordination with the secret service to ensure the 2020 democratic national convention is a safe and secure event, everybody involved with the convention. they say it will be safe. will it? >> we would have to director to milwaukee officials, they are in the driver seat as far as putting together the plans in place, plans in advance of the dnc. that's a question you would have to ask them but a lot of agencies are with strong commitment of resources. todd: do you worry the american people will be less safe as more restrictions are placed on law enforcement? >> absolutely yes.

ironically professional sporting events or indoor church services that allow attendance above 25% of capacity. players will be fined for violating these rules and if they test positive after engaging in any of these activities they will not be played for games they missed. to me the church is essential. the nfl is not. jake tweets no big deal they work on sundays anyway. these are rules that the player association has agreed. to say our players are on board with no bars, no clubs, limited church gatherings for now. the question is will they be able to stick to those rules? todd: that's the question. this little boy is just breaking -- not breaking everybody but making everybody feel so good today. i love this story. carley: yeah. >> thank you. carley: so that faces it all. arkansas police surprised a little boy with a brand new bike after his bike was stolen just a few days before his 7th birthday. the conway police department and community members also threw brian jeffrey a birthday parade. when they brought out that bike, brian was moved to tears. cried tears of joy. his mom thanking police on facebook saying you all made my son's day so bright. now i can ride his bike again. he says mom, how did this happen? i said there is still love in people's hearts, baby. i mean, how cool is that? just amazing stuff there. jillian: i love that. that's so great. rob: such a real reaction from that kid. when you look at those eyes, just awesome. carley: we can look at that video again, too, because it's so cool. todd: there he is. jillian: look at him. i get so emotional. that's just real there was a lot
