tv Justice With Judge Jeanine FOX News August 16, 2020 12:00am-1:00am PDT
12:00 am
"justice with judge jeanine" is next. remember i'm watters and this i. judge jeanine: hello and welcome to "justice." i'm judge jeanine pirro. thanks for joining us tonight. let's get right to my open. you are being conned. the biggest fallacy in america might prize you. the truth is the divide in this country. it's not right versus wrong or law and order versus chaos. fundamentally it's the left versus the right. there was that moment after the killing of george floyd when all americans came together and said never again. legitimate and constitutionally
12:01 am
protected protests in support of black lives were hijacked by left wing progressive bent on creating chaos. they pounced on systemic racism in the departments that needs to be defund, destroyed, burnt town or reimagined. they burnt down businesses owned by all races and ethnicity. there is a difference between black lives matter and black lives matter the organization which is justified in taking other's property and declared the nuclear family unnecessary. this week the anarchy came to chicago. the magnificent mile was looted by criminals justifying their destruction and thievery. >> i don't care if somebody
12:02 am
decides to loot a macy's, or a gucci or nike. it makes sure that person has clothes. that's reparations. anything they want to take, take it. judge jeanine: these rioters were heartless. they attempted to break into a ronald mcdonald's house where petrified children with cancer were petrified. a weekend visit to the southside is an invitation to be a victim. >> if you are not poor people even gained in petty theft to feed themselves and fair families. this is straight up felony criminal conduct. judge jeanine: the mayor who refused president trump's help,
12:03 am
she called the organized criminal activity a planned attack. you just figured that one out, mayor? some radicals are not just coming to your city. they are coming to your house saying they want your house. it's not just the mccloskeys in st. louis. >> give us your house. give black people back their homes. you are sitting there comfortably. come sportable as [bleep]. judge jeanine: here we are 81 days since the death of george floyd still reeling from the violence. 81% of black americans want police restored to their communities.
12:04 am
even increased. they are petrified. they know what they face without law and order. the left seems satisfied with the status quo. if 81% of african-americans don't want police defunded and 71% of republicans want this violence ended. who is in favor of it. america's babies are being massacred. 1-year-old janel gardner in a stroller at a barbeque. 4-year-old legend talafaro. 7-year-old chloe robinson walking handled in hand with her dad until he's shot dead. 5-year-old cannon hinnet shot in the helped what he he's riding
12:05 am
his bike. it's the left that resisted efforts to quell the chaos and return our cities to places of economic and residential prosecutor pair it. it's the left that's refusing to call in the feds to stop the chaos. it's the left telling you you have to stay home, you can't go to work, finding -- finding business owners, revoking their business licences. it's the left that watched as black and white lives her lost. if i'm wrong, tell me what the left has done to stop any of this. it's the left that promoted bail reform. a euphemism. no, they actually pulled the wool over your eyes. it wasn't reform. it was let the perps out of jail as soon as the police finished
12:06 am
their paperwork. if that isn't bad enough. das in seattle and oregon refused to prosecute protesters. how proud he was of his community who for 1 hours blocked a bus removing two illegal criminals, each previously deported. each with domestic violence convictions. so if you like the left and their behavior you will love kamala harris. the most liberal progressive in the united states senate left of bernie sanders. she lashed military funding. she too is coming for your guns. and laughed at the idea that the constitution prevents her from doing so. once a d.a., kamala is raising
12:07 am
funds to bail out looters who destroy property. they want fear, panic, chaos, division, and helplessness. they are on the left, the left mayors and governors tell black lives matter protesters and anarchists, this is your moment in history. go for it. have at it. protest as much as you want. this is nonsense. americans are afraid. not only are gun sales through the roof, sales of body armor are up 80% due to the unrest. people are afraid. you too need to be afraid. afraid for yourself, your family and your country. especially those who want 20 confiscate your guns. you have 79 days to decide. what do you want? do you want the freedom to do what what you want, to go to
12:08 am
church, the freedom to walk on the street without worrying about being accosted or worse. the freedom to go to a restaurant or gym or bar? if you like america today, bunker bind and kamala are just the couple for you. they remain silent and indeed support the anarchy destroying our country and our history. president trump who believes in the freedoms that started this country and brought us to the height of prosperity is willing to speak for us. willing to fight to make this nation the image of the one our founding fathers intended. you have a decision to make. that's my open. let me know what you think on facebook page and twitter. #judgejeanine. if you like my open, you will love my new book "don't lie to me." here with reaction to my open
12:09 am
and much more. senior advisor to the trump 2020 election campaign and president trump's daughter-in-law, lara trump. thanks for being with us this evening. >> thanks for having me. always great to be with you. judge jeanine: joe biden picked kamala harris and we are told we have to be sure to pronounce her name properly. does the choice of kamala harris bring any change to the president's strategy vis-a-vis the campaign? >> i would remind everybody that it's still joe biden at the top of the ticket and that's what ultimately matters. that is the person who went into overdrive with a lovefest for kamala harris whenever it was announced she was the vice presidential running mate. our strategy is to remind people
12:10 am
of the kin credible job this president did with his first 3 1/2 years in office. as we come out of coronavirus, who between these two men do people think can do the only job that we have to do to get our country back in the running. donald trump is the only person to do that. i found it very interesting the mainstream media and the people on the left think the women in this country are stupid. apparently they forgot that the identity politics they tried to play in 2016 when they suggested women should vote for someone named hillary clinton because she was a woman. it didn't work then and it won't work now. i was insulted when joe biden came out and said it will be a woman who is my running mate.
12:11 am
let's not worry about qualifications. if they don't stand up they will never be equal until their eyes unless they stands up and stop pandering for votes. judge jeanine: when you say it doesn't matter what the qualifications are, the way the world is now, her qualifications as a d.a.en attorney general would work against joe biden and the leftist progressives who are in favor much all of this anarchy. but i take it from your answer that the president will deal with joe biden. if the first debate is not until the end of september, and 16 states start voting the month before, do you think that biden -- do you think there is a discussion about having a debate before september 30? >> we would love another debate or to move that debate -- the
12:12 am
first debate -- you are right, judge jeanine. the people in north carolina, my home state, start voting absentee september 4. around 8 million people could possibly cast a vote for the president of the united states without seeing either of these two men face off on a stage. i think everyone watching knows when joe biden takes the stage with president trump. it will be game over. they will see that he doesn't have his faculties about him. they will see the radicalization of joe biden and the democratic party is complete. he's a full-blown socialist. he signed on with the man himself, the socialist dream, bernie sanders. he signed on to their unity manifesto with this guy. the democrats are trying to keep joe locked away in the basement.
12:13 am
they don't want him out on the stage. they know it will be sudden death because donald trump will mop the floor with joe biden. we are working on it from the campaign. judge jeanine: the three times we have seen him since he announced the vp pick and after when he talked about the mask mandate, the press was shoed away so he couldn't answer questioned. thanks for being with us. here with more reaction to biden's vp pick and what a biden-harris white house would look like for america. former arkansas governor mike huckabee. you were on that stage with president trump when he was
12:14 am
citizen donald trump. how do you think joe biden is going to do? and do you think joe biden will debate donald trump? >> i don't see how he gets out of it. but i will tell you joe biden is not prepared to stand on the stage with president trump. in large measure, he's fearless. he goes into that debate with a sense of reckless abandon. i think that's why joe biden probably wants to find a way to not do it. he's got to do it, and it's not going to be a pleasant evening for joe biden. judge jeanine: i remember when hillary clinton was running. her staff kept the press away with the ropes. i am getting the same feeling with joe biden that when they shooed people away and they tried to get him to explain the mask mandate, they have no
12:15 am
intention of letting him speak. >> they don't want him to speak because every time he does, he opens his mouth to change feet. he looks like he's always squinting like he's trying to find the words. then when he speaks you realize he didn't find them. he's still looking. on the very die he's announcing his vice president pick, he mispronounces his own pick's name after people on left were giving tucker carlson fits because they say he intentionally mispronounced kamala harris's name. you can't make this stuff up. judge jeanine: you can't. but they become outraged over so much. with respect to the potential debate and the prospect of joe biden going against donald trump. do you think there is a school of shot that maybe he doesn't
12:16 am
need to debate? he's winning now, they think, according to these polls. so the covid might be so dangerous in the fall that he can't risk it. i think there is a possibility of that. do you think that? >> i am sure they would love to be able to find an excuse not to do a debate. but whatever he does that avoids that kind of direct mano to mano moment will make him look incapable of standing up to president trump. if he can't do that, how is he going to stand up to the leaders around the world. and stands up to china. our path stood up to nato. no other president has done that. he stood up for america, he stood up for our jobs. he stood up so women and minorities have better jobs. and he stood up for law even forcement. i think they want us all to be
12:17 am
our own police department, which is what we'll have to ben if joe biden and kamala harris get into office. while they want to defund the police, they want to disarm the public. if you are the victim of a home invasion or carjack and you are waiting on the police, you are going to die. they won't be able to get there because there won't be enough of them to get there. if you don't want to be your own police department, vote for president trump and mike pence. judge jeanine: thank you for being with us tonight. dan bongino, leo terrell and herschel walker are next. should president trump get the nobel peace prize? hike!
12:20 am
12:21 am
12:22 am
congressman collins i will speak to you first. significant developments, congressman collins in the durham investigation. the first real indictment that connects with the russia investigation where an attorney by the name of clinesmith has pled guilty to altering documents that were used to spy on the trump campaign. ' which apparently made it easier to comey, mccabe and strzok to find out what was going on in the trump campaign. this is the first indictment. do you expect there will be more? >> yes, i do. i think we'll see more. this is not a low-ranging individual. he was the enabler for what we saw going on. he changed the documents which allowed them to filed on a an american citizen, carter page. judge jeanine: does the indictment say that he was acting and aided and abetted by
12:23 am
another or did he just decide on his own to amended these documents. >> i think you will see a lot coming out of this. there will be other to see the whole cabal come down. this is not one person. there is a whole group. even clinesmith said viva resistance. they were all in this together. mccomey, strzok, page. all up the line. this should be the first domino falling. judge jeanine: now we have christopher wray who was aware of all of this. what is your position with regard to his staying as head of the fbi where apparently he has fought tooth and nail to prevent the american people from hearing about what mapped with this crossfire hurricane.
12:24 am
>> after what we heard this week, more emails released from senator graham. it's time for christopher wray to resign. it's time for him to move on. it's time for him to get out of the way. it's taking months with their foot dragging. we have had trouble with the i.g. inspector general's report. it's time for him to go. he's been a problem. it's time to get the fbi cleaned out. judge jeanine: even the president said he's been very, very protective of his agency. all of this stuff should have come out long ago. this week is stark in terms of israel and the middle east with a peace deal between israel and the united arab emirates. worthy of a nobel peace prize for the president?
12:25 am
>> it is. president trump after 12 days in office got d -- president obama after 12 days in office got a nobel peace prize. the comprehensive peace is the beginning of way suspect will be many nations that will recognize israel and come out aligned with us against iran. judge jeanine: the prospect of a biden presidency, how does that impact any of these deals in the middle east and the president intimated, arab countries will follow through. >> iran is finished spending the $240 billion the obama-biden administration gave them. they used it to support hezbollah and continued to undermine peace.
12:26 am
if you go back to what even his friends say, bide be ha -- bides been on the wrong side of every decision on foreign policy. we know the right track is the track president trump explored. standing by our allies, asking others to join, and seeing the fruit of that work. judge jeanine: i want to get to one more question. you worked with kamala harris in california. my understanding is that when the police reform deal was on the table, that senator tim scott had written there was some resistance from her. can you comment on senate. >> she absolutely would not negotiate with senator tim
12:27 am
scott. this is the reason i supported her opponent in the general election a few years ago. she has went in pocket of the wrong side and she is no moderate. she'll be to the left of biden if they become a team. judge jeanine: congressman collins and former congressman and congressman-to-be, darryl issa, thanks for being with us tonight. charlie kirk and herschel walker next. what happens to law and order in america and how can we get it back?
12:32 am
powerful name in news, fox news channel. >> i dedicated my life to this profession. i believe in the importance of having police service in every community. judge jeanine: that's seattle police chief carmen best on "justice" just two days before she resigned from the seattle police department. a huge loss for the people of
12:33 am
seattle and america. let's jump right into it with my panel, fox news contributor, dan bongino and leo terrell. we have one of the best police chiefs. the epitome of the success of an african-american or black in the law enforcement community, and she is basically edged out because supposedly because of plaque lives matter. can someone make sense of this for me? >> let me be clear to everyone. i don't support black lives matter. black lives matter and antifa have been handed the key to he democratic city by the democratic mayor. black lives matter in chicago said i have no problem with the looting. we are stealing and robbing for foot. black lives matter and antifa
12:34 am
are extorting these cities. the democrats are playing a guy. they are saying we won't provide assistance to the city because we don't want to agree with the president. the president wants law and order. just about new york. people are leaving new york. joe biden talks about being the president, he would be the president for union guys, blue collar guys. why are all the police unions supporting donald trump? because they believe in law and order. the democrats will lose the blue collar middle of the road democrats, and they will vote for donald trump. judge jeanine: what i said in my open, it makes sense to me. if you have got all this kay owes and anarchy being supported by the left. no one on the left is saying anything. what are americans thinking about at this point? why isn't trump winning by 0
12:35 am
points? not that i believe the polls. >> you don't know he isn't. based on the boat flotilla they had in florida the other dye day, i'm out of the predictions game. ism just telling you now. if you for a moment think there is not a significant grassroots -- it's not a silent majority. let's cut the crap. it's not silent. there was a boat flotilla in florida that was like from here to cuba it was so long. the latest comment on carmen best. if we lose this elections we are screwed. everybody watching tonight understands this. there is one thing standing between you and the hoard and it's donald trump. carmen best who was an excellent police chief in seattle. all she did was try to police her city and dare to suggest that you don't set up an
12:36 am
independent chop zone in the middle of a free city. so, my gosh, we have got to get rid of her. none of this is going to change unless we have people who are willing to fight back against stupid. leo is right. they are in the far left pockets. you have the entertainment community telling their opinions on politics like we care. then you have the media who lies to you all the time. covering for the spygate colluders. covering for the defund the police lunatics. nothing is going to change. leo, what do they gain? what do they gain? people look at this. i haven't heard kamala harris say anything. she is raising money to post bail for these looters. what is the issue?
12:37 am
>> you saw kamala when she got her acceptance speech, she said black lives matter, wink wink. kamala harris and joe biden are not being could be fronted by the two -- are not being confronted by the two cable networks that are in the back pockets of the left. they are silent on the law and order issues. joe and kamala get a free pass. kamala harris is horrible on the issue of law and order on serious crimes. if you are watching, kamala, say one word about the looting and the rioting in these cities. it's not going to happen. it will go right on until november. judge jeanine: the alleged excitement of the $48 mill they raised in 24 hours, that means
12:38 am
nothing? >> cut the nonsense, please. there is no excitement for joe biden and kamala harris. there may be people who are furious and don't like donald trump. no one gives a damn about joe biden and kamala harris. the guy can't even -- are we seriously doing this on your highly rated show? this guy can't even answer a question. he can't do a media interview. ebb is so excited. you would think there would be a call to get him in front of the media. everybody wanted to hear what barack obama had to say. everybody couldn't wait to hear him talk. nobody wants to hear anything ever with biden? cut the nonsense. this is crazy time. >> joe biden is afraid of donald trump.
12:39 am
12:43 am
president trump: i want college football to come back. these are strong, healthy and incredible people. they are people who want to play football very badly. i have been fighting for football to come back. as long as they stand for our national anthem and honor our flag and our company. if they don't, i won't help them. they might come back, but i won't be watching. judge jeanine: president trump
12:44 am
calling for players to take the field while taking a shot at players who kneel for "the national anthem." i don't pretend to know everything about calendar football. but i know there is the 12, the 10, some of them are playing and some of them aren't. can you tell us who is and why. >> the aec, acc and pac 1, they, they are going to play. there are areas where they will play football and where they won't play football. these young men are tested twice a day. they are canned before they even go to practice. the health of these young men is under the scrutiny of some of the best professional doctors out there and they are being taken care of. if they are not at school, they
12:45 am
will be at home. some players in oklahoma came back to school and tested positive for the virus. if they were at col, that may not have ever happened. the concussion has been a big issue. we are still playing football. they don't note aftereffects of football but we are still playing football. and they talk about the athletes' hearts. if they don't want to play, they be opt out. that's their decision. judge jeanine: i don't know much about it. i know some kids who played calendar football. and it's their life. i want to move to politic. vice president biden picked kamala harris as the vp running mate. what say you? >> well, you know, it was a
12:46 am
tough decision. but i think this is a very racial pick. let me tell you the reason why. when he was blasted by senator harris at the debates he decided he wanted to woman. not who's best for the job, a woman. then it was a woman of color. then it came back to where some the black lead is wrote him a letter and said if you don't have a woman of color, we are not going to vote for you. shouldn't it be who is when for the job? i am not saying she didn't deserve it. but why is there pressure that she should have the job. she is throwing fireballs at the president. but if the president comes back at her, the first thing they are going to say is he's a racist. and he's against women. there is a good chance she could be president of the united states. so right now, anything goes. if you want to run for this
12:47 am
office, anything goes. i think this is a pick -- no one wants to answer questions and no one wants to say anything. we need to get it out of college sports, and that's politics. let athletes be athletes. let us play ball. this is the united states of america. you should be worried about the united states of america. quit worrying about them. worry about what's best for the united states of america. judge jeanine: i couldn't agree more. thank you so many for being
12:48 am
12:51 am
12:52 am
the democrats is is trying to recreate the successful obama coalition. suburban women and younger voters. this is something hillary failed with when the president surprised and shocked the world. he did better with young voters and women. i think the biden ticket will see similar struggles. nor harris is taking the hillary clinton approach to trying to win vote is where she has insulted the desired target demographic and i quote, young people are very stupid when she was talking about 18-24-year-olds. judge jeanine: what was the context of that. >> the could be text was people
12:53 am
make very bad decisions. i believe she was talking about the personal decisions they make. but trying to condemn an entire voting bloc is not a very successful strategy. i'm in shock grand rapids with students for trump with hundreds and hundreds of young people who knocked on thousands of doors just here in michigan. joe biden has a youth vote problem. they are not going to show up in big numbers. with a lot of these campuses going online and being closed, a big opportunity for ballot harvesting and on-campus voting will be a missing ingredient for them which i think will favor the president. judge jeanine: that's interesting. you are right. without students on campus where they fire each other up and go out and campaign and knock on
12:54 am
doors. that's not going to happen. but it's stunning. what are you finding with those millennials who are supporting president trump. >> whether it's online or on campus. young conservatives will vote no matter what. the same will not necessarily be said for joe biden. a lot of the biden success strategy is convincing voters they must show up and vote. president trump doesn't have an enthusiasm problem. coming into october, the democrats are going to be lacking one of their core structure pieces to gin up that kind of enthusiasm. they will go to ohio state university. they will look around and say how are we going to get the same voting totals we are used to at university campuses.
12:55 am
the president's followers no matter where they are, they will show up. this is an important question for young college graduates. who do you want to be responsible for your future. somebody like joe biden or kamala harris, or someone like president trump who has a trusts leadership for our country. i see it on the ground and i see very positive trends. judge jeanine: charlie kirk, always great to have you on this is an athlete, twenty reps deep, sprinting past every leak in our softest, smoothest fabric. she's confident, protected, her strength respected. depend. the only thing stronger than us, is you.
